Here’s Part 2 of some ideas I’m doodled for my Winx rewrite

Last post seemed to do better than I expected and I’m glad a few people enjoyed it. So here are some more things I want to work with.

I like Artu and Roxy’s relationship but I would have also liked some backstory on them and more depth. Like Gantlos said “it’s just a dog”. How did Roxy get Artu? Is he adopted or bought? Is there a reason he doesn’t like anyone outside of Roxy and Klaus?

In my rewrite, yes. Abandoned as a puppy, a kid Roxy took him in after her mother left her dad unexpectedly. She basically raised Artu and he means a lot to her, but she never socialised him since she herself isn’t social with people (so while Artu may tolerate someone’s prescence he doesn’t like being touched or seen upclose). Roxy raising Artu is also why she gets pissed and earns her fairy form but doesn’t want the fairy gig since it ended up hurting her dog, because as a fairy the wizards are after her and Gantlos hurt Artu.

Speaking of Gantlos

Gantlos my beloved you’re so fucking bland the only personality trait you have is having fucked up pointy hands and a cool hat <3

Ok in all honestly I like his apathy to animals and the Winx in general, but that also applies to the other wizards to some extent. At least you can say something about the other wizards; Orgon’s voice is top tier, Duman has really cool powers and design, Anagan’s banter with Flora’s entertaining. This one’s technically a headcannon I made cannon in the rewrite. I did my research btw.

Gantlos has a pretty intense fear of deers also called Elafiphobia, even asking Duman to not shapeshift into one. It’s pretty bad, seeing a deer gets him pretty close to a panic attack. I’m not going to spoil why but I’ll say it’s a consequence of the Great Fairy Hunt. In fact all the Wizards despite being the cause have been affected by the fairy hunt, either overall or because of a major event. Gantlos’ deer phobia is also why he doesn’t like/care about animals initially, I mean, why should he like them? Just cause they’re cute? Hah!

Apart from Riven and Musa I hate the melodrama in season 4 it’s so shit. Since in my version Sky isn’t in the story cause king stuff, Mitzi is narratively cremated and Nabu doesn’t die, on top of planning to expand on Anagan and Flora’s relationship as rivals and Anagan “flirting” with her, it’d be weird for Helia to be like “eh”. Like even if Flora can hold her own I think he’d at least be a little concerned and annoyed at Anagan.

So yeah, Helia’s conflict is having a case of Impostor syndrome because Anagan’s a foil to him; confident, extroverted, confrontational, and actually bounces off of Flora really well. (Like, I don’t ship Anagan and Flora but the people who do I don’t blame them, it sounds more interesting) Even if Flora doesn’t reciprocate Anagan’s feelings, Helia feels inadequate and is anxious Flora will lose interest and might even break up with him since he’s the anti-social poet of the group. Timmy could even help after his confidence arc in Season 2. He’s not overprotective of Flora like wanting to fight Anagan since it kinda goes against his pacifism but the narrative doesn’t care about that as much as I do :/

And lastly I think it’s be neat if we saw a more fleshed out dynamic between the Wizards, the best I can think of is when they’re protected by Syllia and Duman almost slips their plan to which Anagan says he’s being whoosy, Orgon complains about being protected by fairies while Gantlos is fine with it.

A lot of the rewrite is focused on fleshing out the wizards because I want complex villains grr, and they’re perfect for it. The Earth Fairies? They’re good but they’re dead in my rewrite soooo-

I like to think Orgon is pretty manipulative of them. Was he always like this? No, but he’s desperate to secure the disappearance of magic from Earth, and his manipulation gets worse and worse as the episodes go on, in the end being threats and guilt-tripping. He still cares but mostly how the wizards can be of service to the Black Circle. And yes Duman is his favorite because he has the best powers. Shapeshifting will always be OP and the best power in my heart.

Anyway that’s all folks. If I make a part 3 it’ll probs cover some other stuff like Jason Queen, which I like his character, it’s perfect for Musa’s development (until they made Bloom the fucking main singer like WHYYY) or perhaps talk about Klaus or Morgana, Tecna and Timmy and more about Nabu. Anyway I’ll go watch some more nostalgic minecraft videos and webtoon rants. See ya!

I've been thinking about the Wizards of the Black Circle and what would motive them to be so dedicated and came up with this little idea

You know how back in ancient times everyone was constantly warring, empires would rise and collapse on a dime, and generally everything was chaotic and some war lord could takeover half of their content in their lifetime?

So the Wizards all come from around that time, and were gone well before the 1600s

Anyways we've seen from the Trix that one well placed spell and you can have a full army at the command of 3 people

I would now like for you to imagine what these times and constant wars would be like if a percentage of the population had magic

The Wizards of the Black circle aren't specifically against fairies, but all magic users

Mostly because if they only hunted fairies where are all the witches and wizards? Killed by a nonmagical sword? Burned when they can fly away? The fairy hunter thing combined with no magic on earth implies that, as far as magic users go, there were ONLY faries on earth. Which I find to be incredibly odd

Nah, their beef is with ALL magical creatures on earth. To explain why there were no magic users left

They're whole thing is that they noticed that powerful magic was escalating and escalating and escalating and suddenly these things called Major Faries who could short cut to a lesser form of a Guardian Fairy and they realized one bad actor could go crazy with this system and create a small squad into a full army....so they decided to preemptively start indiscriminately murdering people

They're all magic users themselves but Orgon in perticualr has the ability to control magic cores/magic in general, he's probably the only true wizard, thats insanely difficult to go up against

They eventually clashed against a group of Major faries protecting a bunch of young magic users, aka the white circle. Their leader "Mother" Morgana, and their second in command Nebula

They realized they couldn't win, so Orgon decided to try and seal them away...unfortunately for them, the White Circle had the same exact idea and sealed the Wizards away at the same time

Due to all magical users on earth being sealed away in two locations, all casual magic died on earth. Especially because they were also hunting magical animals...yeah. There's very little magic in the air, in plants, or anywhere. The earths magical core is almost dead and has been slowly dying for a while now

(The way I imagine it, to explain why all habitable planets had magic thriving on it at some point when no magic Planets are obviously possible, was to make not having magic a terrible thing. Planets with low/no magic are incredibly at risk for sooo many things, because there is no magic correcting any changes to the environment. Magic also can keep things like suns and black holes stable. So they don't explode. Aka this is Bad News™)

Both the Earth fairies and the Wizards are pulling a Daphne rn and are separately channeling all the magic attracted to them from natural sources into themselves to prolong their life (which is how they haven't died in all these years, and why they can stay transformed much much much longer than magic users form anywhere else) and are both waiting for the other group to rot

The Wizards of the black circle do not know Magix's exists and still think the sun revolves around the earth until they catch up on current science, same for the earth fairies. Neither group knows about the Omega Dimension yet bc it had even been made when they were active

The Winx/Roxy free the earth fairies, the earth faries free the black circle bc they want to kill the wizards, this was a terrible idea because now the black circle is free

They're very good tempered compared to their canon counterparts because their whole thing is "Fallen Paragons". If they ever learned about Valtor or the ancestral witches (and what they did to Domino) they'd probably even try to convince the Winx to go back home to their own planets and leave earth to them. The rest of the magical universe is doomed to these planet destroying high scale wars, but they'll save earth from this fate!

(...They'd have a fucking conniption fit if they ever learned about nuclear bombs. Local Wizards unaware of what people are like)

Which would well contrast with the earth fairies, who are pissed at nonmagical people from turning on them, destroying the planet, and then carrying out the witch trials that wiped out any "two recessive genes matched up perfectly" magic users many generations later

And I thought that contrast would be interesting

You healed him with your magic knowledge.

He slowly let you have more freedom as he started to like the shy fairy.

Duman

He was the most romantic of them all.

He took you out on dates even if you constantly ran almost being found.

He gifted you with magical items.

He often stole you away from your friends just to have some affection.

He got jealous easier than the others would have.

He made you wear jewelry he liked.

He never hid his feelings around your friends.

Openly flirted with you when you were fighting them.

Anagon

He was more of a closed-off affectionate partner.

Whenever he had you he kept you away from others.

He flirted with you in private.

He often asked for some dances including lap dances just to watch you.

He enjoyed hurting you during sex.

Watching you break was one of his favorite past times.

He finally took you from your friends for good and kept you in his room/area.

Gantlos

He was a complete asshole to you.

He didn't understand how to love so he did asshole things instead.

He got super jealous and often grabbed you by your arm and took you away.

He kept you trapped within his magic and bonded you to him.

He loved to see you tied up and helpless.

He picked out your outfits.

He rarely touched you out of sexy time.

He made threats about hurting your friends just so you listened to him.

I have ideas.

Palladium is your dad and doesn't like that Ogron is flirting with you and tries to stop the relationship that happens and finally comes around but is very protective. Can have smut between Orgon and the reader if you would like maybe after a wedding. ;)

We have a deal

When Ogron and his guys attacked Alfea winx and professors didn't know what to do. My dad have never found out that I met this guys earlier in my life.

"Well well well... What we have here boyss??!! Isn't that my little (name)??" Ogron said.

Everyone were confused at first but I didn't bothered I transformed into my enchantix form to be prepared to attack if I need to.

"Woahh there babe it's me your friend Ogron, remeber we met in your dorm when I fucked you, ah I loved when you screamed my name" He said.

I blushed a little and blast my powers at him.

"Why are you here Ogron??" I asked.

He teleported In front of me and kissed me in front of everyone, I love this man so I kissed him back as all fairys were shocked.

"(name)!!!! STOP THIS NONSENSE I WON'T LET THIS HAPPENING!!"

My dad Palladium said and tried to break us apart but I stopped him.

"If you let me marry your daughter, I promise we won't hurt any fairy" Ogron said.

My dad looked at Faragonda to know what to answer, he doesn't want to give his daughter to some villain. Faragonda nodded and Palladium just sighed.

"If you break promise I will hunt you, but if you break mu daughter's heart I will kill you" he said.

Ogron smiled and after just a few days wedding happened there in Alfea, everyone were happy. They weren't safe when some villains were in Alfea but they were happy for me. When wedding ended Ogron took me to our home. I went straight to bedroom so I can take off my wedding dress. Ogron came behind me and started kissing my neck.

"What are you doing" I ajsed and chuckled.

He looked into mirror in front of us.

"Trying to have fun on my wedding night" he smirked.

With that he pulled my dress down, took me in his hands and put me on bed. He started kissing me everywhere and stopped when he came to my pussy. He looked at me for a second.

"Are you a virgin?"

I blushed a little and just nodded. He smirked and started giving me a head. His tongue was feeling so good just a few minutes later I came on his face and he licked every sip of it and kissed me so I can taste myself. Major Villains part 2!! The Wizards of the Black Circle, Valtor(baltor?), and Darkar/The Shadow Pheonix.

again, I changed a lot. I changed the Wizards’ signature color to green because i got SO TIRED of red and black villain color schemes. Also Valtor’s original outfit and hair was like. so bad. dont @ me you know im right.

The Wizards of the Black Circle are earthen born, and really really old, like crypt keeper old, older than Morgana, maybe as old as Faragonda. The reason they still look young is that they’ve retained use of their magic when the rest of the earth hasn’t, and they eat fairy wings. Wings are the outward manifestation of a fairy’s magic and form a sort of battery loop with the fairy’s natural magic production, sustaining and boosting for as long as the transformation is held. When ripped off, the loop is broken unnaturally and severely damages the fairy physically and mentally, usually they can’t transform again for a week to a month. The wings retain a large portion of magic, and by consuming them, the wizards supercharge their abilities and prolong their lives, if they had kept doing this eventually they would become faded like the ancestral witches in my other post, but it would take a while.

Ogron is from early Scotland, he was the one who forged the black circle out of iron. Iron is a notoriously difficult metal to enchant (the specialists ships and weapon bases are made of enchanted iron and are hard to destroy with magic). He practiced for years before successfully storing his magic in the black circle. He was always power hungry and calculated, he knew he wouldn’t be able to conquer the world without help, and began to seek out fellow wizards while spreading anti-fairy sentiments. It took him awhile to find people who were able to use the Circle with him, and went through a couple other Wizards before setting on the three others. He first found Gantlos in the Americas, the Anagan in Africa, and finally Duman in Southeast Asia. They all use the Black Circle as a magic vessel, and begin to actively hunt down fairies and other magic users or creatures. Morgana had only just taken the throne when they started, and as a young ruler, mistakenly believed these four posed no great threat and wouldn’t dare question her rule. However, the Wizards attacked Tir Nan Og and it’s sister island Neverland. They purposefully didn’t fully destroy everything, wanting to keep any magical artifacts intact for their own use, but did strike a serious blow to the benevolent magic users. Fear mongering lead to fewer people pursuing magic in hopes of not becoming a target. One of the Wizards’ only large scale attack was on Tir Nan Og, usually they prefered to lay traps and pick off solitary fairies. Eventually people began to shun magic users in common society, and many fled to the injured Tir Nan Og to avoid being attacked or killed. Morgana and all the fairies on Tir Nan Og placed a barrier around the island, and created the white circles out of glass and moonlight as keys. When the Wizards attacked the island again, they couldn’t break through the barrier with out completely draining the black circle, so instead they returned to their guerilla tactics, and attacked all the fairies bringing other people onto the island for safety. After they believed all the keys to be destroyed, they began to hunt down any fairies that might have escaped, using spells to track and locate sources of fairy magic all over earth. They eventually raised their power levels enough that they were able to surround Tir Nan Og’s barrier with one of their own, trapping the fairies in their own haven. They then spent the rest their time keeping an eye on the any potential magic users, placing more black circles around other sources of magic so it would be directly funneled into their reserves,  and manipulating governments and societies to their own will. They started several wars and were the cause of some natural disasters for the fun of it. Sometimes they take a break from ruling dull stupid humanity and will spend several decades sequestered away on an island or something. They also need break from each other and will go off on their own occasionally. They each have iron gall ink tattoos that keep them connected to the Black Circle.

Fun facts about the wizards because they’re like almost my fav villains. Ogron refuses to say whether his obnoxiously bright hair is dyed or not. Orgon usually prefers kilts, but tbh its hard to get a hold of one now-a-days unless you know how to use the internet. Orgons skirt is a shitty faux leather one from forever 21. Anagan is actually the most popular with the ladies~~ Gantlos is actually the oldest, and is potentially from before the Mayan civilization’s era. Duman is from Thailand and his skirt is technically a Sarung(which i think were used in Thailand but correct me if im wrong). Duman likes to change his hair color every couple years or so. Duman actually convinced Gantlos to dye his hair once but messed up the bleaching spell and oops now Gantlos is permanently blonde(and duman has one less rib) Anagan shaves his head every 20 years. The last time they were all involved in society was the 60s and they’re clothing reflects the mod/punk fashion at that time. Anagan and Duman barely tolerate each other in day to day situation, but their fighting styles actually complement each other pretty well. Ogron is a total narcissist and considers Gantlos the closest thing to an equal in the group. Gantlos spend the most time with duman so long as he’s not being too annoying(duman is basically the obnoxious little brother of all of them lmao)

Valtor isn’t “human” even in a loose sense of the word. He’s more like a homunculi created by the Ancestrals. As such he doesn’t need to eat or drink, tho he can enjoy both. He doesn’t necessarily have a “true form” as he can use his magic to mold and change his body as needed. His heart is a spark of the dragon flame and the shadow flame encased in the ancestrals magic. He was originally intended to be a servant, going out and physically searching for the dragon flame while the witches researched where the dragon could be hiding. He briefly took a young starstruck Ms Griffin on as an apprentice, but it didn’t last very long. After the witches were defeated he was still able to use remnants of their magic leaving him still very powerful, and connecting him to their spirits. He was defeated by Faragonda and the Company of Light, but being a homunculi powered by the dragon and shadow flame he couldn’t really be killed, so was banished to the frozen planet Omega as punishment. Valtor stores and channels his magic through his body, making him a sorcerer instead of a wizard. He resembles Dominians but this is thought to be because of his connection to the dragon flame.

Lord Darkar isn’t an ancient entity, but he does possess one. The Shadow Fire is the ying to the Dragon Fire’s Yang, and originally both were considered neutral, keeping the light and dark in balance. Domino’s royal bloodline passed both the Dragon and the Shadow from one generation to another, but a young prince sought to possess both of the flames and summon the ultimate power. He killed and stole the Shadow Flame from it’s bearer, tainting it with blood and violence. His murder was found out and defeated by the holder of the Dragon Flame, and thrown into the then newly formed Obsidian as an execution. While it was hoped he would die in Obsidian and the Shadow flame would pass to a more worthy bearer, Obsidian turned out to be a pocket dimension instead of a death sentence, and he emerged again, was defeated again, emerged yet again, decided to be a little smarter, and found the Ancestral Witches to do his bidding. However, the witches eventually betrayed him, and sought to possess the Dragon flame for themselves, they created Valtor with sparks of both so he would, hopefully, be protected to both powers. Darkar’s time in Obsidian tied him to the pocket dimension, so every time he’s defeated he gets sent back there lmao. Due to the “equal-opposite” rule, When Obsidian was formed was also when the Relix was created, it holds the only power strong enough(theoretically) to destroy Obsidian in the power crystal, but using it is more than likely to destroy you in the process so it was sealed away with the codex. After the Winx defeat him he’s not destroyed, just sent back to Obsidian. The only way to kill him would be to separate the Shadow Flame from his body, or use the water stars on him.

underrated winx characters

tbh all of them with the exception of bloom are underrated but i’ll be looking at tRUELY underrated characters

i won’t be focusing on the winx or specialists either, and animals won’t be included! sorry kiko

1. Stormy!

She’s yet to really take her spotlight as the boss ass witch she is. She hasn’t hooked up with riven, and icy always gets the bad guys so i’m convinced we have a gay icon on our hands and i’m living for it! i mean did you see her when that oppisitus spell was out on her

2. Morgana

she’s driven by her motives which i think makes her a very powerful character! she reminds me an AWFUL lot of daphne actually, tries to make people see her side ( however not always the best side) and follow her motives; no matter who she has to hurt

3. Orgon

I’m still to this day not actually sure WHY the wizards wanted the wings ( some fantasy bdsm thing i recon) however orgon was powerful and manipulative! and he had a jab at the transformation sequence which no villain has dared to try! and he also had a fight on a train. that’s dope.

4.Miele

All i can say is floras parents did good.

before i start HES NOT A SPECIALIST. Nabu is such a beautiful soul, he was trusting and compassionate and just such a legend. He looked after layla like a flower however understood when she needed space and i just love him.

Lockette is so supportive and would- will! do anything to help the winx inc travelling to omega, to the shadow kingdom, to obsidian, destroying dark bloom etc. and honestly deserves all the love in this world

I havent personally watched s4 so i cant give too strong an opinion on it, but from what i Do know about it, it's. Really gross. Especially when they bring roxy into it. She's like 16 right??? Disgusting.

So I’m making a Winx rewrite and decided to doodle some ideas and explain them below

I think it was a missed opportunity since Orgon is literally the Wizard of absorption and should have the ability to mimic powers after stealing them instead of absorbing their strength. I also changed the White Circle to be a weapon against the Wizards without any Earth Fairies being trapped inside of it cause in my rewrite they’re all dead (except Morgana and Roxy). Maybe they’ll appear as ghosts or something.

I don’t really remember if Roxy had mommy issues but I’m giving her that and her dad wife issues. She left haphazardly and Klaus didn’t get his memory wiped of her, so he resents her for leaving and essentially abandoning him and Roxy. Roxy would want to know of her mother more which makes them clash

Riven being jealous and butting heads with Musa was the only melodrama I thought fit, but the whole Jason Queen record deal thing isn’t really brought up after Season 4. And yeah here Jason Queen’s offer to Musa ends up putting a wedge in their relationship because that means she’ll be staying on Earth while Riven returns to Red Fountain, kinda like a couple separate worldwide which is quite hard for him.

I’m actually not 100% sure if it’s cannon, but it’s cannon in my rewrite soooo yeah

This is a weird one but HEAR ME OUT-

So Duman gets badly hurt and Nabu helps right? I didn’t like the idea of the wizards pretending to be allies before backstabbing the good guys, then Nabu dies and they just became lame. I plan to give most wizards a redemption arc and it starts with Gantlos and Nabu trucing for a bit to find a cure for Duman’s illness (caused by the white circle casting some spell on them, hence why they destroyed the other white circles). Gantlos gets Nabu’s help since he’s a wizard, the most cooperative and it’s the least awkward option. I like to imagine he calls Nabu a rookie in sorcery lmao

That’s it for now, and I have the first 2 episodes done for the rewrite

Here's a free Roxy doodle!! She's scared of the Wizards XD

The Trix:

Roxy has never and will never meet them. My timeline stops at the movie after s3, so the Trix and ansestal witches are fuckin gone. Icy is probably straight up dead, and Darcy and Stormy are likely starting a gang in the Omega dimension. So Roxy never directly interacts with them, even if I keep Orgon's stupid ass plan to run to Omega, Roxy isn't powerful enough to not immediately freeze to death there. So she's never directly met them but she does know of them.

She knows of Icy from the scars littering Bloom's body, though how Tecna teaches her to respond to surprise attacks, from the way Bloom responds to any little amount of aggression with bared teeth, from the way the winx categories the best way to defend any building they're in, the way they all stop if there is a sudden cold breeze. Roxy knows Darcy from Riven's insistence that she learns how to recognize illusion and emotion magic, she knows Darcy from the way the Winx freezes when they see purple magic, she knows Darcy from the way Stella lights up dark corners instinctually. She knows Stormy from the lichtenberg scars along Flora, from the way that Musa stresses the importance of speed in a battle, from how Aisha practices weather spells. She knows the Trix from the look in the Winx's eyes when it's night with a snow storm, and how they all flinch when lightning strikes.

She's never met the Trix, but she feels their shadow every day.

Diaspro:

Diaspro as a favor to the Winx, who saved her from her existence being stuck under the thumb of Samara and Erendor until they die, is helping Earth get accumulated and caught up with the rest of the magical dimension. Basically Dymond (Diaspro's planet) is Earth's first ally. She's mostly around Nebula trying to help her as (elected) Queen figure out how to put in proper magical infrastructure and learn about everything in the magical dimension.

Roxy as the (elected against her will) princess of Earth she often sits in with Diaspro and Nebula discussing how the fuck to bring Earth into the magical dimension and up to date. Since plants are expected to act as one governmental body, a world government is going to HAVE to be established, people with magic are going to need to be gathered and trained properly, the fact that magic on earth is a thing now needs to be delt with, and Roxy has to be the representative of earth to the magical dimension so she needs to be caught up on EVERYTHING.

Roxy and Diaspro's dynamic is mentor and student. Diaspro is stupid good at politics, mostly because it was either gain allies or die in the Eraklyon palace, so she caught on pretty quickly or else. Diaspro's political training is VERY informed by the cut throat nature of Eraklyon politics on the brink of civil war. So it's very urgent and a little too scary and pressuring for Roxy but she tries her best to keep up. Diaspro doesn't realize she's freaking Roxy out, she probably catches on eventually.

(If you're wondering why the Winx aren't teaching her politics, that's because none of them know any. Stella and Aisha are children of politicians, but neither of them were ever interested in politics and have always concentrated on being magic combatants and have always had the goal of being guardian fairies. The rest of them have no experience with politics. Sky avoided politics like the plague because they were often horrifying, Brandon who had been pretending to be Sky since they were in highschool (if there collage students in s1, if it's like canon it would be since middle school) knows politics like the back of his hand but he's busy dealing with the whole "holy fuck there's a new company of light" and "Valtor destroyed so much shit" things for the Winx to help Roxy. Saladin knows some politics and tries to pass them to Helia and the only part that Helia internalized is lying.)

Mirta:

Mirta and Helia are the only witches apart of Winx, or auxiliary Winx members, so they're the ones basically handing Roxy's early magic education before Roxy goes to CT. Roxy and Mirta are alt babies, so I think Roxy would take to Mirta quickly (esp compared to Helia who Roxy finds a little intimidating, not his fault exactly but Roxy always feels like he's staring though her soul when in reality he's just zoning out).

I think they are friends!! Mirta is trying her best to teach Roxy witch magic while avoiding being murdered by the wizards of the Black circle . Mentor, mentee, but in a friendly way! They like hanging out and vibing together. They definitely go shopping together and stuff!! They are friends!!

Lucy:

Mirta and Lucy aren't as close as they used to be. After Mirta got wrecked by the Trix for Lucy and Lucy getting mad at her for it, and yeah. They decided they needed a break from their friendship to deal with....all of that, but since Mirta is training this new witch she might ask her old bestie for help, and that's how Lucy and Roxy met. I don't think they'd be close because of how much Roxy looks up to Mirta and the awkward vibes, but Roxy would love Lucy's fashion sense and think she's super cool whenever she comes over. They like each other's fashion and vibe.

Daphne:

Daphne is Roxy's weird older cousin who just came out of a coma. Roxy has no clue how to interact with her and absolutely doesn't like how Daphne seems to know so much about her and tends to avoid her when possible

Krystal:

Because Krystal appeared in s5 when Roxy begins school she's one of her classmates that Helia specifically asked to watch over Roxy. Roxy thinks this is a bit annoying but loves her dumbass uncle's anyways so she guesses it's fine. Krystal is a ditzy bubbly girl who has a natural inclination towards witch magic and is really good at the math part so constantly helps Roxy study and catch up. They become best friends and are roommates (bc Helia said nepotism) who hang out a lot. They're very different but Roxy really appreciates having a straight forward and uncomplicated person around to talk too without having to worry about anything else

Galatea:

After s3 it becomes really unpopular to be a monarch (with reasons beginning with Erendor and ending with Samara) so I like to imagine Melody quietly became a constitutional monarchy and Galatea not so subtly starting publicly talking about how Melody has a big poverty problem, and it all looks very bad on them so they're doing better on account of being slightly scared of being as on fire as Eraklyon is right now. Galatea is politically advisor #2, less informed version because Galatea was sheltered her whole life. But unlike Diaspro Galatea knows how to blend in with the politician crowd and get people to like her quickly, very useful skills. They don't talk often but occasionally Diaspro will point Roxy her way for help

Miele:

OH DEAR GOD WHY IS FLORA'S LITTLE SISTER SO UNHINGED.

Miele is Flora's eco-crimes but worse. She's the witch of bugs and this is officially everyone else's problem. As the witch of bugs Flora thought it was a good idea to have her help the Witch of animals before remembering that her little sister is certifiably insane and more likely to go to jail for terrorism than she is. Which is honestly a feat. Anyways Roxy is ever so majorly afraid of Miele and her bugs and wants to go home now

Selina:

The contract I signed with Nove says I have to say their girlfriends.

Jk CT dorm rooms come in odd numbers, bc witch magic works best in odd numbers, so Selina is Roxy and Krystal's third roommate and the Witch of Imagination. I imagine she and Roxy don't get along at first because Selina hates all authority and Roxy is technically one now, and that pisses Roxy off so bad because she doesn't even want to be. But they eventually become besties because they think all of this shit is stupid

Winx, from best to worst decision making skills:

Flora: Makes good decisions and has no thing™ that makes her make bad decisions. Keeps all these idiots alive with the power of the disapproving mom stare

Tecna: Makes good decisions right up until someone is in danger or the enemy is winning and then she makes the worst decisions you've ever seen in your life. Her s2 fight with Timmy anyone? Usually makes good decisions so she goes high up

Aisha: Makes good decisions most of the time but has no concept of danger. Stop!! Trying!!! To!! Fight!! Things!!! On!!! Your!!! Own!!! You are scaring us Aisha!!! Aisha in s2 tried to fight darkar alone, in s3 it was the cursed mermaids and Valtor, the only reason she didn't fight Orgon by herself is because Nebula managed to catch her before she could, and so on. Girl please, I'm begging you

Bloom: This little dumbass makes some of the worst decisions on the show, but she has the capacity to make better decisions when she isn't being a naive little idiot. Like yes, she does some stupid ass shit, but when she actually knows what's going on she makes some of the best decisions and plans in this show. Do you see my problem?? Bloom is either doing the stupidest thing imaginable or she's coming up with an amazing plan no one saw coming and there is no in-between. Inverse of Tecna

Musa: *vaugely gestures to when Musa decided to go find Riven and Darcy while on a date, in hostile territory, then slapped Icy* As soon as she feels one emotion any and all logic completely disappears from her little head and she does something so fucking stupid. Do you ever notice how she never weighs in on debates? Or waits for someone else to make a decision first and then, and only then, says something?? I am confident she does that intentionally. She's tricking you into thinking she has good decision making skills just because she has high grades and snarks about other's bad decisions, do not fall for it, she's a dumbass. She has the Winx fooled but I see past her scheme. Jk, everyone knew she was terrible at making decisions once she mentioned her crush on s1 Riven, they just don't understand the true depth of her horrible decision making skills

Stella: Do I even need to explain? ADHD queen, her decision making skills are beyond impaired and she's very sexy for it. One of the Stella things™ is when she goes "ehehehe 👉👈 oops" after doing something sooo stupid, being terrible at making decisions is a part of her essence. I love you Stella

Actually those tags got me thinking

While I do find the Wizards of the black circle to be painfully boring (with their lack of reason for why they're doing what their doing, no explanation as to why they disappeared after trapping the earth faries, lack of care for eachother, and lack of any other priorities) they're also the only villains that actually achieved what they set out to do

They wanted to get rid of all magic on earth (for some reason), and by God they did it

The only lose end being Roxy's existence, but Roxy wasn't aware of her powers and magic was functionally removed from earth

A few more generations and all magic would be gone, the only reason it didn't just peter out and die was bc of the Winx

I think they deserve bragging rights between the villains

As early as s1, Daphne makes note that Marion and Oritel are alive, setting up the movie

So the ancestral witches, from the beginning didn't even manage to destroy one planet when they're goal was to??? Take over?? The entire magical dimension??

Them bitches make the wizards look interesting

Valtor couldn't manage to become the most powerful

The Trix did take over Magix's, but failed to maintain control because of their hubris

Darkar....who even knows what Darkar was trying to do

I'm just saying, they're achievement lasted the longest, and was the best realized

If it wasn't for the dumb Morgana plot line, I'd assume that Roxy was the product of two recessive genes. Meaning that she was just a product of biological lottery

Orgon: this is why you break your evil plans into bite sized and manageable pieces, if you go for too much at once your gonna fuck everything up
