When you go to unlock Reaper as a Lalafell in pastel-y blues with a whimsical cat staff from the Yokai event, it's actually really funny. I come up to your knee caps and get told I have the killer instinct look about me.

ANYWAY I'm sorry that my alpha/omega post on main made me realize there's much worse things I've personally said. Like that one time I just said "oh do you know what vore is" to a manager at work and received the most visceral whiplash I have ever gotten from a guy. And then there was this third guy who was talking to the manager and had no idea what it meant and thankfully I don't think he cared enough to remember the word after the manager and I very openly expressed our disappointment in each other for knowing it.

We genuinely had a moment of the pointing Spiderman meme after I asked it because he was so appalled that I knew the word while /I/ felt vindicated since HE KNEW IT TOO???? then we just resigned our disappointment to being more chill.

#oops i fell in love #to be fair to me the manager learned that i used to have an mmo character named salmon king #and would jokingly go ITS THE SALMON KING when he saw me #and the story was basically i changed accounts to a character named tuna king #and in a dungeon one time with a guy i knew from hs in a skype call #one of the two random people in the dungeon started off saying he wanted to eat me #so i very casually typed #im not into vore. thanks for the offer but ill have to pass #and got yelled at on skype for being Like That so like #its fitting to also get yelled out BEFORE i even tell the story because it really is just not something you should say #but the moral of the story is i made the other player go omfg and got both player commendations in the end #so i really did just win with that reply even if my manager did groan into his hand #after i told him the story and was like no no why are you like this dont be like this #and thats a victory on its own

Okay, I actually love the humour in King the Land. The male lead gives the female lead tuna as a gift - but, because it's a Take That!, it's a tuna head. She drops the box she's carrying it in on the bus and it skids across the floor, freaking everyone out. When she gets it home, she and her friend are trying desperately to cut it up so they can eat the flesh, but they can't do it because the eyes keep staring at them. Then the other friend gets home, freaks out at the main character holding a knife, and then goes into ecstasies on seeing the tuna head, complete with eager finger twitches. All with the perfect acting, editing and accompanying music. This show is an absolute joy.

Argos is so. so baby. Last night, he got the zoomies but accidentally ran into his crate just a bit, and started *crying* and limping, but in an unsure way? Like he wasn't sure what was hurt? And came over to me, rolled himself into my arms, head first, oriented himself so his face was laying on my arm and proceeded to demand attention and pets for 20 minutes while I cooed over him like he was a hurt child for the first few moments. "Oh baby did you hurt yourself? Where are you hurting" [insert my fiance adding Nanalan style adlibs in place of Argos responses] he just sort of snuggled, tongue out, before grabbing a treat and laying near me for the rest of the night. He was fine. But if I turned away from him to play games, there was a very long face in the way of my palbase. His breeder warned me that he has like, negative pain tolerance. He was spooked more than anything.

in honor of dracula daily i am seasoning my chicken with paprika 

#I thought about making chicken hendl but I have other leftovers to use up #im making chicken a la king but im frying the chicken first anyways #i already eat a fair amount of paprika bc a chunk of my diet is polish food and i went through a phase of being really into goulash over #latkes a few years ago after having it in poland and falling in love with the combo #also i really like paprika in tuna salad that's my tip to add some fun flavor and color to tuna salad.

Or it like a double story building where Zazu and Iago live on the second floor and run their business on the first floor-- with just tiki themeing around the place?

Oooooh, I have to say I didn't plan this flowershop au out terribly far- it was a lot of doodling during lectures, not really plotting anything beyond a few gags- but I like both! Combo flat/business.

I was picturing the main floor looking like the Tiki Room, with a bit of royal Agrabah gardens mixed in for the outdoor portions/plant section. Tacky but charming! Just like the owners ;)
