Explained : Strong Saturn & Weak Saturn
Tumblr media
Saturn is harsh, but it will bring the best out of you !!
Let me tell you first what Saturn is?
Saturn is known for Quality.
Saturn is consistency.
Saturn is Maturity.
Saturn takes a long time before taking a decision.
Saturn has the ability to Command.
Saturn represents Longevity.
Saturn represents Service to Others.
Saturn represents Old age people.
Saturn represents servants and underprivileged people.
Saturn is unlucky or doesn’t favour those people who
Takes shortcuts.
Doesn’t deliver quality or are not consistent in their work.
Give controlling vibes to others.
Doesn’t respect old people and servants.
If you are not any one of these, it means that your Saturn is strong.
When Saturn is strong, a person doesn’t get short term success. That person is bound for success. It will be permanent and for long term.
To conclude, I will say that if Saturn is strong in someone’s birth chart, then that person nature is such that his/her passion is to face these difficulties bravely. They will not hide from it, rather they come out polished/refined from these difficulties. That’s why with these people, success is long term because qualities of winner are imbibed in them permanently due to hardships.
However, if your Saturn is weak, then as you mentioned in your question , these people will definitely face Saturn wrath of unluck/misfortune, hardships and sufferings.
Don’t try to cheat Saturn, it’s always looking at you.

Astrology Testimonials (I)
Hey y'all! I'm doing a new series on my blog where I document my personal testimonials of how I have experienced my particular placements. This way, other people can gain insight on how astrology manifests for the individual and those who share similar placements may compare.
Tumblr media
On being Jyeshta Moon
A big theme with Jyeshta is authority and power. Jyeshta often rises to some position of authority over the course of their lives (Naomi Campbell, Donald Trump) and if they don't this theme of power/authority will present itself somehow.
For me, I have always witnessed power being abused! Whether it was in my own home or in work environments, this has repeatedly come up in my life. My father controlled the emotional climate in my home but was cold and emotionally absent. He misused his authority as a parent to control and constrict his home and failed to fulfill the duties of his role (no shade, Dad! Love you!)
When he passed away, I learned about his secrets from my mother and through the events that took place after. Mismanagement of our finances, adultery, and other scandals emerged, which continued this theme in my life. More happenings of my father misusing, abusing his authority. My mother isn't entirely innocent either but I won't shade her here (lol).
I was hungry for money when I came of working age and came in and out of a lot of different fast food positions. I would rise to the position of manager quite easily (another Jyeshta theme) and constantly witness my bosses and fellow managers mishandle or abuse their power. (iykyk, ff industry can be very toxic and abusive)
Because my father passed away at 13 and I learned his secrets between that age and 15, I spent much of my teenage years having this deep awareness that power could be misused. I would see it in institutions, in my teachers, at school, among my peers. In the world...hell, everywhere! Also, as a black person, I am no stranger to systemic oppression--another abuse of power. This too has given me a lens to engage these Jyeshta themes.
Such experiences then manifested as a deep mistrust of authority and by extension, my own authority. I have a difficult time believing people in power and at times have an unhealthy amount of skepticism within my mind. I feel at times I have seen too much. It can make me hopeless and almost corrosive inside. Thankfully, my Pisces sidereal placements (Revati) balance out my cold pragmatism.
Tumblr media
All that being said, I am changing. And I am making space for a different framing of power. I am reclaiming my own now as I enter young adulthood (I am 22 years old!). I will always have a bit of a thirst for power. I can't describe it. I just know I'm meant for it. It suits me. And I know that all these insights on how power has been abused has cultivated a deep belief that if power chooses me, I will try to wield it responsibly.
So, I do everything with intention. Everything. I lead with intention. I love with intention. I speak with intention. I pray with intention. I manifest with intention. I do my best to be mindful and aware.
Those who use their power over others do not understand themselves. There is something in their hearts that is wounded and something in their minds that distorts their cognition. Wielding your power to abuse, lie, cheat, manipulate, hide, extort, abandon, indulge, etc. is an indication that healing is necessary. Rehabilitation is necessary. A change is needed--more love, is needed. And if that change is not sought, karma will come. This, I believe.

Chapter 1: "The Foundation of Yogas"
As we embark on our exploration of yogas in astrology, it's essential to grasp the fundamental principles that underpin these celestial combinations. Yogas are intricate configurations formed by the positions of planets in a birth chart, creating unique cosmic signatures. In this foundational chapter, we'll unravel the key elements that contribute to the formation of yogas and understand their significance in shaping destinies.
Astrology, an ancient science, believes that the positions of celestial bodies at the time of birth influence an individual's life journey. Yogas, in essence, are specific combinations that indicate the potential for certain outcomes or characteristics in a person's life. To comprehend this, one must first understand the basic components of a birth chart.
The birth chart, or horoscope, is a snapshot of the sky at the moment of an individual's birth. It consists of twelve houses, each representing different facets of life, and the positions of planets within these houses. Yogas are formed when specific planets occupy particular houses or form angles with each other.
In this chapter, we'll explore the significance of the Ascendant (the sign that was rising on the eastern horizon at the time of birth) and its role in shaping the individual's approach to life. The positions of the Sun and Moon, known as luminaries, will also be examined, as they play pivotal roles in determining one's core identity and emotional makeup.
Additionally, we'll delve into the concept of benefic and malefic planets—those considered favorable and unfavorable, respectively. The interplay between these celestial forces contributes to the formation of yogas that can either enhance or challenge various aspects of life.
To comprehend the foundation of yogas, it's crucial to grasp the concept of planetary dignity and debility. Planets exhibit varying degrees of strength or weakness based on their positions in the zodiac. Understanding this dynamic adds a layer of complexity to the interpretation of yogas, as the strength of planets influences their ability to manifest their effects.
As we navigate through this chapter, readers will gain a solid understanding of the astrological building blocks that lay the groundwork for the yogic tapestry. Whether you're a novice seeking insight into the cosmic influences shaping your life or an experienced astrologer refining your knowledge, "The Foundation of Yogas" sets the stage for a profound journey into the celestial realm.
Chapter 2: "Yogas Affecting Personality Traits"
In the cosmic symphony of astrology, Chapter 2 invites us to explore the enchanting melodies that shape individual personalities. "Yogas Affecting Personality Traits" unveils the intricate dance of celestial bodies, weaving a unique pattern that manifests in the diverse tapestry of human character.
At the heart of this exploration lies the Ascendant, the zodiac sign ascending on the eastern horizon at the time of birth. This pivotal point sets the stage for the individual's persona, influencing their approach to life and interaction with the world. As we journey through this chapter, we'll uncover how specific yogas involving the Ascendant can sculpt distinct personality traits.
Each planet contributes its unique energy to the personality canvas, and their placements in different houses create a kaleidoscope of characteristics. For instance, the Sun symbolizes vitality and self-expression, while the Moon reflects emotional depth and intuitive instincts. Understanding the interplay of these luminaries within the yogic framework provides profound insights into an individual's inherent nature.
The concept of planetary aspects, where planets cast their influence on one another based on their angular relationships, adds another layer to the personality portrait. Favorable aspects can enhance positive traits, fostering creativity, leadership, or intellectual prowess. Conversely, challenging aspects may present hurdles, urging individuals to overcome obstacles and grow through adversity.
This chapter will also shed light on the role of the lunar nodes, Rahu and Ketu, in shaping personality dynamics. Their influence, often associated with karmic patterns, introduces an element of destiny into the intricate dance of yogas. As we explore these nodes, we'll unravel the cosmic threads connecting past experiences with present character traits.
Furthermore, the houses occupied by specific planets hold valuable clues to the nuances of personality. From the assertiveness of Mars in the first house to the communicative flair of Mercury in the third, we'll navigate the celestial map to decipher the language of yogas influencing individual temperaments.

This chapter serves as a celestial guide, unraveling the cosmic secrets that facilitate personal growth, evolution, and the unfolding of one's true potential.
The eighth house, traditionally associated with transformations and rebirth, takes center stage in this chapter. As we traverse the metaphysical landscapes of this house, we unravel the yogas that signify the potential for profound metamorphosis, inner renewal, and a transformative journey. Planets such as Pluto and Saturn, heralds of change and maturity, play pivotal roles in shaping the transformative narrative.
Our exploration extends to the concept of Kundalini Yoga, symbolizing the awakening of the spiritual energy within. By deciphering the planetary alignments contributing to Kundalini Yoga, readers gain insights into the potential for heightened awareness, spiritual awakening, and the transformative power that resides within.
Moreover, the interplay between the fourth house and the moon reveals the cosmic keys to emotional healing and the nurturing of a secure inner foundation. The significance of embracing change and adapting to the ebb and flow of cosmic energies becomes paramount in this chapter. Yogas involving specific planetary transitions and celestial events offer insights into the cyclical nature of transformation, encouraging readers to embrace the evolving dance with the cosmos.
As we delve into the celestial aspects affecting personal growth, the role of Chiron—often known as the "wounded healer"—takes prominence. Yogas involving Chiron offer insights into the healing potential within wounds, the transformative power of challenges, and the journey toward wholeness.

This journey, spanning eight chapters, has been a celestial roadmap—a guide to understanding the nuanced dance of planets and their profound impact on our lives.
From the foundational principles in "The Foundation of Yogas," where we deciphered the astrological building blocks, to the transformative realms of "Yogas for Transformation," where we explored the potential for profound metamorphosis, each chapter has been a gateway into a different facet of our celestial design.

Jyestha nakshatra
Credit @moonastrogirl
This post is in honour of jyestha season and for all Jyestha natives ☂️
Jyestha natives are often misunderstood, also they trigger people easily but do they care ? Not even a single bit. Because at the end of the day this world is cold and it’s a constant battle and it’s everyone for themselves first.
We live in an animalistic world and the spiritual world is even worse. Spirit of people are also hungry. We need to defend ourselves against intruders physically and spiritually who want to feed off our energy or our ressources and that’s what jyestha natives do best. The umbrella, their symbol, protect them from physical and spiritual attacks and intruders. Plus the talisman which gives them this spiritual barrier for their power.
Jyestha is the nakshatra of those who have immense power and a huge spiritual presence. And with great power comes great responsibility. It’s so cliché yet it’s so true for jyestha.
That’s why this nakshatra gives better results once the native is grown and quit being childish. Young jyestha natives just play with their power and think they can get away with everything which they absolutely don’t. What they don’t know is karma remembers and karma will be served one way or another and sometimes in the most ridiculous way. It’s a must for them to respect the laws of karma.
Jyestha is the nakshatra where everything coming into the mind can materialise into the physical world. Natives thus have great manifestation abilities. Whether they realise it or not. They do. Every little thing they think or say they will receive it one way or another. It’s like they have a direct communication line with the universe. The power of their words and thoughts is unbelievable. So it’s best if they are careful about what they say or think especially about themselves and the people they love. This quote says it all.
« I got the power of life and death coming out my tongue »- Nicki Minaj (Jyestha sun being her soul planet, atmakaraka)
This power and this presence intimidate people with or without jyestha natives saying a thing. People just don’t know what to do with it sometimes. Jyestha must learn how to let their spirit speak and fight for them. They don’t need to react all the time. The universe is always working in their favour. Especially jyestha moons. Natives just need to say the least to make the best impact around them. Plus manifest, manifest and manifest again for their highest good.
May jyestha’s umbrella covers all my jyestha natives out there who need protection ☂️
If this post resonates with you, like, comment or reblog it, it will show me what I do is useful to you and thank you for reading me 💜

Having Ketu 8H is kind of annoying when it comes to religion, occult, and spirituality.
Just from my observation, I’m very analytical and study others relationships with almost everything. For others, it seems so clear about their dive into it and understanding. The way they can make their connections and stand in their journey within is so beautiful. It seems like they know the energy is there (for certain) and they just enjoy the journey of being in it. Something I somewhat long for.
Having Ketu 8H, for me, symbolizes the end of searching because it’s already been within you since before the beginning. You don’t have to do much but tap in, speak, and believe. Yet, somehow it doesn’t seem that way because we start our lives anew, not completely aware of the gifts bestowed upon us from our past lives. So since the experience is already familiar, when we come into this new life it seems we need to apply strenuous effort to make the same connections as others. It seems like the feeling should be shocking and out of this world. However, the less effort, the more casual, the better.
[to me] Focus on the consistency of the practice rather than the intensity. Let it be as routine as waking up and showering. [If you struggle with hygiene due to mental problems, let it be as routine as daily contemplation.]
You have all you need inside. However I will say, if you choose not to believe in this lifetime with Ketu 8H, there will be struggle. Believe in something.
Context: Ketu in Shravana - Capricorn 8H
Extra: If you have Shravana, don’t forget that it is the nakshatra of the ear. Listen. Sit in stillness and take note of what revelations or conclusions are made. Seek and you shall find.

Jupiter in First House
Jupiter in First House
Jupiter in first house makes you matured & blesses you with healing powers. It makes you sincere towards your work, compassionate and bestows respect and fame upon you. If Jupiter forms Hamsa Yoga, it will bless you with prosperity, success, recognition, luck, wealth, strength, etc.
Usual effects of Jupiter in 1st House
This placement of Jupiter makes you kind-hearted, devoted and inclined towards spiritualism. It also brings your fortune to the fore. It impacts your personality in a positive manner and develops in you a profound attraction towards being righteous, kind and devoted towards your motive in life.
Jupiter has the intrinsic quality to expand the aspects related to the house where it resides. Hence, when in the first house, it blesses you with excellent fortune and your luck will always support you when you need it the most. It also makes you courageous and brings ample opportunities for you whereby you can forge ahead with your actions without worrying much about the outcome. Results will be in your favour, which builds your self-confidence.
Jupiter in 1st house activates your emotions and gives you a subtle attitude; gets you inclined and attached to your work or your relations with great levels of energy and compassion. Your compassionate attitude fetches you respect and popularity in society; people praise you for you good deeds and selfless behaviour.
Jupiter here blesses you with an upright and honest personality, doing things in the right manner and staying away from ill deeds and actions is your way of life. You value trust, faith, and morality the most in your life and this is displayed in your activities as well. Adhering to principals in life gives you inner strength to do good for self and others.
You will be very confident and energetic to pursue your goals with ease and achieve positive outcomes. Jupiter in the 1st house also gives you a charming and attractive appearance, which will draw people towards you. Your charming personality makes you stand out in a crowd and people admire you for the same.
Positive Jupiter
A positive Jupiter in 1st house gives you profound mental strength, self-confidence, upright attitude, spiritual inclinations, and a charming personality. You will be kind-hearted and compassionate towards others. The Zodiac sign, exact degree, conjunction and influences of other planets on your Jupiter determine a positive polarity of Jupiter.
Negative Jupiter
A negative Jupiter may make you indulge in activities that may unintentionally hurt others. It may also make you exaggerate your actions or help others unnecessarily, that may draw you a bad name. Overall, the Zodiac sign, exact degree, conjunction and influences of other planets on your Jupiter determine a negative polarity of Jupiter.
Some notable sign placements for Jupiter in 1st House
Cancer-Jupiter: Jupiter in Cancer is in exaltation; this is a powerful position that blesses you with the ability to monitor your actions and relationships. It amplifies your empathetic nature and blesses you with wisdom, knowledge and success in life.
Sagittarius-Jupiter: Jupiter in own sign, Sagittarius, blesses you with knowledge, understanding and principles. It makes you have your own ideologies, self-confident and curious about everything in life. This position makes you fortunate and blesses you with sudden positive opportunities in life.
Capricorn-Jupiter: Jupiter in Capricorn makes you focussed, disciplined and gives you a practical approach. Luck will be on your side if you follow the right path. There may be delays and obstacles; but you will have the ability to overcome them.
Pisces-Jupiter: This, again, is a powerful position but makes your agenda and aggression covert, rather than overt. It brings you progress; but your inflexible nature does cause issues in image building.
Retrograde Jupiter in 1st House
Retrogression of Jupiter in the first house will make you intelligent, inclined towards gaining knowledge, enhances your spirituality, and makes you kind-hearted.
Combust Jupiter in 1st House
Combustion of Jupiter may bring lack of fortune, good results may be held back and there may be restrictions in acquiring knowledge.
Common Yoga positions possible with Jupiter in 1st House
Hamsa Yoga: Jupiter in the 1st house has the ability to cause a Maha Purusha (Great Human Being) Yoga, elevating you to great heights. This yoga makes you very charitable, spiritual and empathetic towards others.
Gaj Kesari Yoga: If Moon conjoins Jupiter in the 1st house, without any malefic influence on Jupiter and Moon, Gaj Kesari Yoga is formed. This is a very powerful yoga and makes you intelligent, wise, prosperous and wealthy; and blesses you with all comforts in life.

hi! could you please explain why you use the galactic center - mula ayanamsha? i’m accustomed to true chitra but i don’t have a good reason for it and am always curious about which ayanamsha yields the most accurate results.
The Vedic Ayanamsa I use For Most Accurate Calculations
I made a post about it not so long ago...or was it on my twitter? Guess a more lengthy explanation is needed.
The short answer to your question is research. I studied hundreds of charts and analysed facial shapes of people I know personally and celebrities, including my own face (and I always struggled to relate to my own Moon Nakshatra before it changed).
Fun fact is, other researchers are often correct when it comes to the tropes of Nakshatras they observe, because not everyone's Nakshatras change under this system. For example, Claire Nakti's research pertaining to Shravana's mediumistic, intuitive abilities is on point. What she doesn't know is that Teal Swan, one of the most popular spiritual teachers of our time known for her extrasensory abilities, is a Shravana Moon. Only Mula Galactic center Ayanamsa reveals that, as traditional Lahiri puts her Moon in Uttara Ashadha.
Then there is the subtle difference between Nakshatra stages. You can see what the Moon in different Nakshatras is seeking, and the subtlety in between planetary stages always has a defining detail. I used several examples in my posts, highlighting differences between Moon and Mars or Ketu and Venus.
As for the calculations I use, here is the screen from my Astrology Software which is Kala. Tropical sayana for signs, Mula Galactic Center for Nakshatras. This way you account for the totality of Earth's motion in space over time, since the Vedic system was in place thousands of years ago.

Astrological Alchemy: The Planetary Puzzle of Superhuman Intelligence
The Answer is Ketu which is the most intelligent planet among all according as my studies.
Tumblr media
Well, Shakuntala Devi was an Indian mental calculator and writer, popularly known as the "Human Computer". Her talent earned her a place in the 1982 edition of The Guinness Book of World Records. In her birth chart, Ketu is sitting with Mercury, Sun and Mars.
Tumblr media
What is Ketu basically?
Ketu is past life.
Ketu is boredom.
Ketu is detachment.
Ketu is experience.
Ketu represents nothingness.
Ketu represents psychology.
Ketu can feel things without watching anything.
This means that when you have experienced the knowledge of any skill fully in your past life, you can do wonders in this life with the help of that knowledge.
Because nobody knows better than you in that field than you know it.Ketu also never runs behind anything that's why things come to a person easily with Ketu conjunctions or aspects.
How can we see what skills we have already experienced in our past life-
If Ketu sits or aspects Moon-These people have gone through lot of mental torture in past life. Now in present life, these people have learned to make their mind(Moon) stronger than anyone else.
If Ketu sits with or aspects Sun- In their previous life ,these people were trapped in such situations that they were not allowed to take a single decision regarding their life or other person's life. Due to taking away all their powers of authority in previous life, now in present life, these people finally realized to surrender to the superpower(universe) and understood the fact that no 🍃 leaf can move without the permission of Superpower(Universe). This let them win over their ego(Sun) and surrender to the God(universe).
If Ketu sits or aspect Mercury: In their previous life, these people used to memeorise knowledge in rote methodology and they connect with other peope with the help of physical technology (phone, computer , Other method of communication etc). In their present life, these people can connect to this dimension or other dimension by meditation or dreams, etc. Their understanding skills(Mercury) are more powerful than their rote memorization skills.
If Ketu sits with or aspect Venus-In their previous life, these people have conquered the beauty of this universe in form of making sexual relations and buying luxury things . Due to repercussions faced by hurting femine energy , now in their present life, they have realized the importance of living and embracing the beauty(Venus) rather than conquering it.
If Ketu sits with or aspect Mars- In their previous life, these people are extremly courageous and non-violent in nature. They have used enough of their physical powers on others and because of that they have to face the horrible troubles of violence. In the present life, these people have realized the power of courage with non-violence(Mars).
If Ketu sits with or aspect Jupiter- In their previous life, these people have done enough of rituals to praise their dieties that now realized the importance of simple devotion towards their God. In this life, these people live in devotion with the universe. They are spiritual and have won over true wisdom(Jupiter).
If Ketu sits with or aspect Saturn- In their previous life, these people went through tremendous amount of depression due to over controlling nature of others on them. In their present life, they have realized the importance of liberty and freedom of an individual. They make someone feel free to live. They have won over their controlling(Saturn) nature towards others. They have learned to control their expectations from others.
Note- When Ketu conjunct or aspect any planet, it shows that either these people have suffered in past life related to that planet or will suffer in first half of this life just to make them realize the true nature of the planet.
