Imaginary pages from the Owl Cult instruction manual. These pages cover costuming, tools for rituals and the construction of temples. As you can see from the temple in the final picture, the building was eventually decorated with magnified stone recreations of desiccated animals found in owl pellets. The cult believed in silently watching their prey and then swooping in to take them out.

I enjoy the creative swings that “Worst Case Scenario” (S03E25, Stardate 50953.4) takes in revisiting some of the early tensions of Voyager, pitting Maquis against Starfleet. It is a new turn on the "Holodeck gone wrong" trope, but there are some leaps to be made. All in all it is a nice piece of fiction.
I imagine once Voyager eventually makes contact with the Alpha Quadrant and they share all of their holonovels the cover art for Worst Case Scenario would look something like this...

A snapshot of one morning, on a relaxed day with mild weather. Now imagine this when it's crowded or when it's raining or snowing.
Video description: POV from the lap of a wheelchair user. Very shaky. OP is going downhill on a fall day. Lots of trees and fallen leaves around. There are construction trucks to the left in the very beginning. Every now and then, you can see a German Shepherd on the left. Second obstacle shows a food robot crossing the sidewalk to drive in front of OP, but it stops suddenly and OP crashes into it. OP continues down the hill until she reaches another food robot, which is obstacle 3. This robot sits in the middle of the sidewalk while OP navigates around it. Then OP comes to a concrete ramp with iron railings, which is obstacle 3.5. It is very steep. After the ramp, OP goes to cross the street, where a black SUV blows through the crosswalk. Obstacle 4 is a ramp with red brick. OP struggles to move up and pauses at one point before continuing again to obstacle 5, where there is a big concrete building and manual doors. The German Shepherd service dog goes up to push the accessibility button multiple times to no avail. A student comes and opens the door, OP enters through two sets of doors into a hallway. Clip change to obstacle 6, OP is wheeling down a hallway and approaches a white elevator with out of order signs.
End of description.

Preventing and ending armed conflicts.

Peacebuilding between nations and social classes on the basis of social justice is the raison d’être of the International Labour Organization (ILO). The ILO was established in 1919 under the terms of the Treaty of Versailles, which brought the First World War to an end. The establishment of the Organization was based on the conviction that universal and sustainable peace can only be brought about against a background of social justice.
Political treaties and disarmament pacts are essential conditions, but they are not in themselves sufficient to guarantee peace, not only between nations but also between social classes within countries. This is why there is a document underneath the first stone of the main ILO building in Geneva, in which it is written: “Si vis pacem, cole justitiam” - If you want peace, cultivate justice. These important events at the end of the First World War and the establishment of the ILO were also due to the pressure exerted by the trade union movement at its congresses held in 1916, 1917 and 1918, during which workers demanded to be allowed to take part in discussions on the future peace treaty so as to obtain guarantees of minimum working conditions and to establish a permanent body responsible for ensuring that international labour legislation was implemented. As a result of its involvement in support of the construction of global and sustainable peace, the ILO was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 1969. Since that time, targeted initiatives have been put in place with the aim of applying the principles mentioned above as part of the Organization’s technical cooperation. In the United Nations Policy for Post-conflict Employment Creation, Income Generation and Reintegration, approved in 2008, it is stated that “an inclusive national dialogue including all stakeholders (social partners and beyond) will enhance ownership and programme effectiveness, thereby contributing to peacebuilding”.
Social dialogue is a powerful tool for ensuring that post-conflict economic growth and political and institutional reform are equitable and are achieved while fully respecting fundamental rights at work and social protection. Social dialogue can therefore make a contribution to social calming, to education for peace and to negotiation of the main economic and social questions, including ownership rights. ILO undertakes to build the capacities of the social partners so that they are able to play this important role in building sustainable peace and preventing conflicts. This training manual, which is intended for trade union organizations, is an initial contribution by the ILO in this respect.
Prevention and resolution of violent and armed conflicts: training manual for use by trade union organizations

Alright more Demon!Darlings Au because I was thinking about it at the airport and typed this out while I was at the bar. Waiting. For 5 hours... Ghost’s demon’s name, a little bit of their magic, and a lot of me just vibing.
"Die, you there?" Ghost asks aloud, pressing his finger to his mic out of habit.
"Always," your voice hums by his ear, as clear as if you were next to him, you might be, he hasn't really figured out how this works, "what do you need?"
"Need a count on hostiles in the area."
"Parameters?"
"Hundred meter radius," he presses his back to the wall and waits, he's getting used to this. The loss of pressure on his chest when you leave, the warmth of your return.
"Four count 25 meters ahead, another six 50 meters to your right and zero behind," you pause, "nice work on that by the way."
"Thanks," Ghost checks his mag, crouches to grab the spare you offer from his shadow.
"Want me to drop 'em?"
"Negative."
"You never let me have any fun," he can hear you pouting, "what's the point of having a demon if you never let them do anything demonic?"
"Didn't ask you to tag along, you can shove off back to hell any time." Ghost nods, satisfied with his weapons check and lifts his gun to the ready, pushing off the wall to continue his sweep. You're more than happy to keep your thoughts on that little remark to yourself. Plenty of soldiers would love to have a demon, just because he's perpetually woken up on the wrong side of the bed…
"On your left," you whisper, watching Ghost turn and execute the target with brutal efficiency. Aw, you can't stay mad at him. "Stellar work LT, must have a guardian angel."
"Pushing it," he grumps, unloading the life from another two combatants as he moves closer to target.
You get the memo, less talky, more helping him keep his head. You wonder if any other demons have to deal with this or if you just got assigned to a particularly difficult human. Well, you eye his soul, human might be pushing it.
You whisp ahead, stretching out through the shadows to feel out positions and not to kill anyone, a real misuse of your power honestly, before reporting back to Ghost. He touches his mic whenever he talks to you, it's funny. Like you're going to talk over comms and not directly to him. You keep eyes on him, collecting unused ammunition from corpses and handing it up to him from the shadows whenever he reaches for it. It’s easy work if a waste of your talents.
But if this is how he wants to do things, you’re not going to disagree. You can give him shit for it all you want but at the end of the day he’s technically in command. You wonder if other demons have this much trouble with their summoners. You barely managed to tell him your name before he seemed completely uninterested in you. Now you felt like you were just a glorified UAV in his eyes. Hardly a decent prize for a man of his caliber. You’re sure he feels the same way.
Maybe he’s disappointed in you? Maybe he was expecting a different sort of demon, something less specialized? Maybe he wanted a hell hound or one of those idiots from the all brawn no brain division. He’s practically starving you of your purpose.
Your distraction has consequences. A lone man jumping from a shadowing hiding spot to attach Ghost from behind. You feel him as soon as his feet hit the floor, already vibrating on the edge of violent impact. This is what you’re made for.
Ghost is just a moment too slow, the enemy combatant already halfway towards bashing his skull with the butt of their rifle. Thankfully you have no problem with reaction times. Flicking your wrist to direct you magic, and Ghost’s shadow to do the one thing you’re best at. A long needle of inky shadow pierces through their neck straight through the back of their skull. The man chokes and gurgles blood, dropping his gun to claw and grasp at your construct. Ghost has his knife drawn, you imagine it was with the intent to enact a similar violence. He glances down at the blade, your eyes blinking back at him curiously through the reflection on metal.
“What else can you do?” He asks, professional curiosity coloring his tone more than he’d care to admit. You feel your lips curl into a grin. You’d been hoping he’d ask.

I was listening to So Much (For) Stardust and accidentally had too many thoughts in one sitting so we have another AU concept. I don't have a solid name yet so I've just been calling Team Supernova AU.
Long story short:
Ghetsis freezes over Unova's major cities, taking most survivors hostage to join Team Plasma, and leaving several thousands dead from the frost
Emmet, Elesa, and others try fending off the Plasma Frigate in Nimbasa but ultimately lose with injuries (Emmet got frozen on his right side)
Emmet takes as many survivors as he can into the tunnels, later joining other groups to his and forming Team Supernova in resistance to Team Plasma
Ingo went missing about a year prior to all of this, so Emmet has already spent a lot of time alone. The only pokemon he has left is Ingo's Chandelure, as the rest did not survive the invasion. He's generally very cold and shut off emotionally as a result, and doesn't really express himself like he used to.
I'll drop more details later, right now the AU in early concept stages so it's essentially a bundle of "what would this be like" and "what if this happened" and "this could be cool". If I have time I'll drop some of the other uniform designs later. Anyways have a good night, see ya.

i'm sure i am not the only one who is very concerned about the ~4 hours between when the midjourney change was made, and I knew to go opt out of it, so; glaze does not need to be on all your works to be effective. in the same way that one artist glazing all their works will ruin a broad, multi-artist dataset, glazing your works moving forward will ruin any dataset trained on you. if out of 100 comics I've posted, 10 are glazed, a dataset trained on all of my comics will not be able to make anything similar to my style. anyways. go download glaze.

TFW some ppl say that AO3 doesn't have a function to recommend other people's fanfic/works or if YOU want to recommend fic to others like...
You👏Basically👏Just👏Have👏To👏Check👏Any👏AO3 User👏profile👏page?????
Or Basically look at the fic and see if at the right hand corner there if it got recced by other users????👀👀👀
You can even put custom bookmark tags on your bookmarks to refine better as well??? And make sure you check the rec option if you wanna rec it to others?? Also if you worry that people can’t see your bookmarks then DON’T put them as private?
