Monkie Dad C please? At the urging of Ironbull after figuring out what he's expecting Red decides to courtnap the Noodle Boy.

"uh? What Fuck" Red son groaned as he woke up in a brand new location. His...room? Wait,wait, wait! He had been fucking tranquilized and where was noodle boy?!

Red son forced himself out of his bed, stumbling forward until face planting on the floor. His legs were still effected by the tranquillizer. His brain was not and he was pretty pissed.

Where was noodle boy who knows what his parents could be doing with them!

Mk had woken up handcuffed to a bed with Iron fan reading a book in a chair nearby. As easy as it could be for him to break these handcuffs and possibly book it. His back was sore and this mattress was really soft. Also Iron fan could easily catch up to him.

"can I ask a question?" Mk asked in a soft nervous tone as Iron fan turned to him closing her book.

"yes noodle boy?" Iron fan said still very much annoyed by the entire situation. Out of all the unworthy peasants to have her grandchild why Wukong's successor? The only thing that was more aggregating was how cheaply her son's seed had been sold! He was a prince and yet it was incredibly cheap.

"why am I here?" Mk asked nervously as iron fan set her book on the nightstand. She then stood up sending a shiver down Mk's spine.

"well noodle boy" Iron fan said in a low ton as she crossed her arms and started to circle the bed," four months ago my useless baby boy donated his seed to a bank while in a drunk stupor caused by stress. A month after that three people used his donation to try and conceive a child. Only one was successful. Can you guess who that was?"

Mk took a moment to think to iron fan's further annoyance. To be fair she didn't give the name of the bank or anything other background information. He looked at his abdomen where his baby bump had only just started to form being only three months along.

"me?" Mk said in disbelief as the princess rubbed the bridge of her nose.

"yes you. You're expecting my grandchild and caused my son to burn his own father!" Iron fan said as she rolled her eyes. What was he an idiot? No wonder Wukong chose him-

CRASH

The two turned their heads to the sound of the noise. Red son was standing in the doorway and iron fan quickly turned away from him taking off Mk's hand cuffs.

Oh shit was that smoke coming out of his nose? He was still struggling on his feet as he walked forward about to speak.

"don't worry darling he's just fine. Completely healthy for courting" Iron fan said trying to quickly defuse her son's protective instinct.

"courting?!" The two young men said in unison, they looked at Iron fan for a moment before looking at each other. Iron fan set the hand cuffs aside before walking over to Red son.

"well I mean you are bonded to him my dear sweet boy. He's also expecting your child." Iron fan revealed as Red son looked at her incredibly confused. She patted his cheek as she explained softly," I looked into it he used your donation darling. Don't worry your father needed help court napping me as well though he'll never admit it."

"...alright mother..." Red son said still baffled beyond belief. He looked at Mk before gently taking his mother's hand. It best for noodle boy and the baby's safety if they were constantly surrounded by able forces that could protect them. If his parents were no longer hunting him it be for the very best.

Red son have to agree to it for now, keep his parents happy and docile. He took a breathe in the out before speaking,"thank you mother. Do you mind if I talk with him alone?"

"of course not darling just be careful for the little one dear" She said as she kissed her son's cheek and left the room after grabbing her book.

"so... we're courting?" Mk asked incredibly confused as Red son sat next to him on the bed,"isn't that a little fast?"

"Noodle boy it's best to got along with it for now. For ou- the baby's safety. If my parents are also looking out for you there will be less demons openly causing you issues" Red son said as he looked at the floor as Mk sat up. Red had a point, he wouldn't have to worry as much. Though he was still processing that his baby was also Red's baby. It was confusing.

"do...do we have to kiss in front of your parents?" MK asked softly blushing a little as he asked.

"well I mean it wouldn't be a requirement but it help. I'm not forcing you though."

That's Right #lackadaisy #WHICH i have been reading since at least '07 when i was thirteen my god b/c this animation is based on the ongoing webcomic #like does its influence show up Directly in some Discrete way i can point to in my art? not very easily probably. So Dan knows that there’s heroes that have gone back in time, he’s aware of that fact. But he doesn’t exactly care and has more important things to worry about. Like the fact that Danny and Ellie are now three years old, right when he’s moving, though maybe that’s a blessing in disguise seeing as the GIW are searching for them in Amity.

But still, he has more important things to worry about than the speedster vibrating five feet away from him. Like making sure Ellie and Danny are alright to visit (ugh) Peepaw Clocky while he goes to work.

Ms. Mercy is not messing around, which he appreciates in a workspace, but he has to wait for another opening in the daycare before he can bring his, as far as everyone else is aware, siblings who he got emergency custody of.

What with how Jazz is interning in Gotham, they figured Metropolis would be safer. Now if the speedster would stop following him, he would really appreciate it. He’s literally just an intern under Ms Mercy as an assistant, not even one of the scientists, and it’s not like his timeline of the end of the world exists anymore!

My NON CANNON Leo meets Clara comic i was talking about yesterday

I should wait to post this, but i'm not. I just spent the last six hours rendering this.(i know it's six hours b/c i listen to the entire first book of hitchhikers guide while doing so, and that's five and a half) and want this posted now.

anyway! Explanation!

this non-cannon version, Donnie died early in the apocalypse timeline. The day he died, Leo immediately went into his lab, hoping he had some sort of 'get out of death free' plan on his computers. he couldn't access it. Instead, Clara, a freshly hatched turtle tot (and Leo's Seer successor) makes herself known.

i might do more for this. I have a bit of an idea of doing a small comic where Clara finds a video message left for her by Donnie, but we shall see. (i have to figure out clara a bit more before i do anythign like that.)

Monkie dad au timeline C. Continuation of the prompt sent by @starsfic )

MK found himself running his fingers through Red son's hair as the demon purred. He never thought this be something he'd ever be able to do outside of his dreams but here he was. As Gentle as the day had been complicated and stressful running his fingers through Red's long lushest hair. The demon's face nuzzled into against his abdomen as they laid on his bed.

Pigsy said Red most likely be delirious for a couple more hours. It was best to let him cuddle for the moment to help the protective instinct die down faster.

Mk was still wrapping his head around the whole thing. Pigsy had realized earlier that Red son's feral behavior was protective instinct. Bonded instinct none the less.

Mk had no idea how they'd become bonded and neither did Pigsy. Though he had a theory it was because the hormones Mk gave off when terrified. Well it was the working theory since Red son was a older demon. Now a days bonded protective instinct wasn't as overwhelming for most demons.

"um... Mei what are you doing?" Mk asked softly as he noticed his bestie had her phone out. He had a feeling it probably wasn't the best thing.

"oh I am tots recording this as blackmail for later! He's just being so cuddly!" Mei said with a playfully evil tone," Mr. Tough guy won't want it getting out he's a big softy"

"Mei don't he can't help it! You heard what Pigsy said!" Mk said with a pout unintentionally getting Red's attention on Mei. She dropped her phone seeing those violent glowing eyes looking at her.

He bared his teeth, growling a bit before Mk went trying to calm him down.

"hey, hey it's okay everything is ok. No need for teeth" Mk said in a panic as he scratched under Red son's chin. It took a lot of reassuring before Red son went back to his loopy cuddling.

Red son woke up dazed and a bit confused on where he was. The first thing he spotted was noodle boy. Fast asleep and curled up around him. How'd he get here? Also noodle boy's apartment was sad. He didn't even have a kitchen!

Red son laid there trying to remember the last thing he did. It was fuzzy, he was running, and noodle boy screamed... Now he was here? He also had injuries. Did he fight someone? Who did he fight? It clearly wasn't noodle boy, he couldn't get himself to attack someone with child. Then who did he fight?

Crap, father and mother would not be happy with him. He was laying here with the enemy...with noodle boy. Sweet tired noodle boy. He rubbed their cheek softly, the noodle boy had caused so much conflict in his brain. He had yet to understand why.

They hadn't known each other long, two months at most but he couldn't get this man out of the back of his mind.

He pulled Mk a little closer until something hit the back of his neck. Back out he was.

To be fair it was a safety precaution for the bull clones.

Another year, another outfit to die in! Happy birthday again Izuna!!!!!!

Like last year, I played with someone else's lines for these charming patterns, thank you so much Lena @elhnrt ! I had a ton of fun :D

My goal for this piece, in addition to playing with patterns and textures and adding some Naruto references, was to add as many death flags as possible.

The idea of having Izuna in a fireman's coat is obviously not from me. I've always like the idea of Uchihas in fire resistant clothes, and the opportunity for a thick texture alongside a reversible double pattern is very appealing. I used the image of the second reference as a base, with skulls on one side and stylized lightning patterns on the other (visible inside the sleeves and collar). Both were common immagery of firemen coats.

The actual skull pattern is taken from the third reference. I'd seen this one before and before even learning anything abt it it was too beautiful to pass up. Those white and navy gradients are absolutely delightful and I enjoyed using my gel pens for them very much.... This particular type of imagery with skulls and bones in a field is called Nozarashi, inspired by Buddhist representation of death and transience.

The lightning pattern itself is a reference to water and lightning dragons :) Like Tobirama's iconic jutsu, it's one of the hints of what's abt to happen to our little guy. The scabbard is also decorated with dragon motifs for the same reason.

The background pattern is taken from the first reference, another fireman's coat with an illustration of Raijin, the thunder god. He is often representated with drums decorated with tomoes. It works nicely as a standard looking sharingan illustration, with a reference to Tobirama's hiraishingiris with the thunder imagery, like the thunder patterns inside the coat.

If you're interested in this I recommend the book linked in the second reference! It is entirely about skeleton motifs in japanese clothing of the early 20th century.
