Man I said it before I think but I rlly can't let go of how Maleficia must have felt when Malleus' egg began to reject her magic. Like the sheer desperation of trying and pouring all you can into the only part of your daughter you have left, just to watch it progressively become weaker and weaker. Of using every asset, reaching out to every resource, and no one being able to give you an answer. Like that little egg was literally all she had left of so many people that she loved and she was actively watching it die in the cradle tower as she, one of the most powerful mages in the world, couldn't help it.

Twst - We will not show the parents of students or their families from memories in overblots. Let it remain just a concept or a silhouette.
This man - Good evening~
Yuu is in the back rows with a megaphone in his hands
-YOU'RE A LIAR!!!
Twst - Have you forgotten which game you are playing? About villains. Why are you so naive.

Punk black and pink haired immortal finds and raises a silver haired child in the ruins of a human civilization only to lose their powers and leave the child behind
I’m sure I’m not the first time make the connection between Zutomayo’s Darken and Lilia’s character arc but damn.

I have several theories for Chapter 5 of Book 7 cooking, but this one really startled me 🤔 Spoilers for the new update ahead!!
When Silver falls into despair and starts battling blot monsters, ALL of the monsters take the form of a hooded figure. One that looks ALARMINGLY like the Phantom Blot. The Phantom Blot is considered the top enemy of Mickey Mouse and is probably one of the most powerful villains, as he’s been able to kidnap even MALEFICENT.
But what really got me was the broken bottle next to the Phantom Blot. EVERY SINGLE PHANTOM WE’VE EVER SEEN has a jar of ink/blot replacing their heads. Even the minor ones we see in STYX. But the Phantom Blot? He’s free. He has a face and eyes underneath the jar, but how did he free himself form the jar, when I assumed it was just a natural part of a phantom’s “anatomy?”
But look at the shape of the jar. A rectangular glass jar.
In the opening movie, there’s a split-second shot of a RECTANGULAR JAR spilling nk.
And since all the enemies were of the Phantom Blot, it seems that he is the big threat in this dream world- not Malleus. Because the deeper you fall into despair, the closer he is.
And isn’t it interesting that the first sighting of the Phantom blot is in the dream world? When Mickey Mouse can only access the mirror room when he’s asleep? If mirrors and dreams somehow get connected, it’s possible that this Phantom Blot can begin seeping into the real world- and is taking advantage of the sheer power of Malleus’ Overblot magic.
Curiouser and curiouser…
Edit: The noise the Phantom Blot makes sounds A LOT like the growl that Monster Grim makes in the prologue, AND like the monster that killed Ortho??? WTF

Realizing that Meleanor's crown is made of mystium, the metal that's likely been mined to non-existence in Briar Valley, is a bit sad when you consider that Malleus will likely never be able to have his own original. This means (if her body was recovered) that crown is essentially one of the few tangible possessions Malleus could inherit from his mother.

Well… now that we have learned that an egg cannot hatch without love and Malleus cannot marry for convenience, because he must really love his partner, and the partner must love him, I am looking forward to angst fanfics where Malleus is unrequited in love. No happy ending. Only tears.
