Poori Bhaji the best combo ever in the vegetarian delight. Just an amalgamation of boiled potatoes with fried onions and flavors of turmeric, curry leaves and hot red chillies. Kind of the same sabzi stuffed within dosas as well. I remember from my childhood stopping over a veg restaurant and never to miss to order Poori Bhaji. When sliding and bouncing over the black soil (Reti Mountains) was being seventh heaven. I remember making small balls with red mud and throwing them on compound walls. Mud – Mitti has gifted us all with some cherishable memories, the unforgettable ones. 10 days down to the New Year of 2021, here’s my first productive effort towards green plantation of Mint Leaves. It’s quite a tiny effort but the results are Overpowering. MMM….MURG METHI MALAAI I am a fan of Methi leaves. I am madly in love with them. Here, in Kuwait they arrive only in winters. So my every visit to super market grabs a bunch of Methi with me. Tried this dish as I wanted to try some different kind of Chicken Curry. The plus point was Methi Leaves bought freshly in afternoon. Fridays are special Jumma you know…Methi being home, gave a shot to Murg Methi Malai. In a cold breezy winter, feels delicious the milky merger of Methi and Chicken. Requires less time and less spices. Trust me you’ll love it with parathas or even normal roti. MUMBAICHA VADAPAV IN KUWAIT❤️ Weekends in Kuwait pop up on Fridays and Saturdays. I took some time to gulp this weird change because hum toh Mumbai se aye hai. It was Thursday late evening, the bright sun was already gone early marking Winters. Tea Time session in the evening was making me crave for some Indian snacks. At that very moment it was mapped in my mind to swing by Kuwait City. In order to compose my craving for Indian Street Food I made a plan on Thursday night to visit Kuwait City towards Mumbaicha Wadapav on Friday Morning. From Farwaniya, Bus No -21 drops you right opposite of the Cream color shop based in Kuwait City which keeps enticing the people in the country to come and enjoy the Indian Street Food. Freshly prepared mouth-watering food items tempts the crowd to taste and buy the food they wish to eat. Entire food items are set under reasonable pricing. A simple hot chai will cost you just 100 fills only. The street food includes the famous Mumbaicha Wadapav as the name of the shop replicates. In addition, they have Kanda Bhajiye, Dal Wada, Cheese and Veg Samosa, Kothmir bhajiye, Mirchi ke bhajiye and on top of it even green and red chutneys both enhancing your taste buds. Undoubtedly, Indians enjoy eating the food however along with them people of different nationalities like Bangladeshi and Pakistanis also enjoys the bite too.
