The solution lies in the question itself. Ask yourself: what in my life is coming to an end? Why am I afraid of that? Our fear of endings is our portal into new beginnings. The next fear you acquire is not because you didn’t conquer the last one, but because you discovered that as long as there are more questions, there is more to create. It is time to become your own best ending and your own new beginning. Fear is your friend, not your enemy.

GROUP 2 🌍

Gravity: Groundedness

Notice the way your body is always falling in one direction. You are not being pulled away from empty space but towards yourself. Visualize grounding into the Earth, but instead of thinking of it as existing beneath you, imagine it as being inside you. Your body is a portal between Earth and Space. Allow these two aspects of yourself to merge and feel yourself becoming whole. Remember that as long as you know where your body is, you are always safe. It is time to nurture yourself and tap into the unbreakable stillness beneath everything.

GROUP 3 ⚛️

Atoms: Building

Break the situation down into its bare components. What are the most substantial pieces of ideas that lie beneath your current beliefs? Atoms are the first concrete coalescence of potentiality from nothingness. Find the “atoms” of your thought patterns and see if you can rearrange them: take words in a sentence and think it in a different order. How does the meaning change? Use this method to spark new ideas for what you want to create and move through old fears. The possibilities for your future are truly limitless once you understand that absolutely everything can be rearranged.

this post is a message on the concept of alchemy:

as long as you are alive, you will never be free from the cycles of pain and discomfort. your suffering comes to unmake you. unravel you all the way until you’re sure there must be nothing left. yet even after the harshest of nights, when you open your eyes, there is light coming in through your blinds. there are oranges on your table. the juice of them still bursts just as pleasantly on your tongue. and maybe you’re never fully over it. maybe you never really know. but you eat the oranges, and they taste the same. better, even. and somehow your dark world becomes a painting, and your painting expands into a less darker painting. it is tempting, once this happens, to want to only save the light side of the painting and cut the dark part off. but this would not be the truth of who you are. and the painting of oranges on the table would be much more ordinary and much more boring. it would not be a noteworthy painting. and now you see that the strokes of darkness that came to unmake your painting actually came to save it. that the annihilation of all that you thought you were left you only with the choice to be exactly who you are. and with that choice, there is nothing else to do but paint. 🎨 ✨

this is what alchemy means to me, and it is the closest thing i’ve found to a savior. it’s a radical owning of free will. which is a radical choosing of everything you are and have been and will be. and it is always imperfect, because we will never be finished. but the question is, why should we want to be? just paint. fuck up. then make something beautiful with that fuck up. then fuck up again. on and on and on. do you want to find peace? good luck with that. if we truly wanted peace we’d all be dead. what we really want is to grow in the direction that feels good to us. we only want to stop growing when we can’t find a direction that feels good anymore. but we grow inwards as well as outwards. and when we stop resisting our inward growth, we find a sort of stillness inside us that can’t be taken away. we can rest and we can be happy. yes, the night will come again, but you will survive it. it is all okay now. you may exist. ☯️
