A Complete Guide To Chaotic Academia

bc its my fav aesthetic and there is not enough content about it

Outfits

most people say that chaotic academia is just dark academia but a little bit more messy, and, well, chaotic. the truth is, chaotic academia is A LOT more messy than dark academia. you can still use dark academia as kind of a "base", but you are going to replace your blazers with flannels, your turtlenecks with tshirts. as for pants, you can go with litteraly anything: cigarette pants, tailored trousers, ripped-up jeans or normal black leggings. i personally really ike ripped up overalls bc they give that "i dont really give a damn, im so misunderstood, my parents didnt love me, im a crazy lonely introverted teenage child" vibe...idk. whatever you wear, make sure you feel comfortable in it! even tho in chaotic academia there are almost no rules at all, here are some things that might help you!

colours: any earthy tones are fine, brown, caramel, dark green, dark red, white, etc etc

fictional characters that might inspire you:

-remus lupin

- any dpc character

- jess mariano

- sydney novak

accesories: flannels (a personal fav + they make even the most boring fit look better), cardigans, converse (bonus points if you draw/write on them or if you have them laced in a weird way), bracelets or necklaces that mean something to you, harry potter back packs, tote bags...

hairstyles: whatever you want, just make sure your hair is ALWAYS messy, looking like you just fucking woke up

Activities and Traits

ok now we're getting to the actually important part bc (repeat after me): chaotic academia is not about how you look, its about how you live and how you act. so here r some thing that might help:

- annotating books with the most unhinged random thoughts

- learning poetry or speeches word for word but not remembering most of the things for school

- studying in the (school) library and being besties with the librarian (optional)

- leaving notes (on trees, mailboxes or library books) for strangers to find

- "studying while listening to classical music" and then instead of studying you end up agressivly mouthing your favorite song

- im sure yall already heard this one, but yes, swearing and slag while discussing deep academic topics is incredibly important

- speaking of important topics: posting something important on social media knowing no one will read it

- doodles on your hands 24/7 (NO SUSAN, I DONT GIVE A DAMN THAT ITS BAD FOR MY SKIN)

- sarcasm. a lot.

- random thoughts

- random quotes

- knowing a ton of conspiracy theories that you dont even beileve in by heart

- listening to all different types of podcasts

- one day reading the classics, the next ya fantasy and day after that ao3 smut

- multifandom, multishipper

- tea/coffee addiction

- adding b.c. to todays date when writing it in school

- random thoughts and the weirdest annotations in your school notebooks, especially the classes that you find boring

- "going to the bathroom" and then spending half of your math class drawing/reading/smoking/crying/thinking/whatever the fuck you wanna do there bc ur tired of everything

- stealing random stuff from stores (tho it is not encouraged blah blah blah)

- watching gilmore girls every fall

- telling people ur favorite colour is green even tho it isnt just to let them know that ur gay

- reading in class, on breaks, at home, parks, meetings, aethletic events, and generally all the fucking time

- doing (mostly) everything last minute

- bad at photography, but you enjoy it

- cold tea my beloved

- wearing one item every day: it can either be a necklace, a flannel, a bracelet, a badge, headphones, earrings etc etc

- extremely messy handwriting, always writing with black pen

- crying at least once a day, but only when ur alone, being super emotional but never showing it

- hobbies include reading, screaming in your pillow, learning unique languages that you will probably never use, rewatching dead poets society, harry potter, enola holmes, end of the fucking world and gilmore girls

- massive bookworm, reads all the time, always has a book with them

- skipping class, not that often tho

- 💫anger issues💫

- hyperactive and lazy at the same time

- uses big words but makes fun of other people when they do it

- writes (rebellious) book quotes everywhere, every single one of their notebooks had IF WE BURN, YOU BURN WITH US written in them lol

- random useless powerpoints

- analysing taylor swift's folklore and evermore instead of sheakspeare because its just better

- retired almost-emo, had a phase when they wore black and acted all mysterious but were never really emo i cant explain it

- likes mcr. this one speaks for itself.

- gay and sad. no explanation needed.

Dark academia on a budget

- Try to find uses for basic clothing you already have in your closet. Plain, dark colored pants, shirts with collars on them, knit sweaters, and so on. If you want to wear things in materials more traditionally associated with the aesthetic (i.e. tweed and wool), second hand stores are a great place to find them at a more reasonable price! I got both my favorite tweed blazer and my long black winter coat that way. Shoes don’t have to be too fancy either; any pair of sturdy leather (or pleather, if you don’t use leather) lace-up shoes should help you feel more like yourself.

- Try writing with a fountain pen! It doesn’t have to be an expensive one, there are lots of cheaper options. The Goulet Pen Company website has a page of starter pens that range from about 5 dollars to about 30 dollars, and while that may seem pricey for a single pen, they’re reusable, so you don’t have to buy as many pens in general! I recommend the Pilot Metropolitan, while it’s about 20 dollars it’s also very sturdy and has a timeless appearance.

- Spend as much time as you can in your local library! There’s no better place to find classic literature and old books without having to spend money on them, and it’s a great place to study. You might even consider seeing if they need any volunteers; before I started working at my library I spent a lot of time volunteering in the basement book catalogs, which is not only a good way to spend time in a dark place with old literature but also helps you get connections with librarians.

- Drink tea. It doesn’t have to be fancy, high-end tea. Just tea. Nothing makes your soul say “I’m the disgraced yet charming heir to an old fortune in 1920s England” like having a good cuppa.

- Research things! With the aforementioned library and the power of the internet at your fingertips, there’s nothing you can’t accomplish. Whenever a whim strikes and you feel like learning about something you’d never given much thought to before, follow it and see where it leads you! You never know what you might find.

- Lastly, just do things that make you feel as you wish to feel. Don’t just sit on that couch, fling yourself onto it sideways with the nonchalant air of a 19th century literary protagonist of ambiguous sexuality. Listen to dramatic symphonies and melancholy piano solos (if you need any classical music recommendations, feel free to ask me! I’ve always had a passion for it). Write poetry or stand-alone scenes whenever you feel like it. Stay up late reading old novels. Turn on black-and-white films and drift off to sleep with them playing in the background. It’s your life, and you might as well live it however you want to.

Rust: I matched Rust with Valerie Worthington! She’s a chiropractor, and while she normally is the cool mom friend, she also wont take people’s shit and probably has a deadly side eye

Noir: I matched Noir with Thalia McCoy! She’s a personal trainer and a total people person. She likes cheering people up and trying new things (though she does enjoy her days in too, don’t get it twisted)

Lilac: I matched Lilac with Lorena Gomez! She’s a chef at a fun little downtown restaurant. She’s got a bit of a wild spirit but is actually an introvert. Zodiac: I don’t really pay attention to zodiac stuff, but I believe I’m a Taurus.

Height: 5 ft 4 inches

Hogwarts House: Ravenclaw. I actually come from an entire household of Ravenclaws, save for my mother who is Hufflepuff. It made our vacation to Universal Studios very entertaining.

Last thing I googled: I was looking up TigerClaw from TMNT because I had forgotten his actual human name. It was bothering me. That and I briefly googled Taurus to make sure I spelled it right.

Song stuck in my head: I’ve had “Life After Happily Ever After” from Tangled: The Series stuck in my head for a while now. That or “Nothing Left to Loose”. The entire soundtrack is way too catchy.

Number of Followers: 121...I...was only semi-paying attention. Thank you guys!!!

Amount of Sleep: I usually get at least eight hours of sleep. Eight or seven.

Dream Job: I’m currently working on original fiction that I plan to publish as either novels or VNs. I’m not entirely sure yet. I’d love to make a living on my writing, but I also plan on going back to college and major in English, breaking off into the branch that allows me to work as a Librarian. My goal is to, by the time I only have ten to five years before retirement, to be working in a university’s library. The retirement age within the educational system in my county is 65, so I think that’ll be a nice final stretch.

Wearing: Comfy shorts and my Splash Mountain t-shirt, because I’m cleaning house for company later and also the heat is horrible here. Btw, did you hear Splash Mountain is getting remodeled into a Princess and the Frog ride? Super excited, that movie deserves more attention. It better be riding a giant boat through the swamp with pretty fireflies everywhere, so help me...

Favorite Song: ...Hm. As my fiancé is obsessed with heavy metal but also samples various genres as “experiences”, in the past few years I’ve been more so pushed to find my favorite genre of music, let alone favorite song. In all honesty, I have no real set genre I’m stuck to. Mostly I just listen to music as backtracks for character development for OCs, of all things. But if really pressed, I can only narrow it down to “Magnum Bullets” by Night Runner or “Underground” by David Bowie, but with multiple close runner ups!

Favorite Instrument: I don’t really have one.

Aesthetic: I battle every day from wanting to be a soft mum figure that deals with shades of soothing brown, pastel purples and pretty blues to wanting to be a werewolf master sorceress that wears nothing but black and purple armor/robes.

Favorite Author: My favorite book is The Hobbit, and while I do love Tolkien, I gotta say I love C.S. Lewis more. I just vibe with him and his style of writing- EXCEPT THE SPACE TRILOGY. I still have migraines over those books...

Random: I went to google real quick what those weird horns argonians play in Murkmire are called, the ones that use actual frogs in them? I was going to use that for the “favorite instrument” slot but realized my browser is infected with the Yahoo virus again. So after posting this I get to completely wipe all my browser settings back to default so as to wipe out the virus. Fun.

Nickname: I don’t have any. I have a compound name so people call me variations of it ^^

Height: 1.59 m / 5‘2

Last movie I saw: Honestly, I don’t remember which one. It’s been weeks since I saw one. I’m mainly watching series now.

Favorite artist: I love classic artists, such as Velazquez, Rubens, Botticelli, Madrazo...

Song stuck in my head: It depends on my mood, really. And they’re always a few... Today, for example, I got up humming “Five Little Ducks” and it lasted for a couple of hours (I teach little children and they’ve been singing and dancing it this week) and then, while I was washing the dishes, I found myself singing “It’s a beautiful day” by U2. And a little while, I couldn’t stop listening in my head and singing “Appare ga Seigi” by Wagakki Band, so... ¯\_( ◉ 3 ◉ )_/¯

Favorite food: This is so difficult... I love many dishes. Maybe, chips and fried eggs, or salmon, or sauté vegetables with turkey (I’m starting to feel hungry now... (≧ڡ≦*)).

Dream Trip: London (it may come true this summer) and Japan.

Play any instruments: Violin at a very basic level. Unfortunately, I had to give up my lessons because life happened but I hope to take it up again someday.

Languages: Spanish and English. Also, I learnt French (but my level is that of a three-year-old now) and Japanese (at a bit higher level. Someday, I’ll continue my lessons too -life is a pain sometimes-).

Favorite song: I don’t really have just one, it depends on the time and how I feel. At this moment, the song that gives me lots of energy and makes me happy is “Ikusa” by Wagakki Band (video here -loud rock music warning ^__~-).

Random fact: I’m a very curious person. I love to learn and try new things (languages, writing, drawing, recipes, history facts, embroidery, sewing and knitting...) but I barely have time to do those with work and other real-life matters so sometimes I feel very frustrated. If I were rich or had enough money to live comfortably and pay my bills, I’d stop working and devote my life to travelling and studying.

Aesthetic things: Crinoline/Bustle Victorian dresses and Wagakki Band’s singer kimonos (see here). But since it’s impossible for me to wear any of them, lady-like dresses/skirts and Mary Jane shoes.

Okie I was tagged to answer these questions a thousand years ago but I was busy/forgot... But better late than never. I might have missed someone’s questions so sorry if I did. Here we go. (This has answers to 4 people’s questions so I’m putting it under the cut.)

2. Do you have any pets? Not atm, we used to have a dog.

That is honestly so complicated a question I’m not sure I can answer. Well, clearly these golden haired golden eyed dudes who are kinda broody but soft inside get to me...

It would be kinda scary. I’m so torn because it would be cool but I would also freak out probably.

5. City or countryside? Why?

Countryside bc I’m too used to it...

Tbh I would gladly go back to 18-19 before I had to decide what to do with my life. It was a good time because there was a lot I could already do at that age but I didn’t have to worry about a lot of adult issues (such as money) quite yet because I still lived at home.

11. If you could travel into the fictional world of your favorite series (TV/manga/movie/etc), what would you do there?

Maybe the Harry Potter world, and I don’t know? Hopefully study all kinds of cool stuff.

Smokey brand Movie Reviews: Tetris

After taking in Earthrise with straight gusto, I've finally found my way back to the backlog of 2020! The first flick on deck is Soul from Pixar. I’ve been hearing great things bout this movie from a lot of the people close to me. It seems that it’s a legit hit with black folks across the beard, whether the media wants you to believe that or not. A a black dude myself, I'm super interested to see if this thing lives up to all of the hype. Pixar, for me, has lost a little luster as a studio since being re-acquired by the Mouse House. Sh*t like Cars, Finding Nemo, Toy Story, and Monsters Inc. have all been exploited for those franchise dollars, tarnishing their excellent first entries. Not so much Cars. That sh*t is the worst but it makes the most money through merchandising so of course it’s a franchise now. What I'm saying is that current Pixar doesn’t make Up or Wall-E anymore. They’re a bit soulless so let’s see if Soul can actually put a little soul back into the once spirited company.

The Great

This film is f*cking gorgeous, man. Seriously, it’s the most beautiful movie I've seen all year so far. From what I've seen of Wolfwalkers, that one might give this one a run for it’s money but, so far, f*ck is Soul isn’t beautiful. Like, I'm not even talking about the animation, which is absolutely excellent, but more the entire art direction and aesthetic of the world. It’s absolutely breathtaking. Also, the animation is f*cking pristine. I need to actually say that, to put that energy out there. Soul is a masterclass of US animation.

This music is incredible. So much about the black experience hinges on music. We use it to weather strife, to lighten suffering, to celebrate happiness, and to just vibe out. It’s ingrained within from the very moment we are born. Cats talk about black people having rhythm but that’s literally because we all carry a song in our heart. Music is such an integral part of our people and this film emulates that with a respect and reverence that belies the cartoonish content on display.

This movie is so f*cking black, i cannot believe it. Like, it exudes black excellence, capturing the passion and and objective love we have for the arts. The look of this film, the way the characters move, the nuance of the cast’s delivery, and the music! Oh. My. God. The music! This sh*t feels like black people. It feels like when you put on Anita Baker and clean your house on Saturday morning. It feels like vibing with your grandma to the records she listened to as a kid. Soul feels authentically black and that’s mad rare. I thoroughly appreciate Soul for that.

The Good

The subtle social commentary delivered by this film with such delicious snark is absolutely chef kiss levels. That line about life being soul crushing got a real chuckle out of me and that bit about being a librarian made me laugh uncomfortably. That sh*t with he Knicks was absolutely hilarious. Look, this stuff is worth the price of entry, alone. Seriously, this movie is clever as f*ck and makes for a great watch experience.

I think a lot of the chuckle worthiness of this flick stems from the absolutely excellent writing on display. This sh*t is some of the best I've seen in a Pixar flick and that’s saying a lot because they are often excellent in that regard. I mean, even f*cking Cars had a decent script and it’s hot garbage water a a whole ass film. Credit to Pete Docter, who also directed and, apparently, runs all of Pixar, Mike Jones, and Kemp Powers.

This cast is absolutely loaded and they all deliver excellent performances. Obviously Jaime Foxx and Tina Fey carry this film as the leads Joe Garderner and 22 but everyone else is just as great. Alice Braga, Questlove, Angela Bassett, Donnell Rawlins, Graham Norton, Phylicia Rashad, and Rachel House all bring an energy to match the lead performances. Personally, i think this is one of the strongest casts in a Pixar flick, in a long time.

The pacing in this thing is exquisite. It gets you from scene to scene with some of the best transitions I've seen in these types of films. The music goes a lot toward making that happen but the chemistry between Foxx and Fey really ramp that transition up. Soul is a brisk hour and forty minutes. It never feels plodding or overstays it’s welcome. I was engaged the entire time, a rarity among movies sometimes.

The Okay

The overall message is one worth experiencing, for sure, but it’s kind of a downer when you think about it from an artist’s standpoint. It smacks of that sh*t we hear all the time. I can’t say that it’s wrong, that the message, itself, doesn’t have merit because, if 2020 has taught us anything, it’s that sh*t is not given, but goddamn is it sobering. I do enjoy the way Soul packages it though. It was the sugary syrup that makes it easier to down that bitter pill.

The ending felt a little abrupt. I was hoping to see more of Jo coming to terms with his life as a teacher, as a mentor, after he got his second life. I wanted to see him find that balance between his passion and living his life. I wanted to see him a few years down the line, teaching band, and reuniting with a now living 22. We didn't get any of that and, while it's a little bit of a bummer, I am okay with the overall finale.

The Verdict

I loved my time with Soul. It’s one of Pixar’s best and feels like a return to the old, soulful, Pixar of my youth. this movies feels like there is a purpose to it’s narrative, that it was made because of passion and not commerce. I’m sure Disney is going to submit this thing for an Academy award, as they should, but Soul doesn’t feel like it was produced strictly for that. Someone, somewhere, wanted to tell this story and thy told it exceptionally ell. Soul is chock full of beauty, outstanding performances, and real, honest-to-goodness, heart. I loved this movie so much and that’s saying a lot because i don’t particular like a lot of sh*t. Seriously, if you have the opportunity to check this out, definitely do that. Soul is easily one of the best films I've seen all year and it deserves all of the shine it has gotten thus far.

if u could be any disney princess who would u be: I’ve always wanted to be Belle, but I feel like we’re already very similar so I feel like I’d actually want to be Mulan. She has a strength and confidence that I deeply admire.

why did u make ur studyblr/langblr?: My friend had introduced me to the community a while back and while I really liked it, I saw a huge gap in people claiming that studyblr wasn’t all about aesthetic and the majority of what they actually posted. I figured the best way to fill that gap was to try to do some of the work myself. Also, I really really like giving advice, and that’s definitely what I see this blog being going forward.

what countries have you been to and where would you like to travel?: I’ve been to a few places around the US and also to Puerto Rico (still part of the US technically I know but let me have this). I always wanted to visit China as a child so I think that would be cool. Basically anywhere outside of the country would be cool, especially in the Latin America.

whats the best thing/ur favorite thing to happen this year?: I got into college, graduated high school, and started going to college in NYC! (Also there’s this girl in band I have a giant crush on and it turns out she also likes me so we’ll see where it goes but I’m super happy about it.) Honestly, it’s been a shitty year for the world at large but decent year for me personally.

what’s your favorite tv show and why?: It’s a tie between two (sorry).

Leverage: it’s a show where the good guys always win and they’re taking down corrupt CEOs while they do it. also found family and heists/cons are the fastest way to my heart.

Farscape: I love campy sci-fi with all my heart and this hits every note: puppet aliens, non-humanoid aliens, a man from Earth stranded in space. (also found family and a really good slow burn, as well as some really smart writing)

what’s your favorite album of all time?: I tend to not listen to entire albums, but if I had to pick, I’d go with Wicked because it was the first musical I really loved.

If you could study anything w/o having to worry about difficulty or job prospects, what would you study?: Creative Writing probably. I love writing but literally my creative writing teacher in high school warned me not to study it because there are no jobs.(so i’m probably studying english instead lol)

Tagged- Writing Music

The Rules: Now, not all of us listen to music as we write, but sometimes there’s just this tune that matches something in our story - whether that’s a character, a chapter, or a whole WIP (a theme song, even). Maybe its multiple songs. Share one or more songs that “go with” your story. It just has to be cool.

I was tagged by @scarvenartist, I have playlists dedicated to Parlous Heritage characters, chapters, and subplots. I’m not sure yet if they’re extremely helpful or just crafty procrastinating. I haven’t really found any over-reaching story songs that I love yet, so I’m gonna hit up some of my characters.

Kari

With the beginning chapters I listen to “Get Home” by Bastille a lot. The mood and lyrics of the song match Kari’s struggle pretty well.

The second song strongly related to Kari, in my mind, is Hozier’s “Arsonist’s Lullaby”. While she has no fire affinity, the lyrics are the closest I could ever find song-wise to Kari’s internal struggle with her family curse.

To be honest I’m still building his playlist. I had one but it was two drafts old and completely unrelated to his current character. I do think “Winter Sound“ by Of Monsters and Men is a good one for him though.

Another one that I think fits him pretty well is “C’mon”, a collaboration song between Panic! at the Disco and Fun.

Last one, and also with a playlist still under construction. This boy’s aesthetic went from my high-school-brain-born edgy and Alone, to well known chimera/librarian that tries too hard to help everyone, and becomes everybody’s dad.

“Library Magic“ by The Head and the Heart is extremely on the nose. But the library is such a part of his character that I didn't even fight it.

Lastly “One Step Behind” by Demon Hunter. The sound of DH’s slower songs just fits him pretty well to me.

Some ask thingy that looks fun to do

Thanks to @oceanblue-and-forestgreen for tagging me in this :)

Do you want/have any tattoos? If yes please describe them (if you’re okay with sharing) I don’t know yet. You see, I would love a small, block minimalistic one, perhaps on the inside on my wrist, but I’m yet to find a symbol that is both aesthetically pleasing and has true meaning to me. I think at this stage I’ll just stick to jewellery; at least I can change that when I get bored of it

A fic that you’ll carry with you forever? There are actually a few, to be quite honest. Obviously the Hat Fic because that scarred me for life, and My Immortal because not only did that become a meme amongst my friends and I, it’s also something the internet (in a rather perverse way) loves to hate. However, there’s a fanfic (actually a fanfic series) I read from the One Direction fandom called Texting, and it was one of the first fanfics I ever read, even though I’ve never been part of the 1D fandom. Even Lovers Drown is a fic that I read right when I first started watching Dan and Phil, and made me fall in love not just with the story, but with the whole concept of fanfiction and fandoms and also made me ship Phan and was instrumental in me joining the Phandom. Text Talk is another fanfic that drew into a fandom, however this time it was the Marauders fandom (a “sub-branch,” per se, of the Harry Potter fandom, which I’d been a part of since year 3) and the ship was Wolfstar. This one probably holds the most room in my heart because not only is it a good slow-burn which you can read anytime, but also my best friend and I never fail to talk about this one whenever we catch up.

Is it better to be hurt than to hurt others? It depends. I’ve been in both positions in my life, and neither are fun: when I was the one being hurt, I felt weak and powerless and like I couldn’t do anything. When I was the one hurting others, I felt terrible and would lose sleep over it. Overall, however, it’s better to be hurt than to hurt others; when you’re the one being hurt, it’s a lot easier and healthier to either cut ties with the ones hurting you or to stand up for yourself in a polite, yet assertive way, and end up making good quality friends and earning the respect of your peers. If you’re the one doing the hurting, people won’t want to be around you, and you’ll have to live the guilt of knowing that you hurt another a person, maybe even in a way that leads to them having severe mental health issues. Tl;dr: It’s better to be hurt because there are ways that you can fix that in a non-toxic way. And when you hurt others, at the end of the day, you just end up hurting yourself.

Swearword(s) you refuse to use? The only one I can think of off the top of my head is c*nt. In my opinion, it’s a revolting word, however where I come from, I’m in the minority... I’m Australian

If you could get away with killing one person, who would it be? Probably Trump. I would someone that I (thankfully used to) go to school with, but they’re not in my life anymore, and besides, why kill one insignificant teenager when I could kill modern Hitler?

Do you have any special talent? No. I’m not special.

Favourite time (to be awake)? around 1 in the morning. I don’t often stay awake until then because I already struggle enough waking up for school as it is. However, when I do, it’s great; the world is so still and quiet and nobody knows what you’re doing. I also once made a sandwich at 1 in the morning and ate it. It was great.

Write me a summary of your day? I get up. I go on my phone. I put on my school uniform. I do my make-up. I arrive at school around 1-2 minutes late and completely piss off my teachers. I sit awkwardly next to the one friend in class that I have, or I sit silently next to a different kid in class that I want to be friends with, too anxious and socially stupid to make any sort of legitimate conversation. In Maths, I sit by myself. At recess and lunch, I got to the canteen and by myself some unhealthy food, while simultaneously lamenting how fat I am before either a) sitting in the toilet writing b) helping out the librarian c) practicing my trumpet in the music department or d) watching Yuri on Ice with my one friend. I then go to rowing training, where I feel useless and fat, and then I go home, shower, eat dinner, and then go on Tumblr or listen to music instead of doing homework. I go to bed. Throughout the day, I am reminded that my behaviour is problematic and self-sabotaging, however I do not change it bc I am problematic af. Stay away from me.

Would you be cool with meeting up with me when I travel the world (late summer 2017- summer 2018)? I would be cool with it. I don’t know you very well, but I would love to get to know you. The only issue is that when Northern Hemisphere peeps have summer, Aussie are in the middle of Winter, which, for my school at least, is one of the busiest times of the school year. But we can work around that :)

Who’s your favourite character of all time? All time? You can’t ask me that! However, the character I relate to most, and therefore is my favourite, I guess, would be Hermione Granger, particularly Hermione in StarKid musical parodies.

What do you think everyone should know? I think everyone should know that their actions and words do have consequences, whether intended or not, and that if we were a little more open-minded and a little less judgmental and a little nicer to each other, then the world would be a much better place for everyone.

Alrighty kids, I know with that with these things you’re supposed to write questions of your own and tag different people, but tbh, I’ve just got back to school, and I’m tired and stressed and I can’t be bothered.
