Pica recovery journey week 1.5

my parents are making me see a therapist now but he is nice so i dont mind it. he is helping me and giving me tips and a schedule and stuff so i am wanting to document that.

im keeping a journal of all the stuff i ate in a day and doing meditation and positive affirmations (bars). idk if its working but im trying my best because as much as i crave stuff like chalk and paper, ik it needs to change. anyways this week is ok and i dont get to see the therapist until after winter break, so im worried about it since theres gonna be a lot of wrapping paper because of christmas, but ill try.

Finally announcing the date of release!!!

part one will be released on October 11th!!! I know I said It would be late October at the earliest but I worked on it a bit more and now I'm pretty sure I can get it out by the 11th! This is going to be released in parts and it's starting with a prologue that'll be split into two parts so part one of that is going out on the 11th. Another thing I should probably mention is that I don't have an update schedule for this and I'll just post a new part whenever I'm finished it. this is something I do for fun on the side and so i'm predicting it will be a while between parts since I have a VERY busy schedule in my personal life, but when it gets to Christmas break I'll probably post more since I wont have any activities or school then. but yeah sorry for my rambling I just was happy to announce this :)
