(I did ofc have a lot of bloating especially on xmas eve/day but yk obviously that's what happens when you go from eating 500-1000 cals a day to all of a sudden upwards of 2000 and for multiple days in a row 😭)
Honestly my biggest hack for staying slim is hot yoga/pilates/HIIT. If you have hot yoga classes near u I HIGHLY suggest u dabble in hot yoga its just so restorative and amazing but simultaneously a great way to lose weight.
just please be mindful that you’re eating SOMETHING (preferably high in protein) before doing hot yoga because it can be very. very. taxing.

I can’t believe I actually managed this 😭 and on a super busy dance day too. I definitely noticed I was more shaky and dizzy in my dance classes tho (like nothing severe ofc just minor things here and there). But anywaysss kinda proud of myself lmao, hopefully this doesn't cause me to binge!

Caloric Deficit Calculations!
Hi guys!
So I did a bit of research and came across this simple formula to track calorie intake and how it relates to your body/weight loss -->
Multiply your weight by 12 (if you’re not physically active on a daily basis) or 15 (if you’re moderately active)
Caloric deficit —> 500 to 1000 cals
My numbers:
Weight x 15 = Cals per day needed to maintain weight
115 x 15 = 1725
1725 - 500 = 1225
Daily limit: 1,225 calories
I’m starting with the easier caloric deficit for now, because I'm quite an active person.
