Confidence is really just keeping small promises to yourself… Hitting the gym Planning ahead your meals Drinking more water Cutting back on alcohol Going to bed at a reasonable time Doing those daily actions are just little confidence boosters And those daily actions will lead you to your goals of weight loss, muscle gain, feeling better, etc.. Most people think that they will get their confidence back once they reach their goal weight or when they can fit into those pair of jeans… But confidence is built DURING the journey, it doesn’t magically appear once you reach your goals The confidence to wear a bikini 👙 without feeling self conscious, insecure, or wanting to cover up the tummy, has come from YEARS of keeping the small promises we’ve made to ourselves That’s why we don’t offer “quick fixes” or 30 day plans. We offer long-term sustainable solutions to your health, fitness & confidence… If you felt less than confident this summer, we want to invite you to apply for Commit to Fit 1:1 coaching🔗 Because by this time next year, you too can rock your favorite bikini dripping in confidence, just like your coaches🤩 But it start NOW, not 4 weeks from bikini season. Hit the link in my bio to apply-👙 @gina_burckfit @jesslayne_fit @committofitcoaching (at Chatfield State Park) https://www.instagram.com/p/CiIouagpREo/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

The biggest reason why you can’t stay consistent on your fitness journey is…  🙅‍♀️Not your lack of motivation or your busy schedule…  It’s because you’re not sure if what you’re doing is actually working for you😵‍💫 You’ve tried and failed at so many workout programs, diets or training apps that didn’t teach you what you needed to know or worked for your specific goals… So you become demotivated, intimidated by fitness altogether, which causes a little sprinkle of self sabotage, and now you’re back to square one.  I get it, because I’ve been there too.  For years, I went through trial and error in my own fitness journey, only to end up falling off my plan and worse off than when I started.  That’s because 👉 I didn’t have the correct information I needed to make a sustainable change.  You can google anything you want to know and you’ll find out, but different goals require different approaches, and you need the one that’s suitable for you & your lifestyle, not a cookie cutter program meant for the masses.  Once I LEARNED the right way to reach my specific goals, it was a game changer.  Education is a key pillar we have at Commit to Fit Coaching, because we help women show up more confidently in the world, and KNOWING what you’re doing is actually working, gives you that confidence to continue to be success, and stay consistent long-term.  We teach you the in’s and outs of your health & fitness journey: how to workout effectively, create performance goals, what foods help you hit your goals, how gut health & hormones come into play, and  96 other modules to get you the information you need to not only be successful during our time together, but for LIFE.  You have a coach in your corner every step of the way for support, and a massive self-paced course to learn all the things you need to know (without the fluff). If you’ve ever said to yourself “I just don’t know what I’m doing when I go to the gym” JOIN ME in Commit to Fit’s signature 1:1 Coaching Program, because it is the perfect fit for you. We’d love to have you join our community and will welcome you with open arms. LINK IN BIO to get started👉 @gina_burckfit https://www.instagram.com/p/CnxMoD0p6d7/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

Are you letting YOUR EXPECTATIONS get in the way of your results? 🤔 Expectations that you “should” be lifting heavier, or you “should” be at a lower weight, or you “should” be able to see abs by now… 👉The problem with expectations is that more often than not, they are unrealistic because you don’t have a solid understanding of HOW fitness & nutrition actually works inside of your body. (And that’s fine, you studied marketing on college, not fitness) And not to mention, you’ve only seen magazine covers and advertisements since the day you were born that “losing 30 pounds in 30 days” or “7 days to a six pack” is the norm (it’s not btw). ⚡️I started coaching so I could break through the NOISE of the health & fitness industry. To give you the REAL & honest truth about the process, and the work that needs to be done to get a certain result. I don’t sugar coat things, I don’t promise results, and I follow research-backed methods and CHOOSE the sustainable route to keep my client’s metabolism & hormones happy and healthy. ^^^But let’s be honest, that’s not glamorous. (Even though we’ve had 100+ client transformations) Telling you that REALISTICALLY, the strong and toned body you’re looking for is going to take A LOT longer than just 90 days and that you have to be committed to your health journey FOR LIFE… that’s not fun, that’s not the motivation boost you’re looking for, and that doesn’t sell. But I refuse to preach anything less than REAL expectations, because I’m not looking to sell you into a program that promises results in 90 days. Because shit, I’m 3+ years into my journey, and I’m still chasing goals I set at the beginning. Don’t let your expectations get in the way of your results. This WILL leave you feeling burnt out and frustrated and making changes in your protocols that are not necessary. Fitness is for life, so start treating your journey like it. 💗If you’re looking for a no B.S. coach that gonna be with you for the long-haul, give it to you straight (but obviously have empathy because we are coaches at the end of the day) this is my personal invitation for you to join Commit to Fit 1:1 Coaching.
