przez ostatnie 2 tygodnie jadlam na poczatku okolo 1000kcal teraz staram sie tak okolo 300-500, cwicze, staram sie ruszac, pic duzo wody i duzo spac. Chodzi jedynie o to ze na poczatku tygodnia waga pokazala 64,3 pozniej bylo 63,2 a dzis po zwazeniu sie gdxie wczoraj mialam bilans okolo 200kcal (zjedzone 477 spalone okolo 261) waga pokazala 64,7 :\\ zwazylam sie ofc na czco po obudzeniu i porannej toalecie jak zwykle. nie mam juz pojecia po prostu co sie dzieje. licze na jakakolwiek pomoc, bede niezmiernie wdzięczna.

Sanguine Interiors (Floor 3, Part 1)

Beyond this door, is Lilith Vatore's room.

I have no idea what type of character I wrote her about, but Lilith is House Straud's designated scout, the younger Vatore sibling, and the "fun" one! Her theme is yellow (obviously), and her room is full of vinyl records that she had collected from her scouting missions. Some work, some don't.

Oh, she also likes to game, and watch streams. Her excuse is that "Lord Straud, Caleb, it's easy to monitor stuff in the Internet! You don't know how many people post anything about their lives. From how difficult they had to do their bowel movement to where they're currently are for vacation!" Hence, her PC build was successfully done after Vlad was convinced and gave her the allowance for it (LOL).

Some of her records can also be found downstairs in the living room. (I added the vinyl player there LOL)

Lana, why are they kissing- That's not the point 🤨☝️, I'm showing you Lilith's record player! Obviously for her vinyl records, duh. Vlad is also fond of that thing. He would prefer that over the speaker they have there on the back.

While iOS and Android have offered crash detection for some time now, Waze just added alerts about roads with a disproportionate number of crashes. Nice to see Waze introducing this safety feature, since the app is better known for evading speed cameras.

The Navigator

Honestly, the daily monotony of rigging and deck and rope has never appealed to you. When you went to sea, it was for one reason and one reason alone - to fill in the blank spaces on the maps you spent hours poring over. Here there be dragons, but dragons are a myth; your quest is to find out what's really there. Down in the map room is where you spend your days, among parchment and ink, charting every inlet and bay you dock at, naming the nameless uninhabited islands you find. When the captain needs a bearing, you jump to it, and guide the ship through rocks and storms and narrow straits. By night, you are out on deck watching the stars, taking in the constellations and charting their courses. Nobody knows these waters better than you - if someone blindfolded you and abandoned you on a rock in the open sea, you would find your way home in a heartbeat. Every captain clamours for your expertise. But you will only sign on with the boldest, the hardiest, those who dare adventure to the places the map does not name. This world is a vast and life-filled thing. You will not rest until you have seen every inch of it.
