Our Broken Justice
(An X-men/Young Justice/Gifted crossover)
Chapter 3
Lorna took a deep breath before opening the door. Even though she was still living here, she hadn't talked to her father too much since the night she found out about her powers.
"I'm home" she announced walking into the house.
"Hey" her sister greeted her from the couch.
"Where's dad," Lorna asked. Nina pointed to the kitchen "Thanks" Lorna waved walking into the kitchen.
"Welcome home I'm just getting dinner finished" Erik stood at the stove. Lorna nodded grabbing plates out of the cabinet.
"Got some good news from the league today," she said laying the plates on the table.
"What is that?" He said turning the stove off.
"Well for days ago me and the other sidekicks found Superman's son" She decided it was best not to tell him she went to Cadmus.
"He has a son?" Erik asked raising an eyebrow.
"Yes" she lied 'He basically is' "any way he is going to be on the new team we're forming the league gave us their old hangout"
"Interesting" she started wondering if maybe she shouldn't be telling all this information surely Batman would frown on it 'that jerk frowns at everything' she thought shaking her head.
"Yeah so two of the sidekicks don't have homes and have to live there," she said sitting down.
"Oh," he said sitting next to her "Well that sucks"
"Yeah, so I volunteered to stay with them until they are settled in" Erik's eyes widened.
"Most certainly not," he said trying to stay calm "You are not living in some old warehouse"
"First it's not your choice where I live second it's not an old warehouse heck it's much nicer than this place," she said standing up.
"This is that stupid green lantern's fault I should have never let you train with him" Erik scuffed.
"He was more of a father to me in a year than you were in my entire life!" Lora shouted her eyes glowing green.
"Fine then leave," Erik said storming out. Lora felt her entire body tremble as she walked to her room. She sighed leaning against her shut door. She pulled her phone out scrolling through her contacts.
"Hey Wally" her voice was shaky. He had never heard her so upset normally she was considered the strong one out of all the sidekicks.
"Are you okay?" Wally asked worriedly.
"Yeah, can you come to pick me up I live at-" she was cut off by a knocking on her door.
"Hello," Wally greeted her as she opened the door.
"How did you know where I live?" She asked raising an eyebrow.
"Last time me and the Flash were in Coast City I saw you walking in this house" he smiled "I just assumed it was yours"
"You are such a stalker" she rolled her eyes.
"You know you want me" Wally smirked.
"I knew I should have called Aqualad" she groans as she climbs onto his back.
"Hold on tight" he flashes her a smile before zipping to the mountain.

Chapter 2
'You must awaken NOW!' a voice called out. Lorna gasped for air as her green eyes flew open. The other sidekicks were now awake too, staring at Superboy.
"What? What do you want?" Wally asked annoyed "Quit staring! You're creeping me out"
"KF, how about we not tick off the guy who can fry us with a look?" Robin butted in.
"Yeah, I rather like not being killed" Lorna added.
"We only sought to help you." Aqualad tried to reason with the clone.
"Yeah We helped you, and you turned on us" Wally piped in "How's that for grat-"
"Please, be quiet now" Lorna demanded glaring at Wally.
"I believe our friend was not in full control of his actions" Aqualad suggested.
"What if I..." he trailed with an annoyed huff "What if I wasn't?"
"He can talk?" Kid Flash asked completely shocked.
"Yes, he can" Superboy growled as he clenched his hand into a fist. Lorna shot Wally a look hoping the redhead would keep quiet.
"The Genomorph taught you telepathically" Aqualad nodded.
"They taught me much," Superboy said "I can read, write, I know the names of things..."
"But have you seen them? Have they actually let you see the sky?" Robin asked.
"Images are implanted in my mind" he looked down "but no, I have not seen them"
"Do you know what you are, who you are?" Aqualad asked.
"I am the Superboy a clone of Superman, created to replace him should he perish... to destroy him should he turn from the Light" The sidekicks looked worriedly at each other.
"To be like Superman is a worthy aspiration, but, you deserve a life beyond Cadmus," Aqualad said.
"I live because of Cadmus! It is my home!" Superboy yelled.
"Your home is a test tube." Robin pointed out "We can show you the sun"
"Pretty sure it's after midnight" Wally corrected him "but we can show you the moon"
"We can introduce you to Superman" Aqualad agreed.
"No, they can't," Desmond said walking into the chamber "They'll be occupied, activate the cloning process" The scientist walked out.
"Pass!"Robin joked "BatCave's crowded enough"
"And get the Weapon back in its pod" Desmond commanded Guardian.
"Hey, how come he gets to call Supey an it?" Kid Flash asked. Guardian placed a hand on Superboy's shoulder.
"Help us" Aqualad pleaded with the clone. He shrugged off Guardian's hand looking at him in anger.
"Don't start thinking now" Desmond's Genomorph hopped off his shoulder on Superboy's "You're not a real boy, you're a weapon, and you belong to me! Now get back to your pod!" Superboy walked back down the hallway. Desmond nodded at the control station. Robotic arms came out of the base of the pods and a reddish gas filled the space below.
Down the hallway
Superboy walked down the hallway with the G-gnome on his shoulder.
"Superboy" Aqualad called out "you live that gives you the right to follow your own path, a weapon or a person, the choice is yours" The clone stopped at those words. A boom echoed through the containment room. Superboy removed the door holding it over his head.
"I told you to get back to you-" Desmond was cut off by Superboy knocking him away while taking out both Guardian and Dubbilex.
"Don't give me orders" he growled walking over to the sidekicks.
"You here to save us or fry us?" Wally questioned.
"Huh" Superboy glared intensely "I don't seem to have Heat Vision, so I suppose helping is my only option"
"Ahh Finally!" Robin said undoing his restraints "Batman would have my head for taking so long"
"Seriously, that's what you're worried about?" Wally deadpanned.
"The whole League will have our heads after tonight" Lorna snapped. Robin and Superboy quickly freed them.
"You'll never get out of here!" Desmond shouted.
"That guy is not whelmed" Robin muttered.
"What is with you and this whelmed thing?" Wally asked as they turned to leave.
"We're still 42 levels below ground" Aqualad announced. A monster struck from behind but all six managed to avoid its blow. Lorna used her powers to open the elevator doors. Wally ran up the side while Robin used his grappling hook and Lorna flew. Superboy jumped after them.
"I- I'm falling" his eyes widened in shock. Robin realizes threw Aqualad a Batarang with a rope around it "Superman can fly, why can't I?"
"Don't know" Wally shrugged "but it does look like you can leap tall buildings in a single bound"
"Guys, this will have to be our exit" Lorna called as the elevator started coming down. Aqualad and Superboy took out the doors and they all ran into the hallway.
'Turn left, brother' a voice told Superboy.
"Left!" he shouted to the others. They followed him until they hit a dead end.
"Great directions, Supey" Kid Flash said sarcastically.
"No, I don't understand" Superboy looked confused.
"Don't apologize, This is perfect!" Robin smiled excitedly.
Time skip
"I hacked the motion sensors" Robin smirked.
"Sweet" Kid Flash replied looking over his shoulder.
"Great work bird brain" Lorna smiled letting out a sigh of relief.
"I've finally got room to move" Wally opened the door and ran upstairs as creatures came down. He smirked taking them out and clearing the way.
"More behind us" Robin called out to Superboy. Superboy slammed his foot knocking the whole staircase down behind him. Wally continued his way up accidentally setting off an alarm, causing the doors in front of him to close "Oh, crud" he hit the doors hard. Superboy walked past the fallen speedster and punched the door, not even getting a dent in it.
"Can't hack this fast enough" Robin groaned.
"This way!" on the other side a pair of G-trolls, and Guardian stood waiting for them. All four sidekicks fell to the ground.
'Perhaps our brother Superboy should make up his own mind' Dubbilex suggested.
'It was you' Superboy's eyes widened in realization.
'Yes, I set the fire and lured your new friends into Cadmus' Dubbilex nodded 'You are our hope, you will blaze a trail to our freedom, What is your choice, brother?'
"I choose... freedom," Superboy said.
"Not so fast," Desmond said turning into Blockbuster. Superboy charged at Blockbuster hitting him in the jaw. Blockbuster grabbed Superboy and threw him through the ceiling.
"Okay" Robin murmured "That's one way to bust through the ceiling
"You think LabCoat planned that?" Wally asked as Lorna flew him out of the hole.
"I doubt he is planning anything anymore" All five stood on the main floor of the building.
"Of course" Robin pulled up the floor plan "KF, get over here!" Wally ran over to Robin. Superboy charged at Blockbuster, hitting him just as Aqualad's shield breaks "Got it?" Robin asked Wally.
"Got it" The speedster confirmed zipping off towards Blockbuster. Wally dashed around hitting Blockbuster with a right cross "Got your nose" he teased. Blockbuster threw Superboy down barely missing Wally.
"Superboy, Aqualad Polaris" Robin pulled up the holograms again.
"Come and get me, you incredible bulk!" Wally dodged Blockbuster's punch destroying a pillar. He barely managed to dodge the next set of punches as Blockbuster followed him.
"This one and that one" Robin pointed the two boys nodded and ran to it, as Robin pulled out three disks. Superboy broke an already damaged pillar while Aqualad sliced through the second one. Blockbuster tries to hit Robin but misses "Sorry, try again" he drew an X on the floor and Aqualad created a puddle. Superboy hit Blockbuster knocking him down into the x. Robin electrocuted the water. Lorna broke the metal beam caving in the roof above him.
Timeskip
Slowly the teens emerged from the rubble.
"We're alive?" Lorna could hardly believe it.
"Was there... ever any doubt?" Robin asked exchanging a look with Wally before high-fiving. Superboy stepped out of the rubble looking at the sky. Several members of the Justice League flew into view.
"Superman" Wally turned to Superboy "Do we keep our promises, or what?"
"Is that what I think it is?" Batman questioned.
"He doesn't like being called an it" Wally replied.
"I'm Superman's clone!" Superboy spoke up.
"Start talking" Batman ordered.
Timeskip
"We'll, uh...we'll figure something" Superman looked uneasy at Superboy "For now I better make sure they get the Blockbuster creature squared away." he flew off.
"Cadmus will be investigated," Batman said "All 52 levels but let's make one thing clear, you will not be doing this again"
"I am sorry, but we will" Aqualad met his gaze "We did good work here tonight, the work you trained us to do"
"If this is about your treatment at the Hall, the four of you-" Flash was cut off by Wally.
"The fiveof us, and it's not" he crossed his arms
"We're ready to do what you taught us, or why teach us at all?" Robin added.
"Why let them tell us what to do?" Superboy asked "It's simple, get on board or get out of the way"
Mount Justice; July 8th
"This cave was the original secret sanctuary of the Justice League," Batman told the five "Since you, five are determined to stay together then you'll do it on League terms"
"The League will still handle the obvious stuff" Flash speaks up from behind Wally.
"Cadmus proves the bad guys are getting smarter we need a team that can operate on the sly" Hall added walking up next to Lorna "The Six of you will be that team"
"Six?" Lorna raised an eyebrow turning to her mentor.
"This is the Martian Manhunter's niece" he waved a green girl over.
"Hi," She said shyly.
"Liking this gig more every minute" Wally stepped up blocking her view "Welcome aboard, I'm Kid Flash that's Robin the grouchy one is Lorna, and that's Aqualad, it's cool if you forget their names"
"Please ignore him," Lorna said pushing Wally out of the way.
"I'm honored to be included" Miss Martian smiles. Aqualad, Robin, Lorna, and Wally all walked up to talk to her.
"Hey Superboy come meet Miss M!" Robin waved him over, and Superboy joined them. Miss Martian used her shape-shifting ability to change her shirt to look like his.
"I like your T-shirt" she smiled. Superboy gave her a small smile back. Robin nudged him as Wally darted next to Lorna.
"Today is the day," the Aqualad said proudly.

A Tower of birds
(An Irondad/Batfam crossposting)
Chapter 2
Looking back Tony couldn't help but laugh at the Irony. It was supposed to be a simple little show. A small benefit for an adoption foundation. Little did he know it would lead to the start of his own family...
No matter how hard he tried Tony couldn't tear his eyes from the horrific scene. All he could do was watch as two bodies came crashing down against the ground. The cries of a small child were drowned out by the screaming as terrified bystanders flew for the exit.
Timeskip
"Mr. Stark we need you to come with us" one of the officers nudged him towards the police cars.
"I already gave my statement" He protested crossing his arms.
"I'm afraid this is about something else," the officer said leading him towards the car at the end. Inside was a small child with dark hair.
"Is that..." Tony took a deep breath looking back towards the officer "The fly Graysons, that's their kid isn't it"
"Yes, I'm Afraid so" he nodded "The kids got a bounty on his head, and seeing as you are Ironman we thought it would be safer if he stayed with you"
"Whoa whoa whoa" Tony put his hands up "First of all people are always trying to kill me, second I'm not the dad type"
"We could put him in foster care but I'm afraid that's all we could do" he frowned "This is New York there's so much crime we stay busy and kids like him offend fall through the crakes"
"Fine, I'll take the kid" Tony grumbled.
Timeskip
Tony stared at the kid sitting across the table. This was a terrible idea, he was the last person that needed a kid. Admittedly the thought of being a father had crossed his mind a few times. He always imagined a baby left at his doorstep, the result of a one-night stand. He never thought of taking in a terrified ten-year-old that just watched his parents die.
"Are you hungry kid?" He nodded "What do you want to eat?" The kid just gave a small shrug 'Great' Tony sighed going into the kitchen. He opened the almost empty fridge.
Flashback
"Why do you not have eggs or milk I can't even find a can of soup" Pepper called as she searched through the kitchen.
"What's the point of cooking when I can get take-out" Tony answered curled up on the couch.
"No, you're sick which means you need a home-cooked meal" Pepper walked into the living room crossing her arms "Besides what are you going to do when you have kids"
"Yeah I don't think s-Achoo" Tony sneezed "ruins the whole playboy image"
End of Flashback
'This does not count' Tony scuffed closing the fridge "Okay we're going out for pi-" Tony froze in his tracks as he looked around the now empty room "Kid?"
"Up here" Tony looked up to see the kid sitting on top of a tall shelf "How?"
A week later
"Mr.Stark could you please tell us about your son," A reporter asked pushing towards the front of the crowd.
"For the last time, he's not my kid!" Tony yelled pushing his way to the car. As soon as he pulled out of the parking lot his phone started ringing "Seriously" he groaned "Answer call"
"Hey Tony" Pepper answered "So your kid's swinging on the chandelier"
"He's not my K-Wait, What?" His eyes widened in shock "I have a chandelier?"
Three weeks later
"I'm just watching him!" Tony yelled slamming the door shut behind him. He walked into the kitchen carrying two bags from the new doughnut shop.
"Do you want one?" He asked Dick who was sitting at the table watching him.
"Doughnuts for breakfast?" The kid asked tilting his head.
"There is a new doughnut shop down the street so I'm doing research" he replied pulling out three boxes of doughnuts "Want one?"
"Yes sir" Dick nodded. Tony smiled pushing a box towards him.
"Tell you what" Tony smiled "You stop swinging on the chandelier and I'll buy you so many Donuts you'll ooze jelly" A few seconds later Pepper walked into the room carrying some papers.
"Hey I got those-" Pepper's eyes landed on the box of Doughnuts "You have got to be kidding me"
"It was the Kid's idea" Tony joked pointing to Dick who just giggled happily eating his jelly doughnut.
One Month later
"Tony you can't take a kid out partying"
"Of course, I can," Tony said fixing the kid's tie "he's my little wingman"
"He's ten Tony" Pepper rolled her eyes.
"I know this is a gala, not a real party" Tony responded "Besides, a lot of people bring children"
"Yes their own" Pepper pointed out crossing her arms "Besides he's just going to be bored to death why would you want to take him"
"He's the perfect woman magnet" Tony smiled as Dick ran to get his bag "They can't resist that cute little face"
"This is wrong on so many levels," she said before walking out of the room. That wasn't the real reason and Tony knew it. He didn't want to leave Dick with a babysitter like his parents so often did. Kids shouldn't see more of a stranger than they do of their own parents.
Two Months later
'No it can't be' Tony's eyes darted around the dark room 'I can't be back here'
"Looking for something?" Tony quickly spun around to see the last person he wanted to, Obadiah. His hands clenched around the person Tony had come to love the most.
"Look whatever this is, it's between you and me so let the Kid go" he glared at the madman.
"Oh I'm afraid I can't" Obadiah grinned "You took away what was most precious to me, so I'm returning the favor" his grip tightened around the kid's neck until there was a loud snap. Dick's lifeless body fell down in front of Tony.
"No!" Tony screamed as his body jerked forward waking him up. His eyes darted around the room as his breath slowed into its regular rhythm. Finally, he let out a sigh rubbing the sweat off his forehead.
"Just a nightmare" he reassured himself. Before he could lay back down a scream came from down the hallway. Tony ran to Dick's room as fast as his legs would carry him.
"No!" The kid thrashed around sobbing in his sleep.
"Kid" Tony gently shook him "Kid wake up" Dick's eyes snapped open.
"Dad?" He looked up at Tony. His big blue eyes shining with tears.
"I'm here" Tony reassured softly, pulling him into a hug "I'm here"
Dick was his first child. The one who taught him how to love. Dick was Tony's heart.

He was taken hostage tortured and forced to build a weapon. Instead, he built a suit and took his captors out. Weeks later Ironman took flight and yet this wasn't the biggest change in his life. Falling in Reverse

Chapter 12
"This is going to be so great" Wally smiled walking into the party.
"And why exactly did I agree to be your wingman?" Damian asked crossing his arms.
"Because you owe me remember?" Wally smirked "I introduced you to Star"
Flashback
"How many times do I have to tell you I don't do teams" Damian was once again arguing with Wally about joining the team.
"Oh come on it will be fun" Wally smiled "Even Batman has the Justice League"
"My Father is a great man but his friendship with the members of the Justice League has made him weak" Damian replied "Teams lead to friendships and friendship is the greatest weakness of all"
"Really what about our Friendship?" Wally smirked
"Our 'friendship' is a delusion you have created in your fantasy world" Damian stated in his matter-of-fact voice.
"Ouch, Hey star!" Wally waved over to a girl in a purple outfit with flame-colored hair and bright green eyes.
"Oh hey, Wally" the girl smiled looking back over at them.
"Do you not believe in Secret identities?" Damian scolded Wally.
"Who's your friend?" she asked smiling brightly.
"Oh hi I'm Ribbon I mean Robin" Damian corrected himself.
"Someone has a crush" Wally whispered only loud enough for Damian to hear.
"No, I most certainly do not!" Damian growled.
"Sure" the redhead rolled his eyes "Can you bring those boxes to the meeting room I need to set up the computers?" He darted off before Damian could answer.
"Hey, do you need any help?" Star asked walking over to him.
"Oh, sure will you marry me?" Damian's face turned bright red as soon as he realized what he said "I mean carry these will you carry these"
"Oh for goodness sakes" Wally rolled his eyes "Damian would like to ask you out on a date how does six thirty at the old milkshake shop downtown sound?"
"West!" Damian whispered screamed giving Wally a glare.
"Sure I'd love to" Star smiled causing Damien to turn bright red.
"Oh, really that's great" Damian smiled sheepishly rubbing the back of his neck. Once she left he turned to the speedster "You do realize I have to kill you now right"
"You do realize you said that a hundred times don't you" he smirked "I'm starting to believe you don't actually mean it"

Our Broken Justice

Chapter 1
"So how are you feeling about going to the hall?" Hal asked, "Excited?"
"To be honest a little nervous," Lorna said turning to her mentor "After all I've only been your sidekick for a year the others have been training so much longer than me"
"And you've trained harder than any of them" he smiled "Believe me you've earned this" They walked over to the entrance of the hall where the others were waiting.
"Welcome to the Hall of Justice" Green Arrow smiled.
"Headquarters of the Justice League" Aquaman added. Two speedsters suddenly joined them.
"I knew we’d be the last ones here," Wally said crossing his arms.
"Ready to see the inner sanctum?" Green Arrow turned to Speedy.
"Born that way" Speedy smirked.
"I’m glad we’re all here" Aqualad smiled.
"Have all five sidekicks ever been at the same place At the same time?" Wally asked.
"To be fair I am still new at this whole sidekick thing" Lorna pointed out.
"Don’t call us sidekicks" Speedy pushed past them "Not after today"
"Sorry" Wally apologized"First time at the Hall, I’m a little overwhelmed"
"You’re overwhelmed, Freeze was underwhelmed" Robin scoffed "Why isn’t anybody ever just whelmed,"
"Why can't you ever be just normal?" Lorna rolled her eyes.
"Robin, Speedy, Aqualad, Polaris, Kid Flash, welcome you-" After the first few words Lorna kind of tuned Red out.
"Make yourselves at home" Flash offered. Robin and Wally jumped into their chairs, while Aqualad and Lorna calmly sat down.
"Quick debrief to discuss the coincidence of four Ice Villains attacking," Batman said before turning to the teens "We shouldn’t be long"
"That’s it?" Speedy demanded "You promised us a real look inside, not a glorified backstage pass"
"Roy, you just need to be patient" Greenarrow tried to calm him down.
"What I need is respect?" Roy turned to the others "They're treating us like kids, worse-like sidekicks! We deserve better than this" The others just sat there quietly "You're kidding, right? Today was supposed to be the day, step one in becoming full-fledged members of the league" The teens stared at each other.
"Well, sure" Wally spoke up "but I thought step one was the tour of the HQ"
"The Hall isn't the League's real HQ," Roy said waving his hands "It's just a false front for tourists, a pit stop for catching Zeta-beams to the real thing, an orbiting satellite called the watchtower" All the mentors stared disapprovingly at GreenArrow.
"I know," he said "but I thought we could make an exception"
"You're not helping your case stand down or-" Aquaman demanded but was cut off.
"Or what? You'll send me to my room?" Speedy threw his hat on the ground "Guess they were right about you four, you’re not ready" Suddenly an alarm came from the computer.
"Superman to Justice League" Sups called "There has been an explosion at Project Cadmus"
"I’ve had my suspicions about Cadmus," Batman said thoughtfully "This may present the perfect opportunity to in--"
"Zatara to Justice League Wotan is using the amulet of attain to blot out the sun" Zatara flashed on the screen.
"Cadmus can wait," Batman said "All Leaguers rendezvous at Zatara’s coordinates" he then turned to the teens "Stay put"
"Don't worry you'll get to go on missions when you're ready" Hal assured them before joining the rest of the league quickly.
"How are we ever supposed to be ready when they treat us like...like sidekicks" Wally grunted.
"My mentor, my king, I thought he trusted me," Aqualad said sadly.
"Trust?" Lorna snapped "They don’t even trust us with the basics!"
"What is Project Cadmus?" Aqualad asked.
"Don’t know but I can find out" Robin smirked jumping on the computer" The screen said Access denied "Heh, Wanna bet?" He typed something getting in "Same system as the Batcave, Project Cadmus is a Genetics lab here in D.C. That’s all there is, but if Batman's suspicious, maybe we should investigate"
"Solve their case before they do," Aqualad said thoughtfully "It would be poetic justice"
"Hey" Robin laughed "They’re all about justice"
"Uh guys I'm all for showing our mentors but this is a terrible idea" Lorna jumped in only to be ignored.
"Just like that, we're a team on a mission?"Aqualad asked.
"Stop pretending you don't hear me!" Lorna shouted
"We didn't come for a play date," Robin said still ignoring her.
"Then let's go," Wally said picking up Lorna.
"You do know kidnapping is illegal," she said as they rushed to Cadmus.
Timeskip Wally zoomed up the wall grabbing two falling scientists. He tosses them on the roof before slipping. He manages to catch himself on a window ledge.
"It’s what’s his name-flash boy" one of the firemen yelled.
"Kid Flash! Why is that so hard?" Wally mumbled to himself.
"Oh, I am so using that" Lorna laughed helping another one down. Robin landed on the roof next to Wally helping him up. They all snuck inside turning around a corner to see some guy getting on an elevator.
"Who uses an elevator during a fire?" Lorna asked.
"This is wrong" Robin pulled up a HoloScreen "This is a high-speed express elevator, it doesn’t belong in a two-story building"
"Neither does what I saw" Aqualad added before forcing the doors open.
"And that’s why they need an express elevator" Robin ducked under his arm, then shot his grappling hook letting himself fall. The others quickly followed "I’m at the end of my rope" he said as the others jumped onto the narrow platform. Robin bypassed the security and Aqualad pried open the doors.
“Welcome to Project Cadmus,” Robin announced before Wally bolted off.
“Kid, wait!” Aqualad shouted, but the speedster didn’t stop. He falls in front of some massive creatures standing barely dodging them. He quickly ran back to the others.
“No, Nothing odd going on here,” Aqualad said sarcastically looking over the corner.
"This place is guarded better than Fort Knox" Lorna commented as they reached another locked door. Robin quickly started hacking causing the door to open.
"This is how they hid this massive underground facility," Wally said pointing to a weird-looking generator "The real Cadmus isn’t on the grid, It generates its own power with those creatures"
"I don't like this, we should go" Lorna looked around warily.
"You seem on edge, even for you" Wally joked.
"It's just, my brother was taken here before I was born" She looked at the floor "he died before I ever got the chance to meet him"
"I'm sorry" Wally's eyes softened putting a hand on her shoulders.
"Whoa! Look at the stats on these things- super-strength, telepathy, razor claws, these are living weapons" Robin's eyes widened.
"They’re engineering an army, but for who?" Wally asked crossing his arms.
"Wait, there are two more files," Robin said looking at his screen. "Project Kr. and Mercury, they're both triple-encrypted, I- I can’t-"
"Don’t move!" They turn around to see Guardian with Genomorph on him "Wait, Robin, Polaris, Aqualad, Kid Flash?"
"At least he got your name right" Robin teased working on the Kr file behind Aqualad so Guardian can’t see him.
"I know you" Aqualad spoke up "Guardian, a hero"
"I do my best" Guardian smiled standing up tall.
"Then what are you doing here?" Wally asked confused.
"I’m Chief of Security" he responds. "You’re trespassing, but we can call the League, figure this out"
"You think the League’s gonna approve of you breeding weapons?" Wally demanded.
"Weapons?" Guardian looked at them confused "What are you-" the G-gnome’s horns begin to glow. The hero's head fell forward "Ugh my head" He looked back up "Take them down hard! No mercy"
"Must you always piss everyone off?" Lorna asked turning to Wally.
"I can't help it, it's part of my charm" he smiled. Robin threw a smoke bomb in front of them then shot his grappling hook at one of the support beams. Wally dodged a Genomorph but just barely. Guardian charged at Aqualad but missed knocking off a Genomorph. Lorna waved her hand and slammed his helmet against the wall knocking him out. Wally grabbed Lorna and ran through the smoke over to Robin "Way to be a team player, Rob!"
“Weren’t you right behind me?” Robin asked hacking into the elevator. They all jumped in the elevator before the creatures could.
"I knew I shouldn't have followed you idiots" Lorna groaned after the door closed.
"Come on you know you love us" Robin smirked.
"We’re headed down?" Aqualad asked.
"Dude out is up" Wally pointed to the roof.
"Excuse me?" Robin asked offended "Project Kr, it’s down on Sub-Level 52"
"This is out of control" Aqualad rubs the back of his neck "Perhaps we should contact the League"
"Project Mercury is there too" Robin interjected turning to Lorna "I managed to decode one of the files I think Project Mercury is your brother"
"My brother's alive" She put her hand over her mouth. Robin nodded "Then I'm not leaving without him," she said determinedly as the elevator came to a stop.
"Which way?" Aqualad asked looking down the hallway.
"Halt!" a Creature yelled, horns glowing red as he lifted two waste bins telekinetically, throwing them at the teens. They dodged as Robin threw a disk at him. Wally darted around the corner, knocking a scientist to the ground. The doors behind him started to close "Hurry!" the others joined him. Robin started hacking the door
“I disabled the door" he let out a sigh of relief "We’re safe"
"We’re trapped" Lorna corrected him.
"Uh, guys" Wally called "You’ll want to see this" In the center of the room was a pod.
"Whoa!" Robin gasped. Inside is a raven-haired boy with a white suit that has Superman’s symbol.
"Robin, hack" Aqualad commanded as the other two just stood in shock.
"Weapon Designation Superboy, a clone force-grown in sixteen weeks?" his eyes widened in shock "From DNA acquired from Superman"
"Stolen from Superman," Aqualad said crossing his arms.
"No way the big guy knows about this" Wally agreed.
"Solar Suit allows him to absorb yellow-sun radiation 24/7" Robin continued to read.
"And these creatures?" Lora pointed to one on the projection.
"Genomorph Gnomes, telepathic, force-feeding him an education" Robin relays sourly.
"And we can guess what else," Wally said sorely "They’re making a slave out of Superman’s son"
"Now we contact the League" Aqualad demanded but there was no signal.
"This is wrong" Wally frowned looking at the trapped clone. Lorna gaves a short nod.
"We can’t leave him like this" Robin agreed.
"Set him free, "Aqualad said turning to the boy wonder "Do it" Robin hacked the pod and it fell away. Superboy's hand clenched, as the G-gnomes begin to hiss again. His eyes snapped open and he launched himself at Aqualad. Superboy was on top of Aqualad his fist coming back to hit him square in the face.
"Whoa! Hang on, Supey" Wally tried to hold the Kryptonian back.
“We’re on your side!” Robin yelled. Superboy gives Wally an uppercut knocking him into a display cylinder. He flopped to the ground unconscious.
"Get away from him" Lorna jumped in between Wally and Superboy her eyes glowing
"I don’t want to do this" Robin threw a smoke blaster on Sup's chest unleashing gas right into his face.
"Enough!" Aqualad yelled as he punched him knocking him back into his pod "We're trying to help you" Superboy broke the pod and threw both boys against the wall. Robin slammed against Lorna knocking her out.

Chapter 11
Tim had about had it. The stupid kid had once again blown his cover. To make matters worse the room was so narrow any bullet would rickashay off the wall and probably kill both of them. Tim pulled out a non-lethal sleeping gas and through on the ground.
"Put your gas mask on" Tim snapped but it was too late Jason had already passed out "Uh I hate kids" Tim groaned to himself picking up the unconscious kid.
"Hey, little bird what you got there," Roy asked as Tim walked towards the car.
"An idiot," Tim said putting Jason in the car "We need to stop by the Batcave"
"Cool," Roy said jumping into the car. After about half an hour the kid started to wake up.
"let me go!" he started kicking and screaming.
"Take that seat belt off and I'll shoot you in the leg" Tim warned.
"Don't listen to him he's just grumpy that you cost him his mission" Roy smiled.
"Arsenal hurry up and knock him out" Tim snapped. "The less he knows the better"
"Sorry about this" Roy apologize spraying him in the face with knockout gas.
Timeskip
Tim carefully walked into the Batcave not noticing Damian hiding on the ceiling.
"Here you go," Tim said laying an unconscious Jason in the spinny chair. Damien jumped off the ceiling knocking Tim down.
"Now let's see who you really are" he growled taking off the helmet.
"Hey, big brother" Tim smirked at the look of surprise Damian gave.
"Tim?" Damian stared wide-eyed at his 'dead' brother.
Timeskip
"Interesting" Damian pulled the small patch of white hair.
"Ow!" Tim jerked back "I'm not here just so you can pull my hair"
"So does Bruce know?" Damian asked.
"Yeah" Tim rolled his eyes "He's still mad about the whole killing spree thing"
"I'm sure he'll come around," Damian said putting a hand on his younger brother's shoulder.
"Just stop it!" Tim pushed him away "Stop acting like everything is fine"
"Little Wing" Damian's face softened "I know you've been through a lot"
"You have no idea what it's like!" Tim's eyes filled with anger and pain "You have no clue how it feels to claw your way out of your own grave"
"Drake I'm sorry," Damian said walking towards him "Look we can get through this we're family"
"I'm not a part of this family," Tim said walking out.

Part 2
Stephanie Brown was completely different from any girl Jason had ever known. She could be a total kick butt one minute and breathtakingly beautiful. She didn't take anything from anyone, she even smarted off to The Batman. And best of all she loves to play pranks and annoy people.
"So what's the big surprise Stephanie asked as Jason led her down the street.
"You'll see" he replied pulling down an old fire escape.
"Hurry up we still need to get ready for-" She looked around to make sure no one was listening "You know"
"It's fine I told B we'd be running a little late so Cass is going out as Robin," Jason said getting on the latter.
"Yeah that's going to end well" Steph rolled her eyes "still not going to tell me why we're here?"
"I promise it's worth it" he grinned back at her as he started climbing.
"It better be" she huffed climbing up behind him. Once they got to the top Jason sat down with his legs dangling over the edge.
"Almost time," he said looking back up "Come sit" he patted at the space next to him.
"Okay goofy bird," Steph said sitting next to him.
"Here it is in three two one" The sun slowly disappeared into the horizon. The bright blue of the sky faded into a beautiful shade of purple with splotches of soft pink clouds.
"Wow" her eyes sparkled at the swirl of purple and pink in the sky.
"Purples you're favorite color right" She nodded still watching the sky "Normally we miss this because we're busy getting ready for you know"
"Yeah I never knew a sunset could be so breath taking" she replied "It's so different up here"
"This is the best place to watch it" he smiled "I saw this a week ago and it made me think of you"
"Big soft" she playful punched him in the shoulder.
"I love you" the words popped out of his mouth before he could even think. Jason's blood ran cold when he realized what he had said. He quickly jerked his head away bracing himself for the cruel feeling of rejection. Instead, he felt a slight weight on his shoulders.
"I love you too" Stephanie smiled laying her head on his shoulder.
"Really?" Jason asked unable to contain the surprise in his voice.
"Of course" She smiled "Why else would I watch all those boring school plays?"
Jason didn't know what to say so instead he wrapped his arm around her and continued to watch the sunset. Jason didn't know it at the time but he was the first person Stephanie said "I love you" to anyone.

Chapter 10
Wally wished he hadn't said anything about joint-training sessions. He forgot how hard Damian was on the people he was training.
"Come on move faster" Damian snapped turning up the power on the super-speed treadmill, which was too fast even for Bart. Poor Jason was on his ten thousandth chin up.
"Come on big bird lighten up" Wally laid a hand on his shoulder.
"Do you want to be stabbed again?" Wally quickly removed his hand.
"Mr.Scary guy can we please take a break?" The younger speedster pleaded.
"Fine, we'll go to the cave and do some tech training" Everyone gave a huge sigh of relief.
Time skip
"So this is the bat cave" Bart zoomed around the cave "This is so Crash!"
"Where is your suit?" Damian asked Jason pointing over to the empty case.
"My suit's a little small so Alfred is adjusting it," he said. Damian looked over to the older suits 'Too small that's a first'
"Ugh, I think he made this a little too big" Tim walked out in his new Robin suit, which was ten sizes too big.
"Seriously Drake?" Damian started to laugh "You are way too small, I've seen bunnies more intimidating than you"
"Hey the outfit doesn't help why on earth did you choose such bright colors," Tim said wrapping himself in his cape.
"No one said you had to copy my old suit design" he pointed out.
"Batman needs a Robin besides I couldn't just completely change the costume" Tim argued "After all you are the reason I became Robin"
"Whatever little wing" Damian smiled ruffling Tim's hair.
"Greetings young masters" Alfred greeted the boys with a tray of cookies.
"Hey Al" Jason waved. Alfred set the tray of cookies on the table. Jason grabbed a cookie and handed it to Bart.
"You're giving me your food?" The young speedster looked curiously at Jason.
"Sure that's what friends do," Jason said taking a bite of a cookie.
"Crash! You're the first friend I ever made" Bart pulled Jason into a bear hug.
"Wait? What? I did not agree to this!" Jason squirmed trying to get out of the hug.
"I swear you two act so much alike" Wally laughed.
"No by now I would have stabbed you" Damian let a small smile cross his lips.
Flashback
"This is my son Damian" Bruce introduced Damian to Clark and Barry.
"Wow, the Big Bad Bat has a kid" Clark stared in shock "Does he drink blood?"
"No" Bruce rolled his eyes "you do realize I am not a vampire"
"Well isn't he a cute little fellow" Barry smiled "My nephew is in the cafeteria why don't you go make friends?"
"I am the grandson of the demon's head and the future leader League of Assassins" Damian crossed his arms "I do not make friends"
"Yeah he's like that most of the time" Bruce sighed "Damian go to the cafeteria"
"Fine" Damian grumbled walking to the cafeteria. He quickly got his lunch and sat down. Five seconds later a kid around his age appeared in the chair next to him.
"Hey, my name is Wally" The young speedster smiled.
"Get away from me" Damian growled taking a bite of his chicken nugget.
"Awe comes on I just wanted to talk" the redhead smiled.
"I said go away" Damian threw a knife at the young speedster's leg.
"You just stabbed me!" Wally looked at him in shock.
"So what you have speed healing" Damian shrugged taking another bite.
"Is this how you treat all of your friends?" Wally asked.
"I don't have friends" Wally's eyes widened.
"Well, congratulations I'm now your best friend" Wally hugged Damian.
"You have point five seconds to stop touching me or you can say goodbye to your kneecaps" Damian growled.
Damian wondered how things would have turned out if he had never met Wally. 'I'd probably have rejoined the League of Assassins never met Star and killed Tim the first time I saw him'
"Earth to Damian" Wally waved his hand in front of Damian.
"Get your hand out of my face" he pushed Wally's hand away.
"Just checking, you zoned out for a little bit there" Wally smiled. Damian rolled his eyes.
"I swear you're are such an idiot" He couldn't help but smile as he thought 'I do owe a lot to this idiot and I really do care about our friendship but I will never let anyone know'

Gotham Emergency
Chapter 2
Duke stood nervously outside of the police station trying to gather up the courage to walk inside.
'Come on man you can do this, you were top in your class for goodness sake' Duke stared at the doorknob. He had heard many stories about the GCPD and thier, let's just say rather unorthodox methods 'I'm sure those were just exaggerations'
"You going open it or stand there tile it opens itself" Duke looked over his shoulder to see a girl with white hair standing behind him impatiently.
"Sorry," Duke said before darting inside only to be almost run over by a guy in skates.
"Watch out!" the guy yelled as Duke moved out of the way as the guy darted past him before coming to a stop. He looked down at the stopwatch in his hand before looking back up at the other side of the station "forty-five seconds!"
"..." Duke stood there quietly as the guy, on skates, skated back to him.
"You must be the new guy" the man smiled.
"That obvious huh?" Duke asked.
"Nah I'm just good reading people," he said still smiling "Dick Grayson nice to meet you"
"Duke Thomas" He smiled "So what was that all about"
"Case research," Dick said as if it was the most normal thing in the world.
"Oh" Duke muttered 'I knew I should have stayed in Bludhaven'
"If you're looking for the chief office it's two doors down on the left" Dick pointed down the left hallway"
"Thanks" Duke nodded before walking down the hallway Sir," He said quietly opening the door. Inside was a man sitting down at his desk holding a stack of papers
"Ah you must be my transfer from Buldhaven," he said putting the papers down.
"Yes sir," Duke said standing at attention.
"Calm down son, this ain't the military" Commissioner Gordan mused holding out his hand "I'm Jim Gordan"
"Nice to meet you Commissioner," Duke said returning his smile.
"Pick up your bag and uniform at the front desk over there and you'll be riding alone with Officer Grayson" Duke nodded before walking out of the office.
"Thank you, Commissioner" Duke nodded before walking out 'He seemed pretty normal"
Timeskip
Duke felt a lot more relaxed now that he was in uniform. As he walked into the bullpen he noticed Dick sitting at the desk across from his with a red-haired girl.
"Oh hey, new guy!" Dick called waving him over. Duke walked over to join them"This is Barbara"
"Hey, I'm-"
"Duke Thomas, top of your class and one of Buldhaven's top cadets" Barbara smiled holding out her hand "I read your resume pretty impressive"
"Thanks" Duke smiled nervously shaking her hand.
"That's pretty big praise, Babs here isn't impressed easily" Dick grinned "So you ready for your first ride"
"Yeah," Duke said more confidently, he was in fact nowhere near ready...

Chapter 9
Tim's point of view
It was just suppose to be a simple heist jump, in and out. Unfortunately, someone forgot the getaway truck.
'Dang it Roy where the heck are you' I swear I did not sign up for having a non-speedster version of Wally.
"Hood" 'Could this day possibly get any worse?' I turn to see no other than Nightwing and Robin 'Oh come on, I almost had everything done'
To do list
1.)hack into mob computer
2.)take done the west Gotham mob
3.)Steal new weapons
4.)Control all drug lords in Gotham
"Bats so busy he had to send his little birds after me" I folded my arms 'Okay, now how do I get out of this mess?'
"Don't worry" Damian replied in his usual cold manner "We have no problem dragging you to jail"
"Yeah, that's not happening" I pulled out my gun shooting the bat-a-rang out of his hand "No offense but I'm not going to be a bird in a cage"
"Why you!" and as predicted he lunged at me. I quickly stepped aside letting him slam against the wall.
"Now that looked like it hurt" I can't help but feel a tiny bit smug "That's your problem, you always let your anger get the best of you big bird"
"When I get my hands on you I'm going to kill you" he pushes himself back to his feet.
"Woo hold up" I reply trying to keep up my smug demeanor "As I remember it, bats don't approve of killing"
"You think you're so smug, I'm going to rip that stupid helmet off and we'll see" Man this guy is so boring.
"You couldn't even stop the Joker from killing your last little birdy" Hold up is Jason really eating popcorn what on earth is wrong with this kid?
"Don't you dare talk about him!" And in five seconds he had knocked me into the wall.
"So you finally got some guts big bird?" I really need to learn how to keep my mouth shut.
"Why do you keep calling me that?" His voice has a dangerous edge to it.
"You're not going to kill me, you don't kill" I reach for my gun so I can shoot him in the foot 'Dang-it out of bullets'
"You're not getting away this time" I swear this guy is so annoying I want to punch a wall, though that may be the Lazarus pit talking.
"Oh Really?" I smirk pulling out a smoke bomb. While their busy coughing I leap on the roof and run across the other side the slide down the ladder.
"Do you bats always act so dramatic?"I turn to see Roy standing next to the getaway car.
"Hey, I'm not a bat" 'How many times do we have to go through this' "Where were you?" I say crossing my arms.
"Someone forgot to wake me up," he said crossing his arms.
5.) Give Roy a wakeup call
"Oops" I jump in the car "Let's go it won't take long for those two bird brains to get free"
"No I'm sorry?" he scoffs hopping into the driver's seat.
Extended Ending
"This is perfect the great Tim Drake forgot something" Roy laughed.
"How have I not shot you yet?" Tim asked leaning his set back.
"Because I'm your best friend like it or not you're stuck with me" Roy answered.
"Just keep driving," Tim said closing his eyes.
"Ugh, I hate this song," Roy said reaching over to turn the radio.
"Turn that radio and lose the other arm" Tim warned. Roy quickly put his hand back on the steering wheel.

Five times Jason said I love you and the first time someone said it back

Part 1
For Jason saying I love you never came easy. After all, it wasn't like he grew up in a loving home. The first time He said I love you he had no idea what the words even were.
One
Jason was sitting on the floor studying an old book. He had found it in an alley dumpster and was obsessed. Sure the pages bent and the cover was torn and it smelled like cat food, but books were a rare found and Jason loved them.
"Don't know why he bothers" Willis snorted watching T.V. "Not like that little brat can read it"
Jason had in fact started reading at the age of three. Learning important phrases such as "Keep out", "Surveillance Area" and probably most important "Dangerous Dog"
The boy chose to ignore his father's criticism and continued to read.
"I love you" Marry smiled up at her dad.
"I love you too" Her dad smiled twirling her around like a princess.
"I love you" he read the words quietly to himself. It felt strange on the tip of his tongue and while he didn't quite understand them it did seem to make the dad in to book happy.
He looked up over at Willis who was still mindlessly staring into the TV. Quietly Jason closed the book and stood up. Slowly he made his way over to Willis. The nauseating smell of beer growing stronger stronger with each step.
"Dad..." Jason could practically feel his heart jump out of his chest as the man turned his head towards him, his face unreadable.
"Hum?" Willis grunted narrowing his gaze down at Jason.
"I-I love you," Jason said barely managing to get the words out. He stood there quietly waiting for Willis' response. The older man just grunted before turning back to the TV.
Jason didn't understand the tight feeling in his throat or why he wanted to hide. All he knew was he had said the words in the book but they didn't work.
As bad as that was the next time Jason said I love you was even worse.
Two
Jason had just gotten home from the store carrying two packs of ramen and a water bottle, knowing it would have to last them for the next five days. It had been a tough week. There had been little for Jason to sell and nothing worth stealing. He was forced to take his best book and pawn it for a measly one dollar and fifty cents.
The mere memory made Jason's stomach turn but he knew it had to be done. Rule number one of the streets: don't get attached to anything.
"Mom I'm home!" He called out into the seemingly empty house. He tossed the small bag of food counter "Mom?" He peered around the bathroom door. The sight his eyes landed on made his blood run cold.
Catherine was lying on the ground twitching, a dark ring of vomit stained her mouth.
It wasn't the first time Jason had found her like this. That didn't make the situation any less scary. Jason acted on pure instinct rushing to her side and turning her head so she wouldn't choke. He sat with her for hours monitoring her condition. Once the seizures finally stopped he leaned her up against the wall and used a wet washcloth to clean her face.
Once he had finished he sat down in front of her and grabbed her hand squeezing it tightly.
"I love you" it was the first time he had meant it. His throat felt raw as if he were choking on barbed wire. He didn't really care though because the loud harsh pounding of his heart had yet to slow. He held on to his mother as though she might vanish.
"..." She just stared back at him emotionless as though she were empty. Jason sat by her side all night making sure she was okay.
Not long after that Catherine overdosed never acknowledging the words Jason said. To the day he often wonders whether or not she had heard him.
The next "I love you" was by complete accident.
Three
Damian and Jason had just gotten done with practice
"Good work T-Jason" Damian corrected himself. Damian had made a promise to himself that he wouldn't call his siblings by their last names. Something he had started because of Tim's swath.
"Thanks," Jason said grinning it wasn't very often that Damian gave praise but he seemed to be softening up around Jason.
"I've got to head back to Buldhaven I've got an art show tonight" Damian waved walking to the door.
"Kay, Bye love ya," Jason said before he could think. Damian stiffened up as he stood in the doorway.
Jason watched in disappointment believing that once again he had been rejected. While in truth he had shocked Damian because Damian did love his younger broth but couldn't bring himself to say the words. Tim's death was still fresh and the idea of loving someone else just to lose them was more than he could bear.
So Damian left without acknowledging Jason. But the words stuck around in his head.
Four
Jason's first crush was a girl in his theater club.
He had joined the club due to his love of literature often helping to make sure the plays stay true to their source material. That is how he got the job of prop maker.
While working on sets he would listen to the rehearsals. One girl, in particular, caught his ear. Jess Waived, the girl with the voice of an angel. She and Jason became quick friends due to their love of Shakespeare and on closing night after the last show, Jason told her how he felt about her.
"I love you," He said handing her a flower.
"Oh..." She said rubbing the back of her neck "Jason you're a great guy I just don't feel the same..." Despite this, the two did stay friends but Jason decided he was never going to tell anyone I love you again.
Five
Jason laid on the couch snuggled up in a pile of blankets. It had been raining a lot this week and he had gotten a cold from going on patrol.
He had expected Bruce to be telling him "I told you so" but Bruce had been very nice about the whole thing.
"How are you feeling lad?" Bruce asked peeking through the doorway.
"Better" Jason coughed.
"Tell you what how about I go get a book and read to you" Bruce offered with a warm smile.
"Don't you have work today?" Jason asked tilting his head.
"I took the day off," Bruce told him "I wanted to make sure you were okay"
"Oh," Jason said as he felt his cheeks start to burn.
"So what about that book?" Bruce offered.
"Great expectation" Jason repelled.
"Good choice, I'll be right back," Bryce said before going to the library.
"I love you," Jason said once he was sure Bruce was out of earshot.

Falling in Reverse
(Reverse robins)
Chapter 8
"And what are you doing here?" Damian demanded.
"Chasing the Red Hood, same as you" Jason answered. Both of them were standing on the roof of an empty warehouse in their costumes.
"This is no place for Kids Robin" Damian scolded the younger boy.
"I'm not a kid!" Jason snapped standing on his toes to look taller.
"I don't trust you to go home by yourself and I don't have time to take you home" Damian sighed 'ugh I swear he acts just like Tim' "Fine stay close to me"
"Okay grumpy bird" Jason nodded. Damian mentally cursed Wally for the stupid nickname.
"Let's go" he leaped through the window. A couple of thugs were lying on the ground dead. "He's definitely been here"
"Way to go Nightwing" Red Hood stepped out of the shadows "Figure that one out all by yourself?"
"You might as well surrender" he matched Damian blow for blow. It was like he knew exactly what Damian was going to do before he even did it 'Why isn't he using his gun'
"Getting a little slow aren't you Wayne?" Damian's eyes widened behind his mask 'Who is this guy?' "You have no idea who you're messing with"
"You think you're some kind of genius?" Damian growled.
"Actually yes" he smirked. Even with the helmet on Damian could tell he was smirking. Suddenly lights started flashing outside "That's my cue" Red Hood knocked Damian down and climbed up to the roof. "A little higher than I thought" he looked down below.
"Give up, you have nowhere to go" Damian smirked as he backed the Red Hood to the edge of the roof.
"How about no" He leaped onto a poorly built platform 'This should be strong enough to hold my weight, hopefully, they'll be too worried about this falling to climb on it'
"Robin!" Damian called after Jason as he jumped on the wobbly platform. A sudden shake caused Jason to slip barely holding on to the edge of the platform.
"Come here you little brat" Red Hood reached for Jason pulling the kid up and tossing him onto the roof of the next build.
"Hold on Robin I'm coming" Red Hood looked over to see Damian leaping onto the platform 'you got to be kidding me'
"You idiot!" The platform became shaky. Red started to jump to the next building until Damian's cape caught his eye 'This dummy is going to fall down with the platform' Instead of leaping to the next building he turned to push Damian onto the second platform.
"You-" Whatever Damian was about to say was drowned out by the crash.
"Ugh," Red Hood tried to push himself up off the ground until he realized he was pinned under a heavy wooden beam 'Way to go red, always got to be the hero don't you' he mentally cursed himself as Damian ran over to him. Red Hood tried to hit him but Damian grabbed his hand.
"I'm trying to help you!" Damian snapped pulling the beam off of him 'What am I doing he's a killer' As soon as he was free Red Hood darted off.
"You let him get away" Jason complained. Damian stared at the door 'Who was that guy and why would he save me?'
Extended Ending
"I should have shot him in the leg, to begin with," Red Hood groaned pulling off his helmet.
"Hey, Timmy" Tim turned to see Roy standing in the doorway "I thought that was you" he smirked.
"I'm not even sure who I am I'm anymore" Tim flopped down in his chair.
"You've changed a lot" Roy smiled "I can't imagine the old Tim carrying around guns"
"That Tim died long ago" Tim sighed fixing the crack in his helmet.
"Got to say the new you is pretty cool" Roy smiled "I'm kinda into the anti-hero game myself, want to join forces?" Roy reached out his hand.
"Sure why not" Tim smiled shaking his hand"A couple of outlaws working together"

Chapter 7
Damian walked into the kitchen when something brushed against him, knocking him into the wall.
"What the?" Damian rubbed his forehead as he watched a blur run circles around his kitchen "West!"
"Sorry," Wally stood in the doorway panting "I have never ran that fast" Damian's eyes widened 'If that's not Wally then who's running around my kitchen?'
"Can't you catch him?" Wally shook his head. Damian rolled his eyes 'What good is having a speedster if he can't catch anyone?' He grabbed a bottle of olive oil and poured it on the floor, the speedster slipped on it crashing into the fridge.
"Ow, totally feeling the mode" the unknown speedster groaned.
"Okay start talking," Damian said cuffing him to the chair. The kid looked down at his hands. "Don't even bother trying, you can't phase through meta cuffs"
"I'm Bart Allen" the kid smiled "Grandson of Barry Allen a.k.a. the flash"
"What? Barry doesn't even have a kid" Wally stared at the younger speedster.
"Really?" Damian asked suspiciously as he carefully looked over Bart.
"This is so crash your Damian Wayne!" Bart grinned. "The First Boy Wonder and Nightwing"
"He knows our secret identities" Damian glared at the younger boy "We need to dispose of him"
"You're kidding right?" Wally turned to see Damian picking up a sword "Whoa we're not killing anyone" Wally said jumping infront of Bart "How many times do we have to go over this"
"Wow, this is so crash I read about you in the history books but to think you're actually here in front of me!" Bart stared starry-eyed at both of them. "What's your favorite book? what's your favorite animal? how many animals do you have? Are you guys in the Justice League now? who's the worst villain you've ever faced????" Bart kept talking faster and faster until neither one of them could understand what he was saying.
"What?" Damian raised an eyebrow "West did you catch any of that?"
"Only about two-thirds" Wally replied before turning to Bart "How can we really be sure you are related to Barry?"
"I can do a DNA test," Damian said grabbing a needle out of his silverware drawer.
"Why on Earth do you keep that in your silverware drawer?" The older speedster asked.
"In case of intruders," Damian said stabbing Bart in the arm.
"Ow," Bart flinched "That's so not crash!" Damian just rolled his eyes 'What a wimp'
"Okay I'll be back in two hours, Wally watch the intruder" Damian waved walking out of the kitchen.
"Is he always this grumpy?" Bart asked turning to Wally.
"Actually he's in a pretty good mood" Wally pulled two ice cream bars out of the freezer "I imagine with all that running you probably want something to eat" he offered Bart a bar.
"Yes!"Bart eagerly grabbed the bar with his free hand.
"Don't tell Damian I'm still recovering from the last time he caught me stealing ice cream" Wally smiled.
Timeskip
"Well, his story checks out," Damian said re-entering the room.
"Oh thank goodness you're back" Wally sighed in relief " This is his third time singing 10000 bottles of beer on the wall and he's halfway through"
"500 bottles of beer on the wall 500 bottles of beer take one down pass it around and you have-" Wally quickly stuffed a napkin in the younger speedster's mouth.
"Sing one more word and I'll trap you inside the speed force" Wally snapped. Bart tilted his head looking at Wally.
"How? You're too slow to enter the speed force" Damian couldn't hold back a small chuckle.
"Oh really? You never laugh at one of my jokes but that you laugh at" The redhead crossed his arms.
"I talked to Barry since you're stuck here you'll be living with the dork until you can get back home" Damian pointed to Wally.
"No way this is going to be so crash" Bart's eyes sparkled with excitement.
"Hey, you said you wanted a brother" Damian took the cuffs off of Bart.
"This is so great we get to be roomies" Bart hugged Wally. "Hey we could be a team, Kid Flash and Impulse I already have a costume"
"Wow, there is actually someone more annoying the you" Damian let a small smile cross his face.
"Hey!" Wally wined.

Gotham Emergency
Chapter 1
He raced down the street while rain poured down on him. Splashing through the puddles of water as they turned a Dark crimson. The still figure of a Redhead came into view as he rounded the corner. Blood pooling around her un-moving form.
"Babs!" Dick shot up knocking his blanket onto the floor. He gasped trying to steady his breathing as he looked around the room "Just a dream" he reassured himself as he got up and pulled on an oversized shirt.
It had been nearly a year since that night but the memories still burned into his head. He and Barbara had been on a routine call when the suspect opened fire barely missing a little kid. Barbara rushed after him as soon as he darted. Dick had been six feet away when he heard the shot, he rounded to the corner to find her lying there bleeding out. Luckily the EMT had gotten there just in time, sadly there was nothing that could be done for her spine. She quit the force and became an emergency dispatcher.
Tomorrow he was to get a new partner, a transfer from Buldhaven. The thought of having another partner both excited and sickened him. What if he failed again and got another person hurt or worse killed?
He stumbled down the stairs into the kitchen where his little brother sat studying photos.
"Shouldn't you be asleep?" he asked crossing his arms as he leaned against the doorway.
"You too," Tim said taking a sip of his coffee "Another nightmare?"
"Yeah" Dick sighed sitting down next to him "This is the Joker case"
"Yep," Tim grimaced. The Joker was a rather big case right now, he toured his victims and then cut smiles onto their faces. He was flashy and cocky but mostly he was good. It had been ten years since he started and still, no one had caught him.
"I heard one of the guys say there might be a break in the case" Dick smiled hopefully.
"Afraid not turns out the guy was lying" Tim sighed.
"Well I feel like we'll have one soon, after all, Gotham's greatest detective is on the case" Dick grinned putting a hand on Tim's shoulder "Our very own Grisom"
"Really?" Tim tilted his head "I always so myself more as a Horatio"
"Oh no, you're definitely Grisom weird guy with strange methods that make everyone wonder whether you're brilliant or Insane" Dick laughed ruffling his little brother's hair.
"Will you two shut up! Some of us have to be on call in two hours!" Jason yelled from the couch.

Magneto's kids
Chapter 10
It had been a couple of weeks since Lizzy started coming over. Each time she'd act like a perfect angel until she and Peter were alone.
"Hey you little freak" Lizzy smiled pulling out a cigarette "Get me a drink" Peter walked over to the fridge and pulled out a soda.
"Here you go your Majesty" he handed her the soda.
"I don't appreciate sarcasm," she said taking a sip. She quickly spat it out "What the heck, this soda is warm you little idiot"
"I just got it out of the fridge it's extremely cold" Lizzy stood up and punched him in the face knocking him to the ground. He heard footsteps coming from behind him.
"Stop!" Kaitlyn leaped over the couch in front of Peter. Lizzy lunged at her fighting like a wild animal. The other girl fought with skill like she was part of the X-men without the powers.
"You know what I'm so sick of you and your stupid Ms. Perfect act" Lizzy grabbed her cigarette off the table and scraped it against her face burning the side of her cheek.
"How about your little act?" Kaitlyn said giving her an uppercut.
"Why you little" She grabbed Kaitlyn by the shirt and slammed her against the wall. Suddenly the door jerked open and Pietro entered the room.
"Are you okay?!" He darted over to his friend as quickly as he could without using super speed.
"Oh Thank goodness you're here" Lizzy gave a fake sigh of relief "This little Witch attacked me"
"I'm fine" Kaitlyn reassured him "Your girlfriend attacked Peter then tried to rip my head off"
"What?" Peter gave a quick nod. Pietro's eyes filled with shock as he turned to Lizzy.
"Oh come on Pie you're really going to believe her over me?" Lizzy asked accusingly.
"Yes, she has been my best friend years before I met you I know she wouldn't lie" he turned to glare at her.
"Pie, you know I'd never hurt anyone in your family" she wined.
"Look Liz it's over" Pietro growled "Get out now"
"Fine, I don't have to take this" She stormed out the door.
"Are you sure you're okay?" Pietro asked checking on Kaitlyn. She quickly grabbed his wrist.
"I'm fine you should check on your brother" She nodded towards Peter
"Hey Kid you okay?" Pietro looked carefully over his brother for any injury.
"I'm sorry" Peter looked down in shame "I didn't mean to make you fight with your girlfriend" Pietro's eyes widened.
"What?" He pulled Peter into a hug "Peter you have nothing to be sorry about I should be sorry it's my job to protect you"
"What do you think dad's going to do," Peter asked.
"Forget Dad Wanda is the one she should be afraid of" Peter laughed causing Pietro to smile.
Extended Ending
Lizzy rubbed her sore jaw 'Where the heck did that little Witch learn to fight?'
"Of course" she smirked to herself "You little sneak, I know your secret now, and trust me you're going to pay"

Magneto's Kids
Chapter 9
"Wow" Peter's eyes widened. He had never seen the house so clean. Even weirder was Pietro was the one cleaning it.
"A few of my friends are coming over," Pietro said laying a plate of cookies on the table. Peter leaped over the couch and grabbed a cookie.
"Touch those and I'll tell Wanda you broke her glass horse" Peter quickly dropped the cookie.
"Whatever" he zoomed over to the kitchen and grabbed him a pop-tart.
"These are my human friends, so please no using your super speed or super mouth" Peter stuck his tongue out.
"You're getting to be as boring as a dad" Peter groaned. As soon as someone pulled into the driveway Pietro ran over to open the door.
"Hey speedy" a dark-haired girl greeted him with her arms out.
"Hey K-bear" Pietro smiled hugging the girl, "I thought Liz was riding with you" The girl seemed very uneasy at the mention of Liz.
"She decided to come in her car" she turned to Peter "Are you going to introduce me?"
"Oh, Kaitlyn this is my little brother Peter" Kaitlyn smiled reaching out to shake Peter's hand.
"Nice to meet you" Peter shook her hand.
"Hey Pie" a girl with fizzy dark hair walked into the house and wrapped her arms around Pietro.
"This is my girlfriend Lizzy" Pietro introduced his girlfriend. Peter smiled and shook her hand. There was something off about her. Peter shook his head 'I'm probably just imagining it'
Time skip
Pietro and his friend were sitting in the living room watching movies.
"I could so do that" one of the guys pointed to the TV.
"Yeah right," Pietro laughed, "Ten bucks says you can't" All the guys suddenly ran out the door.
"I got to see this " Kaitlyn grabbed her coat chasing the boys out the door.
"I swear they are a bunch of kids" Lizzy pulled out a cigarette.
"Dad doesn't like smoking in the house," Peter said grabbing a cookie.
"Silver hair that's a mutation right" She pulled his hair "What a freak" she laughed.
"Hey let go!" He pushed her away. He went toward the door
"Where do you think you're going ?" She smirked "to tell big brother? Who do you think he'll believe his girlfriend of five years or a little punk he barely knows"
"What?" Peter's eyes widened as he tried to pull away.
"Here's the deal" her eyes narrowed "You are going to do everything I say or I'll tell Pietro you attacked me, he and Wanda will abandon you so fast it'll make your head spin" She quickly let go of Peter as someone opened the door.
"Forgot my drink" Kaitlyn grabbed her drink off the table. She looked suspiciously toward Lizzy "What are you doing?"
"Just having some bonding time" She smiled innocently "Isn't that right Petey?" Peter just nodded his head refusing to look up.
