"Het hoofd zoekt en het hart vindt" Op de tweede dag van dit jaar gingen we eens een kijkje nemen in het Kolisbos, een bosgebied in Sint-Huibrechts-Lille. De mooiste plekjes liggen meestal wat dieper in het bos en vaak verstopt zodat je ze moet gaan zoeken. Net op het moment dat we dan zo’n plekje hebben gevonden, komt de zon eventjes piepen om het plekje nóg mooier te maken. Er zijn heel wat verschillende routes. I’m back from Japan!

As sad as I am, I had a wonderful time so I’m thankful. I won’t spam with a bunch of pictures, because that isn’t the focus of this blog, but here’s just a handful of some of my pictures that I just wanted to share with you guys. More pics will be on my travel blog here. And I have vlogs too, here!

Also, what sucks, other than the fact that I’m not there, is that I was just getting into my groove. When I was in Mexico, after about 2 weeks I finally got pretty comfortable and was confident in my speaking and was starting to adjust to the listening speed and all of that. The same happened in Japan; right before I’d left, I would say my confidence and my adjusting to picking up the language had finally started to set in 😭 Unfortunately 2 weeks was all I had though, so I left just as I was getting on a roll. But I’m back and I’m ready to go to work, because I’ll be back Japan, and when I do, my Japanese will be even better 😘
