Lunar Chronicles Headcannon

I’m not sure if anyone has done this before but here’s the idea. So we all know how Thorne was blind in Cress and how he was given drops to help his vision. The general idea is that his vision can really just be up to the day.

He can have good and bad days on good days his vision is great. On bad days he could have anything from migraines to zero vision and would have to have Cress walk him around and things like that. He would also have a bandanna or something to hide his eyes on the bad days. Also on bad days his vision isn’t always completely gone sometimes it’s just a bit blurry.

Who do you headcannon their voices for your Jen 10 au? Is it still Tara Strong for Jen? Or have you changed it? Are the supporting cast's the same as well?

Tara Strong could easily be Jen, but my ideal voice is probably Rebecca Soler. Her range reading the Lunar Chronicles is insane. My ✨ideal✨ Gwen who I’ll die mad about never getting to voice her is Mae Whitman. So she’d be recasted.

If I got to actually have the chance to make it a show every character except Rook would be on the table to be recasted. But these are the two for sure I know I’d fight to have. Though I think it’d be fun to have as many of the original VAs in a different role or cameo as possible. But I’d like change it up because they’d be so different anyways. But it’d be hard, emotionally, to hear Grandpa Max not sound like himself, or Kevin’s bravado be done differently.

i headcanon peony as a fic writer and she definitely had a blog dedicated to writing kai x reader fics and iko probably read them all:

• iko 100% brainstormed for fic ideas and peony always went ahead to write them. just…iko and peony geeking over kai x reader fics

• peony once wrote a prince kai x cyborg!reader and made cinder read it to try and get cinder on the fandom :))

• pearl was def not impressed, more so when peony made an oc named perla and made that oc the bad person in her fics (she was careful to not let pearl find out so peony made a new account)

• PEONY IS OUR BELOVED FANGIRL QUEEN.

• ok about the cyborg!reader: peony wrote that kai met the reader in a store booth

• “what if the reader — not cinder — hypothetically met prince kai in a store booth?”

• which made peony ship cinder and kai a bit more when cinder said she met kai :))

• i don’t wanna imagine peony as the one who ‘gets in their way’ so if she lived and met the rest of the crew, she — along with iko and thorne — would start a blog dedicated to kaider and make daily updates in it <3

• i think she’d be a bit jealous at first but as she got older she’d just laugh it off? i mean, she was fourteen and kai was eighteen so

Also, I just know he doesn't care about things being good quality or expensive. Like, yeah, sure, he gets that kinda stuff for other people but that's not what matters to him. First up,

Cinder the one and only cheese god.

she has never flossed her teeth. Not once. Kai has pleaded and begged with her to do so since he's a germ freak, but she cannot stand the texture.

she has hyperfixated on star wars before. Sorry, I don't make the rules.

her favorite month is March because she likes staying inside and since March has horrible weather she finally has an excuse.

she beats Thorne in arm wrestles with her non-cyborg hand on a daily basis. Every time they see each other they do an arm wrestle and Cinder wins. She LOVES to remind Thorne of that.

her favorite food is guacamole. Kai almost broke up with her when she told him this./j

she thinks treadmills should be illegal. Hates them with a passion.

her phone/portscreen percentage is ALWAYS below 50%. Nobody knows how , or why, but it is.

And lastly, she lets the microwave beep 3 times before opening it. She's a fucking demon. 😈
