Took a nice walk Saturday and self sabotaged Sunday by weighing myself. My body fat % is lower than when I was a junior in college but my brain didn’t really care and I spiraled on Sunday instead.
Not sure how to end this, idk if it’s going to get better or if I’ll have the same neutral relationship with the scale again I used to have before covid. I really don’t. But for the next few weeks/months I’m just not weigh myself 🙃🔫

I was kinda nervous going to the gym but at least I did it 🤠 It was peak hours so I didn’t do everything I planned but I got the main things out of the way
Workout
Squat
WU: 5x95lbs
(80%) 3x5x125lbs
Deadlift
WU: 7x125lbs
(80%) 1x160lbs (this was hard lol)

Do climbing. Find a gym that looks cool and take a class for bouldering or for sport climbing (I prefer this) if you have a friend. You can obsess over it - watch videos on techniques, gear, training etc. mostly people in their 20s-40s
