I have some seriously high expectations for my husband to have dinner cooked when I get home tonight & I don’t think it can get much easier than this... I've been out sick for the last few days & I only had the energy to cook a handful of meals & boy have I noticed it!! I've been waiting so long to make this pretty ice-cream and FINALLY I came across some purple sweet potatoes on my last grocery shop... & I am so glad I did!! This ice-cream is sooooo yummy!! How good is it to be home & making your own breakfast again!!
