Regulus rolls his eyes at the tell-tale rustling in his hydrangeas. 

“Why can’t you walk over like a normal person?” he grouses at the black dog who slinks out from under the plants, eliciting delighted squeals from Harry and Neville. Harry’s only weeks away from walking, Regulus thinks, and the baby crawls at breakneck speed over to the dog. Neville follows a slower, more unsteady pace. “Or, Merlin forbid, use the front door?” 

“Because it’s more fun this way, Reggie.” James emerges from the house, dropping a kiss on Regulus’s head before handing him a glass of cold water. It’s an unseasonably warm day, and Regulus has been sunning himself in the garden while the babies play under James’s watchful eye.

“He has his own husband and baby to bother,” Regulus grouses. Padfoot is on his back now, letting Harry and Neville rub his belly, his tongue lolling out of his mouth. “Why does he have to come over here and steal mine?”

Justice League identity reveal where they don’t know who Batman is and one day a bunch of them walk in on him just casually eating yogurt in the cafeteria with his cowl off. A bunch of them recognize him, a couple don’t, and they’re all shocked.

Turns out Batman didn’t realize none of them knew who he was, since it had taken him all of ten minutes and three google searches to put everyone’s secret identities together and he just assumed they had all figured it out by this point. Or maybe he had meant to tell them and then just forgotten. Either way, he regularly interacts with half of them outside of hero stuff and hasn’t bothered with the whole separate persona thing with them in years. Shouldn’t they really have figured this out by now? So what if he forgot? This is clearly on them.

I love Raph and haven’t said that enough so to be more specific I love that Raph is a soft boy who loves bear plushies, a gross boy who eats an assortment of things that are definitely better left alone, a smart boy who is more than capable of taking down villains through planning and fortitude alike, a strong boy who is dedicated to training his muscles and fighting prowess, a teenage boy who loves his brothers but is more than happy to tease and roughhouse with them, an angry boy who sometimes lets his anger take a hold of him to cover the fear, a gentle boy who is generous with hugs and affirmations to those he loves, a capable boy who takes on more than should ever be expected of a teenager, a good boy who just wants to be a hero and slowly comes to realize the cost of that duty, a good boy who has no reservations about putting himself in the way of harm coming to his family, a good boy who’s a great brother and son and person and deserves only the best the world has to offer.

Just saw your mafia au and I’m simply imagining the boys are in the alley that Jason and Dick had found Damian dragging Joker’s body through as he was on his way to dispose of it and he’s trying to hide it behind him all guilty like.

but not guilty like remorseful but guilty like when you catch your dog making a mess and they think if they sit on it and you can’t see it they’re in the clear.

once damian realizes that just because they can’t see the joker’s dead body doesn’t mean he’s getting out of it he decides to throw Tim under the bus to try and get the attention off of him.

Tim who was watching it all go down from the roof above them just raises his hands in the air because “wtf demon brat, I had nothing to do with this?”

Damian absolutely knows that Tim had no hand in orchestrating Joker's death. At the same time, the kid realizes he could pin it on Tim.

Is Damian an assassin? Yes. However, all those talks with Dick about not resorting to murder and all the talks with Jason about staying out of the business definitely helped. It's not Damian's fault that the brother that had shadow controlled Jason and Dick also shadow controlled Damian into murder.

Tim isn't sure whether to be happy to be called Damian's brother, to be pissed it's getting pinned on him, or to be impressed with the manipulative little demon. Jason and Dick still don't know who to blame for the incident and decide to just drop it entirely. At least the clown is dead.
