Happy #tacotuesday🌮 😂💪🏻👏🏻 No workout today, however we got a little talk for you guys. Many people are out of work, are being quarantined, are living everyday life, are practicing social distancing, the list goes on and on. As a nation times are scary and tough right now for most, regardless of the current situation with the #coronavirus, or just personal issues. Now, is a time where we must all come together and try our best to keep not only ourselves safe, but our family, friends and peers. We must see the positive in the negative situations we are presented. This is a time where we can’t just think about ourselves, but we must think about others. As a younger person, we are concerned for the older people surrounding us and making sure they’re ok and surviving. We need to stick together and consider other lives. Hey guys, happy Tuesday!! 💚😊🙌🏻👠👞 We are so sorry that we have been slacking on fitness advice and workouts. We haven’t been able to go to the gym when we are together on the weekend and so we haven’t had the chance to record any workouts 😬😩 it sucks, we know. But, here’s a life update: Kenzie is now cutting (caloric deficit), and Joe is maintaining. Kenzie workouts from home now and just ordered things for her at hoe@ gym! (She’ll be recording workouts there :) (stay tuned ;)) Joe has been crazy busy with school and is still going to the gym during the week. We’re busy, happy and trying our best to be healthy. Sorry we’ve been completely MIA!!! Joseph and I both had the flu all last week😩😭 Joseph has it WAY worse than I (Kenzie) did though (bc ya girl got the glue shot...it helps soooo much)!! There was headaches, nausea, so many naps, stomach pains...and the list goes on and on. Anyways, we didn’t go to the gym all week and just started going again yesterday, which was hard because we felt so out of breathe and exhausted so easily. So, our message to you guys today is to LISTEN TO YOUR BODY!!! 🤯🤯👌🏻👏🏻 If you are sick, don’t force yourself to go to the gym and don’t feel guilty for resting. You will hurt yourself more than do good. If you’re tired, take a rest day and relax. Life can be overwhelming and typical daily activities and jobs can be exhausting. Just rest. Tuesday’s are for the ARMS🤩💪🏻 I (Kenzie) do Arms once a week on Tuesdays. Joe, on the other hand, follows the push/pull/legs routine schedule. (But has been debating on doing full body workouts 5 times a week after researching the topic and it’s benefits!) I’m not big on doing arms often. I’ve learned throughout the years that I maintain/gain muscle in my arms very easily, so doing arms once a week suits my body and fitness schedule. Joe, of-course, is wanting to improve his upper body more and more and is continuing to pursue growth in it, so he does push and pull often. What do you guys think?
