I have been in health and wellness for over 20 years, but as my body went through different changes, I've had to clean it up my nutrition even more. My husband @coach_ec took a bit longer to jump on the train, but eventually did, and got healthier, started a fitness business and went went all plant based eating, but even that left us a bit fluffy! (The before picture in white) After using DOSE my hormones and metabolism kicked back into gear and I lost 10lbs! Eddy lost 14lbs! We literally changed nothing else about our eating or workout regimen. We kept our muscle and had true fatloss! Our energy and focus is amazing! We communicate better because we are happier and less annoyed with the day to day toil! Everyone says we look younger, but I tell you, we feel it! I'm so proud to be 40! And no one believes Eddy is 44!
