Hello hello, i'm just here to say that your trans experience post mustve hit a lot of people but I, also, am a trans man who has long hair. Ive been struggling to keep up my own state of mind bc i get misgendered too (only on 3 months of T too) but.. it rlly makes me happy to see other transmascs keep their long hair as well. It makes me incredibly happy theres other people like me who exist and are trans and rlly proud of keeping their hair. It shouldnt be that big of a deal, its hair after all but for it to be seen through the eyes of someone who *gets it,* it means a whole lot youd share abt that. Even if you cut it already/are going to (i am new here) i still appreciate that youd share about your experiences previously and im rlly proud of u as well for ur progress. You're an inspiration, and a reason for me to breathe. I hope thats not too intimidating, i just rlly rlly wanted to share that bc its so rare for transmascs to have long hair n all n be comfortable w it :') have a wonderful day!!

It's so good to hear that there are other asian transmascs who face the same troubles, esp since with our genetics asian men look quite androgynous to begin with and wanting long hair probably doesn't help but hopefully we can begin paving the road for future asian transmascs to feel more comfortable to explore all types of gender expression! Re: the bpd comic, I mean, is it inborn or is it trauma in early development though?

Individuals may have varying levels of genetic disposition for the onset of BPD, but in most cases BPD is usually triggered by prolonged exposure to trauma during childhood development.

Traumas which contribute towards BPD are usually themed around abuse, neglect, abandonment or unstable relationships.
