“You are not rich until you have something money can't buy.” There are so many things money can't buy, one of them Mental health. Seriously one of the most important things money can't buy is health, and it certainly can't buy mental health in times where Healthy relationships are like unicorns; if you have one, treasure it, but what about time money can't buy you that if you're young, you have some of it; are you treasuring it? Most of you are wasting it. Don't be too hard on yourself true happiness is not a destination is the road that you are riding through; what you will find is true friendships with others who are there to show you respect and even admiration. Inner peace is a costly commodity; you might have to drop 99% of the people around you if you want to get that; people who lack good manners drop them like hot potato. #mentalhealth #mentalhealthawareness #selfcare #selflove #anxiety #love #mentalhealthmatters #depression #motivation #health #wellness #mindfulness #healing #fitness #life #loveyourself #therapy #inspiration #happiness #mindset #positivity #positivevibes #quotes #meditation #mentalillness #wellbeing #recovery #instagood #happy #PostByAngel https://www.instagram.com/p/ClRShPFOilD/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

Coronavirus And Quarantine
Lockdown may have left a little room for our ownselves. Some of us could be struggling at work, some of us maybe bearing a financial loss and few managing various roles at home and work at the same time. Why is vulnerability a strength? Being vulnerable can help us work through our emotions easier (rather than pushing them away). Vulnerability fosters good emotional and mental health. Vulnerability also is a sign of courage. We become more resilient and brave when we embrace who we truly are and what we feel. Lastly, being vulnerable can help us foster better connections and relationships with others. It helps us find people who will accept us for who we truly are. Vulnerability is an inevitable part of life. Instead of fighting it, we can embrace it, knowing that it will make our lives more fully in the long run. Think about it. Saying I love you to someone is vulnerable. Trying something new is vulnerable and nerve-wracking. Sharing a challenging experience or struggle with someone is also vulnerable and scary. While we initially may want to avoid all of these things, they can be extremely rewarding. Ultimately, welcoming vulnerability will allow us to live a genuinely fulfilling life. #mentalhealth #mentalhealthawareness #selfcare #selflove #anxiety #love #mentalhealthmatters #depression #motivation #health #wellness #mindfulness #healing #fitness #loveyourself #therapy #inspiration #happiness #mindset #positivity #positivevibes #quotes #meditation #mentalillness #psychology #wellbeing #recovery #instagood #happy #PostByAngel https://www.instagram.com/p/ClOXrrEu6Za/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
