Just thinking about how Bucky asked Steve not to do anything stupid, and Steve immediately did something stupid.
Bless.

I know people want RDR3 to be about a young Dutch and Hosea or the Callender Boys but- and hear me out- what if it was instead about Lyle Morgan and the ending could be him earning his redemption by saving his son, but Arthur, being forced into such a cruel life at such a young age begins to harbor great resentment for Lyle. He hates the way they have to survive, he hates the fact that he had to sleep with an eye open at night, he hates that he no longer has the peace of a normal home.
He hates his father so much for that, but still- that's his father and he loves him, even if he'll never admit it. He wears his hat and keeps his picture because he still loves his father.
Lyle gets his redemption by saving his son before getting hung and if Rockstar continues the epilogue trend of having the second playable character have some sort of familial connection to the main protagonist, then we can play as a young Arthur getting picked up by Dutch and Hosea and we can see the beginning of the Van Der Linde gang.
Like- does it not make sense with the previous trends of the games?
I don't know, but I feel like that'd be pretty cool.
