please love me, like the wave does the shore
aaron hotchner x female!reader
wc: 7.9k
warnings: fake!dating, SO much pining, mentions of murder, only one bed, Hotch is very whipped lol, this is so cliché it should be a crime
an: the moment y’all have been waiting for! i hope you kids enjoy! this will probably become a lil series so stay tuned for part 2 :)
summary: murders along the glistening white coast of Cape Cod was not a good look for anybody. especially not the BAU. the case needs a turn around, a big break, but most importantly: a Mr and Mrs.
Portraits of grinning faces watched you from the whiteboard.
Women’s eyes twinkling. Husband’s grinning to the camera. At their wedding, in the woods during a camping trip, on a birthday.
"We have fucking nothing!"
Names and dates lined the edges of what used to be treasured memories in red marker. Memories each couple was not around to remember anymore.
"We have the profile." Hotch's voice was stern. It made the hair on your arms stand on end.
Outside, the ocean crashed loudly against the shore. Seagulls gabbled in the distance near the dock.
"You know that's not enough."
Chatham was one of the most influential and wealthy suburbs in Cape Cod, if not the whole state. Discovering strung out bodies on the crisp white beaches almost five times that month wasn't fitting for the shoreline that housed some of the most elaborate mansions in the county.
The BAU had been in Cape Cod for nearly three weeks. Two weeks too long in the bureau's opinion: a view shared by the team.
Derek slammed his hand loudly against the white board, over a photo of a tall, cream, wood-boarded resort sprawled over the edge of the coast. Seagull's Rest: Couples Retreat and Spa.
"Seagull's Rest is the only place that connects them.” He huffed, pressing his finger into the printed photo. “Every day that passes is another honeymooning couple that's in danger."
Emily sighed somewhere behind you. David lingered by the edge of the desk where Spencer was driving his eyes over some Greek mythology textbook, working the human sacrifice angle he’d been insistent on sharing with you over coffee that morning.
Police chatter busied the space between you and the other agents.
"Morgan," you pressed, "we have no idea what that even means. It could be maids, spa staff ... for all we know, it could even be other guests."
The room was warm, bright: through the window you could overlook the ocean. A scene too beautiful to deserve the blood painted across it’s portrait.
Nights dissolved into mornings at the sheriff's station. Coffee mugs finding purchase in the maze of photos, medical reports, staff lists: all leading back to the one place all four couples were spending their vacation.
"You know what this means, don't you?" David's voice carried over from behind you. You turned to face him, his gaze set hard upon Hotch's.
The team leader's jaw was tight.
He looked like he was considering David's words closely, sucking in a breath like it hurt him to do so.
Emily's chair squeaked where she leaned forward in it, "What is he talking about?"
Hotch's narrow eyes turned to face the team again. "We need to go in. Work the case from the inside."
"Undercover?" You probed, jaw loosening in surprise.
The team hadn't worked an undercover project in almost two years. Everyone understood that they were a last resort, when general good-old detective work wasn't doing the trick.
Hotch nodded stiffly.
"We're gonna need a couple to go in. Two of us. The pair has to match the preference of the unsub."
There was a heavy quiet before a collective understanding, a collective resignation.
"Fine." Derek nodded. He turned to face the board again. "The husbands, what are we looking for?"
"Alpha males, domineering personalities." David lifted a photo off the desk, examining it closer. "All high-power careers, wealthy. They have a handle on these women. Other couple's in the course with them reported the husband being out of touch, unaffectionate."
Spencer rose to stand, "But no specific physical traits. Unlike the women, they share a specific appearance: the hair, the height, the body shape. They all look like—"
Cold passed over your whole body from the highest point on your head. Like ice water had flooded your shoes.
"Like me."
Teeth sunk into the corner of your lip, the metal taste of blood nipped at your tongue.
It was impossible not to feel the weight of the team’s gaze, how they flickered quickly between where you sat and the photos against the board.
Spencer shrugged, nodding slowly. "Yes, like you."
You chuckled softly, missing most of the humor in the situation as you sunk further back into your chair. "I guess that's settled then."
It wouldn't be your first time working undercover, but you couldn’t say you were as experienced as your colleagues.
You'd joined the BAU last, working every possible hour and chasing down every possible lead to try stay in one of the most coveted positions at the bureau.
It definitely wasn't the easiest thing you’d ever done.
Yes, the team was welcoming - Emily worked hard to make you feel at home, empathizing with you about the difficulty of transitioning into such a team: a team that knows each other's every move and every thought before they themselves have moved or thought - and Spencer was always a friendly face.
Derek was considerate and David was a genius in the line of duty, a marvel to watch work.
What really made it difficult, was Hotch.
In the beginning, he was wary of you. You could feel him lingering when you worked, every decision you made or observation you gathered was held under the magnifying glass of Aaron Hotchner.
With time, he eased up. Trusted you with more, scrutinized over less.
It was then that the next - considerably more concerning - problem began, when you began to miss having his presence over your shoulder.
When your eyes began to linger over his hands where they rested on his holster, or fixate quietly when he brought that steaming morning mug to his lips - sipping oh, so gently.
You were so sure he'd kiss with the same tenderness. The thought kept you up at night.
The feelings you so embarrassingly held for your boss were pushed deep into the corners of your brain.
You felt secure in the knowledge that you acted as casual as possible. Nobody had mentioned anything, and the thought of Hotch ever catching even an inkling of an idea would be enough to never walk back into BAU headquarters ever again.
The only person who really knew anything was Emily.
It had slipped after a drunken night out, on the couch in her apartment, your fat tears staining her blouse: "he's so fucking hot I can't do this!"
And there he was. Silhouette dark against the cast of the sunlight through the window, looking down at you from his towering height. "You're sure you're ready for this?"
His voice wrapped carefully around your throat and you almost choked on its softness.
You coughed instead. "Ready as I'll ever be."
He nodded once, turning back to Derek. "The male?"
Derek shook his head, "Rossi and I went over there a couple days ago to question the owners. They know we're FBI."
The room turned to Spencer, who blinked big hazel eyes at the room innocuously.
You did little to suppress the giggle that bubbled out from your chest. Your heart knocked loudly when you felt Hotch's eyes flicker over his shoulder back at you.
"You wanna be our dominant alpha, Reid?" Emily's lips tugged into a playful grin, clicking the end of her pen loudly.
Soft laughter permeated the room, David knocked Spencer’s shoulder teasingly.
Spencer flushed a light pink, his gaze finding purchase at the open space between his two feet. "Yes. Very funny."
It took more than a few seconds for you to realize that without Spencer, there stood only one other possible candidate.
Your eyes climbed the length of Hotch's long black blazer sleeve. When you reached the top you found him already looking at you. You shivered.
"I suppose that means it’s me then."
Purposefully avoiding his gaze, you found Emily staring right at you - a grin curling up at the corners of her mouth.
"Mr and Mrs Hotchner." David chirped, a mischievous edge to his words. "Congratulations."
You managed to squeak out a sarcastic "thanks Rossi" but Hotch stayed quiet. It made you want to sink into the crevice of your desk chair.
Instead, he turned back to Spencer.
"Get Garcia on the line. She needs to set up aliases and get us registered for the next couple's course as soon as possible."
Spencer nodded once before disappearing into the next room wordlessly.
Next, he turned to you - sucking all the breath out your lungs.
God, he made it so hard to act normal when he showed up in that fucking suit and that perfectly professional haircut.
"I want you to go over the backgrounds of the women again. Get a feel for the unsub's preference, there may be a personality type that he likes best. I'll do the same with the men." You nodded, going to stand and finding yourself always just a little too far from his chest.
"While we're away, the rest of you need to work off the intel we feed. Let's solve this before there's more bodies."
Agents began moving in every direction: out the door, back towards boxes of evidence, but Emily crossed the room to you: eyes wide and alight with mischief.
She grabbed your hand, pulling you from the room and leaving Hotch behind. "This is going to be so fucking good."
Your stomach churned.
-
Just shy of two days later, you found yourself sitting in the front seat of a Mercedes Benz - god knows the bureau has its ways - only two streets down from Shellshore drive, where tucked into the curve sat Seagull's Rest: the beautiful lodge on the Cape Cod coast that offered couple's courses for new and old marriages that delve into the depths of the soul and connect partners in love and touch.
At least that's what the pamphlet said as it stared up at you from your lap.
It sat at the top of the stack of case files, documents and photos hidden beneath. You pulled out the ID from the midst of the stack.
The photo you'd taken the previous afternoon glimmered up at you: Mrs Eleanor Thompson.
With less than a couple inches of space dividing you, in the driver's seat, sat Hotch.
Penelope was talking over the car speaker.
"I signed you guys up for the Honeymooner's Retreat. It's six days long, but I'm sure you'll be out by then. There are five other couples doing this course with you, you'll find their names in the documents I sent. All their records are clean."
"Garcia, I want you to cross reference all the course instructors with anybody who has—"
Hotch's voice faded from your surroundings, your brain stuttering electrically as your eyes raked over his outfit.
A tight fit black polo that was hugging his chest and chino pants begging for relief over those long thighs.
The last two days had been painful.
You'd slept almost nothing: tossing and turning for hours over the idea that you'd soon be in much closer proximity to Aaron Hotchner than you'd ever been. Too close.
Emily had tried to calm you down, "just ... focus on the case, okay? whatever happens happens."
It was easy for her to say.
Her legs didn't liquify every time Hotch sent small praise her way, like they did on you, and she didn’t have flashing images of taking care of him in the way he never does himself plague her in the small moments of quiet throughout her day.
Making him breakfast, or taking his blazer off after a long case ... undoing the buttons down his shirt—
"They're expecting you for check in at five o clock."
Your eyes found the digital clock on the dashboard, it blinked red at you: 16:47
"Thank you Garcia."
"Yeah," you added quickly, "Thanks Garcia."
"Good luck lovebirds." The teasing lilt in her voice did nothing to calm the high power washing machine your stomach had transformed to.
Heat rushed over your face.
You could feeling Hotch watching you from the corner of his eye. "Are you sure you're ready to do this?"
Sliding your stack of pages into the Louis Vutton handbag at your feet, you forced a smile to press up into your lips.
"To marry you, Hotch?" You feigned a soft sigh, "I've only waited all my life."
The bubbling in your stomach simmered only slightly when Hotch rolled his eyes, what was almost a smile teasing at his lips. "I'll take that as a yes."
The car rumbled to a start beneath you, the expensive engine purring.
"We know what to look for. Keep your eyes on the guests, the instructors, anybody we interact with."
It was hard to focus on Hotch's advice when his wide hands were gripping the steering wheel so tightly.
But you nodded anyways.
It felt like less than a few seconds before the car was being pulled into a luxurious white cobblestone driveway. A sign etched in ivory-coloured wood overhead marked the road: Welcome to Seagull’s Rest.
Bellboys stood in the distance under a grand arched entrance in cream uniforms, luxury cars stretched out in every direction of the parking lot.
The car rumbled to a stop. A valet attendant was already approaching before you’d even a second to gather what was left of your courage.
Hotch turned to you, slow and deliberate as was his manner, leaning precariously over the console. "Remember, we're being watched."
The door opened abruptly on your side, you glanced up to meet the face of the young man holding open the door. He couldn't be older than twenty.
He smiled. "Good afternoon and welcome to the Seagull's Rest."
Your eyes flickered back as Hotch climbed out from the other side, you smiled up at the boy before lifting the end of the olive-green sundress you'd been coerced into wearing and stepped out.
Hotch had rounded the car before you'd even straightened out. He tossed the keys at the attendant.
You were taken aback by how quickly he could escape his usually impeccable manners.
"Be careful with the luggage. There's things in there worth twelve times your salary."
You sucked in a sharp breath when he took your hand into his, sliding his fingers between yours. His palm was pressed so firmly you thought you might collapse.
He made matters worse when he cleared his throat loudly, "Come on, honey, let's go."
The reception was a bright open room, preceded by a tall oak arch, and a high ceiling loomed over the expensive wood of the front desk.
A small framed woman stood behind it, smiling as you approached. "Good afternoon, welcome to Seagull's Rest."
Hotch only nodded curtly in greeting, pulling you abruptly up against his side so that his hand wrapped over your waist. You only hoped he couldn’t hear your heart thumping hysterically against your ribs.
"James and Eleanor Thompson." He grumbled, "We're here for the Honeymooner's Retreat."
"Of course sir, if I could see some identification please?"
Hotch slid over the two fake ID's and the woman began to tap away at the computer.
Your eyes slid up to the view from the window beyond the desk, how the sun was almost setting over the ocean visible through the crystal-clear window.
Unsure if it was driven by purpose or simply instinct, your arms snaked up to rest around Hotch's hips, letting your head lull against the side of his chest just softly.
His chest swelled. You tried not to read into it.
"Baby," it took a moment, presumable for Hotch to realize you were referring to him, but he hummed in response, not looking down at you.
"Hm?"
You motioned to the window, "Look how beautiful it is. You couldn't have chosen a better spot."
Instead of Hotch, the woman at the front desk spoke in response.
"We boast one of the best spots along our coast. The morning yoga sessions are spectacular if that's something you enjoy, and we have cocktail evening tonight at our restaurant on the beach." Her voice dripped in sugar, sliding the two ID's and the keycard to the room back over the counter.
"That sounds wonderful—"
Hotch's stern voice pierced through your own, "Yes, well, we'll see."
The woman - Leslie, as her tag suggested - glanced carefully between Hotch and yourself. She offered you a quietly sympathetic look before meeting Hotch's face again.
"Y-Yes, of course sir."
You stayed quiet after that, allowing her to direct James and Eleanor to their room. Second floor at the end of the hallway.
Hotch huffed dramatically, grabbing the cards from the desk.
His hand slid from your waist and you almost had enough time to mourn the loss of his warmth against your side before that large hand wove itself back between yours - simultaneously warming and chilling every blood vessel in your body.
Hotch pulled you in the direction of the elevator. Nothing was said between you, only the swish of your dress and the heavy step of his leather shoes against the floors.
You two followed the corridor as instructed, gaze flickering curiously up to your fake husband every few moments before your interest caught the better of you.
"You're a little too good at playing the asshole, James." Your hand squeezed gently against his, "Something you want to tell me?"
He shook his head, "Nothing comes to mind."
The luggage was already waiting at the foot of the bed when Hotch pushed the door open, allowing you to step in first.
A gasp escaped you.
The room had to be the most exquisite thing you’d seen in all your life.
It was lined in crisp white and cream decor, a velvet couch along the one wall and a sprawling balcony that overlooked the ocean - the sound of the waves filling every crevice of the space.
There was a thud and you turned to find Hotch opening his briefcase, pulling out the neatly packed pressed shirts that lay within.
"Hotch—"
Quicker than it took you to blink in fright, Hotch's hand closed over your mouth. He shook his head, tapping his ear. "Wires." He mouthed.
You nodded quickly, feeling stupid.
His hand dropped and embarrassment flushed hot over your neck. You looked away from him.
This wasn't a holiday and Hotch wasn't your husband.
Eight people were dead.
Unease burnt at your chest, the same kind that had been building with every passing day and every piling body. You moved in silent to unpack your own handbag where you'd placed your files.
Hotch watched you carefully, as you leaned over the bag - silhouette forming against the red and purple tones of the picturesque sky behind you.
He stared a little longer than necessary, capturing the view to his mind.
It was something he found himself doing too often. Whenever he could find a moment, an excuse. His gaze would linger on your frame, your face.
When your fingers would twitch against your necklace or when you laughed a little too loudly for the Quantico office when Spencer told his terrible, very specifically not funny jokes.
But he was Aaron Hotchner, BAU Unit Chief, and nothing if not the epitome of professionalism.
He planted himself far enough from the line to where he could go about his day and pretend like he didn't lose sleep at night thinking about you.
"James, did you pack the charger?" Your voice was loud, but wavered slightly. You didn't look up to his face as you usually did.
Hotch tried to convince himself that he didn’t notice.
"Yes, honey, it's in the side pocket."
There was no charger and definitely no need to ask about one besides making casual conversation in the case that wires tapped the room.
Reminded of the very real circumstance, Hotch abandoned the shirts on the bed to move around the room.
Behind him you were doing the same.
He lifted lamp shades, checked under drawers, desks and the headboard for any listening device that could have been planted before they came in.
You shuffled around behind the television stand and at the railings of the curtain before slipping into the bathroom.
Twenty minutes passed in silence before Hotch climbed back to his feet from where he was crouched down under the bed frame.
"We should be in the clear." He announced to you where you still occupied the bathroom.
"Check what I found." You emerged, sundress flittering around your ankles.
He cursed the sway of the material. Somehow you'd arrived in that green dress to the sheriff's station and it had made every nerve connecting his body to his brain turn fuzzy and the man of steel that was Aaron Hotchner was having a harder time than usual keeping his eyes to himself.
You waved a white envelope at him, "It was stuck to the window."
Hotch took it from you, it was addressed to a Mr and Mrs Thompson.
"That's us." He muttered, finger sliding to break its seal.
You stood against his side, close enough to read the letter where he slid it out but also just close enough to make Hotch's head spin from the waft of your perfume.
Good afternoon Mr J and Mrs E Thompson,
We welcome you to Seagull's Rest and want to thank you for choosing to participate in our Honeymooner's Retreat. The next few days will work to strengthen the bond of love and trust between any new married couple, and of course up the intimacy!
Tonight we will be hosting a champagne evening where you will be afforded the opportunity to meet the couples that you'll be spending the next six days with.
Meet us at the Pelican Perch Restaurant on floor 1 at six o clock. We look forward to meeting you!
Kindly, Seagull Rest Staff.
The page crinkled beneath his fingers.
"This is perfect." He muttered, looking sideways at you. "It'll give us a chance to see the unsub in a social environment if he's here."
The unknown subject (unsub) was clarified before you and Hotch had left the station that morning.
David's voice still rung in his ears:
"Someone who is calm and casual in social settings, easy to get along with but holds a position that allows people to trust them. It's what he uses to lure two people at a time to their deaths."
You glanced up at the antique clock on the wall hanging above the television. "That means we should leave soon."
Hotch nodded, "Leave the packing, we'll do that when we get back."
The sun was disappearing behind the glittering ocean surface when the door shut behind you and Hotch again.
His hand slipped down over your wrist before sliding into your grasp, between your fingers and over your knuckles.
Hotch could spend all night convincing himself that holding your hand was imperative to maintaining your cover because you were married and that was in the best interest of the case, but it would still do little to calm the way his heart began to beat from his throat when your grip tightened gently around his.
You made small talk on the walk down to the restaurant, as any couple would.
Mentioning the spa and the interior designs of the glamorous hallways you passed on the walk down to the Pelican Perch restaurant on the water.
The views of the lodging was almost nothing compared to when you two walked under the green vine archway into the restaurant.
Hotch heard your little gasp beside him and was sure it made his heart grow two sizes.
Above your heads hung a glittering maze of white fairy lights overviewing a large wooden floor with tables set in every corner. The bar glittered with bottles of every colour, size and shape that lined the shelves and the wide stacking doors were opened out onto the shoreline.
A soft jazz played and near the center of the room, ten chairs were stacked in a semi-circle around a small podium.
"This is so beautiful." You whispered, almost so soft he didn't hear it.
He looked down at you, enamored by the way the lights reflected off your eyes and your lips were parted in surprise.
"It is." But his eyes never left you.
Already, three or four couples had taken seats, keening over each other as if they two were the only people in the room.
It was almost six. Hotch tugged your hand gently in the direction of the expensive looking chairs, leaning down close to your ear: "Keep your eyes on the people."
You giggled as if he'd said something naughty, putting on a good show for the surrounding guests before leaning down to sit.
The lull of the music in the room almost convinced you that it was all real.
That as you sat and Hotch settled his arm over your thighs, pulling you close against him: that it was because he wanted, not needed, to be there.
Your eyes flickered over the people, a man and a woman were ushering people to take their seats and a tall thin waiter was sauntering around with a tray of champagne glasses.
You took two from his tray, handing the other to Hotch. He gave you a look to remind you to be careful, you could practically hear him chiding "remember, we're on the job."
The champagne was as close to velvet as you'd ever tasted, sliding down your throat far too easily as the man and woman took to the podium in front of you.
The room quietened.
"Good evening to all our lovely young couples!" The man's voice was smooth, warm.
He was older, every spit of hair from his body a stark shining white. The woman was the same, they matched the decor of the resort in the cream beach sets they adorned.
Wrinkles crinkled around her eyes when she smiled, "We're so glad to have you with us. Thirty years ago, we opened the Seagull's Rest to help any couple who felt they needed a place to connect with nature and each other, and since then it's become not only a home to us - but a home to every couple who steps through our doors."
You met Hotch's eye. Owners.
Laurie and Howard Ralph. The founders of the Seagull's Rest.
Howard spoke again: "every class is taught by a qualified, friendly and helpful instructor to make you feel safe in what Laurie and I like to call the education of love."
You'd seen their photos in files and on your tablet, somehow they looked even more pretentious in person.
While you knew you weren't looking for an unsub team, their demeanors didn't put them completely out of range for being possibly responsible.
At least that's as far as your brain could conjure up with Hotch's wide thumb rubbing circles into the side of your thigh - a motion you weren’t entirely convinced he realized he was making.
"We'd like to start off the evening with a few introductions, just to break the ice between you."
They were looking down the line of people, pointing to a Hispanic couple closest to the edge. "How about you two? Tell us your names, where you're from, how you met and your favourite thing about your partner."
The man stuttered, looking to his wife for support. She smiled up at him and you couldn't help the momentary swooping ache to have somebody to look at in that warm, soft way.
"Well I'm Alice and this is my husband Marco." She patted him fondly on the chest, "We're from New York."
"We met when we were kids, we lived next door to each other for fifteen years." The husband was a shyer speaker, but his adoration for his wife leaked through his words. "Before she left for college I asked her to be my girlfriend. The rest is history, I guess."
Laurie and Howard smiled plastically, like the grin was surgically attached there.
"That's lovely, and your favourite thing about one another?" Laurie pressed, before adding, "Remember ladies and gentlemen, this experience is about making yourself vulnerable to each other and to yourself!"
"I love how he can make me feel brand new after a terrible day."
"I love the way she knows me in little ways that nobody else does."
Slowly, the couples spoke down the line.
You were introduced to the Taylors, the Andersons, the Fletchers, the Schmidts.
As the line drew shorter, your breath grew faster.
Of course you knew your story, you'd had it drilled into your brain for the last two days, but your favourite thing about Hotch?
No, you corrected yourself, not Hotch. James.
Your brain fished for a lie, dipping past the bundles of things you loved about Hotch that could so easily be picked from the bush.
But would it be so out of line to admit something honest, something he'd never even realize was true?
Eyes fell on you.
Hotch cleared his throat, his grip over your thigh tightened.
"We're the Thompsons. I'm James  and this is Eleanor. We're from Colorado."
His voice was strong, stern. Someone who didn't know Hotch might say it was how he always sounded, but there he held a jagged edge to his tone. "We met at—"
"Woah, woah," Howard interrupted, chuckling nervously. "James, you're running a bit away with us here. Why don't you let your wife tell us how you met?"
Hotch mustered the audacity to look affronted. "Alright."
You fought hard to suppress a laugh. Hotch was an abnormally good actor.
He turned to you, "Darling?"
You sighed, practically scribbling ditzy airhead over your forehead and lifting a hand to fiddle with the buttons on his polo, "Well, I met James in my last year at college—"
"Screwing the professor, very classy."
The whisper came from somewhere to your left and surprised you.
It was soft enough that you were sure Howard and Laurie hadn't heard.
The look on Hotch's face, however, proved that he had. He'd grown completely stiff under your hand.
You fought to regain composure, "H-He was working at a law firm that I was doing an internship at. It was love at first sight, right baby?" You patted his chest slowly.
He nodded, eyes darting anywhere but you.
The owners nodded, urging you to continue. "That's beautiful."
You looked up, met with the side of Hotch's face - he didn't look like he was going to speak first.
"My favourite thing about James is ..." your mind flickering between some cliché or just spitting out what you really wanted to. "The way he looks out for me. Always makes sure I'm safe, even if it's risking himself."
It was mild enough to pass off for just a casual comment but nearly specific enough that if he knew how you felt that he'd catch on.
He pulled his gaze from where it was fixated on the foot of the podium, sinking it into yours and making the room feel suddenly ten degrees warmer.
"My favourite thing about Eleanor is her laugh."
It was short and sweet and deep down you really hoped it was laced in truth.
By the time you looked away from your partner, the introductions had already moved down a couple. Judging by the way the tall blonde woman who'd just announced herself as Jade Atkins was staring at you, you could already gage that she'd been the one to make the professor comment.
You could still feel Hotch's anger radiating off of him. He was hard, tense and his jaw was set tightly.
Hotch was older than you, sure. You knew that.
It was one of the things that assured - plagued - you that he would never reciprocate your feeling.
He was mature and worldly, handsome in a way no man you knew could even remotely compare.
You were younger, not that much, but still. Enough that you could be looked at sideways by stuck-up bitches like Jade Atkins.
You knew you'd never be afforded a chance ... but then why did Hotch look so angry?
He knew he was older, but he also had to know that he left a trail of swooning women wherever he went?
"James ..." you whispered.
He looked quickly down at you, clearly of the impression that it was enough of a response.
"What's wrong?"
The word looked like they hurt forcing itself from his mouth. "Nothing."
You bit the corner of your bottom lip slowly, turning over his response in your mind.
Before you could find the sense to stop yourself, you reached up and took Hotch's jaw into your grasp, pulling it down closer to your face.
Following hesitantly until he was practically leaning over, you whispered into his ear: "ignore her, she just wishes her husband wasn't a cheating alcoholic."
You pressed a warm peck against his upper cheek, close to his eye and pretended that the brush of his almost-there stubble didn't make your heart swoop down into your stomach.
Letting go, Hotch straightened out again. He looked calmer, almost like he could smile.
His eyes flickered over the man, taking in his form. It took him a moment before he whispered back, "You're right."
Within a couple minutes, the last of the couples finished their introductions and the Ralph's were speaking again.
"Thank you all, again, for coming. Please, spend the rest of the evening getting to know each other, enjoying more of our champagne—"
"Imported straight from France!" Howard interjected and the couples laughed sporadically,
"—and savor the rest of your week."
Around you, couples rose from their seats. You detangled yourself from Hotch and did the same.
Initially, you had the full intention of floating around the room together, connected at the arm to analyze the guests quietly.
However, almost immediately, the women had dissected from their husbands to form a small group by the balcony.
The men had done the same, converging near the bar.
Blinking in surprise, you look up to Hotch for further instruction.
He nods towards the women, "You should go join them."
Your face crinkled in reluctance, "Don't make me go over there, James ... our friend isn't even supposed to be a woman."
Amusement was alight in his brown eyes, but his mouth remained a thin line.
"Then," he almost made you jump when his wide hand closed softly over your cheek, dragging the side of his thumb down your face, "go enjoy the company. I'll focus on the men."
Sparked by Hotch's warm touch, slightly dizzy on it, you nodded softly before turning to the women.
It was cool out on the balcony and the women greeted when you joined the circle.
You took a long gulp from your second glass of champagne, listening only half-committed to Patricia Anderson's story about their new condo on the Los Angeles beachfront.
"So, Eleanor was it?"
Recognizing the voice as the one who'd whispered brashly behind you not more than twenty minutes previously, you turned to the woman.
Your grip tightened around your champagne glass.
"Yes. Jenna, right?"
The woman gathered the nerve to look affronted, her tennis skirt swayed with the breeze over long bronzed legs.
"Jade, actually. Jade Atkins." She cleared her throat, "My husband is Richard Atkins, he owns all the Sonja Hotels north of the equator, I'm sure you've heard of him."
Another woman - Anne Schmidt - indulged her. "That's amazing, Elijah and I stayed there a couple months ago in Switzerland."
Jade nodded, looking proud, but seemingly intent on swerving the conversation your way.
"Speaking of husbands, yours is quite the catch isn't he?" The chatter of the other women dimmed slightly, the wives sensing the change of direction.
Taking another necessarily big gulp of your champagne, you nodded. "Indeed."
"He's very handsome ... how did you manage to tie him down?"
Her words dripped in condescension.
"Just got lucky, what can I say?"
Jade nodded, twisting a long golden strand between her fingers. Heat was beginning to curl at your cheeks.
"And he's so much older," she laughed airily, lifting her glass to sip at her drink, "but I guess that life insurance money makes him all the more attractive, hey?"
"Oh definitely. He also got a huge penis which helps."
Jade choked loudly around her glass and the women around you burst into fits of high-pitched laughter.
"Don't mind her," Imani Taylor pulled you aside, "All the Botox has gone to her brain."
You smiled kindly at her.
"So a lawyer you said, what's that like?"
Across the room, Hotch was sitting through a similar game of verbal tennis.
A circus of who's car is newer, bigger, better, who's company makes more money or sells more stocks.
He doubted he'd ever been so bored. That's maybe why his eyes flickered so often to where you were talking animatedly with a short woman in a hijab.
A heavy hand against his shoulder sucked him back into the conversation.
A sandy-topped man who Hotch quickly identified as Elijah Schmidt was patting him boyishly, "Don't worry about the girl, Thompson."
He didn't love the idea of you being referred to as girl but said nothing on it.
Clearing his throat, he shook his head vaguely. "Got to keep on eye on them. She can barely feed herself most days, only knows how to spend my money and crash my cars."
The words were bitter, like hot bile on his tongue but he insisted on maintaining a mutual expression. Nobody promised that playing an asshole was going to be any fun.
A handful of the men grimaced at his comment, while the rest just tutted offhandedly.
While the men were far from the nicest he'd met, in the couple minutes he'd spent with them, Hotch was almost sure that his unsub was not among them.
Despite most of their more than patchy backgrounds - mostly corporate scuffles, dug up by Garcia - none of them spoke with the ease that the suspect needed to have, the charisma and the trustworthy character. Hotch's  energy was better placed elsewhere.
"Barely feed herself?" A gravelly chuckle filled the space, "Sure doesn't look like it."
Hotch's eyes narrowed on the short bald man laughing to himself, glancing over to where you stood across the room - a fat cigar between his fingers.
He recognized him as the man who sat with the woman who'd commented when you spoke. Richard Atkins.
Turning his whole body to the man, towering over his structure, Hotch's face twisted - his stomach contents boiling hot at the comment.
"I beg your pardon?"
Pulling at the cigar, the end lighting up, the man shrugged. "Just saying, y'know, she doesn't look like she's skipped a meal anytime recently—"
The expression curling onto Hotch's face must've been cause for alarm, if not the way his fist tightened at his side, because almost immediately two other men stepped in.
One at Richard's side,  "Hey, hey, Richard, that's enough man."
The other patting Hotch's shoulder, "Thompson ... he's had a couple drinks, just let him go."
Richard seemed to find the situation amusing because he was chortling still to himself. "Of course, of course. My bad, just locker-room talk you know. No harm, no foul."
Seething white anger was tugging on every muscle in his body, and he fought hard to maintain composure - taking a cautionary step towards Richard Atkins.
"I'd watch how you talk about my wife if I were you. Otherwise we're going to have a problem."
Atkins only huffed, turning back to his friend and his cigar. The conversations started up again around him, but Hotch had lost interest.
His wrist watch told him they'd been standing there for almost an hour.
Cleaning out the bottom of his glass, he set it down on the nearest table before excusing himself, offering handshakes and a couple shoulder pats before moving towards the women.
A handful of men followed him, clearly keen to leave as well.
He found you by the railing, laughing gently at something the woman across from you said.
Hotch's arm slid over your waist from behind, dipping his head closer to your ear: "ready to go?"
You nodded, offering a quick goodbye to the woman and some others.
The walk back to the room was quicker than he remembered, or maybe it was the light buzz of champagne against the side of his head and how you were humming something that sounded like Etta James that made it feel too fast.
On return, the prospect of unpacking awaited.
"Anyone interesting among the husbands?" You asked from across the room, lifting shirts and dresses to stack into the open cupboard.
Hotch shook his head, dislodging the secret compartment at the bottom of his suitcase where the case files had been hidden. "The unsub isn't one of them. They're all, for lack of a better word, assholes. Nobody trustworthy enough to follow to your death."
You chuckled lightly, "The women were alright. Except for this one woman, that one who whispered that rubbish when we introduced ourselves."
Hotch's stomach turned at the thought of the woman's words. Screwing the professor, really classy.
The implication on your character made his blood boil.
"Let me guess, Atkins?"
You nodded, "How'd you know?"
"Her husband's a real piece of work too. I'm gonna find something to arrest him for before the end of the week."
Your giggle permeated the space and it worked to ease the knot in Hotch's stomach.
"Don't be so dramatic, James." You draped a towel over your arm, "Mind if I grab the shower first?"
"Of course." Hotch nodded, desperately trying to fan out the image that was quickly rendering in his mind of you in the shower. "I'm gonna phone Garcia."
The bathroom door clicked behind you and you sighed into the emptiness of the room.
You took your time showering, enjoying how the hot water eased the tension over your shoulders, before drying off and slipping into the most appropriate pair of pajamas you'd brought along.
It took some convincing to let yourself pack the silk shorts and tank top, after all: you would be sharing a room with your boss.
Quickly after you'd walked back into the room, Hotch had slipped into the bathroom himself with a towel and pair of pajamas hanging over his arm.
Images of all the people you'd met that very evening sifted through your mind like a deck of cards, flipping through them and filtering the ones you knew couldn't be involved.
The spray of the shower was loud and your mind reached precariously for an image of what Hotch looked like under the fancy head in the shower that had more than enough space for two ... how the hot water was probably gliding over his long strong arms, down his chest and through the happy trail at the base of his stomach leading down towards—
The water shut off and silence echoed across the room.
You heard shuffling behind the door, wondered quietly what he could be doing, but pulled your eyes back to the case file.
The list of connections between the victims and current guests were numerous, too many to be significant as people in this wealth category generally moved in similar groups.
The door clicked open.
"Put that away, you should get some sleep."
"I—" You looked up to meet Hotch's eye and almost swallowed your tongue.
His hair was still wet, drooping over his forehead in a way you'd never seen before, and his blue t-shirt stuck to his chest with dampness. He wore plaid shorts that exposed those long legs that had been so criminally hidden beneath his usual suit pants.
He looked so ... domestic, and it set every nerve ending in your body alight.
"I ... yes, boss. Was just looking." You set the file on the bedside table.
He nodded at you, a warm look on his face. "Want you well rested for tomorrow."
There was a short silence and the look cleared from his features to be replaced by another.
Hotch's eyes flickered between the bed and the couch, and for the first time in more than a while, a look of unsureness occupied his face.
"I ... I think I'll take the couch."
Your heart sunk.
"Why?" The question chased its way out of your mouth before you could reach to snatch it.
"I don't wanna make you ... uncomfortable, considering I'm your superior."
"I mean, the bed is plenty big enough for the both of us, Hotch." You stammered, desperate to be close to him. "It's probably gonna be painful to sleep on that couch anyways."
He hesitated.
"U-Unless you think it's weird, you can sleep on the couch it's fine." You wished you could sink into the sheets and disappear.
But to your surprise, Hotch nodded.
The bed sunk on his side as he lifted the covers, as close to the edge as he could from what you could see.
His head hit the pillow before he leaned over to flick off the light, you took it as a sign to do the same.
There was quiet for a long moment.
The door to the balcony was open, it was just too hot to close it, and the breeze curled over the sheets, wafting the smell of Hotch's shower gel into your face.
It took all you had within you not to sigh loudly and dig your face into his neck.
You thought the conversation had closed for the evening, but Hotch surprised you when his voice emerged from the darkness.
"You did well today. I know you were nervous."
A smile tugged at your lips. He could read you better than you thought he could.
"You've got a lot more practice at the husband thing than I do at the wife thing."
You could almost see the outline of his face against the light of the moon.
"Well, I hope this wife ends up better than the last one."
The memory of finding Hotch's ex-wife's body came starkly into view.
"O-Oh, Hotch." Your hand came to your face in embarrassment, "I'm sorry, I-I shouldn't have—"
"Hey, hey," he stopped you, "it's my fault. It was a bad joke, I shouldn't have made it."
You couldn't help the small giggle that escaped you, "I've never heard you freestyle a joke before, Hotch."
"Wasn't good?"
"It was terrible." You managed around the now growing laugh.
"And yet you're still laughing. Isn't that the goal?"
You shuffled over in the sheets to face him, even though you couldn't see much - the thought that he lingered there in the darkness comforted you.
"Not at that really bad attempt at a joke, I'm laughing at you."
Maybe it was your imagination, but you swore when the light from the lighthouse flickered quickly over Hotch's face that he was grinning.
"I'm glad I amuse you."
"Come on Hotch, you're telling me you don't have a single good dad joke?"
He was quiet a long moment, and for a second you thought you'd pressed too hard.
"Why do you never see elephants hiding in trees?"
Absolutely surprised by the question, you shook your head in the darkness. "Why?"
"Because they're really good at it."
The light from the lighthouse hadn't passed over his face again but now you were sure he was smiling and every muscle in your body twitched to grab his face in the darkness and kiss him until he was oxygen depleted.
"That's the worst joke I've ever heard, Aaron." But you shook with small laughter.
"Worse than the dead wife joke?"
"Okay, maybe not that bad."
Quiet fell again.
"You should go to sleep. We've got a long day tomorrow."
Fishing for the sheets, you lifted to tuck them under your chin. "Goodnight James."
"Goodnight."

June 1993 - Corfu Beach, Greece
Your wedding ring dazzled in the Greek sunshine, bright and clear, almost as reflective as the waters in front of you. Corfu Beach was the first stop on your honeymoon trips, after three wedding ceremonies.
The tabloids had gone rabid when you'd announced that your weddings- plural- would be spread out from May to June. Three ceremonies, extravagant but intimate. The first in Palm Springs, an estate near the San Jacinto mountains with just your family. You and Eddie were both only children, the ceremony was sweet and short, an officiant, your parents and grandparents, Wayne and his girlfriend, and the two of you. A silk, slip white dress, custom made by Donatella herself just for you. Eddie wore a tux, the sweetheart, choking back sobs when he read you his vows, promises for your life together. You'd danced under the strung lights, Forever by the Beach Boys, his hand on your back, holding you sweetly. Your private photographer, a family friend, made sure to capture all the intimate sweet moments for you, and it was secluded with no worries of paparazzi.
Then you'd jetted off to Las Vegas, sin city as a couple. Eddie had taken the liberty of renting out Elvis' Little Chapel just for the two of you, hiring the best Elvis and photographer. You'd wore a tiny, leather white dress, garter showing on your thigh. Eddie in an Elvis suit, white just for you. Your friends dressed their part, his band mates, friends from Hawkins, and yours from Beverly Hills and others joined. You didn't remember most of the night, giggling when the Elvis impersonator read you your vows in the mimicking voice. It was a blur, champagne, liquor, and drugs in a penthouse suite at the Palms. You'd woken up a little sick, veil still in your hair and aching between your thighs, ass covered in welts from the night before. Eddie had managed to find a heart shaped paddle on the strip, using it on you when you got back from the 'reception' that was in the other room, where your friends were scattered still.
Lastly, you finished in Paris. Eddie wanted it just to be the two of you, an officiant, and the city of love. He'd gone all out, his vows seemed to triple in size from the first ceremony. Tucked away in a Parisian Chateau that had a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower in the backdrop, Eddie poured his heart out to you, vulnerable and raw. You both sobbed through your vows, heavy with emotion that pored out with each word, kissing each other before the officiant ever gave you the signal.
Now you were here, Greece. The beaches were beautiful, the wine delicious, and the waters stunning. Eddie had rented a small boat for the two of you, drifting off the coast of the secluded resort you were staying at. You were thankful for the intimacy, relaxing in the warm sun, topless, the true European experience.
"I think we should do this more often," Eddie grinned, blocking the sun from your view, standing tall over you.
You shielded your eyes, looking up at him. The sun haloed around his curls, his inked skin a little pinkish from the rays. He looked angelic.
"I think you just like to see me topless." You smirked.
"I think you'd be right." Eddie scoffed, kneeling down between your legs on the towel. "Can you blame me? Look at them." He squeezed your boobs lightly. "My girls. All mine, forever."
You let out a soft laugh, his lips ghosting over yours, fingers rubbing your pebbled nipples between the two of you. He kissed you slow, sweet, taking his time to truly taste you, feel you.
He was between your legs before you knew it, his cock splitting you open, harsh thrusts that left the small boat rocking and shifting with the waves. You'd gotten on top, hips swiveling and rocking with every rise and fall, his hands gripping your hips harsh.
You two spent the day like that, him filling you up raw, pumping his release deep inside of you, leaving you dripping him for the rest of the day on shaky legs.
The thrill of the ceremonies, of the honeymoons, of being hopelessly, completely in love with Eddie had your head spinning. You were still on the high of the first two ceremonies when you'd left for Paris, forgetting your birth control on the counter of the Hills home.
It wasn't until nearly a month later, when you finally returned, still in bliss and the rush of that newly wed feeling, that you realized. Staring at the silver packet that mocked you. You hoped that maybe you'd be lucky, maybe your body was just adjusting from jet lag and the different time zones. You were dehydrated from your time in Europe, maybe that was it.
A month later, you sat in the gynecologist office, the wand pressed over your belly, showing the small blip on the screen, Eddie's ringed hand tight in yours. "Looks like you're about seven weeks along, Mrs. Munson." The doctor said, looking over at you.
Eddie's eyes shined at you, teary and wide. You were both scared, overwhelmed. "Greece." He muttered. "It must've been our honeymoon, shit- well, that makes sense."
Persephone June Munson was born February 17th, 1994.
November 1994 - London, England
"Christ, fuck, it's cold." Eddie grumbled, hands buried deep in his leather jacket, air fogging around him.
You snorted, rolling your eyes. "That's why I told you to bring a jacket." You hummed, Burberry plaid scarf whipping in the harsh winds. You held Persephone closer to your chest, she was bundled up in her hat and scarf under your own heavy jacket, but you still worried she'd still be cold.
At ten months old, she was the spitting image of her daddy. Eddie's twin through and through, shining brown eyes that were so expressive and little chocolate curls that were starting to spiral on the ends of the tufts of downy, baby hair. She was your kryptonite, your little angel, for both of you.
Parenthood fit you both very well, to the surprise of nearly all the media. You and Eddie navigated being parents like you did anything else, head first and a little stubborn. After many sleepless nights, parenting books, and the help of your own parents, you'd finally felt accomplished. Eddie didn't want to miss a second of being a dad, and you couldn't blame him, not when the most precious creation on the Earth was looking back at you.
The tour and Corroded Coffin's album had been pushed, finally releasing in September. Eddie knew he'd have to tour soon, the two of you were still working out if you'd stay or go, but when he'd been asked to play at a concert in Wembley Stadiums, headlining with Metallica and Ozzy and all the legends he'd looked up to, he couldn't turn it down.
Now, the three of you were walking down South Kensington in London, heading towards the Natural History Museum with your baby- oh, how times had changed. Eddie smirked, stepping closer to you, looking down your jacket.
"Can she breathe in there? Is she alright?" Eddie asked, eyes scanning the two of you. All he could see of little Persephone was the little pink poof that sat on top of her hat, bobbing and hitting your chin with every step.
"She's fine, aren't you Sephy?" You cooed down at her, pulling your jacket back. Eddie looked down, melting at the brown eyes that stared back at him, chubby cheeks a little red from the warmth of your jacket. "Say, quit worrying daddy, mama's got me." You mimicked a high pitched baby voice that had her giggling.
Eddie grinned, pulling you close to him, his lips pressing a sloppy, wet kiss to your cheek. The security in front of you and behind you followed closely, one holding the door while you climbed into the room. The guide waited cheerily at the front, excited to take the infamous rockstar on a private tour.
You held Persephone, still in her little hat but your own jacket shedded. Eddie watched you, how you'd coo sweetly at her, pressing kisses into her little cheeks, swaying with her when the guide would explain the areas.
Eddie felt his heart swell, boasting and filling with love and pride, and something else. Something primal and deep and lustful. It was different from before. Usually the type of thrill that came with drugs, performing for thousands, then having groupies throw themselves at his feet. Now, he felt it deep in his chest, the protectiveness he had over you, over Sephy, his little family.
"You think she'd stay down for a nap if we take her back to the hotel?" Eddie growled low in your ear, teeth nipping at your lobe playfully.
You swatted him away, rolling your eyes. "I doubt it." You gave him a pointed look. "She has like a sixth sense for when were about to fuck." You snorted playfully, looking down at your little baby.
Eddie gave a soft smile, taking Persephone from your arms, snuggling her tight in his arms. She giggled, reaching to grab onto his curls. You grinned when she did, yanking them down hard, pulling at the scalp. Eddie hissed, moving his head with her to alleviate some of the pull. "Easy, easy, sweetheart," He muttered, opening her little fists.
You told him a million times to put his hair up around her. She was going through a grabbing stage. Anything and everything. The two of you had to re-baby proof the house when she'd started crawling, her tiny hands grabbing onto anything and everything she could.
"She's got a fucking iron grip." Eddie grunted, pulling his scalp back, tossing his hair over his shoulders. He knitted his brows, looking down at Persephone playfully. "Don't you? You're just a strong lil thing aren't ya?" He cooed, excitedly, bouncing her in his arms.
You smiled at her little giggles, the faintest crease in her chubby cheeks, hinting that she'd inherit dimples like her daddy. You shouldn't be surprised at this point, she was Eddie's twin, but it still made you a little jealous every time a new feature came in and it was a carbon copy of him.
"The next one will look just like ya, babe." Eddie would wink when you'd huff to him about it. "If not, we can just keep trying and trying and trying 'til one looks like ya." He always said it like he was joking, but the way his eyes darkened, you wondered if he truly was.
Persephone had gone down easily for her nap, and you were thankful. You figured she was still exhausted from the flight. You'd flown private with the band, your parents insisted on it, which benefited the two of you more than anyone else. Her little ears hurt from the pressure, whimpering and sobbing in the little bedroom on the back of the plane while you and Eddie tried to soothe her.
Eddie had gone for a soundcheck with the band, leaving you at the hotel with Sephy, unwinding in the cool linens of the hotel. You ran your hand down the bed, gnawing at your bottom lip. The last time you'd been at this hotel in London, it was with Eddie, but very differently. The two of you had just begun... whatever you wanted to call the relationship. You'd flown out on a red eye to London when he started his European tour, letting him fuck you hard and mean, tying you up to the headboard and having his way with you.
Now, you had a baby, you were married, and life was so different.
The door clicked shut, locking gently. Eddie could hear the sound machine, white noise that washed out the busy streets below next to the crib. You held your finger to your lips, nodding towards Persephone, who napped in her little portable crib.
Eddie smiled lovingly, looking over the edge of her crib. He climbed into the bed with you, gently laying down beside you. "She been asleep long?" He whispered.
You shook your head, your nose touching his. "Just a few minutes. I fed her and she was exhausted." You smiled, hands running over his shirt, down his arms. He perked up at the movement. "I think we have some time if you want to..." You bit your lip suggestively.
Eddie's eyes flicked from you back to the crib. "Here?" He whispered, ringed finger pressing into the bed.
You rolled your eyes. "We can go in the bathroom." You nodded to the spacious bathroom on the other side of the room. "Just be quiet."
Eddie grinned wide, letting you pull him by his hand towards the bathroom. "You be quiet," He whispered, pressing the door closed softly. "You're always the one screaming."
You rolled your eyes, wiggling your pants off. "Just hurry up." You huffed, tossing your discarded clothes to the ground, bending over the counter.
Eddie grinned, dropping to his knees. He pulled the lacy little thong off, smirking at your choice of panties. "Let me taste you first," Eddie rasped, ringed hands pulling your cheeks apart, revealing your slick puffy lips. He nearly drooled. "'S been too long, baby, let me have a taste."
You bit down on the back of your hand hard, smacking the faucet on, hoping the steady water stream would muffle your whimpers that escaped while Eddie devoured you over the counter. Miraculously, Sephy stayed asleep while Eddie pounded you hard, hips snapping against yours, holding you up to look at you through the mirror, hand around your neck.
He had more adrenaline after that, seeing his cum drip and spill out of your sopping hole. He pushed it back in with his pointer finger, smirking when you whimpered, collapsed over the vanity, cheek pressed to the marble countertop of the bathroom.
Four weeks later, you were sure you'd caught a virus. Stomach lurching and exhausted beyond belief.
Eight months later, that 'virus' was crowning, pushing out of you while you swore and threatened Eddie.
Kensington Klein Munson was born on August 3rd, 1995.
February 1998 - Milan, Italy
You'd been reluctant to go. You knew getting invited to Fashion Week in Milan was a big deal, especially since your long time friend was showcasing his line there, fresh new styles curated for the runway.
"Button, just go," Your mother sighed. "Daddy and I have it covered. We've raised a baby before, and look at you, you turned out just divine."
Still, you were hesitant to leave. You never left your babies often, hating the feeling- it was one you knew all too well. It was only a few days after Persephone's birthday, it felt too soon. And Kensington was going through a particularly nasty clinging stage with you, wailing and sobbing herself to near hyperventilation when you weren't in her sight.
Eddie had coaxed you sweetly, reminding you it's only be for a few days. He knew you didn't want to travel alone, and he too had been invited, so he offered to come with you, leaving your babies with your mom and dad.
You could hardly sit through the plane ride, guilt and nerves making you tight and irritable the entire time.
Eddie pressed sweet kisses into your skin, muttering that it would be ok. You were tense with every passing second. Tense during the pre-show dinner the night before, tight lipped smile and clutching your cell phone tightly. You'd given your hotel number to your parents, and instructed the concierge to forward it to the restaurant immediately if they called.
Even the wine, your favorite from Tuscany, didn't help soothe your nerves. Pouty the whole night, ignoring Eddie's sweet touches. You'd scurried to the phone when they said there was a call for you, nearly knocking over a waitress in the process.
It was your parents calling with the girls, ready to say goodnight. "Oh, Kensie, I know, sweet girl," You cooed sweetly, and Eddie could see your own heart breaking through the phone. "Mama and Daddy will be back so soon, baby angel, I promise."
Eddie rubbed your back soothingly. He could hear Kensie's wails and blubbering over the phone, through the noise of the restaurant. "You're with sissy, and Glammy," You sucked in a breath, fighting an eye roll at your mother's outrageous name she'd chosen for her grand babies to call her. You pulled the phone away, another heart wrenching wail, making your face crumble.
Eddie wrenched the phone out of your grasp lightly, pressing it to his ear. "Is that my sweet Kensie crying?" He cooed lowly into the phone. You pressed closer to hear. Her cries stuttered, shushing temporarily at her father's voice. "That can't be my sweet Kensie crying, is it?"
"It is, dad." Persephone's grumbled voice came from the background. "She hasn't stopped crying." Even at four, she was all attitude. She might have gotten Eddie's look, but he swore she got all your sass.
Eddie bit back a grin. "Sephy, can you hear me too?" He asked. She confirmed. "I need you to be extra sweet to your sister, ok? Mommy and Daddy will be back soon."
"And we'll bring you gifts back if you're good!" You added, yelling into the phone.
Eddie glared at you lightly, rolling his eyes. Persephone seemed excited at the promise. "Kens, Seph, can you both be good for Glammy and Pop-Pop?" His younger self would be raging at the nicknames.
"We'll be good, Daddy, prowmise." Persephone said sweetly through the phone. Eddie's heart swelled.
"Good." He grinned back. "You have good dreams, ok? Call us in the morning." You reached for the phone, pulling it away from his ear.
"Have sweet dreams, my angel babies." You cooed. "Daddy and Mommy love you so much. We miss you so much."
Your mother took the phone, chatting with you for a moment before you hung up, hesitantly, shoulder's deflating in defeat. You looked tired, dull, so unlike yourself. Eddie frowned, his hand circling your waist, pulling you close.
"C'mon," He nodded, pulling you towards the door. "Let's go back to the hotel."
"But-"
"-Tell them I got sick." Eddie shrugged. "I wanna spend some time with you. It's the first night alone we've had in a while."
You smiled gently, wrapping your arms around his torso. He shielded you from the paparazzi, ringed hand shoving cameras when they crowded outside your hotel, shouting at them all the way to the elevator.
When he got you back into the hotel, his hands on your back, smoothing over the fabric of your dress. "You know what we haven't done in a while?" Eddie grinned lightly. You hummed. "You haven't let me tie you up and have my way with you in a while."
Your thighs twitched, pressing together under the dress. "Ed," You let out a breathy sigh, squealing when he pinched the fat of your ass. "Kinda hard to do that when the kids are around."
"Well, the kids aren't around now." Eddie smirked, squeezing and kneading your cheeks. "No one to bother us all week. C'mon..." He was already moving towards you, lips slotting over yours to capture your lips in a sweet kiss, tongue sliding easily into your mouth.
You melted into the kiss, relaxing for the first time since you stepped off the plane. Eddie pulled you closer, fingers splayed out on the small of your back, pressing you farther into him. His lips pulled apart from yours, soft lips pressing into your cheek gently. "C'mon, baby," He rasped into your ear. "Be my good girl."
You perked, eyes meeting his, dark, hungry eyes shining back down at you. You rolled your lips like you were really thinking it over, but your hand was already reaching for your zipper.
"Fine, but only your hand if you spank me." You warned, pointing at him sternly. "We have to sit like all day tomorrow, and I better be able to sit." You glared at him, letting the slinky dress fall to your ankles.
Eddie's grin widened, eyes lighting up with excitement. You smirked, rolling your eyes, climbing on the bed. He fumbled through his bag, pulling out the leather cuffs. You lifted a brow. "So you were planning this?"
Eddie shrugged. "Maybe. Knew we'd be alone. Figured I might as well take advantage of my opportunity." He grinned.
You snorted, rolling on your stomach and letting him cuff you behind your back. Eddie hauled you into his lap, spanking you until your ass blossomed with red splotches and you were crying out. He fucked you hard into the mattress, skin burning and nails raked down his back and shoulder.
You were limping to the show next week, only sitting through your friend's show before disappearing back to the hotel, judgmental looks be damned. Eddie had his way with you the rest of the trip, the two of you refusing to leave the hotel room, fucking hard and nasty like you used to before; before the kids and before the marriage, before you two even liked each other.
You squirmed the entire plane ride home, finding refuge in Eddie's lap while he let you curl up into his chest. You ached between your legs, ass burning, chest littered in hickies you hoped the girls wouldn't see.
Nine months later, you were back in a familiar position, screaming in pain while you pushed out not one, but two babies; twin girls. Eddie nearly fainted at the ultrasound.
Sicily Giselle and Sienna Noelle Munson were born December 1st, 1998.
June 1999 - Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt
It was an anniversary gift, celebrating your wedding date from Farrah. You loved to travel, you and Eddie both, and since you saw the feature on Egypt, you'd wanted to go.
Farrah offered to watch the kids while you and Eddie had a get away, a romantic trip to the beautiful El Fanar Beach. "Just bring me back something nice, ok?" She winked playfully.
Eddie was in paradise, literally. You, him, and a private resort a haven for just the two of you. He'd taken you shopping to the local vendors, and you knew you had to pick up a bottle of perfume. Everyone raved about the fragrance, how decadent and strong it was- one of a kind. You'd fallen in love with one, dousing yourself in it during the trip.
Eddie seemed to like it too, burying his face in your neck, wrists, chest wherever you sprayed it, nuzzling need and sweet into you, inhaling you deeply like he might lose the scent if he didn't. You giggled when he nipped at your neck, loose, flowing linen dress flying around you in the breeze of the balcony.
The water was a gorgeous turquoise, but you hadn't managed to get in it yet. Every time you changed into your swimsuit, Eddie had you crowded around whatever was nearest, bending you over or pushing you against the surface, fucking you deep and slow.
"Ed, please," You whined, his crotch digging mercilessly into you, lips sucking and nipping at the skin of your neck, still raw from earlier. "Please, I-I wanna go to the beach."
"We'll go," Eddie hummed, lips ghosting down your collarbones. "We'll go after, I promise."
"You said that yesterday." You whined, huffing when he toyed with your clit through your swimsuit. "Ed, please-"
"-You just look too good, baby, fuck." Eddie groaned. "Smell too good. They put crack in that perfume. Made you irresistible." He growled, nipping at your ear.
You giggled, relenting when he dropped to his knees, licking you slowly until you were a puddle, sliding down the wall and further onto his tongue, hands gripping his curls.
Eddie went out and bought every bottle they had of that perfume, packing it back over on the plane, his nose still buried deep in your neck.
You blamed the perfume on why you were ringing in the millennium heavily pregnant, sipping soda water instead of champagne with your friends. That damn perfume, but it had a beautiful name, one you passed on to your daughter a month later, saving the original bottle in your safe just for her one day.
Zahra Wayne Munson was born on January 19th, 2000.
March 2007- Las Vegas, Nevada
You felt a little tipsy, stumbling in your stilettos across the marbled floors backstage. It was easier these days to get drunk. Younger you would never believe that you lose your tolerance when you get older, yet here you were thirty-seven, stumbling through The Colosseum at Caesar's Palace.
Corroded Coffin had been retired for years now, since the twins, really. Eddie had agreed to do a few shows, but hung up his guitar, trading it over to be a family man instead. He still dabbled in projects, produced, and some other things to occupy his time, but he wanted to be present with the girls, with you. It shocked the world that the both of you were as dedicated parents as you were.
Now, your oldest was thirteen, your youngest seven. Your little family complete and perfect. You were still reluctant leaving them, even if they were older, but it was a special event. Corroded Coffin live in concert at Caesar's, Eddie couldn't turn it down. And the two of you would never turn down Vegas, no matter how mature you were.
"Hey there, sexy mama." Eddie slurred, drunk and flirty. You giggled, gripping onto this leather clad arm. The show had ended hours ago, the after party raging on into the early morning.
"What're you doin'?" You giggled, watching him grab at your ass, hand ducking under your dress to squeeze your cheeks harsh.
"You just look so fuckin' good baby, goddam," Eddie grinned, swaying with you in his arms. "You're so pretty. So pretty."
You snorted. "You're horny." You grinned, feeling his half hard dick against you.
Eddie rolled his tongue over his cheek. "You're right. Can you blame me? With how good you look?"
You blushed, arms circling around his neck, pulling him closer to you. "I think-I think you look really pretty too." You smiled, nuzzling your nose against the scruff of his cheeks.
He pulled you in closer at the waist, hands still firm on your ass. You knew you were too old to be acting like this, you were parents and adults, you should behave. But you couldn't get enough of him. A little over fifteen years together, five babies, and you still couldn't get enough; that might be why you had the five babies.
"I think," Eddie whispered into your ear. "I think we should go to the bathroom." His eyes lit up suggestively.
"The bathroom?" You asked, giggling.
He was already waltzing you through the crowd, towards the private restrooms in the back. He'd had you already in the dressing room, you dropped to your knees when he came in, sucking him off until he fucked you hard over the table. Just like when you were younger, when everything was new and exciting.
He was insatiable then and still now, that never changed.
The bathroom door clicked with a lock, spacious and extravagant like the rest of the room was. Eddie hoisted you up on the bathroom counter, hands roaming every square inch of your body, needy and slipping under the fabric of your dress. You giggled, throwing your head back on the mirror, letting his fingers work you open.
He pulled your thong down, black lace with 'CC' crocheted on the front; a true artifact, made in 1992 when you went to your first Corroded Coffin concert. He fucked you back stage, and you surprised him with it. Somehow, your panties made their way into the lyric pages of their next CD.
Eddie laughed, holding them up by the band, eyes widening back at you. You blushed, shrugging gently. "Surprise, baby." You giggled. "I thought you'd see them earlier."
Eddie groaned loudly, tying his hair up with the thong before plunging head first between your legs. You squealed and gasped and writhed on the counter, his hands gripping your waist hard holding you into place.
He fucked you in the bathroom, trapping you against the wall, hips snapping into yours while you grabbed at his ass. There was no need for birth control, condoms, or having him pull out. He'd gotten a vasectomy after Zahra, you were done having babies, giving up on having your boy and accepting having all beautiful girls.
Or so you thought.
You returned to Los Angeles with more than just a hangover. The Las Vegas night was truly one you'd never forget, even if you didn't exactly remember everything, because- to both of your surprises, your urine test came back positive.

Pulling Against The Stream
Summary: you've always been drawn to the sea, even if you feared it. When a handsome stranger shows up he completely turns your life and awakens a side of you you didn't even know existed.
Pairings: Bucky Barnes x female reader
Word count: about 11.475
Warnings: 18+, I'm not sure if there really are warnings, nothing gets too explicit. There's talk about nearly drowning, merfolk will eat people (but not in this part). Is Bucky a warning? I think he's a warning🤷‍♀️
(Notes: this was fun to work on, I fell in love with these two, I'm sad it's finished. Also, sorry Owen, you never did get that apology.)
🧜🏻‍♂️
The wind was a welcome coolness as it rushed through your hair. You looked out to sea, watching the calm waves rush to shore, wetting the sand before retreating again. It was one of your favourite things to do. Whenever you were on the beach you felt calmer. Like all your problems seemed to disappear. Even if for a little while.
You never went in the water, however.
You hadn’t since you were a little girl and you had nearly drowned. You loved water. You just couldn’t sink into it. Every time you thought about it, you saw your mother's face as she panicked and yelled at you. As a young girl you had realized something had been very wrong, and now many years later, you had avoided breaking through that fear, and simply given up.
You ached sometimes however, seeing families walking into the ocean and swimming, playing together, their laughter traveling through the air. If only that could be you. It was you, at some point, but the accident changed so much.
You sighed. You took one look at the water, saying goodbye in your mind, before turning and grabbing your shoes. You walked to the parking lot, trying to brush as much sand off your feet as you could, before slipping on your ankle socks and your shoes. You didn't want to be late. Your friends would  give you a hard time about it. You had agreed to go to this party and they weren't going to let you forget it. They had taken you shopping last week for this event, even. A cute summer dress meant to flatter your body, without looking like you were trying too hard.
You knew they'd been trying to set you up with someone, a friend of Genevieve’s boyfriend, some guy named Owen or Odin.. You didn't really know, because you were protesting before they both convinced you to give him a try.
They meant well, but you were fine on your own.
You had a tiny apartment nearby the sea and you had a simple job that provided enough for you to be comfortable. You loved being able to be near the ocean and simply opening your windows and hearing the crashing of the waves, the smell of salt in the air. It didn’t matter that no one understood. You were happy here.
But today was different. Today your friends wanted you to have fun. And you had promised to. And you were going to. One night going out with friends and a hot man. It couldn’t be that bad, right? Sam was a nice guy, his friend was sure to be nice as well. You hoped. And if not, you had no problem bailing.
You showered once you got home, taking extra time to let the pleasant scent of your shower gel soak into your skin, and made yourself ready. You thought you looked nice, when you saw yourself in the mirror. Owen or Olaf should appreciate the effort.
Your friend Beth picked you up, her recently wedded husband in the back swiping away on his tablet.
“Hon’, put it away, it’s after working hours, okay?” she softly told him and he groaned but listened.
“Hi.”
“Hey,” you greeted them, smiling. They had been together since highschool and had just simply never parted. A rare thing in your opinion, but it gave you higher hopes for the future.
“Okay, so Gen told me they were already at the bar, you know the place, right? Shade?”
You did know. It was near the beach, a restaurant, bar and club all at once. It really gave beach resort vibes, but it was a little less rowdy than an actual dance club, and the food was rumored to be excellent.
You had a strong suspicion it was picked out deliberately to make you more comfortable since it was beach themed. You chuckled a little at the idea.
“It has excellent seafood, I heard.”
“We know how much you love that!” Beth told you, smiling.
It was true, ever since you were little you loved anything fishy. Your mother would go mental getting you to eat anything, unless fish was on the menu. You didn’t know why but other meat felt heavier, and you enjoyed the taste better.
It was a nice place. You arrived and it seemed all tables were full, but it didn’t feel too crowded inside. The restaurant had a perfect look out to sea, and the dance floor was separated in a way that the noise didn’t bother the dinner guest. It had a nice atmosphere. Seeing it now you were sure you wanted to visit again. That is, if the food was as good as promised.
You saw your other friend waving from a table in a corner of the room. You saw the friend that was supposed to be your date. Nerves were beginning to show, but you faked being confident as you walked over.
“Hello, making yourselves comfortable I see?” you greeted, watching the guy, Oscar or Otis, getting up and holding out his hand. You shook it. Firm but not too hard. A good handshake.
He was holding your chair for you and okay, gentleman. But that didn’t mean anything. Manourisms might be nice, but you never knew what lurked underneath.
You mostly listened for the first few minutes to your friends joking and sharing some details about their day.
The waiter showed up soon to take your drink order, and handed you the menu for dinner.
“I heard you liked seafood?” Your date leaned closer.
You nodded. “Yes. A lot. I’ve been told it’s a little unnatural, but I can't help it, I prefer a nice Plaice over a steak.”
“Nothing wrong with knowing what you want.” He smiled kindly.
“Exactly. How about you? Do you have any preferences?”
“Only about my car, and that’s pretty much about bringing me where I want. I know, not very manly of me, but I don’t see the point in getting excited over a piece of metal. It needs to function and if it does I'm good.”
“So what do you get excited about?”
“Honestly?” he leaned over like he was about to tell you a great secret. “I collect old movie posters.”
“Okay, so you love old movies?”
“A lot. My nan used to set me down at the tv to watch with her, I guess it’s where I got my love for black and white movies from. It’s probably to keep the thought of her alive, but that makes me sound mushy.”
“Not at all, it’s sweet actually.”
And it was. He was. He was sweet. You might even like to see him again if this was over. You were becoming more comfortable as the minutes ticked by.
The food was as excellent as expected. The conversation was flowing. And it was great being around your friends again, all together.
Ollie was a good looking man, with kind brown eyes and an equally kind smile. You weren’t sure if there was chemistry between you, or what he even thought about you, but you were sure that if you ran into him tomorrow things wouldn’t be awkward.
The evening progressed smoothly. Eventually your group migrated to the other part of the building, where catchy music and dimmed lights created a bit of a different atmosphere. You got another drink and kind of swayed your hips to the beat of the bass. Your friends were already dragging their partners to the dance area, and you stood next to Otto and kind of felt a little unsure. You wanted to dance, but he didn’t show any signs of asking you. And leaving to go dance alone seemed rude.
“I’m sorry, I am really bad at dancing.” He seemed to notice.
“It’s okay.” You raised your voice to be heard over the music. You were a little disappointed. “Not that I mind bad dancing.”
“No, I know it’s really awful, and I've stopped exposing myself to ridicule as a teenager,” He tried to smile, but maybe he saw in your eyes you were let down.
“I love dancing,” You admitted. “I don't get to do it often.”
“Well, then go. We can talk later.”
You hesitated. “I don’t feel comfortable just ditching you.”
“It’s not ditching when I say you should. Go and enjoy yourself.”
You thought about it for less than a second. “Okay, thanks.” You left your half finished drink and turned to a somewhat empty spot and let the music take over.
It had been a while. You normally didn’t have much time for these sorts of things. And, honestly, you often didn't make the time. You didn’t really like clubs, where it was so warm and sweaty and everyone pressed up against you. But you did like dancing. Moving your body, letting yourself feel like the most powerful sexy being on this earth once you moved to the beat.
You lost time. You twirled and swayed and closed your eyes. You forgot about anything else. But you were thirsty eventually, and glancing around saw your group of friends together talking somewhere ahead. So you walked to the bar to order a drink. While waiting, a body appeared next to you. you glanced up and were temporarily knocked aside by the beauty of him.
Long soft looking brown hair. Blue eyes seemingly glowing down at you as he stared back at you smiling. Oh his smile. Beautiful white pearls. His mouth was full and pleasant.
He was taller than you and seemingly muscular..
He was stunning.
He kept smiling and you were frozen. Looking at him like you had never seen a man. His arm reached out and grabbed the drink the bartender made you and handed it to you, because you were not aware of anything but him. You took it and sipped from it. Thanking him softly , even if you paid for it yourself.
He didn’t seem to move. Seemed comfortable being right at your side. You glanced at your friends once, still animated by themselves and turned to the stranger.
“What's your name?” You asked.
He moved his hands in such a way that made it clear he couldn’t hear you.
You told him yours. And though his eyes twinkled he didn’t say anything. He pointed at himself and made a weird noise. You didn’t get it, until he looked saddened at you.
Was he deaf? Well, no, because he could clearly hear you. What was the word? Mute? You weren’t sure, but you were sure he was telling you he couldn’t speak. “Sorry, I don't mean to be rude, but you can’t speak?”
He shook his head. He didn’t seem to have anything with him to communicate either.
He lifted a finger underneath the glass and pushed it upwards. You had to drink or it would spill.
You giggled, “Alright, alright, I’ll drink, stop.”
It should be eerie how much he didn’t take his eyes off of you, but for some reason it didn't feel that way. He curled a finger around a bowl of peanuts and pushed it towards you.
“Oh no, I don't eat those, and you shouldn’t either, who knows how filthy the hands were that touched them.”
He pushed them back again, immediately, looking at them like they failed him. You knew you should go back to your friends. You should. Yet your feet didn’t move. Your eyes were captivated by him. You couldn’t stop looking. And neither did he. It felt like everything around you went quiet, and people ceased to exist. All you saw was him. His shiny hair, his beautiful smile, his eyes who were bluer than the ocean. You noticed you two were standing awfully close once you thought how clean he smelled. He didn’t seem to wear a scent, he just smelled fresh.
You felt a weird pressure in your chest. Close wasn’t close enough. The two of you just stood there, nearly pressed against each other. Wordless. Staring.
You felt him taking your hand.
And you let him. He guided you away. You did not know where, you did not see anyone or anything. Just him. As he led you outside. It was dark, and you felt sand sneaking through your shoes, the silty air of the sea in your lungs.
You were at the beach, the moon shining down on the two of you, illuminating his features.
His hand reached out to stroke your face softly, his eyes following his fingers over your skin, like he  wanted to absorb everything he saw and felt about you.
You stood still and let him, it felt like a dream. Everything was blurry but his features were clear. His fingers were so soft as they explored you, his hand traveling over your neck, shoulders, down your arms, you shivered and then he pulled you near.
You hadn’t expected the kiss. His lips were so soft as they stroked yours. You closed your eyes and let him take the lead.
He laid you down. his body covering yours quickly. He was a little cold but you didn't mind as your body was heating up. It felt like a relief to feel his skin against yours.
His lips gliding down your skin, it felt so lovely. Your hands started exploring him the same way.
His strong muscles - and where had his clothes gone suddenly?- but the question left as you explored his form. He was damn near perfect in your opinion, you hadn’t found one flaw so far.
You would have worried about your own flaws if the look in his eyes didn’t stop any negative thought from coming up. You had never seen anyone looking at you the way he did. Like nothing mattered. Like you were the most beautiful woman on this earth. It was neary too much, that look. But you soaked in it, you had never felt more powerful.
Your dress seemed to disappear just as fast as his clothes had gone, you wondered if you were losing track of reality, but it didn’t matter. As soon as you nude bodies connected it had never felt more right. You were both so quiet, like even the sounds you made were private, just for the two of you, no one else was part of it.
You couldn't get enough of stroking his stomach, feeling how he quivered everytime you did. He made a noise sometimes like he wanted to say something, but couldn’t.You looked down, and even his manhood was gorgeous. And you never found it particularly exciting before. He was grinning, like he knew what you were thinking. Maybe your expression spoke a thousand words.
“You’re perfect,” You told him. it was completely truthful. You couldn't feel the shame you were supposed to feel.
His hand was laid against the side of your face, as he looked into your eyes again, like he wanted to say the same to you.
You felt your cheeks warm, weird that this felt so much more intimate than your actual naked bodies currently pressed against each other.
He moved a little closer still, his hand reaching down, and next moment he entered you. You hadn’t expected that. It should’ve been too soon, but he slid right in. Oh. He felt… he felt really good.
He moved, gentle long strokes. Not too rough, but precise.
You moaned now. It felt like your body wasn’t your own anymore. As he played it fluently and all the while your eyes not leaving the other.
You barely remembered when you finished, or him. All you knew was how he felt. And how he kept going, and again. Like he couldn't get enough. He managed to take a break at some point, to gather you up and carry you to your house, naked as the day you were born. It was a fortune you two weren't caught.
At your apartment, he set you down, you didn’t even remember unlocking the door, but as soon as you stood inside he was on you again.
His mouth was pure aphrodisiac to you. You couldn’t get enough. And neither could he, as his mouth and tongue explored all of you. You felt high with how he made you feel. You didn’t think you ever experienced such pleasure, and so much of it.
And all you seemed to notice was his blue eyes that were a beacon calling out to you and keeping you home.
🐚
The next morning you woke to a naked body next to you. Long brown hair spread out over the sheet as he was still asleep.
You took a moment to appreciate the sight.
Then you remembered you had ditched your friends. and your date.
You groaned and fell down on the pillow. you better had a good excuse ready when you faced them. And you didn’t have one. Well besides, “met a hottie and I couldn’t resist, apparently.” God, what had gotten into you? Besides him…
You glanced at him. Well, if you could take a picture Beth would at least understand. She was crazy about those romantic movies with chance meetings. But Genevieve…Well it was her boyfriend’s friend after all, and that made it more awkward.
Your lover woke up. Rolling over, exposing himself without shame. He reached out for you and you held your hand up. “No, I can't.” He actually looked disappointed. What had he expected, you had lost count how many times he was inside you last night. “And I'm afraid I have to face my friend’s wrath for leaving them behind. I can’t believe I did that, without even saying goodbye.”
His hand stroked your hair, while he hummed. Was he comforting you? You peaked through your hair at him. He looked so content though. Well, he hadn’t deserted his friends after all. He had seemed to have shown up alone.
You searched for your phone. It was on the dresser where you left it yesterday. And with about 84 messages staring back at you menacingly.
You decided to check Beth. She was worried. Genevieve’s wasn’t different, but apparently Beth had seen you leave, and they were confused. It wasn’t like you, and especially not without at least telling them something.
You decided a group call was best. Dive into the deep and face your actions.
“I know I fucked up,” is how you started the conversation, “I don’t know what came over me. He just showed up and it was like I stopped thinking, and I'm sorry I worried you. And I'm sorry for Ovid, he seemed nice. I just…. I have no idea.”
“He was very good looking,” Beth agreed.
“Owen is good looking!” Genevieve defended immediately. Owen! You wheeped inside, finally knowing his name…and relieved Gen didn't call you or on it.
“Yes, but this guy was like a model, come on Gen. “
Silence. She didn't want to admit it out loud.
“He’s still here,” you whispered.
“What!” Genevieve yelled. “Oh my god you skank, you let him stay the night?”
“I think we were too busy the whole night to even notice it was morning,” your cheeks reddened while admitting it. “You have no idea, it’s like he couldn’t get enough of me, and I…well I have never experienced this.”
“That good huh?”
“Oh my god you have no idea. He was…he was a lot, but not enough you know? I felt like I was high or something, he is so gorgeous, guys, and his body…if only you could see.”
“I can pretend to drop something off right now,” Genevieve said, deadly serious.
“What, no. No, we want privacy. I think. I’m not sure, he doesn’t seem to mind if anyone sees him naked, and I think…we left our clothes at the beach.”
Shrieking was heard from both sides. You continued to take their teasing for a while. You got it, it was probably hilarious to hear.
“You’re not mad at me?” you asked quietly once they calmed down.
“Maybe, but also, kind of impressed. Sam is probably more angry, because it’s his friend, but Owen took it in stride.”
“Oh god, I don't even know what to say to them.” you sighed. You were feeling shame, you did, but you also really didn’t regret it. Which was weird because you were never this irresponsible.
“Don’t worry, I'll smooth things over.”
“In the bedroom you mean?” Beth chuckled.
“Well it has worked so far. Besides, once I tell him this was the first time you ever got carried away and you're normally not like this at all, it must be a really special person to make you act this way, he'll understand.”
“I don’t even know his name.”
“Oh god this is priceless. You’re finally getting in touch with your inner whore.”
“Am not, but he’s just so..”
“Yeah yeah dreamy, we get it.”
An arm wrapped around you from behind and soft lips explored your neck. A familiar firmness pressing against your back.
“Hey, I’m talking to my friends,” you protested half heartedly, because you were already enjoying the ministrations.
He ignored your words, even though you were sure he understood you just fine. His tongue licked you softly, and your knees buckled.
“Okay, okay, I'm going to hang up, I will talk to you later.”
“Oh my god girl, what's gotten into you, is he-”
You hung up and dropped the phone. He turned you around and picked you up . Fuck, the way he made it seem effortless really did things to you. Forget about being sore, it was worth it.
You were exhausted. Even after taking another nap. Your body pleasantly buzzing with all the attention it received. You had to get up eventually to get food.
Making some eggs and grilled cheese, you offered your lover something to drink. He sniffed everything carefully and then turned his nose up.
“Water then? Can’t go wrong with water.”  You offered him a glass.
He did accept it, finishing it in one gulp and handing it out to you.
“Another?” you asked after seeing him drink like this, and he nodded.
He drank about 3 glasses before he seemed to be satisfied.
But he didn’t eat anything,
“Surely you must be hungry?”
He nodded.
“You don’t like eggs? Or cheese?”
He grabbed an egg and broke it to slurp the gooey stuff before you could stop him. A raw egg, you shuddered. But some people did that, right? Like those bodybuilders, for the protein. And he did seem to work out. Your eyes got temporarily lost glancing over all his muscles, before snapping out of it, when you met his eyes and they seemed to darken again. You quickly turned. As much as it was the best night of your life, you were really really tired. Not used to this kind of exercise at all. Your body started tingling however, so it was hard to not think of all the details he had given you to fantasize about for the rest of your life.
“So, I was thinking, we should find something for you to wear. We left our clothes at the beach, and I doubt I have much that fits you.”
He shrugged. It didn’t seem to matter to him at all.
“You can’t walk around naked, you’ll get arrested!”
His eyes glanced at yours, noticing the shock and then he pointed outside. “We should collect it?” You guessed and he nodded. “Well, I’ll go, you can’t go out this way.” So you showered and got dressed, but before you left he kept preventing it by kissing you, and again…And once more at the door. Before you pushed him back inside.
“Someone might see you,” you hissed , looking around if none of your neighbors were in the hall. “I’ll be back soon. Find something you can eat, yeah? I don’t need you fainting from starvation.”
He leaned into you again to kiss you, and you evaded him. “Later!” you giggled, watching the pleased smirk on his face. You fixed your hair, and your shirt, the cheeky bastard had sneaked in a handful, and went on your way.
You couldn’t believe you slept with someone on the beach, in full sight of potential witnesses. Finding your clothes didn’t take long, but your dress was covered in sand and seaweed, and his clothes were wet and needed a good wash. You didn't find his shoes, and then wondered if he had even worn any. You couldn’t remember, you didn’t exactly pay attention to his feet.
You took your hoard home and after a long make out session, where your lover acted like he hadn’t seen you for years, you made your way to the washer.
“Once they’re dry you are free to go.” Then realized that it sounded like you were kicking him out, and hurried to add. “If you want to, I mean, whatever you want.”
Whatever he wanted seemed to be you. His hands wouldn’t leave you alone. And you didn’t know where to go from here. Did one night stands normally stay until the afternoon the next day? Or seemed to keep wanting to have sex? You didn't even know his name.
“I don’t know what to call you,”  you told him sadly. “Maybe you can write it down?”
You searched for pen and paper but he just stared at it curiously.
You wrote down your name.”You know, my name…now yours?”
He grabbed the pen and it broke, he must have held it too tight. “Oh shit, okay, no problem. Do you have anywhere to go? Like a job or home?”
At the word home he lit up. He nodded enthusiastically and wanted to go outside
“Wait, your clothes!” You held his hand, “We have to wait until they're dry. Maybe  we should watch some tv until they are.” You led him to the couch and turned on the tv. He flinched but soon relaxed and watched the screen fascinated. He grabbed the remote and started zapping quickly, often looking at you with a bright smile like he had found some new toy to admire. You giggled.
“You act like you've never seen a tv before.”
He cocked his head and just stared at you.
“Okay, pick anything you want, I don’t mind.”
He did eventually settle on something. A documentary about ocean life and his bright eyes didn’t leave the screen for a while. Occasionally he seemed to scoff at something the narrator said but he stayed quiet. You wondered what it was like, not being able to talk verbally. It must be frustrating. Maybe even lonely.
He didn’t seem to have anything on him either. No phone or any information to figure out who he was. But he was a grown man and you couldn’t just pry. Besides, it's hard to pry when communication was off.
Once the laundry was done you handed him his clean clothes, and he looked kind of repulsed wearing them again.
“You really like being naked huh?”
He shrugged, then reached out to you with a teasing smile as he lifted your shirt a bit. “Oh no, I quite like being covered, thank you very much.” You giggled as he threw you a pout. “Come on, let's go, you wanted to show me home?”
He lit up again, and quickly grabbed your hand to drag you outside.
“Is it very far? Do we need the car?”
He shook his head and pointed again.
“Okay, lead the way, I'll follow.”
He walked fast, like he couldn’t wait, he made some weird noises in the back of his throat that you interpreted as excitement, and his enthusiasm felt addictive.
He dragged you towards the beach again, then to the water. He seemed to want to keep walking, but you froze.
“No! No I don’t go in-”
He turned to look at you, questioningly. Pointing to the water.
“No, I- I had an accident, many years ago. I don’t swim. I can’t.”  You took a few steps back, your heart beating fast. Your mom’s voice and face clearly visible still after all this time, as she found you and yelled, crying, and in complete panic. You had nearly died that day your parents told you. And ever since, you never went in the water again.
He held his hands out for you to take but you shook your head, feeling faint and stepping back to sit down. “No. please, don’t”
He sat down next to you, wrapping his arms around you and just holding you. Sheltering you from the fear that raised inside of you as you remembered.
🌊
It had been a beautiful day. The sun shined brightly and the water seemed calm underneath the boat you were on. You loved the water, and your parents enjoyed being away from work for a while.
As a single child you were used to entertaining yourself and that's what you did most of the day. Walking back and forth on the boat, making up games in your head, watching the sea as the boat cut through the water smoothly.
Your parents were laying on deck somewhere, but you were much too busy to pay attention to them. You had just spotted something that kept your eyes firmly on the water. It never appeared at the same spot though, constantly moving. You didn’t know what it was. At that age your knowledge of any sea creatures was minimal, but it didn’t matter, anything was fascinating at that time.
Your sandwich dropped out of your hands and floated in the water for a second, before it disappeared. A fish? You walked back to your parents, pretending to be hungry still and getting another sandwich. Happily you walked back to the railing again, ripping a piece off and threw it. And it happened again. You were used to feeding ducks, but you never fed anything else, so this was fun!
Another piece and another until it was gone.
In your enthusiasm, and to continue the game, you hand reached out to your doll and you threw that as well. Then watched it float in the water.
Then you realized that your doll was lost in the ocean forever. Would it be eaten as well? Or sink down, like toys often did when you took a bath. You started crying, and wanted to run back to your parents, or the nice man that moved the boat, to make them stop it, to make them return it, but then you saw a hand grab it and throw it towards you. The doll landed with a wet squish on deck. Happily you ran towards it and hugged it, soaking your own clothes, but you didn’t mind. You had little Boop back. The world was perfect once again. You looked up and thought you saw a blur of color coming up and going down again fast. A friend. You were sure of it. Friends did things like this. Sharing lunch and sharing toys.
You ran inside to find stuff you could play with, but not mind missing. Like a plate, and your mom’s purse and one of your dad’s shoes…you grabbed it into your tiny arms and walked back outside. One by one you threw it in the water. And watch it sink, until suddenly it was thrown back up again. You clapped your hands, and threw it back in again.
This little game continued for quite a while, and sometimes you saw more of your friend. Dark hair,  eyes looking at you from the water. Why was this boy in the water for so long? Mother had told you to be careful because the water was dangerous here and you couldn’t swim yet.
Why did he stay in the water, he seemed to enjoy it there. You wanted to climb over the railing and go to him, but your mother’s warning sounded in your ears, and you didn't want to get punished. You waved the next time he came up again and he waved back.
You didn’t remember very well what happened in between this fun time, and what happened next, but the sky changed and the boy seemed to fall behind the boat more and more, as the water seemed to be less smooth now than it was before.
There was some yelling from the men on the boat and your mother’s worried voice calling out to you. Eager to listen, you let go of the railing and turned to go towards her, maybe even tell her there was a boy in  the water, when a big wave suddenly made you lose your balance.
You slipped easily and went down into the water. The coldness being the most you remembered of that scary moment.
The water seemed to suck you in and closed all around you as it became dark instantly. Your tiny body thrashing against the current and lack of air. You didn’t know what to do, this was something that your mind had not prepared you for.
Cold arms grabbed you, however and dragged you down, or up. It was hard to tell. But you did feel water sliding past your body and he pushed you up , and then air.
The sea kept pushing against your body and kept taking you down, but you were held up and you could breath, you coughed and held onto the arms for dear life.
When he started swimming away, the boat was not even visible anymore, you realized it was the boy. The dark hair and eyes were the only recognizable thing you had seen.
He swam against the current, somehow strong enough to do so, and it took a really long time before anything changed but the vast ocean in front of you.
It was scary but it was also the most exciting thing you had experienced. Because he was a friend! He had helped you! You saw a glimmer under the water, or felt something smooth and slippery against your legs, but it did not occur to you what it was until later. As land came in sight and he pushed you forward until you could stand. But you didn’t stand, your legs were too shaky to. You sat in the middle of the shore as water leapt against you, but you couldn’t be dragged away anymore. He floated in front of you, making sure you stayed where you were.
“Where am I?'' You sobbed a little, the adrenaline coursing through you and feeling scared without your parents.
His face dipped in and out of the water. “Land” he told you.
“I wanna go home,” You whined.
“They'll find you here…I think. It’s land.” He looked around. “They know you fell, they will look.”
You hoped so, this was worse than that time your dad was late picking you up from school, and you had to wait with the teacher as she sighed at the inconvenience. You never felt like she liked you after that. And mother would be angry because you fell in the water, like she told you.
You cried some more, but felt a cold hand around your ankle.
“They’ll come.” the boy said firmly. You didn’t know why you heard him so clearly, while you couldn't talk under water at all.
Then you saw his body. Your eyes glanced from his torse to his legs. But there were none.
You gasped. “Fish?”
He frowned until he saw where your eyes were focusing on, and then he laughed. “No, it’s a tail. So I can swim.”
“Can I get one?” If you had a tail your mother wouldn’t be angry anymore because you could swim just as well as the boy.
“I’m not sure. You’re not like us.”
‘Oh,” you said, disappointed.
“I know some of you can, I saw it myself!” He then said proudly. “And it would make sense. I did save you.” He glanced at you fiercely suddenly. “That means you're mine.”
“Like a friend?” you said excitedly.
He frowned. “What’s that?”
“Someone you play with. Someone you like.” you explained, glad to know something he didn’t.
“Oh. Yes, like that. I like you,” he cocked his head. “I can keep you.”
“Okay,” you smiled. You weren’t scared anymore. The weather, as suddenly as it had changed, had turned calmer again, and you weren't alone. You had your friend.
“I’m going to have to bite you though. If I'm going to keep you.”
Bite you? That didn’t seem fun. You weren’t sure, but you didn’t want to be called a scaredy cat again, like Lisa sometimes told you when you jumped out of the way if she threw a ball at you, and he had saved you, so it might only be fair.
You shrugged, pretended to not be worried and said. “Okay.”
He came up and grinned. It suddenly seemed less friendly like this, but you already said you’d do it, and a promise is a promise, wasn’t it? He slithered up closer, and you were mesmerized by his tail. It was really beautiful colors, blue and white and shiny…you wanted to touch it, but your mother raised you right, you didn’t just touch people. Unless they said it was okay, like you did, to this boy.
He moved really close and you noticed how cold his skin was. You felt his face moving closer to you and wondered where this bite was going to be. He made a weird noise, but he seemed to not say anything if his face was out of the water. Maybe he was shy up close?
You felt his mouth on your neck, and then, quickly, he bit down sharply. You screamed because it did hurt, and moved back, but he moved with you until he let go. Blood was covering his mouth and your hand flew up to your neck to feel.
"That hurts!"
“Of course it does, how else are we supposed to feed?”
You frowned. “You're not supposed to eat me.”
“No, not you,” he seemed to agree, “I Wouldn't bite you there if I was going to eat you.”
Where was he going to bite if he was? you wondered but in your young mind it seemed like an explanation enough.
“Now I can find you. And you'll come look for me , right?
You nodded. Maybe you could go on another boat trip, or sometimes your parents took you out to the beach. You loved the beach! It would be even better with a friend to play with.
You continued talking, and playing. He loved splashing you with his tail, until you shrieked in protest but couldn’t stop laughing. Until you became so exhausted that you started yawning and your eyes were drooping.
“They’ll be here soon,” he frowned, like the thought bothered him. “You should go on land, and I need to…leave.”
“Can’t you stay?” You pouted.
“They can’t see me, they’re not friends.”
You nodded. “Okay, I’ll see you later.”
He hummed and seemed to drift back.
You hoped he would still be nearby so you could wave at him once your parents were here. But you crawled further onto the sand and laid down there, and sleep took over you. It was the worried yells that woke you again.
Your parents rushing over to you and grabbing you and shaking you and so much yelling. Your mother's panicked voice as she said she thought you were dead. That you had drowned. Your father tried to calm your mother down. The two of them taking turns holding you, too rough, too long. You, cryinging and panicking again, remembering the cold dark water. How it kept dragging you back. How there had been no air and your body felt like it was going to explode from pressure.
How afterwards there had been no boat trips or beach days. And how when the time came to learn how to swim your mother's face triggered your fears so much that you hadn't dared to go into the water, and had full out panic attacks until they gave up.
How many trips to the therapists hadn’t been enough to keep from telling that a boy saved you, that not only fishes had tails, until you learned to keep your mouth shut and realized it was a dream. Maybe something your mind conjured up to feel safe again. A savior. A protector.
You still sometimes told someone, like your friends, but no one believed it and you were forever stuck in believing that they believed it wasn’t real, and therefore so should you, and still feeling it had been so real to you.
But what about the bite? Well, there had been one, and your parents took you to the doctors, afraid a shark or something had nibbled on you, but there had been no infection. In fact it had stopped bleeding very quickly, and healed very well. It was a faint shimmer on your skin now. You knew where it was and knew the slight ridges you had to look out for, but it was barely noticeable. Still whenever you rubbed it, it gave you a sense of safety. Something that seemed to look over you.
💭
You sat on the sand, looking out to sea. Next to you sat your lover, maybe you should give him a nickname because it sounded scandalous calling him that. Like a Victorian lady wrapped up in a torrid affair, waiting to be exposed so your older husband could challenge him to a duel to the death. Although, looking at him , you were sure he would win any fight. His body really was something. Healthy, with muscles in all the right places, no tan lines anywhere. Well, he did seem to have a fondness for nudity after all.
You lowered your eyes, you had no idea what had gotten into you. One look at him and you were a goner. Your mind simply stopped thinking for itself and only seemed to focus on his beauty. You never expected to be this shallow. But it wasn’t just looks, he was kind. Even without words he made you feel understood and safe. He had comforted you and listened to your ramblings as you shook under the fear that raced through you. Making noises that let you know he was there. His strong arms keeping you safe from the horrors in this world.
You had told him what happened. Told him about falling overboard and nearly drowning, how your parents found you later, and were surprised to see you unharmed, but were upset nevertheless. How everything resulted in your fear of being in the water. But that you loved the sea, and kept coming back almost everyday, no matter how short. You just never stepped inside it.
How you couldn't swim because of it.
He listened, eyes full of understanding and interest. Not once did you seem to bore him. But you didn’t tell him about the boy, you didn’t want him to think you were crazy, or childish. No, you told him what your parents told you. How you must've swum upwards and the water pushed you to shore again. How you were lucky.
How you had to be more careful. And you could have died. It was something your therapist had said shouldn’t have been said to a young child, but it was said in worry, and your mother’s reaction made your fear worse. You knew all that. And yet, you never dared to dip even a leg in. You tried your feet a few times but it all seemed to overwhelm you shortly after and it felt easier to avoid.
can’t
You looked at Blue, deciding on that name because of his eyes and told him. “I find it weird that the sea can both terrify and soothe me. I stay away, I yearn to be here and yet, I can never let go and embrace it. There is a feeling something will happen, and I don’t know what.”
He wrapped his arm around you, letting you lean against him.
“I wish I could know your name,” you sighed. “I know nothing about you.”
And yet he knew your deepest fear.
He took your hand and laid it on his heart and smiled. It felt like a love confession and you smiled. “You’re the romantic type, huh? All handsome stranger coming to save the innocent lady and sweeping her off of her feet and courting her.”
He grinned widely and nodded, then got up and held his hand out for you. You took it. Then he grabbed and lifted you up as he was holding you in his arms again. You honestly did not think you would ever tire of it. It was such a cliché, but it really made your heart beat faster.
“You’re good at courting too?” you teased, and watched him nod ever quicker.
“You seem perfect. Are you sure I'm not dreaming?”
He kissed you. Well, it wasn’t the worst dream if you were.
🏖️
Your one night stand turned into two, you and Blue spend the whole day together, walking down the beach, collecting seashells, he offered you the prettiest ones and you accepted gladly. You had enough shells, but it was sweet to be gifted them.
You arrived back home, rosy and a little sweaty, and very hungry. Pulling open your freezer and fridge to see what you could make, you noticed open packages and a lot more room than you had the day before.
“Blue?” you asked over your shoulder, knowing he by now knew it meant  him, and he appeared a second later in the kitchen.
“Did you…eat the fish?” You asked a little nervously, the question seemingly ridiculous, but there really wasn’t any other explanation.
He nodded happily. and you looked at all the packaging he finished. That was a lot of fish…you also didn’t see any used pans or smelled anything coming back. Now he could have cleaned up… But it had all been frozen, it would’ve taken a while to defrost before it could be prepared. There had not been enough time before you had returned looking for your clothes.
“Did you eat it raw? Because that’s very bad for you.”
He shrugged.
“You could get sick.’ You worried, you didn’t really know what could happen, but getting sick was one thing you heard.
He shook his head.
He hadn’t seemed off, maybe raw fish was okay when it had been frozen, and was still frozen at the time of consumption? You had no idea.
“Are you one of those uncooked food eaters?” you tried.
He nodded.
“Oh okay, well, I don't really know what I have at home for you to eat.”
He pointed at you, grinning.
You laughed. “Well I doubt I would be tasty.”
He grinned even wider, a little more menacingly and stepped forwards, shoulders bracing like he was going to jump you.
“Oh no. I’m chewy, really unpleasant to get stuck between the teeth,” you giggled as you stepped away. “Will give you horrible stomach pains afterwards, you won’t like it at all.”
Then you shrieked as he moved forward and tried to sprint away. Tried, because he had you the next moment. He kept amazing you with how fast he was.
He held you against the fridge and stared into your eyes and hummed.
He made you weak when he looked at you that way. His eyes told you there was nothing he would rather look at than you, and it made you gooey inside. You had never had a man making you feel this way.
“You are so beautiful,” you whispered. So kind, so strong, so gentle. He really did seem perfect.
He kissed you slowly, his full lips just loving yours, taking his time. By the time he lowered them to your neck you had already widened your legs and he lifted you up.
While being carried to the bedroom, you really did wonder if this was real.
💙
The next day you went shopping, there was no food and Blue didn’t seem to like anything you had in the apartment. He wanted to come with you, and you easily agreed, having become used to his presence. you closed his seatbelt for him because he didn’t seem to remember to, warning him ‘safety first’ before starting the car. The way he looked being in your car was strange, but you didn’t comment. You knew he was a little different, and maybe he lived somewhere very remote, or maybe he didn’t come from here. It wasn’t a good explanation, but you had no reason to complain when he was the best man you had met so far in your life. So he didn’t know how technology worked? He knew how to work your body and that was much more important. The thought made you blush. You had never seen yourself as a very sexual creature, but he sure brought it out in you.
Shopping was, interesting, so to say. Blue looked around in wonder, but also passed by most foods you would pick out, and visibly preferred the fish section. You decided to go with what you both would like, but made a note to make sure to cook it for him before he died of salmonella. It would’ve been a tragic ending to your love story.
Packed with way too much fish you would ever finish on your own, you went back. Cooking was a little complicated, because Blue was intrigued by the process, but was more intrigued with touching your body during, and you were so distracted you nearly burnt the meal. And forgot to cook the vegetables properly.
Blue looked suspicious once a plate was put in front of him.
You laughed. “Okay sorry, but I don’t know how to eat fish other than cooked, and I don't want us to get sick. It’s good though, I promise. And I kept your veggies uncooked, like you wanted, right?”
You didn’t know how a raw diet worked, but fish was something you did not want to serve raw. You just hoped he wasn’t insulted by it.
He took a bite carefully, pulled a face, seemed to hesitate, then took another bite pondering. It was fascinating to see all the expressions so clear on his face. He showed everything he was thinking, and it felt like a better communication system than all the people that said one thing, schooling their face, but meant another. Blue had clearly never learned any tact, but at least he seemed honest.
Afterway carefully chewing, he seemed to decide that it was acceptable. You dug in yourself, it was very nice, your favorite dish. You were happy he hadn't found it disgusting. For some reason, the thought made you realize you would've been a little hurt if he had. Like he would have rejected a part of you, which was a ridiculous thought and you tried to shrug it off.
Desert was much more simple.
He had decided it was you. Again. You really enjoyed chocolate mousse, but the way he put his tongue on you had you decide that chocolate mousse was overrated. This was truly the best way to finish dinner.
🐟
You woke up. Warm, comfortable, an arm slung around your waist. Blue was still sleeping. Maybe you tired him out for once. The thought made you smile to yourself.
You carefully moved away from him to stretch, and made your way to the bathroom. Relieving your bladder and washing yourself, you wonder if this was going to be your life now. He seemed to have no intention to go, and you had no intention to make him leave.
It was strange, because you had just met. You knew nothing about him. But you still felt so comfortable around him.
You made sure to check in with your friends who were stunned with the fact your one night stand turned into some prolonged romance, but were happy. You didn’t really believe in love at first sight, but how else could you explain the jittery feelings that coursed through you as you thought of him? You didn’t want him to leave!
Things had to be settled today, you decided. One way or another you had to get some information out of him, or see what he wanted to do with the situation. What did he want? Would he like to keep seeing you? Go on an actual date? Was this already considered dating? You were a little worried he would suddenly disappear. And it frightened you how much you knew you would care about that.
“Alright , we need to talk.” You told him at breakfast, as he sucked on his raw eggs, something that still seemed disgusting to you, but you wisely didn’t comment.
“Well, I'll talk and you'll listen,” you realized. “This has been a lot of fun. Great, really, but I should know more about you, right? Who you are, or where you come from?”
You scratched your neck. it had been itching a little since yesterday, and while it was noticeable at first it started to get worse today. Maybe you had a little sunburn from yesterday, you did spend a long time on the beach.
Blue’s eyes zeroed in on your neck, it was like he could see what was there. But no one really did unless they were very close. He seemed to get a little dazed before your voice broke him out of it.
“Unless this is coming to an end.” You hated how your voice became a whisper. You didn’t sound confident at all, and maybe a little pathetic. Damn those stupid feelings.
He looked up at you confused. Like he didn’t know what you meant.
“I would like to keep seeing you, but I don’t know if that is what you want?” You told him, gathered up the strength to get some surety. It was either finding him missing at some point, or asking clarity for your own piece of mind. Maybe he had been waiting to see what you wanted anyway.
He got up, and long streaks of his legs marched him over to you, he grabbed your face with one hand. Gently holding it, he grabbed your hand with his other and put it on his heart.
“I think that’s a 'yes', I want to keep seeing you’?” you whispered, feeling yourself melt. Knowing he knew because he had to hold you up.
He frowned and nodded. Then he put his hand on your heart. Or maybe your boob, you weren’t sure. But it felt terribly romantic.
“Okay, that’s a step. Maybe we can go to your place, you must be tired of wearing the same thing.” You glanced down at his body “Well, when you do wear clothes.”
He pointed outside.
“You want to go now?”
He nodded but bit his mouth, like he was pensive about something.
“I don't have to go in, if that’s not what you want.”
He pointed at you.
“Me? You’re afraid I don't want to go inside?” As you saw him nod, you wondered how bad the neighborhood he lived in was. “I don’t care, If it’s that terrible you wouldn’t bring me there right?”
He nodded seriously.
To lighten the mood you joked. “And I'm sure you can protect me against any danger.”
He seemed to make himself bigger somehow, without making himself seem ridiculous. God, he was perfect. You wondered if one last time before you went would be a good idea. The sheets were beginning to be in need of a good wash, but once more wouldn’t matter by now, would it? And -
Your thoughts were cut off with a kiss and a devilish grin, like he had known where your mind had gone.
“Sorry, am I really obvious?” You said through heated cheeks.
He nodded, shrugged, and seemed to spread his arms out like he said ‘Who could blame you’.
You put your hands over your face. “You’re awful, no shame at all.”
There was a noise that, when you glanced back at him, might've been a laugh. so it made you laugh and then you were kissing again.
But he broke it off before it got too heated. Pity. He pointed outside again.
“Alright, let me make myself ready okay, And wear clothes! Not everyone will appreciate seeing your tooshie exposed.”
You did though. You enjoyed it very much, it was round and not too big or small. You stared at it as many times as you dared, and he didn’t seem to mind at all. In fact his own eyes never left your body either. He was just enraptured with you as you were with him.
Realizing you had been staring at the carpet for several minutes now without making progress at getting ready, you hurried. He waited at the door for you with the same cut off shorts and shirt he had been wearing all this time, no shoes. Oh god you had taken him shopping and no one had even mentioned he wasn’t wearing shoes. You had broken the one rule that stores would give.
You figured maybe no one noticed, because they were too busy staring at his handsome face. The only explanation you could think of.
You offered the car, but he pointed in another direction, and so you figured he must’ve lived nearby.
But as you neared the beach again, you became confused. Maybe he was a tourist? They sometimes booked one of those beach houses. But he led you on the beach itself, towards the water.
“What? Blue…you were supposed to take me to your home.”
He pointed to the water.
“What do you mean? You live overseas?”
He pointed at the water again, frowning. He made a movement with his hands and you didn’t get it, so he did it a few times, looking frustrated.
“Swimming?”
He stopped in relief, pointed at the water, to himself, to the water, ‘swimming’.
“You swam?” you said, stunned.
He nodded. Pointed towards you, and then him.
You didn't get it, again. “I don’t understand, sorry.”
He grabbed your hands, held them, and stared into your eyes lovingly.
“I get it, it’s hard to explain this way, really hard with no way of communicating.” you said sadly.
He looked at the water again, then pulled you.
And you froze and dug your heels in, staring at him in shock.
He looked at the water again, towards you, your entwined hands, and again towards the water, he made a noise. He sounded… urgent.Your neck began to itch worse again.
“Are you staying at one of the houses?” you said, a little desperately, even if you began to understand that probably wasn't the case.
He shook his head. He now looked at you a little sadly. Humming, his thumbs stroked your wrists where he was holding you. Like he was comforting you. The way he was staring at you, it was like he was expecting something. Waiting for something.
Your neck started to burn awfully. You tried to loosen your hands to rub the spot, but he wouldn’t let go.
“Blue, what - let go, my neck it’s -”
He let go of one of your hands, but was quick to lay it on your neck, right on the spot, it felt, it felt strange, it was burning up, but somehow his touch felt better.
Your body felt weird. And you noticed he was trying to pull you near the water.
“No, I can't,” you told him, feeling no control over your body as he dragged you further in. Your eyes drawn to the water, fear rushing through you, your mom’s face, the cold dark water surrounding you, your heart beating, no air, there was no air.
And then he appeared in your vision, his blue eyes, so like the boy in your memories, catching yours, calm, his hands holding you, a soft embrace. You felt your feet walking with him towards the water, wanting to protest, but your mouth was silent, and your eyes couldn’t look away from him.
Dark hair, blue eyes.
His body holding yours as he dragged you through the water, cold skin, slippery tail, A wide grin, so playful, words and promises made.
Blue eyes looking back at you tenderly, lovingly, holding you against him. You could see only him. Even as the water soaked through your sandals. Even as water splashed at your calves.
’You're not like us’...’I can keep you’... ‘find you’
Your body followed him in, he was smiling brightly, his eyes sparkling, but he didn’t let you go. He was guiding you, so gently. It was like your fear was there but numbed, in the background. Like the most important thing was to be close and not let go. You didn’t.
Water was around your waist, the waves moving your body back and forth, swaying in the current of the water, but he did not let you go, he did not pull away. He kissed you.
His soft lips felt like an explosion on yours. It felt like you were fading until all that was left was him. The way he felt. And the way he made you feel.
You made a noise. You felt weird.
Water splashing on you as he whipped his tail at you, laughter sounding through the air as you splashed back. His face disappearing underwater to speak to you.
Water reached his chest and you were already not feeling the bottom under your feet anymore. You let him pull you. He seemed happy. He kissed you and his tail sweeped against your legs and - …Tail? you looked down and saw the colorful glimmer of his tail, not legs, underwater. Before it would settle in, you felt a burst inside, a sharp painful burst, and you fell down. The power of it made him let go and you went under.
But his arms were around you immediately. You worried you would see darkness, but you could still see the light above you, the sun shining through the water. You could see him very clearly, his face so close to you as he helped you get steady against the movement of water. You expected to choke, but it felt like your lungs were just fine.
“What-” you said, and realized sound came out of your throat, water came in your mouth but disappeared and yet it did not feel like you ran out of air.
He smiled so happily, his eyes shining to you in delight.
“It’s okay. I got you.”
You looked around, water was surrounding you everywhere, there was seaweed twirling around you, the occasional crab you could see floating around. It looked like you could see a lot further than you expected down underwater.
You glanced down his body, noticing the tail, and momentarily were distracted by the beauty of it, before another movement distracted you. As you saw your own tail.
A shock went through you and you wanted to flinch away, but he wouldn’t let you. Your hands touched yourself. Slimy softness greeted you where your legs were supposed to be.
This wasn't real, was it?
"Bucky."
You looked up, confused.
“Bucky. My name. I couldn’t give it to you until now.” he grinned.
“Bucky?” you tested it out.
He seemed pleased with hearing it, and nodded. “Yes, I can't speak up there. I couldn’t tell you anything, only if you were in the water.”
You felt like you should panic, and there was confusion, and there was fear, but it all felt so….farther away. “What happened? I don't get it.”
“You had to turn.” He shrugged. “You didn’t want to go into the water the other day, but I knew you couldn’t stay here long. After we mated, I knew it would only take a few days before you turned. And I couldn't let you turn on land.”
That’s why he dragged you while you were so afraid, why he didn’t listen.
“But how can that happen, I'm not..this!”
“I marked you,”  he explained in a tone like you should’ve known. ” When I saved you. You let me, remember?”
Blue eyes, dark hair….Bucky.
“You didn’t really think it was a dream, did you? Why else do you think we were drawn to each other? You’re mine.”  For a moment his expression darkened. “Why didn’t you come to me? You said you would? I waited every day, and you didn’t come until a few years ago,and you never went into the water.”
Like you had disappointed him, failed him. Broke your promise. Which you did. It was a promise that shouldn’t have to be kept, you were children after all, but it became clear he had kept it. He had expected you to keep it. And it occured to you that rules, human rules, might not apply here.
“My parents were very afraid after what happened. They didn’t go anywhere near the sea for ages. Only after…when I moved out, I started coming here. Like I couldn't stay away.”
He seemed a little more pleased. “You were looking for me.”
“I-” ‘no’ you wanted to say. But weren't you always looking. Looking for something. Someone. Didn’t you feel you were missing something. “I couldn't get into the water.”
You tried to explain. You didn’t know why you felt the need to make him not angry or hurt by you. It hadn’t been your fault, but the way he acted was like you hurt him a great deal.
“So I came to you.” He moved closer and held your hand.
“Can I go back?”
“No.” He seemed happy with the idea. “ We don't go on land unless we have to. To kill, or to mate. And it takes years of practice. You have to be strong enough, and learn how. It took me all this time. But I knew I had to. I knew you were here.”
“You should have asked.” you said. Thinking of your friends, your family. If you couldn't go back, how worried they would be. How they would suffer.
“Why? You promised yourself to me. I saved you, I didn’t need to ask, I could have let you drown, or killed you. I didn’t. I own your life. And you said we were friends.” he shrugged.
Warmth pinched your eyes, but as soon as the tear appeared it had vanished in the cold silty water.
“Friends don’t hurt each other.”
“But I didn't." He sounded confused. “I would never hurt you. You belong with me. And now we don’t ever have to part. We live very long. You don’t have to worry about dying. And you don’t have to worry about the water anymore either. You are strong enough to go where you please. I could show you so many things. You don't need to deny yourself any longer. Let go, embrace me.”
He echoed the words you said to him, when you told him about your shared history. How you yearned to embrace your longing. How you wanted to be near the water. Had it simply been the sea that called out to you?
A fish curiously swam nearby, and you suddenly were reminded with the empty freezer, the frozen seafood he devoured…how you only seemed to like fish the most growing up. The bite he had given you. Your urge for the sea, even if you never dared to near it or touch it.
How Bucky had waited for you to show up and play with him, and how you had, unwillingly, broken that promise.
How he talked about owning your life because he had saved it, and how you could have a tail if only you did what he said.
Your tail was pretty, even if you thought his was better, but it wasn’t your legs and it felt strange seeing it swing back and forth, feeling like you could push upwards if you tried, wondering if you could keep up with him if you swam. Wondered how cold and dark the sea would get the further you would drift.
You looked backwards where you thought the beach would be, but, being underwater, all there was was water.
His finger turned your face towards him again. “I love you.”
You blinked, he put your hand on his heart, and the familiarity hit you like a warm glow, he had been telling you all along.
And he laid his hand on your heart, staring into your eyes intensely.
You felt the words leave your mouth without thinking about it.  “And I love you.”
And you knew you did. Despite everything. You had been looking for him. You had been looking for love.

Eating this up
Tumblr media
CW: Public sex, rimming, praising, choking, blowjobs and overstimulation
You and Chris had recently gotten married, the wedding was gorgeous and filled with your closet family and friends. Lots of laughs, cake and fun. You and Chris had spent awhile deciding where to go for your honeymoon. You then mentioned somewhere hot and and beautiful, Chris immediately thought of how much he had always wanted to go to Greece.
So here we were. The resort was gorgeous and had an incredible view. It was great, but, you began to get insatiable. Chris couldn’t get your hands off of him. Whether it be a hand on his hip, chin or neck. You were so horny for some reason, it was a new side Chris rarely ever saw from you. Usually he was the needy one due to his long missions.
You and Chris were currently enjoying a nice hike. You guys had a tour guide that you broke off from due to your appetite for him. You couldn’t resist. Chris had his hiking shorts on and they kept rolling up his thick muscular thighs showing off his ass. His shirt was tight around him, one button undone letting you see some of his pecs. You had to have him.
His backpack was set against a tree just as yours was. His shorts were pulled down enough you could get to his hairy ass. You spread him, licking long stripes up and down. He had his hand shoved against his mouth as he rut against you mouth. His lips were parted and his eyes were crossed. He was so close but he didn’t want to cum, it would be way too intense, then he’d scream and alert any unfortunate fortunate passerby.
You noticed his reluctance and smirked as you shoved your tongue deeper into the bundle of nerves squeezing his thighs tightly. It hit him like a train. He desperately gripped his mouth as his legs buckled. He was basically propped up only by your face. He let out heavy groans and breathes as he pulled his hand away from his mouth.
You stood up grabbing your cock out your pants as you lined yourself against his slick hole. “God- please, sweetheart, not right now, not yet-“ you shoved yourself in with ease as he whimpered a loud ‘daddy’. You giggled as you put your hand over his mouth. “Don’t want anyone to hear us do you sweetheart?” Chris quickly shook his head.
You smiled as you began fucking him against the tree. You looked around carefully making sure no one went by. Although you didn’t really care about getting caught, being fucked against a tree in Greece wouldn’t look good on Chris’s perfect reputation.
Chris’s moans began to increase in volume again as he gripped the tree tightly. You pulled his hair as his back arched making it easier for you to hit his special spot. “Oh go-“ before Chris could even finish his words a wave of pleasure crosses over him. He began tearing up as you continued to pump your cock back and forth into him chasing your own high.
“S’ to much….” Chris cried out, the fact you guys were in public going completely out the window. You began to get that familiar coil in your stomach, the feeling of his hot wet walls around you getting you so close. “I’m gonna cum baby, gotta stay quiet for me…” You whispered as Chris put his hand over his mouth nodding.
With a few final pumps you let out a hefty groan as your cum seeps into him. You both panted for a moment before you heard the sound of chatter. You quickly pulled your pants up and his. You and Chris were sitting awkwardly on tree trunk and log as you waved at fellow tourists.
You looked over at Chris relived as you watched your cum drip down his thighs. He gave you a glare as you smirked.
“looks like we gotta get home.” You teased.

getting married to one of the most powerful mage in the world is pressurizing. moreover, the mage is a descendent of a dark fae, blood of a royal family. eyes from all over the world are looking at the both of you, eager to see what kind of future you guys would bring under your ruling.
lots of royals who are from other countries that are on peaceful terms with briar valley were invited to the wedding.
the wedding was held in the ballroom of briar valley's castle. the venue was decorated with beautiful red roses, a red carpet has been laid down at the middle of the ballroom, for you and malleus to walk down the aisle. all of the esteemed guests sat down on their assigned seats, excited to finally witness the wedding that briar valley hasn't had in ages.
"now, let us all rise and welcome the groom, malleus draconia, crown prince of briar valley, and the bride, y/n l/n!" everyone rised onto their feet, staring at the doors with anticipation as it opened, revealing you and malleus. the orchestra started playing the wedding song while you hold onto malleus's arm, slowly walking down the aisle with him.
malleus was dressed in a black suit, paired with a luxurious gold brotch that shines brightly on his right chest. his black cape reaches his ankles, matched with a stunning white fur that circles around his shoulders. you wore a black gown that was decorated and lined with diamonds, a black translucent veil covers your face as you walked with malleus, fearing that you would fall down. but malleus placed his right hand on the arm that was linked to yours, assuring you that nothing will happen. you are safe with him.
"do you, malleus draconia, take y/n l/n lawfully as your wife?"
"yes, i do."
"do you, y/n l/n, take malleus draconia lawfully as your husband?"
"yes, i do"
"from this moment onwards, i pronounce the both of you as husband and wife, you may now kiss."
malleus lifts off your veil slowly, trying to take in your lovely features and have them memorised at the back of his head. in his eyes, you have always look beautiful. but today, you are gorgeous. one kiss is all it takes to tie the both of you together. you are his now, and he is never going to let you go.
-
"hmmm, this place is quite pretty." you told malleus while looking around. you were at one of the private beach resorts that was owned by malleus. deciding that a beach will be a nice honeymoon destination, you and malleus decided to come here to relax for a month before going back to the castle.
"not as pretty as you, dear." malleus hugs you from behind and nuzzles into your neck while you bask yourself into the scenery in front of you. the tides were mild today, wind blowing on you and birds flying in the sky. the resort was situated right on the sea, near the coast area. it will surely be relaxing to rest on a windy day near the beach, right?
unfortunately, malleus has other plans. once the both of you had settled down into your shared bedroom, he throws you onto the bed and started cuddling you.
"my dear lovely wife, i want you to give yourself to me." malleus trail kisses from your neck down to your shoulder blades. you furrowed your eyebrows, not understanding what he mean. "malleus, i am already married to you. am i not yours?"
"yes... you are my wife, i have your love and attention. but i want your body, that's the one thing that i still don't have. my lovely wife, are you going to deny your husband?" malleus looks at you and pouts as you sigh.
truth to be told, you had always knew that malleus had developed an unhealthy obsession towards you. he seems to always cling onto you, gets overprotective and possessive, gets jealous when other guys talk to you. despite how scary he is, he is always soft around you, only wanting your love and affections. perhaps thats the part the made you fall in love with him, wanting to be given the special treatment. you love him and he loves you, so who are you to deny his request?
"sure, we can do it now." malleus growls and pulls you closer, one of his hand lingers on your thigh while the other one holds you by your waist. "are you sure, y/n? tell me that you want it, because i will breed you so full that you won't be able to walk anymore."
"yes i am sure, malleus. i want this. let's make love to each other." with your given consent, his hand slides under your dress and travels up to your private region. to his delight, you were only wearing an underwear, making it easier for him to do the job. he pushes your panties aside and rub your clit, earning a moan from you.
parting your legs wider, malleus pushes his middle finger in, feeling your virgin walls sucking him. "fuck, you are tight." malleus breaths out, feeling excited that he finally gets to explore you. he inserted his ring finger in, and started finger fucking you at an insane speed. you groaned, body squirming under his hold as he holds you flush again his body, not allowing you to squirm away. "a-ah! so fast!" it was your first time having such an intimidate moment with anyone, you don't know how to feel about this pleasuring sensation that is coursing through your body.
"i know this is your first time. so whatever that i give you, just take it." malleus whispers into your ear as you moaned again, feeling a tight knot pooling down on your stomach. "mal-malleus, i think i-i am going to cum!" right after you said that, you started milking on his fingers, staining them white. he pulls out, bringing his stained fingers close to his mouth, side glancing at you before licking them.
you shivered under his gaze, feeling a little embarrassed. for a moment, you wonder if you tasted good.
malleus lays you down fully on the bed while he positioned himself between your legs. with a snap of his fingers, your clothes were gone, leaving the cold air to touch on your bare naked body. he placed both of your legs on either side of his shoulders, making sure to spread your legs wide open for him to see your cunt.
you squealed, hands reaching your chest to cover your breast and attempting to close your legs, but malleus's firm grip on your legs said otherwise. malleus frowned, unhappy that you are covering your naked self in front of him. "remove your hands from yourself, i want to see all of you." you gulped and complied to his wishes, knowing that it wouldn't do any good if malleus is angry. angry malleus is never a good thing.
he hummed in approval, before returning his gaze back to the feast that is displayed in front of him. your cunt was already drenched in your own fluids, providing a shine on it. malleus licks his lips, suddenly feeling hungry.
“don’t resist me, love.” with that, he dives into your cunt, licking your labia and clit. you shuddered at the new sensation, back arching as you let out a small gasp. malleus only smiles, before burrowing his face further into your cunt, sticking his tongue into your pussy. his tongue harshly thrusting in and out of you, feeling your velvety walls clamping down onto his tongue, pulling him further into you. you moaned in ecstasy, hands flying to grip onto his horns, pulling him closer.
“fu-fuck!” you gasped, unable to believe how good malleus is at eating you out. if you remember correctly, this was also malleus’s first time too right? but how is he so good at it? he is already lapping at your cunt like a hungry beast, eating you out dry and pulling orgasms out of you. he promptly inserts two fingers, wanting to further explore your insides, scissoring you and trying to hit on different spots that would pull an reaction out of it. “ma-malleus!” “yes love?” “a little too much- a-ah!”
malleus grunts, playing with your bud in circular motions, flicking it aggressively. and then, you cummed on his face, just like how he wanted. he lifts his head up and observes you, watching the rise and fall of your chest. you, who were lying in front of him, all vulnerable and naked. a thin layer of sweat covers your body as your pant heavily, plump lips slightly opened, your boobs bobbing a little as you try to catch some breath.
malleus’s face was drenched with your fluids, some of sliding down from his cheeks and dripping from his chin. he leans down to give you a passionate kiss, stroking your cheek affectionately. “what a good girl, you will take in more of me.” he praised you, giving you another kiss, before lifting your legs up onto his shoulders.
he unbuckled his pants and cast it aside, revealing his thick and long shaft. it was standing up straight, the head was slightly thick with a ring of pre-cum decorating on top of it. he gives himself a few pumps, ensuring that is hard and nice before aligning it to your entrance. he use his cock to gently rubbed on your folds, using your fluids as a lubricant for the insertion.
when he was done, he leans down again, one arm placed beside your head while the other holds onto his cock, positioning it firmly on your entrance. and whispers against your lips. “when i insert my cock inside you, you will finally and forever be mine, do you understand?"
"yes, im yours! forever and always will be." your confession send more blood running to malleus's throbbing cock as he slowly sinks his cock inside you. you took a deep breath upon feeling the intrusion of malleus's cock. god, he was so so big. how is your pussy going to accommodate him?
malleus looks down, witnessing his cock slowly disappearing inside you. your pussy feels so small, and yet it is calling out to his cock, eagerly sucking his cock deep into you. "fu-fuck, so tight." malleus breathes out, before abruptly thrusting his hips, forcing the rest of his cock to enter you. you screamed, feeling painful from the sudden thrust but malleus only hush you.
"this pussy is mine, mine." he starts to move his hips, sliding his cock in and out of you, making sure to hit your cervix with the tip of his cock. every time he thrust his cock back into you, he watch as your his cock touches on your belly area, causing a small prominent bulge on your belly. "can you feel me, y/n?" his palm pressed onto the bulge and you yelped, feeling overly sensitive.
"y-yes, mal-malleus! i-i can feel you!" you croaked out your words, trying to be presentable. but the truth is, you are far from that. mouth slightly agape with drools coming off from the side, your tongue was lolled to the side, half lidded eyes staring at the ceiling, only thinking about malleus and his big fat cock that is abusing your pussy. malleus was splitting you apart, and he knows it.
to know that his cock is the one making you feel this way, to know that he is the reason why you are so vulnerable and dumb, it makes him even more horny as he increased his pace, ruthlessly pounding onto you. if anything, your small fingers that were clawing at his back didn't help at all. it only boost his ego to know that you can do nothing but only to rely on him.
"ma-mal- i think- im-" how cute, you can barely form a sentence. feeling your walls suddenly increasing its speed and spamming around him, he knows that you are close. he rubs your clit to stimulate you even further, making sure that his balls would hit your ass every time he thrust into you.
"let's cum together, o-okay?" you didn't respond to him, not like he expected you to do so considering how fucked out you are. you could only moan and scream out his name, because all you can think about is malleus malleus malleus.
"say that you love me and that you are mine, y/n. say it, i wanna hear from you." malleus groans, feeling himself getting close. "i-i lo-love you, i-im yo-yours! forever" oh dear, your undying love had the both of you snapped as you cummed together. thick hot ropes of cum painting your walls, filling your womb up with malleus's seed as your cum milked onto malleus's cock, decorating him with you.
you didn't know how long the sex ended. you could remember malleus flipping you onto your stomach afterwards, continue pounding you and cumming inside your pussy. the night was definitely long. even as you slipped into darkness, malleus had no intention stopping. he cums until the sheets are stained with it, your cunt and ass being painted with his seeds. one thing for sure is that malleus never pulled out. he keeps his cock plunged into you, making sure that you are pump full of his seeds and that none of it escapes.
-
the honeymoon was fun while it lasted. though malleus would still fuck you every night, you still got to enjoy the sea breeze and try out different types of food.
when the both of you went back to briar valley, malleus was once again stucked with paper work while you just sit back and relax. when you asked malleus why do you not need to do any paper work, he only smiles and pat on your head. "the mother needs to rest and be healthy," was what he said.
sure enough, you woke up one day rushing to the toilet, vomiting out your stomach contents. malleus pulled your hair back with one hand, while the other rubs your back. the royal doctor was then summoned to check up on your health. when he broke the news of you being pregnant, everyone in briar valley was so happy that a ball was held to congratulate you on your pregnancy. you were kinda confused on how you got pregnant, but then you realised that you did have many rounds of unprotected sex with malleus. you were a little nervous, but happy that you are having a baby with the man you love.
and then theres malleus, who was over the moon when he heard about your pregnancy. he gave you a bone crushing hug; but not too tight that would hurt you, whispering how much he loves you and how he would protect you and the baby in your belly. though he was loving to you, he was also extremely overprotective and possessive. only female guards and maids are allowed to be near you. you are not allowed to do any work, but just sit back on the comfy chair that he specifically customised for you and bear the baby healthily.
the maids and guards would constantly eye at you, watching out for any harm that might hurt their queen and the future heir of briar valley. the one time you accidentally got a paper cut, malleus made sure to fire everyone for their "incompetency" and replaced them with someone who is more suited to care for you. you tried to tell him that it was okay, a paper cut doesn't mean anything. but malleus only frowns, kissing on your healed wound, promising you that you just have to leave everything to him. he will take care of you, so just sit back and be a mother to the child growing in your stomach.
when you finally gave birth, it was a small baby girl who inherited most of your looks, but with small horns poking on her head and green slitted eyes that she got from her father. malleus swears that he had never been so happy, and the fact that the baby looks just like you had fueled his possessiveness. be prepared, cause you won't be leaving your shared room for awhile.

My Omega (Alpha!Ari x omega!reader)
Tumblr media
Summary: You tell your Alpha, Ari, about some investors giving you some trouble at work. And he decided to take matters into his own hands.
Notes: GIF is not mine, this isn’t beta’d, Ari being an absolute sweetheart and crazy in love with reader, reader is Black, sexual themes (stripping, oral sex), dark themes (extortion, intimidation, assault), minor DNI
**
Ari’s ears perked at the sound of your car pulling into the driveway. Shutting off the stove and grabs a hand towel to wipe his hands off.
He swings open the front door of the house the two of you shared.
He’s been calling you since you got off work. There was something off about you, he could feel it. Even when you weren’t anywhere near each other, he could feel you.
He could know what you were thinking from anywhere. But whenever he would try to look in your mind, it was a blank, white slate.
He’s felt like something was off since the two of you woke up this morning. You got ready like you do any other day and gave him a warm kiss like any other day.
But this wasn’t like any other day. You felt off. He didn’t want to push it so he let it go in hopes that you will bring it up later.
Then later came and hours passed by, and you weren’t home nor were you answering his calls. He racked his brain to figure out what could be wrong.
It wasn’t your relationship with your family because you just came back from your sister’s wedding last month.
And it couldn’t be your heat because you’re not due for another week. He was tempted to give his pal, Bucky, a call to track your location for him. But decided to leave that as a last resort.
And now here you were at 9:15 p.m. You’d normally be home at 6:00 p.m. sharp.
“Where have you been?” He asks when you slide out of the car with your briefcase in your hands.
His brow creased with concern when felt waves of sadness and disappointment come from you.
“Baby, talk to me, please.” He spoke softly, taking your chin in between his fingers.
He got a closer look at you, his eyes noticing your swollen eyes and red nose. Your smooth, chestnut kisses skin looked flushed.
Without skipping a beat, he lifted you into his arms. He holds with one hand to open and close the door. You buried your face into his neck, his woodsy scent calming you a little.
He sits on the couch, setting you in his lap so you were straddling his thighs. Shaking his hair away from his face, you brushed a stray strand from his forehead.
You smiled when he gave your wrist a swift kiss. “My sweet omega, what happened?” You let out a sigh, not sure where to start.
“Promise you won’t get mad?” His grip falters on your back, eyes searching yours for some clues in your thoughts.
“Why are you hiding your thoughts from me?” “Because I know how you get, Ari.” “How I get about what?”
You chewed on your lip nervously and Ari grew even more eager to figure out what happened.
“Omega, tell me.” You shudder at the sharpness of his tone. “Some investors came to my firm today. My boss told me to run point on the presentation but they.. they didn’t take me seriously. The investors said that I wasn’t working at the firm because I was talented, it was because I was fucking a higher up in the CIA. And they said I didn’t belong there.”
The more you explained, the harder Ari’s face became. You lifted the block you had in your thoughts and now he had complete access.
“And you believed them?” “Of course I didn’t.” “You can’t lie to me, Y/N. No matter how hard you try.”
Your shoulder slumped in defeat and his eyes fell to his teeth mark on your mating gland. He smooths the pad of his thumb over the gland as it throbs at the new sudden attention.
“You and I both know that you can run circles around me and every single person in that firm.” “These investors are really important, Ari. And they’re stubborn in their ways. There’s nothing I could have done to convince them otherwise. I’m the minority in every way possible. I’m a successful lawyer who is both a black woman and an omega. Omegas are treated far worse than people realize. If I didn’t have you, I-“
“But you do have me. I’m yours.” He intercepts, he leans up to press a soft kiss on your lips.
Bringing his hands up from your back to the nape of your neck, he deepened the kiss. “Tell me their names,” he says in between kisses.
“I can’t,” “Yes you can,” He pulled away and held you, pressing kisses on the entirety of your face.
“Ari,” you squeal, crinkling your nose when he presses a three kisses in a row. His heart flutters in his chest at the sounds of you laughing.
But that didn’t hide the worry he felt about your work environment. Were they treating you badly before and you just weren’t telling him?
But you couldn’t physically lie to him. Your bond wouldn’t let you. “You don’t have to worry, Ari. I’ll be okay.”
“You smell of the pier, baby. You only go there when you need to cry and be left alone. That’s more than enough of a reason to worry,” he let out a sigh, noticing your discomfort.
“How about I run you a hot bath and put a pause on the shrimp scampi so we can order from Vinny’s instead?”
“But I love your shrimp scampi,” you pout. “And I love you,” he kissed you again, lifting you into his arms. “I love you too,” you whispered against his lips.
A warm pulse traveled through him as he walks up the stairs and into your shared bedroom.
He sets you on the bed gently and pushes the shower curtains to the side so he could start the bath.
He shook his head of his filthy thoughts about taking you in the bathtub, not thinking it was the right time to knot you.
You weren’t feeling like yourself. What kind of alpha would he be if he made it about him? And naturally, your hindbrain responded to the spike in his scent.
You stood from the bed and walked into the bathroom. “Alpha,” you whimpered, leaning your head back so he could scent you. “Omega,” he hummed into your neck.
“Stay in bed until the bath is ready. I don’t want you worrying about anything. Let your alpha take care of you, hm?”
You purred at his request and sat back on the bed as he asked. “Please?” You said vaguely, and he knew exactly what you meant.
He bows his head in contemplation and you stared at his back when he stood up straight. Once he switched the faucet off, he turned around a slowly stalked towards you.
Your heart pounded in your chest and you rubbed your thighs together in anticipation. “My poor little omega is having a bad day, huh?”
“Yes, Alpha.” You nodded frantically. “You want something take your mind off of it?”
“Please,” you beg, you sat up on your knees and waited for his next command.
“Strip for me, baby.” You stood from the bed, maintaining eye contact as you unbuttoned your blouse and pulled it down your shoulders.
You slowly shimmied out of your black skirt and tights. You laid back down with your lingerie on, knowing that Ari likes to take it off himself.
When he reaches to take off his shirt, you chirped and he stops. Chuckling, he came closer to the edge of the bed.
He purred when you lifted his head back and start licking his gland. You unbuttoned his shirt, scratching down his chest and biting his shoulder lightly.
He growls playfully and nudges you on your back. He kicked off his pants and slid in between your legs. Your nails tug into his arms, leaving marks on them.
“Jealous little omega. Wanna mark her Alpha everywhere she can so everyone knows he’s hers,” he coos, grinding his clothed cock against your throbbing heat.
You scratched his back hard enough to draw blood and he lets outs deep growl. He grabs a hold of your hair and pulls down to expose you neck. His lips brush against your gland traveling an inch underneath before sinking his teeth into the skin.
You cried out in pleasure once he licks the throbbing wound. “Mine,” he growls, cupping your heat and rubbing soft circles.
Watching your face contort in pleasure, he presses kisses down your stomach until he was level with your core.
Watching your face contort in pleasure, he presses kisses down your stomach until he was level with your core.
Pulling your panties to the side, he buried his face between your thighs. Lifting your hood with his nose, he sucks at your sensitive pearl.
Your calves flexed when he places your legs over his shoulders. So sweet, Ari thinks to himself.
Gently rocking your hips against his face, he spreads your folds with his fingers. He draws hard figure eights with his tongue and kitten licks your clit soon after.
You started to keen after him with each kitten lick until your orgasm came crashing over you. Your mouth fell open in a silent scream and hands unconsciously gripped his hair.
Tears brimmed in your eyes while he ate you well through your orgasm. He licks up every drop of nectar that you gave him. “I want your knot, Alpha. Can I have it, please?” You pout and he crumbles.
“Of course, my sweet omega. I can never say no to you,”
**
“Is he in? Thanks.” Ari brushes past the receptionist desk to get into Ethan’s office. He was fuming since you told him what happened at work.
“Ari, to what do I owe the pleasure?” Ethan greets, motioning Ari to sit on the couch he had in his office.
Ari shook he head no and made himself a shot of bourbon. “What’s wrong?” “Y/N is being harassed at work. My omega is being harassed at work, Ethan.”
“Who’s harassing her?” “Investors. They must think they’re untouchable because they have money.” He chuckles darkly before drinking the shot.
He pours some into another glass and gave it to Ethan.
“Do you know their names? Maybe you could find some dirt and do a blackmail and push.” Ethan suggests, swishing the liquid around in the glass.
“No, that’s too diplomatic for my taste. They need their face smashed in.”
Truth was, Ari was planning on finding blackmail on them.. after he beat them to a pulp. “So what do you want me to do, Ari?”
“I need to know that if the time comes, you’ll bail me out of jail.” “Ari, you need to think before you tarnish the career you worked very hard for,” he mediates. “It’s my omega, Ethan.”
“I know. I’m just saying to be smart about it,” Ari nods, his gears turning in his head. He bids Ethan farewell and left his office.
Anxiously scratching at your pants as you stared at the email from your boss. The investors were coming back for another briefing.
However your boss informed you that they were intercepted but CIA investigators. He couldn’t give you any more details, he barely knew anything himself.
You were about to head out to lunch when Ari texted, come to the parking garage. Staring at your phone in confusion, you informed your boss that you were going to lunch.
He gave you some cash to get him something on the way back and you rushed out of the office, curious to why Ari sent you such a cryptic message.
Ari listened for your heels clicking to drag the investors out the back of the van. Bucky had disabled the CCTV in the garage, giving him the privacy he needed.
He removed the restraints and gags he had on the investors and forced them on their knees at the back of the van.
Your mouth fell open at the sight. “Ari what the fuck!” You scold, setting the briefcase with a clatter. The sound made the investors jump.
Ari held the back of your head, kissing your forehead warmly. “They have something to tell you, princess.” Ari said softly.
“Speak,” he adds sharply, making the investors wince once again. They trembled from what you could assume was the pain from their injuries.
Blood stained their white collars and bruises littered their checks. They both had a broken nose and blood shot eyes that were on the verge of swelling shut.
Despite it all, they didn’t look at you once. “W-we are sorry for inconveniencing y-ou. It won’t happened again. Your company is more than welcome to our shares.” Ari smiles, his hindbrain felt proud for protecting his omega.
But you were fuming. “You can leave now.” Ari states, the investors spared him a glance to see if he was serious.
He growls impatiently and they scramble to their feet, limping out of the garage. Ari sent Bucky a text to restore the CCTV. Once his gaze met yours, his heart sank.
“What the hell were you thinking, Ari? What if they talk?” You stated. “They’re not.” He reassures coldly.
“Why? Because you threatened to kill them?” You said the last part lowly, not wanting to incriminate him. “Y/N,” you push his hand away when he tries to reach for you.
Grabbing your suitcase, you walked back to your car. “Y/N, come one. Don’t be mad.” He follows you to your car, holding the car open so you couldn’t leave.
“Omega,” you snapped at him and he growls at you in warning.
“This is why I didn’t want to tell you, Ari.” “It’s my job to protect you. I do all of this to protect you. You’re the love of my life, Y/N.”
“Ari,” you start. “Please don’t be mad at me,” he states. “You can’t keep beating people to a pulp whenever they give me trouble, Ari. Eventually someone is going to connect the dots and prosecute you.”
“I’ll have you to defend me,” he jokes and your sighed in annoyance. “I’m sorry,” he leans in, rubbing his cheek against your jawline. He presses a kiss at the nape of your neck.
“The power you have over me is.. humbling. I would do anything for you.” He mumbled against your skin.
You scold yourself for caving into your Alpha so quickly. Even if you were mad at him, it wouldn’t last long.
“Get inside. Let’s go to lunch.” He waits for you to face him to press a kiss on your lips. He closed the door and rounds to the passenger side.
You turned on the car and let out a huff, still shaking your head at the events that just occurred. You turned around to reverse out of the parking lot when you notice him staring at you. You quirked an eye brow at him.
“You’re really pretty when you’re mad, you know that?” You rolled your eyes at him, fighting the smile that crept on your face.

All You Have Is Your Fire - Part XIII
Tumblr media
Find all previous parts on Ao3 :)
Summary: 'I can hear your heart beating through the stone.' For the briefest of moments, Lucien wondered if his mate would know exactly when his heart’s steady rhythm came to a sudden stop.
Note: A huge thank you to the lovely @bettdraws who deserves all the credit for the post that inspired me to start writing this :) Another huge thank you to everyone reading! ALSO please look at this post, I gasped it's so lovely. All of @teddyhoneybear's moodboards are stunning <3

Lucien was glad that the night was finally over.
The celebration had been too long, his emotions too forced, for it to have been enjoyable.
The musicians had stopped playing, the courtiers had stopped dancing, and Elain was once again at his side.
Lucien could feel Elain’s exhaustion mixing with his as she held onto his arm. Her grip was firm, perhaps a bit possessive, just the smallest suggestion of ownership as they walked towards the thick oak doors leading into the near empty corridor.
Lucien had let his father know that he and Elain would be returning to their suite. He had made sure to tell the High Lord that they were both beyond grateful for such a warm reception and that they were looking forward to their fast-approaching wedding ceremony.
Lucien had been lying through his teeth, the expression on Beron’s face suggested that he knew, the frown gracing his features had looked sincere as he had waved a hand lazily in dismissal.
Other than the one interaction with his father, Lucien had managed to avoid his family for most of the night. He had not yet spoken to his mother, had not been able to catch her at a moment when she was alone, and he was careful to stay close to Eris so that Callum, Ronan, and Felix would resort to keeping their distance.
Silent and watchful, Eris had remained by the dance floor’s edge for most of the night. Even in Lucien’s earliest memories, Eris had always asked very few of the court’s ladies to join him at such events, males were quick to shift out of his way as he walked by, and hardly anyone ever approached him first.
Lucien had discovered as a child that if kept close to his eldest brother, everyone left him well enough alone. It had still come as a surprise when the same seemed to be true after all the time that had passed, that all the aristocrats still steered clear of their prince.
In any case, Lucien was glad that staying close to Eris meant that most of the court was inclined to avoid Elain as well.
No one had come to her, not when she was near the High Lord’s heir. Eris and Cora had remained by her side as Lucien had danced for a few more songs. Most of the females had been too young for him to recognise, although it had not stopped them from looking up at him through their lashes and blushing at his every word. In Autumn, it was always difficult for Lucien to tell which of them were actually charmed by him, or merely liked the idea of being near royalty.
Lethe had seen fit to join him for one of the more romantic dances, had practically bared her teeth at another young lady in warning as she saw her approaching. Lucien had not been able to stop the laugh that fell from his lips at the familiarity of Lethe’s behaviour.
Like a bird of prey, as though she had heard the sound of his joy over the instruments, Elain had turned her head to glare at the back of Lethe’s head as Lucien had pulled the other female towards him.
The weight of Elain’s slight annoyance as Lucien had twirled Lethe would be enough to get others talking about them, Lucien thought. Convincingly jealous, there was not a single doubt in his mind that the court had believed them.
As Lucien and Elain continued to walk steadily towards the doors, he could see the same emotion in the eyes of every noble they passed.
Mates and in love.
Perhaps Elain did not understand the significance of such a thing, and he could not even blame her. To the fae, though, a mate was very nearly impossible to find, a treasure so rare, when you were only ever gifted with one.
As he and Elain left the ballroom and the doors began to close behind them, Lucien had to hide his shock as he felt Elain rest her head against him. It was such a perfect final touch to their act, done just as the heavy doors slammed shut, offering those watching the smallest glimpse of affection.
Lucien nearly scowled as they passed the guards, tired of the dangerous game he and Elain were playing. He placed his hand to the small of Elain’s back, all the warning she would get, as he winnowed both himself and his mate to their shared suite.
The flames in the fireplace were dim, the torches had not yet been lit, and the only light in the space filtered in from the arched windows, moonbright.
As if Lucien’s touch burned her, Elain let go of his arm suddenly. She instead gripped her emerald skirts tightly, knuckles pale, forcing distance between them.
“That was…” She shook her head, Lucien watching as loose curls bounced around her shoulders. “That was humiliating,” she finished, embarrassment bringing a scarlet blush to her cheeks.
Briefly, Lucien wondered what it was in particular that might have made her feel such a strong and negative emotion. “You’re a good actress,” he offered, hoping that none of his own annoyance at the night’s events leaked into his tone. “I’m very impressed.”
Elain moved towards the vanity, pulling pins from her hair in a way that seemed to be painful. She tossed a few onto the wooden counter, and Lucien tracked each of her movements. “You seemed to have enjoyed yourself,” she said over her shoulder.
Lucien scoffed as he slowly undid the golden buttons along the front of his jacket. “So glad it came across that way.”
Elain hummed as she took the comb carefully from her hair. She kept the accessory in her hand and traced some of the pearls on it so as not to look at him, Lucien guessed. “Especially when you danced with Lady Lethe,” the title rolled off her tongue mockingly.
Lucien raised his brows at her, although she still did not meet his gaze. It was with great effort that he did not joke about the statement with her, still treading carefully with his words in regards to Elain. Instead he took his jacket off and left it on the foot of the bed. “I’ve known Lethe all my life, I suppose I did enjoy dancing with her.” With a shrug, he directed a question at Elain. “Does it matter?”
Elain did not turn around as she ran her hand over her face. “I shouldn’t have come here.”
Lucien was surprised at the small spark of hurt that flared to life in his chest. “You really shouldn’t have,” he agreed, despite it. “Eris was wrong to ask this of you, and Feyre–”
“I chose to come,” Elain snapped, whirling around to place the full weight of her heavy gaze on him. “But to marry you? I didn’t think...” Lucien watched as she paused to collect her thoughts, as she waved her hand in his direction, the weapon disguised as a comb flashing in the dark as she held it between her fingers. “I don’t think I can marry you.”
Lucien looked at the panic evident all over her face, at the way her chest rose and fell as she took shallow breaths. He couldn’t help the short laugh that spilled from his lips at seeing Elain so dishevelled.
“I’m being serious,” she hissed, taking a step towards him.
Lucien raised his hands in surrender. “I know, I’m sorry,” he said, still smiling despite his effort to remain expressionless. “I was under the impression we’d both accepted the fact that we’d be married in less than a fortnight.”
Elain’s lips raised slightly at the corner, her eyes a bit brighter, before she took a deep breath. Lucien felt some of her nerves ease, watched as her shoulders lowered in relief. “Lucien, what are we going to do?”
Lucien undid the laces at his throat, noticing the way Elain’s eyes flicked to his exposed skin. “We should go to sleep.” At his words, Elain turned her attention back to the pins in her hair. “We’ve had a long couple of days, we can figure out what we want to do in the morning.”
Elain nodded in agreement, seemingly content. “Alright.” She lifted her skirts, moving towards the bathroom for some privacy.
“I think you should take the bed, though.” Lucien spoke even though her back was to him. He felt her unease at the suggestion. He wondered about the feeling, but decided to ask her at another time.
“No, no, I don’t mind the armchair.” Elain faced him, lovely as ever. “We’ll talk in the morning?”
Lucien figured a conversation between them was long overdue. He simply nodded, his heart skipping a beat as Elain flashed him a small but genuine smile.

Yandere headcanons for tokrev boys? Mikey, Draken and Takemichi please? Thanks!
A/N: I apologize if this isn't exactly what you were requesting. I haven't written yandere head-canons before, so this is new to me.
Ft: Hanagaki Takemichi, Ryūguji Ken & Sano Manjirō (Tokyo Revengers).
Part Two: Kokonoi Hajime & Kurokawa Izana ➵ Tokyo Revengers
Part Three: Imaushi Wakasa & Sano Shinichiro ➵ Tokyo Revengers
⚠️ WARNING: Yandere, obsession, stalking, possessiveness, kidnapping, delusional behavior, jealousy, overprotectiveness, territoriality, violence & paranoia.
Tumblr media
Hanagaki Takemichi
➵ Takemichi would become extremely infatuated with his darling to the point of obsession. He would constantly think about them, and his thoughts would often turn to how he can keep them safe from harm.
➵ The blond is not very subtle about his feelings towards his darling. He becomes rather awkward around them and tends to stutter a lot. He would find it difficult to express his feelings properly and may resort to stalking them from afar.
➵ Takemichi has stalker tendencies and can become overly obsessive over his darling. He would constantly check their social media profiles, their messages, and their call history. He would become possessive of them and would not want anyone else to be near them.
➵ Although Takemichi would never hurt his darling, he might kidnap them and isolate them from the outside world. He does this because he’s afraid something might harm them due to his time leaping ability, and he becomes paranoid over his darling’s safety.
➵ Takemichi is respectful of his darling’s boundaries, but he might grow a bit delusional at times. He might think that he knows what’s best for them, and he might try to force his opinions onto them.
➵ He genuinely views himself as his darling’s knight in shining armor and wants to protect them from harm. He’s willing to do whatever it takes to keep them safe and would put himself in harm's way to protect them, even if it means sacrificing himself.
➵ Takemichi gets easily jealous and is highly insecure. He would become suspicious of anyone who is close to his darling, even if it's just a friend. He would want his darling to only have eyes for him, and he would become jealous of anyone who comes between them.
➵ Takemichi often daydreams about the perfect future where he and his darling are together, happy and everyone is alive. However, this only applies to those who do not pose a threat to their relationship. He would spend hours lost in thought, dreaming of a perfect life with his darling, and he would do anything to make that dream a reality.
➵ His daydreams are focused on his darling's safety and security. He imagines a future where he can protect them from any harm, and they can live together in peace. He might often picture his darling in a wedding dress, going down the aisle, and how happy they would be together.
➵ The blond is willing to go to great lengths to keep his darling safe and happy. He might obsessively research their interests and hobbies to better understand them and make them happy. He would do anything to see his darling smile and be happy.
➵ Takemichi's obsession with his darling might lead him to become delusional at times. He might imagine scenarios where his darling is in danger and how he can save them. He might also imagine scenarios where his darling is in love with someone else, and he would go to great lengths to prevent that from happening.
➵ Takemichi is deeply insecure and constantly worries about losing his darling. He might become jealous of anyone who spends time with his darling or appears to be a potential threat to their relationship. He needs constant reassurance from his darling that they love him and that they won't leave him.
You are seated in class, trying to pay attention to what the teacher is saying. However, during the lesson, you can’t erase the feeling that someone is watching you. You try your best to ignore it and focus on the teacher's lecture. But the feeling of uneasiness doesn’t seem to go away.
Meanwhile, Takemichi sits in class daydreaming about you. He imagines you walking down the aisle in a beautiful wedding dress, with him waiting for you at the altar. "I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with you," he whispers to himself, as he pictures you saying your vows.
In his daydream, he sees you both living in a beautiful house, with a white picket fence and a garden full of roses. He imagines cooking dinner for you and having movie nights together. He sees himself holding your hand and taking long walks with you in the park.
But as he looks at you sitting in front of him, he can't help but feel nervous and tongue-tied. "What if she doesn't feel the same way about me?" he wonders. "What if I'm not good enough for her?"
He tries to focus on the lecture, but his mind keeps drifting back to you. "Maybe I should talk to her," he thinks to himself. "But what if I mess up and say something stupid?"
After class, Takemichi watches you from afar as you pack up your things and leave the classroom. "Someday, we'll be together," he whispers to himself, as he continues to daydream about a perfect future with you. But for now, he keeps his feelings to himself and stays hidden in the shadows, afraid of scaring you away.
As the days go by, Takemichi's infatuation with you only grows stronger. He becomes more and more obsessed with you, watching your every move from a distance. He knows it's not healthy, but he can't help himself.
One day, as you walk home from school, Takemichi follows you from a distance. He wants to say something to you, to tell you how he feels, but he can't work up the courage. So he just watches you from afar, hoping that someday you'll notice him and return his feelings.

Ryūguji Ken
➵ Draken is a very subtle yandere, and his obsession with his darling is not immediately noticeable. He will take his time to get to know his crush and win their heart before he reveals his true self to them.
➵ Once Draken has won his darling's affection, he becomes extremely overprotective of them. He will go to great lengths to ensure their safety and happiness, even if it means interfering in their life or making sacrifices for them.
➵ Draken is not possessive in a traditional sense, but he does not like the idea of sharing his darling with anyone else. He will not tolerate anyone trying to come between him and his crush, and he will become very jealous and territorial if he feels threatened.
➵ Despite his intense feelings for his darling, Draken is respectful of their boundaries. He will never force them to do anything they don't want to do and will always ask for their consent before doing anything intimate or physical.
➵ However, Draken's overprotectiveness can sometimes become overwhelming and suffocating for his darling. He may become overly controlling and try to dictate every aspect of their life, from what they wear to who they hang out with.
➵ If anyone tries to harm his darling or make them unhappy, Draken can become very violent and aggressive. He has a short fuse when it comes to people who hurt those he cares about, and he will not hesitate to take matters into his own hands if necessary.
➵ Despite his yandere tendencies, Draken is levelheaded and rational. He is aware that his behavior can be seen as extreme, and he will do his best to keep his actions in check to avoid scaring his darling away.
➵ Draken's love for his darling is genuine, and he truly believes that they are meant to be together. He sees himself as their protector and will do everything in his power to make sure that they are happy and safe.
➵ Draken is very attentive to his darling's needs and desires. He will go out of his way to make them happy, whether it's by planning a surprise date or cooking their favorite meal.
➵ However, Draken's need to protect his darling can sometimes cause him to be overly cautious. He may become paranoid about their safety and insist that they avoid certain places or people to minimize the risk of danger.
➵ Draken is not the type to make grand gestures or proclamations of love. He prefers to show his love through his actions and his unwavering devotion to his darling.
➵ On the other hand, Draken's yandere tendencies can become dangerous if left unchecked. He may become more and more possessive and controlling over time, potentially leading to a toxic and abusive relationship dynamic.
➵ Ultimately, Draken's yandere tendencies are a double-edged sword. While his love for his darling is genuine, his desire to control and protect them can be both comforting and suffocating at the same time.
You stand outside the bookstore, waiting for your boyfriend to message you. You glance at your phone, checking the time. You had initially wanted to meet up with your friends for lunch, but you knew that Draken wouldn't approve of your choice of company. As if on cue, your phone buzzes with a message from him.
"Hey, where are you?"
You type out a quick reply, telling him that you've finished with your errands and at what location you are waiting for him to pick you up. You know that he's just trying to keep tabs on you, but it still feels suffocating.
"Okay, I’ll be there soon."
You tuck your phone back into your pocket and sigh, feeling trapped. You love Draken, you really do, but sometimes it feels like he's more of a warden than a boyfriend.
As you wait, you hear someone call out your name. You turn to see your friends approaching, waving excitedly.
"Hey, we were just about to head to the ramen place down the street. Wanna join us?" One of them asks.
You hesitate, knowing that Draken wouldn't approve. But the thought of spending some time with your friends, away from his watchful eye, is too tempting to resist.
"Sure, why not?" you say, smiling.
You're about to follow your friends when you feel a hand on your shoulder. You turn to see Draken standing behind you, his expression unreadable.
"Hey, where do you think you're going?" he asks, his voice calm.
You feel a knot form in your stomach as you realize that he's caught you in the act. You try to think of an excuse, but your mind goes blank.
"I...I was just gonna grab a quick bite with some friends," you stammer. Draken's face hardens, and you can feel his grip on your shoulder tighten.
"You know I don't like you hanging out with them," he says, his tone low. You try to pull away, but his grip only tightens further.
"Please, Draken, it's just lunch," you plead. But he's not having it. He pulls you closer, his eyes flashing with anger.
"I said no," he growls.
You feel trapped, both physically and emotionally. You know that you can't leave, nor can you tell him how you feel. You're stuck in this toxic relationship, with no way out.

➵ Mikey is extremely possessive of his darling and will go to great lengths to make sure they stay by his side. He believes that his darling belongs to him and him alone, and will never understand why they would want to leave him.
➵ His delusional nature makes him think that his darling loves him as much as he loves them, even if they haven't explicitly said so. He truly believes that they are meant to be together and that no one else could ever make them as happy as he can.
➵ When Mikey gets jealous, he becomes very intense and overprotective. He will not hesitate to hurt anyone who he perceives as a threat to his relationship with his darling, even if it's just a minor flirtation.
➵ Although Mikey will not manipulate or physically harm his darling, he may struggle to control his dark impulses when he feels threatened or betrayed. He will likely feel immense guilt afterwards, but that won't stop him from lashing out in the moment.

You stand on the rooftop of the abandoned building, staring out at the Tokyo skyline as the cool breeze whips through your hair. You feel a presence behind you and turn to see Mikey, your boyfriend, walking towards you with a mischievous grin on his face.
"[Name]-chin, what are you doing up here all alone?" he asks, his voice playful and teasing.
"Just needed some fresh air," you reply, trying to keep your tone neutral.
Mikey steps closer to you, his hand reaching out to touch your cheek. "You look so pretty tonight, [Name]-chin. Are you thinking about me?"
You look away, not wanting to meet his intense gaze. You feel trapped in this relationship, unable to speak your true feelings or tell him that you don't love him anymore.
Mikey's playful demeanor quickly changes as he senses your discomfort. "Is something bothering you, [Name]-chin? Talk to me," he says, his voice more serious now.
You take a deep breath, steeling yourself. "Mikey... I don't know if this is working out. I don't feel the same way about you as you do about me," you say softly.
Mikey's expression immediately turns dark and angry. "What are you saying, [Name]-chin? You don't love me anymore?" He growls, his grip on your arm tightening.
"I...I don't know," you stammer, fear creeping into your voice.
Mikey's grip loosens and he steps back, his expression softening. "I'm sorry, [Name]-chin. I didn't mean to scare you. But you have to understand, I can't let you go. You're mine, and no one else can make you as happy as I can," he says, his voice full of conviction.
You feel a chill run down your spine as you realize the depth of Mikey's delusion. He truly believes that you belong to him and that he has the right to control every aspect of your life.
"I need some time to think," you say, trying to edge towards the door.
Mikey steps in front of you, blocking your path. "You can't leave me, [Name]-chin. You're my everything. Without you, I have nothing," he says, his voice pleading.
You feel a twinge of guilt as you see the desperation in his eyes. But you know that you can't stay in this relationship any longer. You take a deep breath and push past him, running down the stairs and out into the night. You don't look back, but you can hear Mikey's anguished cry echoing through the empty building.

Hope ya like your thirsts extra juicy then~! I make these extra long. ^^
Muzan's a very busy king, very busy and very much worshiped, however, that means nothing to him. Nothing until it comes in regards to you; his beloved lotus blossom.
To him, your praise was like a sweet wine, coating his tongue and clouding his senses. He'd do near anything to hear it, though his craving for your honeyed words of adoration rivaled his pride, and his need for control, which is where you built a sweetened arsenal that was made purely to drive him mad. Your touch better than the softest silk the gods themselves could ever weave, he simpers and nearly begs for it, again, if not for his pride, the flames of his arrogance licking at his unearthly heart and soul. You always managed to cool such burning however, replacing it with raw hunger.
Hair pulling, flogs, whips, chains, all of it came in handy in making this man break and submit to your ironclad will in the bedroom. You may have been his doting, quiet darling in the eyes of the others, you were truly a beast to be fought in the intimacy that clawed at you and Muzan in private.
Muzan's a man that needs to be forced to behave, much more than others as he knows his power, and while he may hold back, so do you, it was your sheer brutality that caught his eye and made him wish to pluck you from the streets of the dingier areas of Tokyo to present you as you are now, his exotic beauty with a warmth and chill that coated and penetrated all around you. You were like him. So much so that you often resorted to using impact play to make him submit.
Yanking him by his silky locks so that he was forced to look at his ever growing debauched self in the eyes of the full length mirror while you brought the black flogger in your hand down roughly on his pale skin of his ass, a yelp and growl following each time.
"Eyes on the mirror, bunny." You chided in that sickly sweet tone you saved just for moments like these. It drove him insane with want, with carnal need how you toyed and teased with him so, the slick of his pre slathering on your thigh as you continued to strike him as he say draped on his stomach across your lap, palms pressed to the floor.
"Insolent wench, do you-HAH!" Muzan couldn't even finish what he was snarling before the delicious sting returned, the feeling of the flog colliding so roughly with his flesh making his dick twitch alongside the burning of his scalp.
"What was that, my little bunny?" You hissed, your grip tightening in his ebony locks further.
The way you growled at him was so delectable.
His head was growing fuzzy as he nearly scrambled for a response, any pride he held slowly withering away as he felt his resolve breaking like all those times before.
"Answer me."
He couldn't, only a strangled whine left him. He felt your thighs relax below his abdomen, the demon lord anticipated what happened next, his foggy mind just needing that one push to throw him over into subspace.
"Aw, have I already turned your pretty head to nothing, my little slut?"
"Uh...uh huh..." Muzan groaned out, hating and loving the sensation and feel of being degraded, the sound of your amused giggle as you noticed his cock twitching at your words, your fingers dancing and tracing featherlight patterns across his skin. You only fanned the flames that rose ever higher in the pit of his stomach. It was maddening, truly sadistic. "How cute. Are you going to behave for me now?" Your voce was like velvet when Muzan feel into these states, the man only able to nod dumbly with a groan as your fingers fondled the reddened skin of his ass, which he always refused to heal during your sessions together as a wedded couple, he'd never admit such a thing, but the sensations he garnered from such rough treatment always felt so divine. "Good boy." A moan left his throat, the warmth of your words settling in his core as you moved him to lay on the bed on his back, peppering your plush lips all over his body. This felt like the true worship Muzan craved from none other than yourself; he truly felt as if the sun were blessing him with its warmth under your delicate yet firm hands, something so delicious he couldn't help but keen for more. "Oh, such a needy bunny now that you're all softened up." You teased, looking down at your lover through your lashes as you reached for a new toy. "Don't worry, I'll take good care of you, just like always." "Y-yes...yes, please..." Muzan groaned, such pleads only ever being graced to you, only you. You always felt honored hearing such things come from your beloved; a man you knew could snap you like a twig and yet melted like heated chocolate under your touch. You'd never tell him, but you remembered each pussy/cock drunk admission he moaned to you in bed; how much he felt like a god under your touch as you rode him, how adored and fulfilled he felt when you thrusted into him with your strap, how he never wanted you to go away and live beside him for eternity as you broke his mind time and time again. You felt flattered. The night carried on as normal, you taking your lover as you wished as he cried until his throat felt raw, pampering him in all the praise he so desired and leaving him drooling and crying out for you, his goddess, his beloved his precious lotus blossom, with your petal soft lips and honeyed words driving him further into madness.
