Actually did great today,I was out till around 4pm bc of school so I had an excuse to skip lunch, I threw out dinner and skipped breakfast so I'm good
I got SO MANY steps in bc of a school trip and I was carrying a heavy bag while wearing black clothes the whole morning 💀💀
I'm planning to fast until like 2pm tmr and keep it low cal, I'm currently craving fruit so I think I'm on the right track

The recovery lady at the ed department at the hospital actually told my mum to stop me from eating after I finish a meal so I avoid binging!! Actually hella grateful for that cause I'm getting so f*cking f4t and her saying it is giving me motivation to ⭐ve lol💗💗💗
