Whenever the weather cooperates and my husband can take me out, we stop by what I call my "Witchy Park". It's a small little community park with a large tree growing in the center of it. We stop there so I can say a short prayer to Prince Stolas.

Sometimes I'll look through my digital altar to him.

But I haven't really done much else in a long time.

The only witchy thing I've done recently was that card pull I did a few days ago.

I just can't get myself to do anything. I'm sure part of it is decision paralysis. I've not been officially diagnosed with executive dysfunction so I can't claim that. It feels like everything takes too much effort. And it makes me want to cry. I just can't do anything anymore.

Im pretty excited and anxious, in a good way, i bought some crystals on the internet (here i dont find any in its natural way and dont connect with those that are not “rough”, dunno why). But its taking ages to arrived *frustated sigh*

These bot accounts are everywhere. Omg. @staff

Only in the past month have I started getting at least 3 follows a week from bot accounts with scantily clad girls.

Their profiles have absolutely nothing on them and they technically haven't done anything... But I will admit I do find it demotivating to see that 65% of my activity is just empty bot accounts following me.

Just wanted to raise the concern.

WELP gonna have to start that CC purge tonight

So, unfortunately & thanks to the update this week I wasn't able to get any backload play for the Orsons. I was setting up a new save just to playthrough some Crystal Creations (btw it is so weird when your name is also an object noun) (especially one used as frequently as crystal).

It was gonna be two cute witchy lesbians who start off as roommates and then fall in love and one of them is a gemologist who eventually makes the garden witch an engagement ring etc. etc. Oh and they were going to have twin daughters. And one had a raccoon familiar and the other one had a silver fox one.

They were so, so, so, so cute and I was so excited to take some screenshots and just really casually play annnnnd my game crashed just as I was saving after spending hours lovingly decorating their house. Fortunately I still have them saved but ugggghhhh.

And since I'm not going to have any more Orson posts until I get some gameplay in, I figured, welp I might as well just get cracking on that purge. I can like, reblog and show some random screenshots and stuff. Maybe narrate the whole process in case anyone else needs inspiration.

So yeah, all of my little Sims projects are on pause for the moment. I have some random pics I can share, and wanna be better about reblogging stuff from my mutuals because you all do such cool stuff! I have big ol' intellectual & creative crushes on all of you.

Anyways, those are the haps. On the plus side, I probably wouldn't have gotten into the cc purge because this Crystal Creations pack gave me such a wide-on for witchy play and unfortunately the Orsons save doesn't really feature any supernatural elements (yet?).

Off I go to get this whole thing started. Pray for me or just send me vibes.

This is a perfect example of my cat not letting me be a witch and do my witchy things. When I move her off my grimoire she just plops down on it again. Yes it’s probably time for bed, but I’m an adult and I should get to decide, damnit! Also when I get up to get tea or use the bathroom, she pushes my fountain pens off the desk.

- Accidentally drinking a jar of salt water in the middle of the night because she put it on your bedside table to "cleanse the negativity stuck to your aura".

- Rocks. Everywhere.

- Being ready with a towel and a robe when she comes in soaking wet and cold from running around outside in a storm.

- Herbal fruit teas everywhere and you will never pick the right one.

- Sigils drawn on everything you own.

- Her blessing your food and drink before she gives it to you.

- Jars and bottles of moon water everywhere.

- Her washing down doors and window frames with said moon water.

- So many holidays (and so much mead)

- Rosemary (other herbs available) wreaths hanging from doors.

- Witchballs (Gordon has those too, apparently they are a nautical thing)

-Wind chimes. So many wind chimes.

- Simmer pots (sometimes they smell great, other times, not so much).

- Moon moods.

- Jars and boxes of things she's picked up. So many jars.

- Packs of tarot and oracle cards everywhere (including in your pocket as she makes you carry them for her when she doesn't have pockets).

- A pendulum that hangs on a stand in your bedroom that will start moving on its own.

- Her need to adopt everything.

- Judging people on their star sign "Gods, you can tell she's a Capricorn."

- And lastly, her answer to everything seems to be to burn it.
