Loki survives Thanos. Part 1.

Loki wakes up, feeling disoriented, he doesn’t know where he is, and he has a sore throat and a headache, he feels something rough underneath him, he moves his hand touching metal. He finally opens his eyes and sees the bass universe around him; he gets scared, how did he get there? Then he remembers he was with his brother and Thanos had his hands around his neck, shocking him to dead and then nothing, but how did he survive to that? He doesn’t know but he will figure it out; he starts moving, he sits up and touches his head, he knows he is bleeding, so he uses his magic to clean himself up and fixes most of his wounds, mostly the physical ones, he knows he will never forget how dead felt like. He gets up and walks around, he is still in the ship but everybody is dead, Thanos did this, he killed the Asgardians, he is worse than his sister. He looks everywhere but he doesn’t find his brother, Thor is alive he feels his energy, he was here not so long ago, but now where is he? Loki uses his powers to search for his brother; a green light shows up forming a track, from the ship to where Thor is.

He makes a spell that makes him disappear and appear where the light finishes. He hears a scream and feels the arms of his brother hugging him against his chest. “You are alive, I can’t believe it. I miss you so much, brother”. Thor says while Loki rolls his eyes, his brother is always exaggerating. “I’m fine as you can see with your pair of eyes, so, where are we? We have to stop Thanos. I read his thoughts; he is going to finish earth, as much as I hate that disgusting planet, I really like chamomile tea”. Thor laughs freeing his brother; he moves around the table and points out to the guardians of the galaxy: “These guys are my friends, they saved me, Thanos left me bleeding out, almost dead, and suddenly they showed up and took me to their ship, and that’s where we are now”. Loki face palms himself in desperation and yells: “But why are we still here? We have to go to earth and search for the Avengers, Thanos is bad news”.

Star Lord looks up from the captain seat, gets close to the round table and says in a sarcastic way: “And tell me God of Mischief how are we going to get to earth so fast?”. Loki gives him a dangerous glance and then he snaps his fingers making the ship go faster. Everybody hits the back of the ship, less Loki, that controls his gravity with his magic. A few minutes later the group get back to their feet a little dizzy but fine, Thor claps his hands and says loudly: “My brother with his magic tricks! Now we can save earth and of course my lovely Jane”.

Loki seats down and stars reading from a book he made up using his power. Gamora checks the ship making sure nothing was broken while sending hate looks to the God of Mischief. Thor just lies down and sleeps the rest of the way. The others stay awake, checking the ship, fixing the guns, doing their jobs. It takes them five hours to arrive to earth; Loki shows Star Lord the way to the Avengers compound. There they find Tony Stark, all alone, without the other heroes, working and mostly being lazy. Loki snaps his finger, and suddenly all the avengers are there, looking around very confused. Loki walks around the super heroes and says while laughing: “Now, now, now. Don’t worry, I won’t destroy the planet, but Thanos will. So we better start working”. After that, the others calm down and Thor and Loki explain to everybody what happened in Asgard, how their sister destroyed everything and then Thanos killed the survivors, and now they were the only people from Asgard alive. Everybody got worried because in only days that could happen to earth, so now they had to make a plan to take that villain down.

I totally feel you (not only regarding this fandom)! I know I'm not really into witcher fanfom on this site, but it's one of my favorite books and favorite game so if you like to discuss something feel free to message me!

@ciri-yen-iris It's good to know. I'm in the same situation as you, I don't anyone in real life that read the books. Don't mind if I'll take part in the next witcher related discussion then :D
