Do you ever feel uncomfortable, ashamed, or disappointed in yourself when you let something slip for a while, and then feel like you can't get back into it now?
It's a weird kind of feeling, but just know that it's ok to have setbacks, to miss a few days, and ultimately, to recommit to things by starting again.
We're not going to always have a perfect record for our goals, habits, and tasks, but getting back to doing these things is better than giving up in an all-or-nothing mentality.
Go get back to it, you got this!

There are many types of freedom, but if we chase them all at once it's likely to be overwhelming and unsuccessful.
With that in mind, which of these four is your main priority?

Are you familiar with the concept of A/B testing?
The basic idea is to create two or more variations of something (e.g. a webpage) and then segment the users at random between the different variations in order to see which variation performs the best.
The key is to only change one thing at a time, so that you can control all of the other variables and see how that one change affects performance.

Tuesday Newsday - Clarity
Here's a peak at our email newsletter for this week!
Hope you're having a great end of the month and beginning of summer!
Now is the perfect time to stop and reflect on your current path and really clarify what it is you're doing, how you're doing it, and why you are doing it at all.
Here are some questions to reflect on:
What is my vision for my professional life?
How are my current actions contributing to that vision?
Is there anything I need to change in order to put myself on the best path to reach my goals?
Does this feel right, or do I feel resistance that I haven't yet addressed?
These are just a few ideas to get you started! I hope this exercise helps you find more clarity and get really focused on the things that will move you closer to living your desired and fulfilling life.
To clarity! :)

Mindset is crucial to our success in whatever it may be that we're working on - personal or professional.
And when it comes to mindset, there's plenty of talk about positive thinking, but let's be clear that positivity and optimism are not the same thing as being naïve or delusional.
Negativity keeps us trapped - it makes us the victim in our own story, instead of the 'hero.' If we spend too much energy focused on the negatives of our experience, we're wasting all that potential on things we likely can't control.
Staying positive isn't about ignoring the negative, but rather focusing on the things we can control, taking responsibility, and doing our best to shape our future into what we desire it to be.

Visualization is a powerful tool that the most successful people utilize to imagine new possibilities.
By stimulating our imagination, visualization enables us to 'see' things that do not really exist, priming our minds for creativity and innovation.
What has your experience been with visualization?

For the entrepreneurs and small business owners out there - remember that customers have many considerations when deciding which product or service to choose.
Their functional needs are determined by the problem they are trying to solve. A drill solves their functional need to make a hole in a wall.
A customer's social needs involve how someone wishes to be perceived by others. An expensive car fulfills the social need of displaying status and power. An eco-friendly reusable shopping bag gives the impression of being a conscious consumer.
Finally, emotional needs deal with how someone wants to feel when using a product or service. They might have an emotional need to feel safe and secure, so they may choose a software with a great reputation for cyber security.
These are not the only customer needs, but they are the main three. Keep these in mind whenever you are developing your products or services, designing marketing materials, or engaging in sales.
Best of luck!
