[ ARM ]:          after holding their hand, the sender releases the receiver, but slowly glides their hand up the full length of their arm, lingering on the upper arm, then the shoulder, then resting their touch against the side of their neck.

Honey knew they could be a bit intense. Between them and their boyfriend, they knew that Guy was the more affectionate of the two. More open, more unabashed. It’s not that Honey didn’t love him as much as they loved him, just that they struggled letting anyone past the walls they’d spent so long building. It was a work in progress, they were a work in progress. They were so thankful Guy didn’t mind that, so long as they kept making progress. They tried to be more open with telling him what was on their mind, even if they tended to cringe when they admitted anything remotely affectionate. When the line between still friends and something more became a little too clear and the side they stood on had switched. They were trying though, because Guy deserved that. 

Tonight, they were trying a little bit more openly.

Guy had been working back to back double shifts and Honey could see it wearing on him as much as their over-energized boyfriend said to the contrary. Honey also knew that the pizza smell jokes were starting to wear his patience thin, but he still relented and showered after already being on his feet for hours. Tonight, that would change, as Honey had his favorite dinner prepared, and candles around the apartment lit. The scent of cookies could be smelled from the living room where they were baking in the oven. And the second they got the ping that he was on his way home, they’d be drawing a hot bath for Guy to relax in, with one of those fancy bath bombs he liked so much. His noise canceling headphones were charged if he wanted them, his switch was waiting on the loading screen of Mario Party, and the volume was low. Now all Honey had to do was wait for their loving boyfriend to get home.

-- “Honey, I’m home.” Guy called from the door. Honey hated how tired it sounded these past few weeks, like even speaking in his usual sing-song manner was too much expensive for the amount of energy he had left at his disposal.

Honey came out from the bathroom and smiled, “Hey babe, how was your shift?”

Guy shrugged and unlaced his shoes, setting them in the cubby by the door and dropping his backpack on top of it, “Nothin’ special, Rosa says hi, and Krow wants you to know he’s coming over next week to babysit Peps.” He stood up and kissed their cheek softly.

“I know, I know, I smell awful, I’ll go shower and get started on dinner--”

“Hey, stop, stop for a moment. First of all, it doesn’t bother me. Second of all, dinner is already on the warming shelf. C’mere, I have a surprise.” Honey grabbed his hand, thumb brushing the edge of his leather bracelet as they dragged him over to the master bath, showing him the setup.

Guy took in the bathroom, the first time he really stopped to take in his surroundings since he left for work that morning. Work had been hell from the moment he stepped through the doors of the shop, all the way to hitting autopilot on his way back home, the drive feeling like an hour long despite the short distance from their apartment to the pizza shop.

The lights were dimmed, candles providing more warm light in the quiet corners of the bathroom. There was music coming from his cozy playlist, the speaker propped up on the sink counter. There was still steam fogging up the mirrors.

“Honey, I..” He was speechless.

They dropped his hand, smiling up at him as they moved in front of him, their hand never leaving quite entirely though. Guy felt as their cold hands moved up the length of his arm, tracing his shoulder for a moment before resting and staying pressed to his neck.

“Let me take care of you tonight. Pepperoni and I got this.” Honey let a warm grin form before leaning up on their toes to press a kiss to the tip of his nose before brushing his hair behind his ear.

“Get in the bath, I’ll bring you some food.”

“Thank you, Honey.”

“I love you.”

In one world, you’re a rat. Apo is a rat too, along with Soup, Krow and some others. 

In another, you’re a llama. In this world… Apo doesn’t exist. Neither does Krow, Bek, Gracie, Magic- uh, but don’t worry or anything, llama you still has friends here.

In another world, you’re a pirate. Apo is a pirate too, and a lot of the other clearing members are in this world too. There’s Gracie, Acho, Bek, and some others.

You know what? In all the other worlds that Apo is in, he doesn’t have a smidge of demon blood in his veins, yet he’s still just Apo.

Kind, silly, caring Apo.

This Rat world you all keep mentioning sounds nice. Almost too nice in my opinion, but I'll humor you and play along. If it is real... I envy the freedom and lightheartedness of their world.

I'm glad the llama can find a good community, It's probably more stable than the typical climate of my clearing. Not to say any of the names listed are terrible, but they are very argumentative, and the majority of the time that doesn't end well.

Pirates are fun, I guess. Sounds a bit dangerous and chaotic. I hope other me in that world knows how to fight well, sounds like he'll need it.

Are there... any demons in these other worlds? Or was only mine cursed with them? No wonder they all get to be so merry and sweet. Have any of them ever faced the war and bloodshed that comes with the race?

But Apo... he's still... I- I do sometimes think about how he used to be the only light in this place. But... he's changed now, hasn't he?

have I ever told you that second chances had multiple test concepts?

before I decided on empires, I considered Stardew Valley because the original idea for this was an ask game where you put the last character you drew in the last game you played and I thought he would vibe :D

Then, when I decided on empires, I considered making him a ghost in a cursed pendant that llama Owen picked up! The story would have been about him trying to get brought back so he could continue his massacres but being worn down by llama Owen’s stupid antics lol

I neeeeeeeeeeeed more outsiders x other servers fixing them fics. There was this one fic where they took outsiders and fused it with the maze runner and it was amazing. and like i ADORE ADORE ADORE LOVE ABSOLUTELY FAWN OVER YOUR FIC OF COURSE!!

Cause i love taking messed up characters and sending them on the most painfully complicated fix it arcs. Its literately the plot of both These walls scream your name and Played my game now you're in it. OH! and my new secret wtdw fic only Danger knows about that i wont share for a while. (im going to wait till i have a few chapters before hand ready to post so i don't get behind on it like all my other fics lol.)

ANYWAY

I've also been tossing around more combinations for this kind of au. taking outsiders and putting them in places they shouldn't be. and here are some of the ones i've nearly written but just don't have the time for.

O!Krow in Newlife. just, it's reaction to sparrow would be so funny and also the angst potential in death and hybridizing Krow even further. Also there is one opening to one of the NL episodes where Krow does a Japanese voice over intro that catches me off guard every time i hear it.

O!Bek in SOS smp. Look. Scott, Eloise, and Owen are there but my girl is missing and that makes me just a little bit sad that they can't reach their full chaos potential. its more so to fix them than her at this point. but i also think it would to see O!Bek specifically try to adjust to it all cause shes isn't a big......team player..... to say the least. Which is something that smp relay on big time.

O!Magic on Pirates. i think she deserves a gun. and to kill people. and also think she would be a great apprentice for P!Gracie and would be besties with cruppy. this is less of a lore heavy one and more i just want her safe and happy and also to kill whomever she so desires because she deserves it after everything.

On a similar note on sending people place for the sole sake of letting them kill people, i think sending O!Oeca to the traffic series would just. just think about it. they were made for each other. and you know what. Put O!Mowhee there with him. Just the two of them running around on red just. i don't know man. i think its very fun and that they would thrive.

O!Squidney and O!Spidey i firmly believe should have the pleasure of being in Rats. Just as a treat. just so they can be silly and forget the horrors.

Anyway those were plans i had for another super big grand fic where every outsider got put somewhere new and each chapter centered around them healing. but i quickly realized that's way too big of a project to take on right now and also i don't know enough about servers or enough about every outsider for that.

"Here you go! Your bracelet's all done!"

She exclaimed when she was finally done with your bracelet. Now it was just hers left! But it seems like you had other plans... because since the middle of her making your bracelet, you were holding back on urge to just cup her face and pepper her with kisses! How could you not? She looked so adorable when she was focused!

So when she was about to reach out for another string to start new bracelet... you stopped her by sitting on her lap and doing just what you wanted~ Cupping her face and peppering her face with kisses.

Her reaction was simple giggle, as she moved her hands from desk to wrap around you and just enjoy the moment. She didn't even care if she'd have any lipstick marks, if she did, she'd just give you some as well!

Kanade was simply working on her newest song and responding to Nightcord members via the chat, while you were resting on bed and scrolled through your phone. It was really classic lazy date for you, but then... you suddenly got this sudden urge to remind your girlfriend how amazing she is.

So you got up from the bed to gently wrap your arms around her neck from behind and began peppering side, back and top of her head with kisses. And since her hair is white... if you had lipstick, it definitely was visible on her hair! But it only added to the cuteness when she looked at you with slight confusion on her face.

"Was I ignoring you...? I'm sorry... I could've focused on this song for a bit too long... I'm sorry, did you say anything?"

"No, no, you're fine. I just wanted to be a little affectionate with my loved one. Nothing wrong with that, right?"

Your statement caught her off guard and now possibly not only her hair was a little bit pink, but also her cheeks~ Look of confusion quickly got replaced with flustered one but she didn't dare to back away.

"Yes, of course..."

She's not the most affectionate person but as soon as you stop kissing her and loosen your hug a bit, she'll turn around and gladly hug you back, to let you know she's happy from the love you gave her, and want's to give you some as well! But she won't pepper you with kisses... that's just too tiring... but she will give you 2 or 3 kisses on nose and corner of your lips!
