i'm gonna go on a bit of a rant okay bare with me
i literally love cheesy hfj so much. he manages to put out so much emotion through his music, even without lyrics. it's just so impressive idk . i really like donor live and the microscope pt 2. you can just picture the pure, raw emotion put into it and i love it so much. his music always manages to calm me down whenever i'm struggling with sorrow or guilt.. i really hope he hosts some sort of concert i would spend so much money on that. i'm trying to be his #1 listener so he can recognize me because he's literally so awesome?? and ONE is literally so creative and well made i can't even begin to explain it. it's such an interesting concept and even though the cliffhanger upset me it was just pulled off so well. long story short, i'm literally cheesy hfj's number ONE fan!!!

The Microscope
Maxine Kumin
Anton Leeuwenhoek was Dutch.
He sold pincushions, cloth, and such.
The waiting townsfolk fumed and fussed
As Anton's dry goods gathered dust.
He worked, instead of tending store,
At grinding special lenses for
A microscope. Some of the things
He looked at were:
mosquitoes' wings,
the hairs of sheep, the legs of lice,
the skin of people, dogs, and mice;
ox eyes, spiders' spinning gear,
fishes' scales, a little smear
of his own blood,
and best of all,
the unknown, busy, very small
bugs that swim and bump and hop
inside a simple water drop.
Impossible! Most Dutchmen said.
This Anton's crazy in the head.
We ought to ship him off to Spain.
He says he's seen a housefly's brain.
He says the water that we drink
Is full of bugs. He's mad, we think!
They called him dumkopf, which means dope.
That's how we got the microscope.

Sand Under a Microscope.
There are roughly 8,000,000,000 grains of sand per cubic meter of beach, and roughly 700,000,000,000 cubic meters of beach on Earth. That's 5 sextillion grains of sand. An incomprehensible number, and yet every sand grain is microscopically unique. Like a snowflake, no two are the same.

found this abandoned quilt top while cleaning and had to finish it up finally. screen printed and sewn last semester and finally quilted and bound yesterday. using holographic foils to emulate the glassy appearance of diatoms under the microscope, i sewed a log cabin pattern as a playful nod to the idea that diatoms live in tiny glass houses.

Pow you messed with the Wreckers. Or something haha
Listen I don’t have a type. BUT SOMEHOW every time I find and add a character to my favorites, he turns out to be a wrecker. My best theory - I have a built-in wrecker radar~
