On another note since I can't find my Okami game and before my brain can keep blowing it out of proportion (who cares if the disk is gone is saves to the Wii console not the fucking disk calm your tits brain I can still be a Pomeranian for shits and giggles if I want fuck you) I've been thinking about the Staffbot situation again...
Fucking hell was the staff party actually to round them up and kill the human staff?? Why??? For what purpose??? Were the Staffbots essentially just overcomplicated remote control cars with no AI built in so they used these people as the AI??? Do they want revenge??? Freedom??? Death??? Will they ever get it??? Where did their bodies go??? How has no one noticed so many missing people??? How would you even free them??? Fire??? Some sort of master controller that's preventing their souls from moving on??? Can Roxy see them???
That whole situation is wild and it feels so over the top given everything else that's happening. Like, bro, do we really need more shit happening??? Come on...
#yes my brain has been cooking some spooky ghost shit where Roxy is fucking HAUNTED by these guys#why?? because she has special eyes. she can't actually see what's wrong but looking at them too long makes her whole head spin#but all they know is she can see SOMETHING please oh PLEASE remember them please set them free she's the only one that can see#and so her ass is HAUNTED and she's losing her god damn mind cause are you KIDDING???#as if she doesn't have ENOUGH to deal with????#first storyteller then glitchtrap now this?? ON TOP of mimic???? fucks sake she's NOT paid enough for this#it's WILD to me because like. it looks like I'm being all 'haha blorbo has to deal with EVERYTHING' but think about it#if anyone would know what's going on or that something's wrong or be able to see what Fazbear doesn't want them to...#it's gonna be Roxy.#canonically a part of the MXES security system. canonically can see through walls talks to herself and stares at people through them#has a 'fuck you I know what I'm doing' attitude too?? yeah she's burdened with knowledge. it makes sense!#AND there's Vanny I forgot about that I just sorta categorise her with Glitch but they're separate entities I keep forgetting#like come on no wonder she's obsessed with winning if she loses someone's probably gonna die#but the insane part is that not only did she not sign up for this#neither did fucking Fazbear who gave her this ability to see everything#they were like 'hurdurdurdur guard mimic wurrburdurrr'#and then gave her the ability to see all the other fucked up shit and they thought 'well that's not her job she won't care'#and then OBVIOUSLY she DOES care what the FUCK do you MEAN she WOULDN'T care about fucking DEAD BODIES#are you JOKING#ya know??? yeah#it's insane#ya girl is DROWNING

Me, bc I'd like to kiss the bnnuy: MXES/Reader I Beg Of You (sfw/nsfw, i don't even care just give me bnnuy boy)
teeheeeeeeeeee does this count as being a monster-lover, a robot-lover or a furry?
Being a computer program, you did not remotely expect the rabbit-like figure that represented the M.X.E.S program to be sentient. Like, at all. When you first spotted it lurking as you looked at a world unlike anything you'd experienced before, you'd thought "Oh my god that's fucking terrifying, who programmed it?" And then, a little later, "Why is it kinda......"
Despite everything, though, MXES didn't really do much except, inexplicably, hang around and watch you. You weren't trying to break down the security protocols, so there was no need for it to even show itself to you, and yet... it did. At first in the distance, but slowly inching its way closer over time until you couldn't access the AR world without feeling its presence hovering over you (which, almost embarrassingly, you far from minded.)
One day, you started speaking to it. It didn't respond, except for some strange, almost whisper-like static, but you could talk for the both of you. And you did. It's weird - even though it was nothing more than a security AI, it seemed to respond to your words. That's when you fully acknowledged its sentience.
For a while, you weren't sure you could even touch it - you had no idea how the AR World worked, and if it didn't exist in the real world, would your hand just go through it? The answer, surprisingly, was no; it was cold and touching it felt like putting your hand on an old, staticky TV, but as long as you were connected, it was solid.
It was strange, developing a crush on a being who didn't speak outside of garbled digital noises and who initially scared the ever-loving shit out of you, but also something you found very typical of yourself. You knew it could understand you and had some level of feeling, and it was starting to be able to communicate very effectively with you through actions, so it was just a harmless crush, right? It's not like it felt the same, right?
Spoiler: It absolutely did. MXES wasn't quite sure what it was feeling towards you, other than ambivalence that you weren't trying to prevent it from doing its job, but it slowly developed into a warmth, a kind of want that it didn't understand until you were chattering away, talking about how your friend had told you about their date the night before and all the things their partner did for them, and it thought - I want to do that with you. Now, the dilemma was just in how to show you that.

Just sorta been thinking, why didn’t the Mimic just control Cassie, if it’s the one who controlled/possessed/whatever Gregory and Vanessa? Clearly it’s capable of it.
Luring her there I get, it didn’t have anything to control her yet. But once she got the VANNI mask and the chip? It could screw with Helpi no problem - and Helpi literally talked to her without the mask. So why not just.. possess her? I mean, it didn’t look like a slow process in VR, and that was just after recovering from being fractured code. It’s whole now, isn’t it? Hell, Cassie trusted it - she thought it was Gregory.
The only reason I can think of is that maybe beating Princess Quest weakened it? But that just freed Vanessa. And nothing about MXES was supposed to keep it weak, as far as I remember. Just keep it trapped and prevent people from freeing it.
Or maybe we’re dealing with two different beasts? Maybe Glitchtrap(or Burntrap) and the Mimic are different. People hate when I propose that idea tho lol.
But I mean.. the Burntrap ending he acts SO different than the Mimic ever does. He doesn’t talk. He’s got the purple motif, and I’m pretty sure when he’s trying to seize control of Freddy through the screens Freddy’s eyes even glow purple.
I dunno lol. Sorry for rambling in your inbox. My point was to ask your thoughts on.. all this I guess. Mostly the Cassie thing though.
i think that the virus has been completely destroyed, including glitchtrap. i think somehow by completing princess quest (ggy or not, it would have either been the only cabinet infused with the virus or the last surviving one) gregory completely snuffed out the virus. it doesnt exist anymore.
i might explain why the mimic didnt just immediately taje cassie over, since it literally cant. which also works if you consider the idea that the mimic will be manipulating Cassie the old fashioned way to get her to do its bidding. if the mimic fabricated gregorys betrayal, maybe cassie will be vulnerable enough for it to take advantage of free will wise
and as for the purple motif thing, i personally think that the color purple only applies when the mimic is still acting as afton, which was its entire time as glitchtrap. after gregory destroyed glitchtrap and therefore the mimics current identity at the end of sb, now all it is is itself. and its color is red/orange so that applies to the things it controls (helpi, its own eyes, vanny, maybe the camera in the elevator)

Now I'm so curious does phone dude ever contact Ness or realise somethings off? Like even after the events of sb does he know what she's been through 😭 like if he's her bro could it relate to the one of note in sb where it goes like because he knows somethings off with Vanessa because their Sibling bond he tries calling?
"SECURITY REPORT - A local police officer came by tonight. He said he was responding to an emergency call from someone inside the Pizzaplex. There is no way that is possible. I was the only one here and I certainly didn't make any outside calls. He wanted to look around, but I sent him away. Just another prank call. - Vanessa" sorry I'm thinking phones and calls." (Then again this kinda could be someone else tbh idk if he'd be in the building and not manage to find her)
Or does he think Ness is trying to cut him off if she goes no contact? Like oh shit she doesn't want anything at all to do with this family anymore! Just wanna know the general dynamic between them I'm invested fr
i actually never figured out a name for him yet so im just gonna call him dude so i can stop saying "vanessas brother" LMAO
when vanessa finally moved out, she promised to keep in touch with dude and tell him how her job was going. most of her updates were boring, but it was just to let him know she was ok.
until one point where vanessa stopped updating.
dude texted and called, but vanessa wouldn't reply. and if dude knew anything about their dad, he knew what their dad would do to vanessa since she ran away all those years ago.
dude drives over to the vr office to prove they're related and ask where she is (dont ask if thats realistic just pretend 😓😓) he gets a hold of the address for her new apartment and drives over, and vanessa greets him with.... a smile? invites him in? like nothing happened?
vanessa tells him all about how the job has been and dude cant help but blow up at her because he was like deathly worried about her and vanessa doesn't get why. everything is fine! im fine! they fight back and forth until dude gives up and storms out of her apartment. this is the last time they've spoken
ALSO this is around the time that the AR emails take place, and the week before vanessa gets transferred over to the pizzaplex (emails/therapy tapes) and glitchtrap makes sure they have no contact with each other because dude is gonna get in their way
and even AFTER post-sb vanessa is wary to call him because 1. they last talked to each other fighting, 2. she doesn't want to endanger her brother in case glitchtrap is still somewhere in her mind and 3. she has to protect gregory + freddy and work on mxes to stop the mimic
soooo yeah ☹️☹️ maybe in another universe they'd still be in contact. maybe she would have told him. idk idk
(or maybe dude saw the pizzaplex fire + earthquake on the news and finally decided to look for vanessa again. who knowwwwws)

Naff, hun, I see you with the MXES, I see you, I am looking straight at you oxo
Pff, jokes aside (and ngl the mxes design is really cool), here’s for a genuine question simply out of random curiosity: Bonnie is your favorite fnaf character, or among your favorites, that right? I am a little unfamiliar with his characterization, so I’d love to know what is it you like about him? That or if there’s any other ramblings about your favorite lagomorph(s) that you’d like to share, I’m all ears ^^
I am looking directly back at you, Piixel, babe, you get it <3
Yes, he's one of my favorites! The DCA has a pretty roomy spot up there in the faves but Bonnies is a classic love!
From the first FNAF game, my preference was design-based (love that he's an indigo rabbit, appeared the first night, and his general eerieness) but he was the one who seemed to know that the security guard was looking at the cameras at him. It was such an intense moment of one of the animatronics knowing what you're doing and I really dig that!
Then in FNAF 2 he had his withered appearance which is so sick and terrifying to look at! The design is so cool. I don't really care for Toy Bonnie all that much, but I don't really enjoy any of the toy animatronics either.
Then with Security Breach, Glamrock Bonnie is a mystery! He's gone but his absence is felt with Freddy and around the Pizzaplex, then there's the theories about how he disappeared and why. That really scratches an itch in my brain that only FNAF can really do.
My understanding of him as a character is that he's a confident musician (guitar or bass), laid back, and friendly. I picture him as a cool guy who makes a wisecrack or two and deadpans a joke. He'll tease and ruffle feathers good-naturedly (unless it's Monty) but he is often unbothered and easygoing. He loves to help the kids bowl and sees to it that everyone gets their favorite ice cream flavors. Everything he does looks effortless and easy, especially on stage. He's close friends with Freddy and gets along well with the rest of the band except for Monty. Bonnie doesn't like how hungry Monty looks when he's eyeing Freddy's mic.
I have a lot of thoughts about Mxes because yes, his design is so cool and his role in Ruin has me in a chokehold but I'm gonna hold onto those until I can do something more productive with them hehe
Ahhh, thank you for giving me the chance to ramble!

MXES and Vanessa One-Shot: “Of Voice and Vision”
Took a bit of time, but I did remember to write this today! :D Here’s one of the Pre-Ruin scenarios I’ve had in my head for a few days now.
(don’t worry, the title will make sense in a minute)
It was the standard procedure today. Vanessa would take half-an-hour to set up equipment. MXES (or “Black Hare”, as he had been nicknamed in his data for a while) would use that time to review his previous lessons. And Gregory would be out with Freddy for a while– so long as he didn’t stir up any trouble.
What wasn’t standard was the eager smile Vanessa had. Even as she struggled to fix some last minute issues, she kept humming along to songs on her work playlist. “Just a couple more minutes, Mix,” she told the confused hare on a separate monitor. “Then we’ll be all set.”
MXES tilted his head. What was his creator so happy about? It wasn’t her birthday. Nor was it any of her companions’ or coworkers’. The nearest holiday was weeks away, last time his internal calendar checked.
Then again, any occasion could be a personal holiday to a human being. A vacation, a newborn, a romantic date… But, again, everything was standard. No such event had been entered into his software.
MXES continued to observe. Vanessa still hummed and typed away. The main computer whirred as final corrections travelled through its code. A sharp ding soon emitted from its speakers. Vanessa pumped her fist into the air before recomposing herself. “Well, Mix, are you ready for today’s ‘lesson’?” she asked, turning her attention back to the digital creature.
MXES’ ears raised. Oh. Maybe her happiness was related to the lesson. Odd.
However, that didn’t stop him from drawing himself up to full height and nodding proudly.
”Great,” Vanessa replied brightly, switching between tabs. “I’d say ‘Get ready’, but you look raring to go!”
MXES would have bowed, but now wasn’t the time. Bit by bit, his body faded from the secondary monitor. His world slowly shifted from this grid landscape to the very same room his maker was in. Soon, he was floating over her hastily-made bed.
“So how was the transfer?” Vanessa asked, inching her office chair towards the bed. “Was it slower than usual?”
MXES raised his hand, then lowered it until it looked flat. He tilted it left, then right.
“‘Only a little slower?’”
He nodded.
Vanessa’s eyes lit up, but her expression maintained its casual facade. She swiveled around to pick up a clipboard from her desk. “Everything feeling all right?” she inquired further, clicking her pen. “Any lagging or twitching?”
He shook his head. Nothing he was aware of.
Vanessa scribbled down some notes. Her eyes bounced between her listener and the paper before her. “Does anything look different to you?” she questioned. “Like a pillow being moved or a pencil not being in its cup holder?”
MXES tilted his head. Now why would she ask that question after he was “out” of the computer? He couldn’t really talk without assistance, after all.
Regardless, he looked around. The bed was a bit out-of-sorts, but everything on it was in their usual places. The pencils (save that one pen) were all in their spots. His creator was in the same chair she was always in… Except now she had rainbow-like streaks and a name floating above her head.
MXES bobbed his head, then frantically gestured to the text-like apparition. There was no way that was showing up on her end, was there??
Vanessa looked up in confusion, then shook her head. “Don’t worry, big guy,” she chuckled. “It’s just something only you can see.”
The hare slumped his shoulders. Phew. Crisis averted.
“What can you see though? Can you read it?”
MXES blinked. Obviously, he could. That was one of the lessons he had ages ago. Trying to convey it, however…
Well, he had to at least give it a shot.
He straightened himself up, readied that voicebank code, then activated it.
“Vvvvv…”
Wait. There was data here. New data.
He gauged Vanessa’s expression. That light in her eyes grew even brighter. He could practically register the excitement vibrating throughout her entire body.
Well, now he had to keep going. No use letting her bottle up all that emotion.
“Vvvv… aa.. nn.. V-ann…”
The syllable sorting was going to take some time, but at least he was getting close.
“Van…esss…uh?”
“Try finding the ‘vuh’ sound bite,” Vanessa suggested, her legs already shifting back and forth. “It should be in there.”
MXES nodded. Okay. Seemed easy enough.
“Vuhh.. nesss.. uhh.”
Now it was just the matter of putting them together. Just like reading.
“Vanessa”
Like someone on too much caffeine, Vanessa dropped her clipboard and laughed wildly. “It works!” she cried out joyfully, springing onto the bed. “The voice bank works! You said your first actual word!”
MXES’ ears raised. “Iiii… d-id?” he questioned slowly.
“Yeah!” Vanessa exclaimed back before grabbing a pillow and squealing into it. Then after a battle with self-regulation, she continued. “And that’s just the first layer of the iceberg,” she said, moving into a sitting position. “You know why you saw my name over my head?”
“Nnn.. oo. No.”
Vanessa stifled a laugh. “You know how you kinda had trouble with the facial recognition stuff sometimes?” she pressed on.
MXES just let out a “huff”. How could he forget?
“Well, I finally got an updated version of that software,” Vanessa explained, motioning a free arm towards the computer. “It’s almost the same as the Glamrocks’, but I’ve made a few tweaks— Stuff like you not having to deal with singing happy birthday out of nowhere or giving expired Fazbear discounts. You’ve even got your own database so you can keep an eye on repeat ‘visitors’.”
“Ohhh,” MXES responded, letting the emotion programming guide his tone. “S-soo.. I.. cannn.. re… re…mem…”
Vanessa’s smile weakened. “Yes, you can remember people a lot better now,” she cut in, her voice turning more quiet and gentle. “Just don’t stress out your voicebank today, okay? I don’t want you getting ‘tired out’ from all that syllable-searching. Try sticking to shorter answers. Like.. maybe.. One or two words.”
”O…kay, Vanessa,” MXES grumbled, crossing his electric arms.
A stress-free Vanessa got up and returned to her chair. “Talking about that database,” she resumed as she wrote more notes in her clipboard, “ I put in new options for you so that you could figure out exactly what changed. Hair color, glasses, prosthetics…”
Although MXES tried to pay attention, a new idea sprang up. If he could actually process people now, then could the same apply to non-humans? Could he see what he looked like?
MXES quietly teleported past his rambling creator. He looked around carefully. Were there any reflective surfaces that wasn’t a window? Or a lit-up monitor?
A small hand-mirror caught his eye. It was in a lying down position on some table, but he had training in dealing with reflective surfaces ages ago. Surely that data couldn’t have been erased.
He positioned himself in front of the nightstand. As he wasn’t prepared to handle real-world objects, all he could do was lean down and peer into the glass.
To be honest, a top-down view wasn’t the most… flattering angle. But what did MXES care about flattery? All he was concerned about was the fact that he was a strange bunny-like thing with lines running down his face. He knew he looked intimidating, but this was… not what he was expecting. Was it scary? Interesting? He wasn’t even sure what to make of it.
“Hey, Mix,” Vanessa spoke up beside him. “That’s, uh, not a good way to check out your reflection.”
MXES shook out of his trance. He looked over his shoulder to see Vanessa standing next to him. “Sss.. Saw-rre,” he murmured, slumping a little. “G-Got diss..track-ted.”
“Hey, it’s all good,” Vanessa said warmly, ‘patting’ him on the back. “I was wondering if you’d try out that new tech on yourself. Could you tell it was you, or do I need to rework something?”
MXES’ ears raised a little. “I.. could,” he answered simply, bobbing his head. “Very… weird.”
“What’s so weird about it?”
MXES looked back at the mirror. “Lines…” he relayed, pointing to those exact features. “Skele..tun… bunny.., glowy mouth??” He paused to ‘open’ and ‘close’ his mouth. “Mouth’s…a.. smile,” he gasped in realization. “It’s stuck??”
“Well, yes and no,” Vanessa answered sheepishly. “It looks like a permanent smile, but you can express other emotions. But your face isn’t stuck that way because you smiled so much one day.”
MXES “sighed” in relief. Okay, good. He wasn’t the victim of an old adage gone horribly right.
”In case you’re wondering,” Vanessa added softly, “there’s a reason for all of these.. ‘design choices’ that I’ve made for you. I don’t think your database is ready for the whole story, but I can tell you that none of those were an accident. Especially the ‘bunny’ part.”
MXES tilted his head from side to side. He wasn’t trying to ask for a change, if that’s what she was thinking. He was just trying to express his concerns and process them with her! Like trying to match up all the bizarre quirks of English spelling with these phonetic syllables! Sure, both of those things would take getting used to, but that was to be expected.
”Don’t… fret,” he snipped out at last, slowly reaching for Vanessa’s head. “Pretty.. head.”
Vanessa blinked. “I’m sorry?” she asked, moving her head forward so he could ‘pet’ her better.
“Don’t fret,” MXES repeated, ‘patting’ her on the head. “Pretty head.”
The woman snickered in spite of herself. “Are you calling me ‘pretty head’?” she clarified.
“Yes,” MXES replied confidently. “That… phrase.”
”I think you mean ‘Don’t fret your pretty little head’,” Vanessa corrected, emphasizing the omitted words. “But that’s on me. I set the bar too low for you.”
MXES would have cheered up, but his database told him otherwise. He lowered his hand and continued to scowl. “Still,” he huffed. “Pretty head. Don’t fret.”
Vanessa processed his words, then sighed deeply. “You’re right,” she admitted. “I shouldn’t be putting myself down so much. Not after everything that’s happened.”
The hare teleported to her side. He wasn’t quite sure what to say now (or even what “everything” meant), but he knew he had to be there. Either this was going to be a fretting-turning-crying event or the “storm” of gloom was going to pass.
”Hey, Mix,” Vanessa piped up, alerted the ghostly figure. “Thanks for complimenting my hair. I haven’t gotten these highlights in a while. I almost thought I grew out of them.”
MXES rolled his eyes and “exhaled” gently. All right. It was just a gloom-storm passing over. “You’re wel..come,” he said warmly, smiling a bit more.
“And, hey, while we’re at it,” Vanessa grinned slyly, “I could say that one of my proudest achievements was making all those cool lines on your model. You look like a cool citizen of the future!”
The poor hare couldn’t stop grinning. Or tugging down his ears. “Lesson.. please!” he sputtered out in a flustered tone. “Signals… mixing!”
“Okay, okay,” Vanessa laughed. “We’ll get back to your update check-in. Don’t want you to get your emotional codes in a twist.”
“Th-Thank you,” MXES stammered, already feeling himself stabilizing. If this was what getting a compliment was like at this stage in development, then it was only a wonder how he’d feel when he was completed.
But that was a potential issue for another day. All he had to “fret” about now was the rest of the new features. She did say the stuff he’s seen is only the first layer of the iceberg.

okayyy, posting all the random Ruin details that won't leave my brain alone
The names of the security nodes. They're called "parent" and "child" nodes, and in order to deactivate the parent nodes, you have to deactivate the child nodes first. I don't know how it's relevant that you have to get rid of the kids before you can get rid of the parents (parents who also happen to be shaped like bunnies??), but that feels important?? They weren't called parent and child nodes by accident; that was a conscious choice.
During the final chase scene at the end of the DLC, you can unlock a hidden ending by standing in front of a Fredbear or Freddy (Hard to tell which one it is) cut-out and putting on the VANNI mask. Whenever you put on the mask, you hear Gregory say: "Cassie! I'm okay! I found a spot to hide!"-- which is the exact same voice line that Gregory says earlier in the game, right after Cassie tells "Gregory" to run because Roxy is coming for him. This specific ending is making me lose my mind because 1) that reused Gregory voice line surely means that the actual Gregory isn't talking to Cassie during that ending, 2) the Freddy head from the Good Vanny ending has clearly been replaced by Glam Helpy, and 3) the ice cream that Gregory is holding during this DLC ending is CLEARLY not the same ice cream that Gregory was holding in the Good Vanny ending of Security Breach. In Security Breach, Gregory is holding a popsicle shaped like a Freddy's head. In Ruin, Gregory is holding an actual ice cream cone. So, if that's not actually Gregory talking to Cassie or showing her a place to hide, then what does the ending MEAN? Is Cassie just... giving up and pretending Gregory really is there for comfort as she lets the Endo kill her? Why would Cassie see Vanessa in the ending if she doesn't even know who Ness is, tho?
There's no obvious double meaning for the game's name, as far as I can tell? For previous games, the titles double meanings have been pretty obvious once you start playing. Sister Location shows you where Mike's lost sister is. Pizzeria Simulator was genuinely only simulating a pizzeria even in-game. Help Wanted showed Glitchtrap wanting help getting out of the digital world. The title's double meanings are basically handed to you on a silver platter. I really don't know what the double meaning for Ruin is, though? Cassie's ruined faith/relationship with Gregory by the DLC's end, maybe?
There's a Missing Poster for Gregory down in Roxy's Raceway. Not just a missing poster for Gregory, but a poster with Gregory looking exactly as he did in Security Breach, band-aid on his cheek and all. Which could be a sign that someone in Fazbear Entertainment is searching for Gregory, using Security Footage from his night in the Plex to find him, buuuut... that idea is probably invalidated if Gregory was also working with/for the people who installed the MXES system, which it was sorta implied that he was since he knows so much about it? Assuming the Gregory we hear during the ending even IS the real Gregory...
Speaking of that may-or-may-not-be Gregory from the end of the game, just. why does his voice cut out when he says "follow [blank]'s instructions"? Whose instructions?? Gregory is the one giving us the instructions, after all? And why does the line "follow instructions" give me chills? Who is his friend that has schematics on the building? Is it Vanessa? what is going on?

whats your favorite fnaf character from each game and why
(this is me asking about blorbos)
YIPPEEEEEE !!!!!!!!!!!!
FNAF 1: Foxy! Silly pirate fox I love him sm. Nothing super of note I just like him.
FNAF 2: Withered Bonnie. Haha you have no face!! Toilet headass, least we can't tell you have no eyebrows anymore...
FNAF 3: SPRINGTRAP!!!!!!!&(&;&;&;&@:&::&&: I love this bitch. Silly silly bastard. Villain moment. I love the fact that the game highlights how dangerous he is, he's not the only threat to you, but he is the only one that can kill you. I love it. SO MUCH.
FNAF 4: I will say Nightmare Foxy, as he's probably the most tolerable (not enjoyable) of the nightmares. Not exclusively of the nightmares though? Springbonnie. Mostly because I despise the nightmares because they SUCK (they scare me to this day), but also because eeeeeeeee murber rabbit.
Sister Location: I'd have to say Funtime Freddy. Honestly it's a hard decision between him and Ft. Foxy. I say Freddy cause he's just.... idk I like him, I guess I just look at him and go "HA. SAME!" Like he's so quick to jump the gun.. Also in my head he's just a silly lil man. So- yeah same.
[SHAKES YOU] Pizza Sim: HOW DO I CHOOSE SEND HELP- UHHHHHHHHHHHH............. UHHHHHHH- CAN I HAVE TWO? IM ANSWERING WITH TWO. Rockstar Foxy, for because silly pirate fox reasons. AND ALSO LEFTY. LEFTY JUST.. LOOK AT HIM. HER? THEM. I DONT KNOW- THE L O R E........ I LOVE LEFTY SM.
Does help wanted even count?.. I'm saying it does: VANESSA. MMMMMMMM L O R E. ALSO FUCK THAT RAT LOOKIN ASS BITCH I HATE HIM.
[SHAKES YOU EVEN HARDER] SECURITY BREACHH: dissolves. I dunno it's hard to pick.. But unsurprisingly I'll say Monty. He's such a fuckin asshole on the surface and then you actually pay attention and it's a whole other story of "oh he's a little fucked up actually". Poor man gets absolutely cucked and honestly he doesn't get enough attention for the character he is.
[EXPLODES] RUIN!: ..Does the rabbit count? Which one? The blue one, of course. MXES is cool and all but I love Glamrock Bonnie. He gets a few lines about him total, but I love that fucker. I don't care how dead he is hES OK IN MY HEART ALRIGHT- actually he's not even dead. He's just immobilized. SOBS. I love this tragic fruity rabbit, he makes me so upset and I'm going to study him under a microscope.

How does the mimic factor into this. Does it not exist in the AU? If so then is Ruin just Not a thing?
also is M.X.E.S. still just a security program or is it also once-human and got like. Shoved between the digital and physical realms or something-
so im still trying to brainstorm how ruin ties into everything but basically so far- mxes is a ghost- in fact cassies mask lets her see a lot of other spirits but mxes is the most prominent because she wants cassie to get out and save herself- mxes is a woman in my au and likely has strong ties to shadow/springbonnie as well as cassidy ;0
the mimic is another spirit with amnesia that is trying to find its own identity- so it copies what it has learned from previous vicitms of afton. Mimic is actually lolbit, who used funtime foxy as a muse for the longest time before slowly forgetting what funtime looked liked. Mimic forgets a lot in due time which is why they never stick to one corpse to pose as

watch me mess around the 3d designs because i want to
what is the mimic's origin? i dont know much about him, but i'm curious about this
he has two completely different set of legs
Tumblr media
his hands are also different
Tumblr media Tumblr media
he also has a chunk of foam in his cheek, and the daycare attendant's set of teeth ( i have no idea who the mimic is so i cant say much, but i guess he kind of- builds himself?)
Tumblr media
extras because i was looking into the other models:
Tumblr media
this makes me think roxy painted her nails/claws at some point, but i know this probably isn't true lol
Tumblr media
hands are used often, and in ruin, since all the animatronics are acting crazy and the place is a mess, i can see why they would break their hands often without regularly checking on them- (like how i feel that the daycare attendant lost their feet by tripping on something.)
but for roxy- welp, you can see a bunch of claw marks in the game and also, she punches a lot of stuff (she punched her own mirror, seen as it has hand mark on it), i think roxy broke her hand like this (and she punched HARD, but i dont see the point, i was going to say she did this to not see herself, but, she blind, so..????)
OH AND ALSO, Roxy used her left hand to reach out to cassie, since her right hand is broken down...
Tumblr media
MXES has separate teeth! and rabbit teeth! you just cant see it very well
Tumblr media
skin textures, pretty
Tumblr media
i dont know what this is supposed to be!
Tumblr media
ah... hello monty! you lil traitor <3
idc what everyone else thinks, the pizzaplex story of how monty came to be can be fake, but i don't think mony used to be a 100% JERK, everything indicates that he killed bonnie but in my opinion
he was set up, OR
he did kill bonnie, but not without reason, something has to have happened, monty killing bonnie out of jealousy does not make sense to me, how was he even created? was he a thing that existed before bonnie? was he a glamrock? huh? whatz going on????????
Tumblr media
There isnt much to cover about him, i'm just surprised he's alive! alive, but not rational. boy cant even speak!
Tumblr media
whats this?
Tumblr media
gift!

Hi I'm sorry you're feeling a bit let down with the reblogging ratio. I fast reblog alot cause sometimes I feel too shy to put in my imput but now knowing how artists want that imput I'll try to be better. You have such a lovely art style You're doing us simps a favor with all your wonderful art pieces. Thank you for contributing to the fandom We anonymous simps appreciate all of your work
Ahw hey, thank you! I really didn't mean to make people feel bad for fast reblogging - I'm eternally grateful you're basically putting my art on the fridge of your blog!
I do prefer tags, because why wouldn't I enjoy seeing someone else's thoughts*? It's like - here are my thoughts, in my art! And getting reblogs (and likes) does mean that there's something that resonates. But it doesn't tell me anything beyond that. People interacting, be it through tags or replies or asks, often gives me more ideas, and knowing there's an audience for it is all the more motivation to get to it! Like - as example - the Glamrock heart emojis I posted the other day? Compared to the DCA heart emojis the response was kind of underwhelming, and I almost lost the motivation to make another batch with other characters. But then one friend sent me a couple blurry eyes emojis and enthusiastic replies to the mention of a potential MXES heart emoji, and now I know I'm going to make that other batch! Just because of that! Hearing someone's thoughts and knowing there's an interest for more will always spark more creation. Like the cake metaphor! If my "cake" gets eaten, I know it was good, sure, but if people compliment me for the cake, saying what they liked about it, I'll try do do those things more! It'll make me happy, and I'll be proud of the result because I know this will be a cake with guaranteed enjoyment!
*(of course, I've also received tags/ comments I don't enjoy - but those are a tiny minority, and were often more along the lines of "lmao what is this" or anything calling me/ my self insert a girl, which sparks dysphoria - none of this makes me think I'd rather not get comment tags, because I mostly forget about the bad ones anyway, and some of the really elaborate nice ones I even screenshot and save to look at again!)

You know what makes that dream I had kinda funny?
It fucking. Adhered to my usual story and set ups. It was like an AU of my own stuff. You had the incident involving the Raceway construction team, I know Roxy being a MXES node was relevant though I don't remember why, (maybe the reason they gave her a proper therapist?) Roxy and Freddy hated each other in it, Roxy reacted to seriously traumatic events by shutting down into silence, how she was feeling lined up pretty fucking well with everything too, Monty spoke like he always does, Foxy's character was spot on, Freddy, Chica and Monty all came to find Roxy even though Freddy hates her, I think Cassie's Dad was there as the guy that gave Roxy the therapist or the therapist themself I don't remember, and almost everyone looked how I would draw them looking.
Normally, there's a bunch of randomness to these things but nahh this one was built with my usual setups in mind first, and the randomness second. I guess. Crazy how that happened

Okay but... why?
Aka, a look at Eclipse, Sun, and Moon(both in the dlc and in the base game) and wondering: why does Eclipse exist?(With bonus commentary/theorizing on Sun and Moon) The meta answer is probably "fans liked the idea of Eclipse, so why not" but I'm looking for more(skip to "ruin info" if you just want to see me talk about Eclipse, this got long)
Before-Ruin info: Sun is supposed to be the daycare attendant, but he's not the greatest at it(being loud, pretty clingy, and creepy). He has a reason for this(aside from "Fazbear ent sucks at making child friendly places/robots")
Originally it was supposed to be a theater robot(explaining the... everything) that becomes evil when the light goes out. While the performance functions were supposedly removed(aside from Moon), obviously they didn't do a good job at that, cus Sun is loud, dramatic, and obviously a theater kid(and it's implied that the new daycare programming either doesn't exist or was also shoddily implemented). So despite Moon's calm face on the posters, the kids were never supposed to see him
Moon is... Moon. While it's implied that he's supposed to be a security related feature or some type of enforcer now(between the crazy strength it has, the fact that it took Freddy to Vanessa, and the fact that it's allowed to just roam the building at the end of every hour while the others recharge), obviously the villain parts of its programming were never removed(I'm not even sure how Faz Ent got him ready for his new role, did they give him extra strength and prayed he'd listen to them or did they finally decide to mess with his programming? Did he always want kids to sleep and the enforcer role made it worse or did the change in Sun's programming affect Moon as well?)
There's also the interesting wording of "That, combined with the occasional blackouts in the day care, created the Moon side of the attendant" which implies Moon didn't exist, or didn't exist in the way that we know him, while the Daycare Attendant was a theater bot. Did the programming change increase the separation between Sun and Moon, was it a lie that the company made up, or was the separation always there but more obvious when Sun's functions changed? A mix of more than one maybe?(I suspect the answer is "plot holes that Steelwool failed to notice and/or retcons" but that's the boring one and prevents theorizing)
Ruin info: okay this is where it gets interesting, let's take another look at Sun and Moon
The fire obviously messed with them, with control being fought for more easily(with Sun being able to take control in a darker area for a moment after having the flashlight shined in its face, when Moon handled Gregory's flashlight pretty well)
Poor Sun has obviously been going through it, with Moon forcing him to be inactive. You can even hear him sing a song if you have the mask on. But speaking of the mask, it seems like Sun is active in the neural network, with it being the only way to actually talk to him(he even refuses to let you reboot him in the network for some reason, but the mask and its world are their own level of weird, so I'm not surprised). It's all but stated that the reason you can see Sun is because the fire caused a malfunction and made both active(even if one gets forced into the network), but I have to wonder what someone would see if they used the mask pre-fire
While the fire obviously weakened the Mimic's influence(with MXES controlling the other bots instead, maybe the glitch was never removed and was merely changed?), Moon is still being himself and forcing Sun to a "nap" and wanting it to be night forever
As the wiki says, it's unclear how separate these two consider themselves. Sun refers to Moon as "The other me", while Moon talks to Sun and kinda calls him by his name. They also both use "I" to refer to their respective modes and "we" to refer to themselves as a whole. But in general, Moon seems to view the two as much more separate(is this what the book meant "created the Moon side"? Part of it may be personality/experience based, what with Moon's villainous behavior/role staying around more than whatever Sun's old role was and villains, especially ones for child stuff, being less willing to play nice and work together), whereas Sun considers the two to both be him
And then there's Eclipse, who, despite most of tumblr's theories, isn't actually the person we see in the Balloon Boy arcade game. Moon ends up getting rebooted and we see the two daycare animatronics as a whole. And he's nice. Friendly, has a safety mode, and cares about safety and cleaning, but not to the extent that the other two do. It's like a proper daycare robot
But... why? And also, how? It's not triggered by light(post-fire, maybe pre-fire would be different but I doubt it), but obviously he doesn't exist the whole time. It also says "happy birthday" while the other two don't(sure the other robots, aside from Roxanne, don't, but I'm not even sure Monty can speak and Chica deactivates right after she gets her voice box), which implies he's been active before(not to mention the fact that Sun knew the two could become whole, knew it required an outsider to do it, and that it would fix the current issue). There's probably also something to be said about how the reboot occurs
Tumblr media
There's a waxing crescent(which is similar to Moon, but he's a waning one) and a warning related to electrical hazards. Normally Fazbear Entertainment doesn't care about safety, so was the hazard warning about the exposed... everything on the back of the Daycare Attendants head or Eclipse in particular? And because of how they are rebooted, is the thing pointing towards the crescent specifically for him? If so, that implies they're able to be rebooted again and made two separate modes
One could argue that Eclipse was supposed to stay for good and that Sun and Moon are back because of the glitch or Vanny deliberately changing the mode, but it wouldn't explain... Everything Else. So obviously Eclipse is only a part-time thing
While there isn't a lot we can work off of so far, there is a possible theory. And with the stuff I went over, we can make a lil timeline/explanation on how the Daycare Attendant works and what the deal with Eclipse is
The Theory:
The Daycare Attendant was originally a theater robot, with the good side "Sun" and the villain side "Moon". Then Fazbear Entertainment got a "good idea" and decided to turn them into the daycare robot. They remove some of its old programming(mostly for Sun, the daytime mode that kids will see more often) and installed some daycare programming
But Moon was much harder to work with(having fewer daycare-like things and being much more villainous) and they couldn't remove him(with the mode switches becoming more painful as a result, especially when the two struggled for control). But because of how much Sun was changed and Moon wasn't, the latter started insisting on them being different, instead of being two parts of a whole
In the beginning they decided to keep the lights on and had Sun as the only robot, but kept the Moon stuff left over from when they were working on him. But sometime after bobbiedots(or the time period bobbiedots would take place in if you want to ignore the books series), the company decided to change up Moon's programming a bit(with extra strength). When the pizzaplex diverted power to the recharge stations, Moon's job was to make sure everyone was charging and, if they were broken and weren't getting repairs, drag them off to Parts and Service
But there were 2 problems: 1. Fazbear Entertainment wanted more money that Sun couldn't provide, 2. if a problem occurred with the Daycare Attendant(especially their mode changing function), it'd be hard to fix. So they killed two birds with one stone and made Eclipse, a fusion mode that is used for repairs and well behaved enough it could be used for parties(especially for older kids who may not want to deal with Sun)

Love your Ruin DLC story and hcs. May I offer some of my AR World fuelled-shenanigans?
We can tell from the weird world that some things/places are more holograms, I think. They glitch in the real world after all and yet… Some that like monitor that teaches us to match the symbols are peculiar. Thus I imagine a few times Cassie does weird stuff in the real world.
—The animatronics lose track of Cassie when she goes through the “portal doors”. No one knows how she ends up in a completely different section. One minute she’s there then the next she is some place new! And forget the massive server room she was stuck in.
—It looks like she is clipping through solid things to even the keen-hearing/sight of Roxy.
—How Mapbot was reprogrammed to give out the Vanny Mask, which why does that even have a cybernetic implant to install, remains a mystery. Vanessa ditched the darned thing.
—The Blob likes like a massive shadowy mess in the AR world. It’ll just stare at anyone who can manage to catch a glance before slinking off.
—Cassie will occasionally see a virtual Moon slinking around almost guarding the nodes. (Sun does thank us even after rebooting them.)
—Everybody agrees that the wet floor sign bots are creepy in AR. The fact you can hear snippets of mainly kids screaming… Why?!
—The AR collectibles look like Minecraft grass blocks. (If you know you know.)
—There’s a creepier, almost skeletal virtual entity that lurks from the distance whenever Cassie sees through floor texture glitches. MXES and it look similar. Both blue bunnies.
Yeah I'm aware of most of these. The second blue bunny, if it's the one I'm thinking about, is assumed to have been an earlier design for mxes-- while extremely creepy, id imagine it was changed to better match the whole cyber theme
the whole map/mask bot thing is quite in the air. i kinda like this idea i saw around that vanessa created mxes and the vanni system as a big middle finger to glitchtrap/afton/vanny/mimic1, by using something so horrible shes got roped into and trying to turn it into something good-- the downside being that the mimic somehow got a bit of a hold on the system... and that vanessa left the mask behind. actually she left the mask behind and gregory left his wholeass backpack and freddy-talkie behind like... bruh kinda careless of ya both lmao
cassie going through the ar portals and sending the ruined bots into a tizzy as they have to process what just happened like "WHAT WHERE DID MY CHILD GO???"
meanwhile the blob is just blob'ing around
