@labuenaventura_studio 2022 Naming, Identity. Teclo is a textile firm that makes its garments with a fabric that regulates body temperature. At a conceptual level we put the starting point in the temperature, we look for the reflection between the O and the degree symbol. We provide the brand with the ability to change to adapt to different scenarios. As the temperature rises or falls, changes and activates our fabric, the brand also has that capacity for expression on a visual level. The chromatic range is born from infrared thermography, a technique that allows temperatures to be measured at a distance and without the need for physical contact, making the invisible visible to the eye. ✎_ ⓪①⑨ ∕ ⓪②① 𝗗𝗿𝗼𝗽𝘀𝘆 Typeface Used - La Mona pro - 二〇二二年十月十七日這一年和媽媽為了替爸爸祈福，跑過北部和南部家鄉的各大廟宇，媽媽抽過一支籤內容是唐三藏取經，寓意為關關難過，關關過。確實，爸爸從術後到現在，常常是一個問題接著一個，譫妄症在服用藥物後獲得了控制後，接著另一個問題是反覆發生的水腫，常常眼見最近復健狀況有點進步時，水腫就來襲，讓爸爸沒力氣走路，籤詩可不可以不要太準。 - ［陪病日記］將過去一年陪病的心路歷程視覺化成一系列的海報。 - 17th.Oct.2022 This year, Mom and I have been to many popular temples to pray for Dad’s health.

Once we had a draw for a lot to predict Dad’s health condition. The lot was about the story of Tripitaka’s journey in search of the Buddhist scriptures indicating a process full of hardship that could be ultimately overcome.

In fact, many difficulties happened to Dad after the surgery. When the Delirium was under control, then it was Edema coming after to haunt him. Once his body got dropsy, he became strengthless to walk, and his physical rehab had to stop. I did not really hope the lot we drew to be perfectly proven. - [тнᴇ Ꭶ𝒾ϾƘ Ḏ𝕀ᗋ℞Ⴘ] is a series of poster design inspired by my father’s illness. - - -

Gazet was created after Thomas John found some old metal letters of a typeface entitled »Zeitungs-Grotesk« by the Bauer foundry from 1906. He was immediately fascinated by its art nouveau influences such as the uppercase »A«, diagonal endings, dense construction and interconnection.

The Angled and Straight subfamilies create a clash between the old and new. Art nouveau meets modernism, sharp meets straight.
