We are excited to introduce yoga instructor and ride leader for the Yoga and Biking sessions, Lupa Family to Uptown & Boogie! S. Lupe has an M.Ed from College of Santa Fe-New Mexico and her BFAA from Boston University, with her major in movement. She has practiced yoga for 29 years and Integral Yoga Style for 20 years. She teaches the health education parts of yoga as well as the stretches (postures) and breathing techniques. She has studied dance since the age of three, including ballet, modern, jazz, experimental movement/theater, and creative dance. She was a resident at Crystal Dove for crystals and yoga training, in New Mexico.
