Ahhhh... >:D I'm actually not quite sure what qualifies as unpopular because I'm constantly disseminating todolf propaganda and a lot of people I talk about it with are generally todolf-positive (😂).

For the canon: Todolf is absolutely necessary for the story and diminishing the queerness of it in productions is diminishing the horror of it, which in general makes for a less solid story. Ahdkd disclaimer I am certified gay I am not saying this in a homophobic way. But the unnatural messed up closeness and occasional tenderness of that relationship - even if there's also violence - is what makes it so important. Because Todolf exists in the show to drive home that, through her inaction, Elisabeth doomed Rudolf to the same hell she's been going through. It's not that she had malicious intentions with that, far from it, it really is a tragedy of circumstance - I don't think she should be blamed for his death or anything like that. But yeah 😌

For fanon/fandom/fic: More people need to write their Todolves based on/drawing inspiration from Fritz's performance as Rudolf ahkdksld he's so good. I know everyone (= me) loves Lukas for being a pretty pretty prince and Oli for being a **** but Fritz's Rudolf permanently made something go wrong in my brain and it's amazing. This isn't a super serious request or anything ajdkdl, everyone should write the Rudolves they like the most, but he's just so underutilized.

He, along with Dum Dum from Cyberpunk 2077 and some others, is one of those characters I DESPERATELY wish I could just. Fully steal for my own projects 😭😭

But along with that. Honestly Mad Max??? Of course... that would mean no magic... no necromancy... but I think there could be some way to make it work.

I have my silly little characters with me all the time, girl, I'm kinda worried about my sanity at this point 😂 so yeah, I daydream a lot

5. How many wips do you have? What fandoms/pairings are they for?

I have 23 wips💀💀 most are for Tyril x Jude, a few for nightbound, 3 for Lucifer, I still have one for Loki (path of the Valkyrie), blades, and a few I'd rather not say cause I'll never post it here anyway but I had to get them out of my head😂

6. What’s the last line you wrote?

Tbh I feel really insecure about the entire process, but if I had to choose then I'd say... World building? I think I did a good job with Crystaval, hopefully you'll get to see that too one day lol

42. What’s their relationship like with each other’s friends/families?

they have pretty similar friend groups, but ofc they have a few outside of it too. bryce mainly had his group of friends back in hawaii, as well as some college friends, and jensen has aliyah. theyve done a few more visits to hawaii since ines' wedding over the years and jensens met them a few times!! he gets along really well with them, and very quickly meshed with the group :) as for bryce he and aliyah get along well. they love bullying jensen together, but they also start a slow and casual friendship after her many visits and hour-long video chats with jensen

as for family, they're not really in either of their lives beside keiki. jensen and her get along great, and she really looks up to him. she appreciates his more objective look at things and how he encourages her to advocate for herself when she needs it. for their opinions on the rest of the family stuff, jensen encourages bryce to talk to his mom if that's something he wants to do, but never pushes him further than he's willing to go. as for jensens mom, bryce doesn't really enjoy her all that much. he can be nice about it ofc, but some of the calls she's made over the years that impact jensen don't sit right with him, and especially bc jensen doesn't see the problem in a lot of them (this is really the only recurring argument/disagreement they have actually)

43. If they picked out outfits for each other, what would they look like?

okay jensen would have The Most fun with this. he would put bryce pretty much in full grunge/punk, definitely using a lot of the elements he used to use in his performing outfits. hed get him the platforms and fishnets under ripped jeans, probs a crop top with a dark flannel over it, too. bryce would also let him to a little bit of eyeliner at jensens begging insistence

as for bryce, i think he'd pretty much go the opposite direction w it. he'd def do some bright colors and patterns (which is Not jensens vibe at all). im thinking more preppy and beachy type vibes, probably an open button up and im very specifically thinking of a vertical stripped blue and white pair of shorts?? idk man that's just the vibes. also if he really had Every option open he would 100% make jensen wear a pair of crocs just bc he can

107. your favourite book in a different language

👀 I will take this to mean "different than English", and I'll also assume translations don't count - most of the books I've read in my life have actually been translations into Finnish.

It's so hard to pick just one!! Back when I read it I really liked Kudottujen kujien kaupunki [UK release: The City of Woven Streets, US release: The Weaver] by Emmi Itäranta (fantasy book that deals with dreams quite a bit; I also got it signed by her hehe and had some really vivid and interesting dreams the night after, which was funny), for the mystical worldbuilding as well as the writing :D But there are many other great Finnish books as well (I really need to get back into reading new Finnish literature because I feel embarrassed when I read the culture pages of HS and don't know what's going on)

121. a book that makes you nostalgic

All of them :D

Something recent-ish that makes me feel that way is actually a weird one (also it's in Finnish and hasn't been translated rip), it's Abiturientti by Harri Sirola.

It was published in 1980 when the author was just out of high school himself, and I remember really relating to parts of it (the main character, headed for med school but feeling quite unable to cope with the pressures of the stifling atmosphere of his upper middle class Helsinki private school and family, fucks around and finds out - in 2020 I was getting really fed up with the pandemic and the Finnish "double burden" of the uni entrance exam PLUS matriculation exam system) and finding the descriptions of the time period and setting interesting. (There was a big scandal when the book came out because it's partly set in a real school that the author attended.)

The title of the book is what high school "seniors" are called in Finland, and I read it around the time I was about to graduate from high school - I think if I were to reread it, it would def feel nostalgic already 😁

I think there's something that needs to be said about encouraging readers to leave feedback.

For me it's not about "tell me my writing is amazing and stroke my ego"

It's more about "please engage with me so that I can experience your joy secondhand and foster a connection with you"

I understand that not everyone wants this in their reading experience, some people are shy and a million other reasons why maybe someone wouldn't want to engage and that's perfectly fine!

But what I'm trying to steer away from is being a passive content creator with passive consumers. What I want to steer toward is fostering a community that is essential to fandom. I want to see your reactions because it makes me feel like I'm a part of something.

On encouraging reblogs —

I understand that not everyone is comfortable reblogging, especially explicit content. This is ok!

But just consider that the only reason you were able to enjoy a fic or fanart is because someone else shared it, and by not sharing it yourself you are potentially robbing someone else of the opportunity to enjoy it as much as you did.

As OPs our reach only goes so far and this website relies on reblogs in order for anything to truly get seen by a wider audience.

So that's really it! That's why I encourage these two things at the end of every story I post. Not because I'm trying to be demanding and "make people feel bad" if they don't do it.

I know most other social media sites encourage mindless content consumption and that's just the way of the world nowadays, but I am from a time when community was at the heart of fandom and I just don't want to lose that.
