Op 2 april 2015 was het zover. Ik mocht voor het eerst mijn levensverhaal doen in een kamer vol met onbekende mensen. Vandaag, meer dan een maand later stuur ik vol trots het eindresultaat de wijde wereld in. Omdat ik een stem wil geven aan zij die er geen hebben. Omdat jouw stem er ook toe doet.

Ik voel me vereerd dat ik aan de magie van de eerste RELAAS heb mogen meewerken. RELAAS, een plek waar échte verhalen worden verteld door échte mensen. Dat noem ik pas écht geraakt worden.

Laat je meenemen door mijn verhaal en dat van velen anderen. Laat je beroeren en ontroeren.

ANNOUNCEMENT - 3/31/2024: April's Cause of the Month

Different Brains

With March, and Women’s History Month, coming to an end, a new cause to raise awareness of is in order. If you missed the quotes for March, you can see them here!

April brings Autism Acceptance Month. So, for April 2024 (and every April, to be frank), I will be sharing quotes about autism. In addition, I will also be bringing to everyone’s attention a resource, Different Brains, who “strives to encourage understanding & acceptance of individuals who have variations in brain function and social behaviors known as neurodiversity”, linked above.
