i hate when i see something that at the surface looks like something i’d be interested in, say a wg fic or a message on a dating app, but on closer inspection it’s written by someone who actually thinks that being fat, and fat people, are bad. Like the author thinks there is nothing worse than being fat, nothing could possibly be more humiliating, etc. and that’s what they like about this whole thing.

not that having different opinions from me is wrong but it’s hard for me to comprehend that view. Like, you DONT find fat bellies aesthetically pleasing, fat people inherently attractive?? Then what are we doing here? Oh you are projecting your hangups onto me as a fat person in service to your humiliation fantasy? and expect me to be cool with that???

In order to establish standardized high-throughput whole-genome sequencing (WGS) for patients with cancer and rare diseases, the UK Government launched the groundbreaking 100,000 Genomes Project within the National Health Service (NHS) in England. This was accomplished through the use of an automated bioinformatics pipeline accredited by the International Organisation for Standardisation. Operating in conjunction with NHS England, Genomics England examined WGS data from 13,880 solid tumors representing 33 different cancer types, fusing genetic information with actual treatment and outcome data in a secure research environment. 

WGS and longitudinal life course clinical data were linked, enabling the evaluation of treatment results for patients categorized by pangenomic markers. The results of this study show how useful it is to connect genomic and practical clinical data in order to do survival analysis, locate cancer genes that influence prognosis, and deepen our knowledge of how cancer genomics affects patient outcomes.

Using an automated bioinformatics pipeline accredited by the International Organisation for Standardisation, the 100,000 Genomes Project was a ground-breaking UK Government initiative implemented within the National Health Service (NHS) in England with the goal of establishing standardized high-throughput whole-genome sequencing (WGS) for patients with cancer and rare diseases.

The most annoying part of it was the fact that other people pointed out that I should have more fat on my bones. This changed when I met my current girlfriend. That was the list of treats I wanted but she probably will bring out even more. If I had a real tail I would probably wag it. I was anxiously waiting on the couch in my full puppy costume. I have cute fluffy ears on my head and a fluffy tile. The rest of my body naked and my belly is hangs and spills on my tights. -Ursula POV- I walked into the house with two bags of fresh fries, a cheeseburger, chicken nuggets, and of course six liters of cola. Of course, expect of that I had some snacks for my lovely pup. Naming every kind of thing that I brought to stuff him didn't matter at least when my first taught wore to see if he going to fit the amount of fast food that I brought especially for him. When I entered Sallon he was already ready. Mostly in his birthday suit except for his cute puppy ears and tail. My heart wormed seeing his eagerness for stuffing. -Hi puppy. - I put two paper bags on the coffee table. The whole room started to smell like the food. His eyes shined when he looked at me and the food.

-Hi..- He responded when I sat next to him. -I'm ready. -You are ready my puppy boy? -I grabbed the rim of his belly and jiggled with it. He moaned softly feeling my hand on his tummy. -I hope that's true because I am going to stuff you to the brim. - I reached for one of the bags and took out seven big protection of salty potato treated called frise. He leaned closer to me pushing his soft figure against me. His lips parted and I started to feed him. One food item the other, I pushed them into him. At first, he seated fast but with time he slowed down. My hand softly massaged his belly by stuffing one hour later the whole fast food meal dispirited into his mouth. The skin on his belly stretched. He was definitely full but there it was the last burger. The huffs and puss escaped his mouth when I rubbed and massaged him. -One more puppy.- He bites down and glubed the burger. -please..-he whispered and he looked at me with a pleading look. - I know you can do it, my love.- He baited again and again. -See there you go!- I kissed his cheek.

As absurd as it is, cutting my hair short has really showed me how much I actually conform to gender roles. My hair is like a grown out pixie, I used to have this hair in high school (except styled in a more GNC way), but now I constantly look at myself and think “I don’t look cute.”

I never had this problem in high school, even when I suffered from body dysmorphia. I never thought I didn’t look “cute” or “feminine” enough. But now I find myself having to wear makeup every day (mascara, lipstick) in order to be more comfortable. It’s as though if I’m lacking in performative feminity somewhere, I have to “make up for it” elsewhere.

I’m curious how common this is for other people, because this hair length used to be my comfort cut years ago, but now my hyper awareness of how I’m perceived by others makes me feel “unfeminine” and unattractive even though that has never been a problem for me in the past

TransFlow (Transmission Workflow), a convenient, quick, effective, and thorough WGS-based transmission analysis pipeline, is presented by Chinese researchers. TransFlow integrates a number of cutting-edge technologies to perform transmission analysis on raw sequencing data. This analysis includes quality control, sequence alignment, variant calling, downstream transmission grouping, transmission network reconstruction, and transmission risk factor inference. TransFlow is easily adaptable to any computing environment and depends on Snakemake and Conda to determine relationships between subsequent processing stages.

Tuberculosis (TB), which is caused by the bacteria Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex (MTBC), continues to pose a serious danger to worldwide public health because it results in significant mortality brought on by a single infection. Mycobacterial interspersed repetitive-unit-variable-number tandem repeat (MIRU-VNTR) methods, and sequence-based genotyping assays (multi-locus sequence typing, MLST) have been replaced in recent years by next-generation sequencing (NGS) based whole-genome sequencing (WGS) for the molecular detection of TB outbreaks.
