the worst but bittersweet feeling to me is when i push away the few people in my life so i can starve more or for a little bit longer.
i feel like they don’t truly care about me unless i get thinner. sicker. they will like me more when i am thinner anyways, i want to be skinny for them. <3

So what i figured out is that eating under 1000 calories is unhealthy and you will likely binge which is not what u want to do if u want long term results and maintenance in weight loss. (also it caused me hella constipation)
Also eating most of your calories earlier in the day is found to help with weight loss.
FOR EXAMPLE —
BREAKFAST: 600 cal
LUNCH: 400 cal
DINNER: 200 cal

hi i would like to put out that i am no longer dieting. amid to dieting my appetite shrank, which is normal. but since i was cutting out on calories, processed foods, carbs, and fats, i was simply relying on protein and plants, and my stomach has forgot how to digest foods i cut out, my stomach needs to learn how to digest again. and i will be enjoying food again. i still do have a weight loss goal,(44kg) but i will not be continuing at this time.

for everyone struggling with body dysmorphia and ed i really hope you overcome it. i wouldnt say i fit myself into that category but i definitely have struggled, and feeling like i’m not physically enough. no one should feel hatred towards their body and self image. i really hope for the best :)

The mindset of dieting is so hard, like you want to go all in to lose the weight but restriction leads to binging and the cycle repeats. it’s so hard to have a steady solid diet. but i still let myself eat what i want even when i planned not to eat it that day bc it helps me mentally.

if you do extreme low calorie dieting i don’t recommend it for long term it should only be short term, 5 days max.
