how much time do you guys think is between regeneration by the sea and landing back in london for the doctor?

between here and here. is it like, immediate. were they like "new old doctor, gotta find donna" like subsconsciously? at the end of star beast the tardis is new that would mean she hasnt had time to regenerate yet that would imply it is immediate right?
