Just wanted to know your opinion on goats, they're quite cute ya'know

A new voice! always great to hear.....although with how......calm? things have been recently i fear one of you is bound to start trouble soon.

As for your question Goat, i don't really have a preference on the animal. I admire their aggressiveness and agility but i haven't seen one in years. Not since practicing on them for learning how to cut horns in a-

you know what. i think my time before the whole maze and military general think doesn't need to be touched on. Point of that was, due to horns, goat imagery was often used to represent demons. so....over time i grew to dislike the beasts.

Now though.......i'd consider myself indifferent.

one problem, I’m dead. This is my cat, like, from when I was alive. This photo is from a hour ago. How she has followed me into and out of limbo I will probably never know.

also, I checked, she’s not dead! I have know idea how! It’s been like three centuries! I have simply decided that Murples the cat has magical powers and should be accepted.

Although i won't deny the concern you have about being dead. Animals have a tendency to be there for you exactly when you need them most.

My favorite instrument... well, I'll be honest, I am not a musical person. My mother played the flute, though, so I've always had a bit of a sentimental relationship with it... not that I can play it myself, of course. I wish I could learn, but it's not as if there are just music teachers wandering around this Maze. Plus, I simply don't have the talent for it either.

The bee does have a name! There’s a bit of a story behind it.

So, where I live, our schools do this thing called the Morrisby Test, which is supposed to help you understand how your brain works and what you’re good at. I had the test on the same day I made the bee, and decided to bring it to the test as a sort of good luck charm. During the test, I had a great idea for a joke, and I decided to name the bee Morris, because it’s Morris-bee, which sounds like Morrisby, like the test!

No one laughed at the joke though :(

I just finished my school term, so hopefully I'll be around more now.

I made a thing, by the way! I spent my maths class making a little bee out of scrap paper. I probably should have been doing work, but who needs maths anyway? (not me, I suck at it)

Good job finishing your school term, very proud of you! Here's hoping you get better grades than I did when I was in school, heh. I was always wanting to go out and practice my shooting and fighting, maths and literature were never that interesting to me. My mother, I think, was quite disappointed that I wasn't following in her footsteps as a playwright, artist, and musician.

Heck, even now, this flute- shreek-oh gosh, yeah, I'm no good at that.

What makes it worse is that you probably didn’t get all the complaining I did about always being gone, because I wasn’t for you! I used to always be missing for some reason or another whenever something bad happened, it sucked :(

No, no, Pastry, don't worry! It's not awkward, I always sort of assumed there was a different time-frame going on here. And it's okay- there were other Voices inbetween when bad things happen- you all get very active then, for some reason- so I definitely did notice your absence.

An interesting question to ask oneself. I hope you find the answer someday...

Hm... it probably depends, I suppose, on how many other Voices have chimed in between then? So if a Voice says "sorry I've been gone so long" and only a few other Voices have spoken since their last question or ramble, it is a bit odd, yes.

Most of the time, thought, you all jabber on frequently enough that it's not that noticeable.

Also it seems to be raining a lot in the clearing thanks to a couple of the voices. This is definitely a storm i wouldnt want to be caught in, but i really enjoy the rain! It doesn't rain super often where i live, but it actually rained today, which is very nice because it cooled down quite a lot because of that.

I hope everyone else got out of the storm too.

It has been raining a lot, yeah- I'll be honest, I also quite enjoy the rain. It's a wonderful kind of feeling, to have water pouring down all around you. I'm glad that you got some where you live, and I'm glad that it cooled down a bit.

Hello, hello!

I heard we were talking about our hobbies! The cake I made at 4AM last night is evidence of one, but i'm fairly sure my baking is already known. During the spring/summer, however, I also grow peppers!

I grow some other plants too, but I'm best with pepper plants for some reason. No idea why it's specifically peppers, but I like peppers, so no complaints here. 😀

Have you ever grown peppers, or anything? Because 10/10 would recommend. You get to dedicate yourself to taking care of and protecting a plant, diligently watering it, making sure it gets enough sun without burning, and keeping away small animals or parasites that would eat/harm it. All the while watching it thrive, slowly growing bigger and stronger from your efforts. Then, when it produces peppers you get to eat the fruits, or vegetables, of your labor. There are so many different kinds too! There is the whole spectrum of sweet vs spicy peppers, of course, but there is also multiple different shapes they can be, and a rainbow of colors. Last summer, I grew purple peppers!

It is incredibly obvious how much I love pepper plants isn't it? I'm going to stop myself here, because I've been rambling on for a bit now, but let me know if you're interested in peppers! I would be happy to share more info or maybe pictures.

Oh, growing plants- you and Graecie would get along splendidly, then. Since the first day in this hellish Maze, she's had a garden that she's tended faithfully.

I haven't grown peppers, no, but my mother had a garden that she would help me tend to, and I had a little tomato plant that I could care for all for myself. Most of the time it died, but one year I got a tomato from it and was so proud- my mother was too, and she made it into sauce that night...

Anyway.

Maybe I will try some peppers... good idea, Purple! Maybe I'll give it a shot.

Hi Owen! Its been a bit, sorry about that. Ive been busy (⁠•⁠ ⁠▽⁠ ⁠•;)

I finally finished coloring that animation i made! I can show you if youd like to see it :D. Thats part of why i havent said anything in a bit. The other part is that i had to prepare for the STAMP test, which tests foreign language literacy. That part wasn't as fun, but its done now! Japanese is a fun language to learn as long as you have a good teacher.

All in all, ive got some more time to talk again, so you'll probably hear from me again soon!

I'm actually finding enjoyment in sitting outside under the grey sky. Letting the cold drops sink through my clothes... it reminds me of how real I am.
