Aware that he might like Cayena in the future, they are hopeful to be at least friends with Raphael, if that’s even possible. But what they don’t know if that Raphael had started falling in love with them after they tried to respect his space?

In this AU, since Raphael falls for you he does not like Cayena at all romantically and Cayena runs away ( considering that she only stayed because she fell in love with the male lead but now that you became ‘female lead’ she doesn’t really have anyone stopping her from running away )

So Cayena won’t really exist in this fanfiction ( sorry if it disappoints you )

Also, I know you didn’t ask for this but I thought it would be fun to give the reader a personality like Diana from WMMAP and her clothing style is inspired by her too!! Even before she was reincarnated she would dress like Diana. Reader was reincarnated in Sidonia, where she fell in love with the place but was then sent off to become a bride candidate for a man. You did not know who the man was but once you met him you recognized him to be the male lead from the “Villainess is a Marionette” novel.

(FYI I know Raphael is not the male lead in the OG novel but this isn’t the OG novel )

Knock, knock, knock

You wondered who could be at your door, after all, one look from the window made it known that it was night time. Who would possibly visit you at night? 

You walked towards the door and unlocked it, only to see the male lead, Raphael. What could he possibly want with you? You did not wish to associate with him, as being with him could ruin the plot. 

“What brings you here at such a time Sir Raphael?” You inquired politely, giving him a graceful bow. He was slightly surprised to say the least you were one of his suitresses, shouldn’t you welcome him with open arms no matter what time he comes at? He had to admit, you looked heavenly in your moonlight illuminated room.

“Ah, I just wanted to get to know my candidate for future dutchess,” He looked at you coldly

Oh, so you must be a candidate for being his bride. You knew that Raphael would fall for Cayena and did not want to ruin the story in the least. However, it could benefit you greatly if you befriended this cold hearted man.

“Well, in that case, have a seat,” You stated, motioning towards the couch.

Raphaelf found you quite interesting, you were a new candidate and he had never met someone quite like you before. Usually these women would stutter in fear, he knew that they were brought to be his bride against their will. There was not the smallest sign of fear on your features, so could you really have wanted to be his bride from your own free will? What could he have possibly had to offer that you would want? Do you want status? Power? Money? 

You took a seat across from him, pouring a cup of tea and handing him a glass, this tea looked foreign. Taking one sip of this tea, he felt like flowers were blooming in his mouth, it was delicious.

“Do you like it? It's Lippe tea,” You smiled brightly, you would need to turn up your charm to the max in order to befriend this unfriendly man. After all, who could help you better than the male lead?

“It's delicious,” He wiped the liquid dripping off his mouth with a handkerchief he kept in his breast pocket. He couldn’t help but notice that this woman wore strange clothes, they looked foreign. She wore a small form fitting gold blouse that only covered her breasts leaving cleavage and sheer pink pants with gold seams. She had a wonderful figure, perhaps this clothing is from the country she came from. It seems like something a dancer would wear.

“Say, Lady…”

“Y/n, its Y/n, Sir Raphael,” You glanced his way

“Ah, right, lady Y/n… if you don’t mind me asking what country are you from?” He turned his head away in embarrassment, your eyes were so enchanting he felt his heart beat increase.

“I’m from Sidonia, it's a beautiful country located north of here. It's always spring in Sidonia and in case you were wondering I am a dancer,” She talked about her hometown with so much passion. It truly must have been a wonderful place. He became invested in her words, she spoke about topics with so much interest. Y/n had felt quite bored the past few days, the maids were not allowed to talk to her and she had no one. Now, she had someone who she saw as a friend and talked away. Raphael couldn’t get himself to leave, he did have to meet his other potential brides but for now Y/n was more important. In fact, he should make her his bride, the other women were boring to him.

“Ah, I hope i’m not boring you Sir Raphaelo-” Y/n sighed, he seemed to be in a trance, perhaps there was something more important than what she had to say.

“You are very bewitching my lady, you should get your rest. I will see you tomorrow,” Raphaelo muttered, which made Y/n get the door for him and ruffle his hair before he left. She was respectful and kind, she didn’t whine or try to reason with him as he left, she simply gave him a charming smile.

The next morning, Y/n was admiring the roses that had been planted in her balcony. Only to see a man struggling to climb up to her, he was holding a bouquet of roses. He made his way onto Y/n’s balcony and hopped over to the other side. He placed the roses on the tea table and bent down to Y/n’s hand and pressed a light kiss against her fingertips.

“Sir Raphaelo, there was a door,” You muttered embarrassed watching the man climb up your balcony.

“But my lady, yesterday you told me that you liked how romantic the character from ‘Lovely princess’ was so I read the novel and tried to recreate it for you,” He muttered sheepishly handing you the bouquet of roses

“You listened to me?” You asked, you thought he wasn’t listening to you!

“Of course, why wouldn’t I?” He looked confused, Why would you think that he was not interested in what you had to say?

“Although, the male character from ‘lovely princess’ is much more fit than you, it took you quite a while to climb up that balcony,” You teased

“Climbing is much harder than it looks!” He defended himself

"You most certainly made it look impossible," You laughed

Damian Wayne Anime Headcanons

First anime he watched was Attack on Titan. Since then, he made his own ODM gear, using the grappling hook mechanism and a few other stuff. He tested it out on training and was successful. He doesn’t use it much in patrol but he does in missions, especially those that include mountain climbing.

Jason made him a personalized bookshelf for his manga collection. Since he doesn’t want people to know he likes anime and manga, he was more than grateful when Jason made him a shelf that can be hidden into the walls.

Damian doesn’t know Your Lie in April exists. The Titans do their best to make sure he doesn’t find it. They just know for a fact he wouldn’t be able to handle it.

Dick got him the whole OHSHC manga set. He cried in a lot of chapters and ended up marking a few of them to make notes. He relates a lot to Kaoru, no, I will not elaborate.

He read and watched Demon Slayer with Raven, as ironic as that was. But he did have a lot of questions if some of the rules on demon biology were actually real and relates to Raven.

The Titans keep saying he and Bakugo were a lot alike as a joke. But when they watched it and got to Season 3 and watched the end of Bakugo and Deku’s fight scene, they looked at him and thought, “Shit-”

The boys convinced him to go to an anime convention. Jaime went as a Survey Corp, Damian even gave him permission to use the ODM gear but not actually use it. Conner was went as Todoroki. Wally went as Rock Lee. Garfield went as Ash Ketchum. And Damian went as Tanjiro Kamado. Yes, he used his actual sword. And I personally would like to headcanon that he used his old assassin’s uniform, just altered a bit.

Damian stopped patrolling for a week because of one anime and it’s manga. He couldn’t get over it so he got pulled from the Titans so he can take a break. Even back in Gotham, he couldn’t patrol. He couldn’t function properly. This went on for an entire 2 weeks before he got back into patrol little by little. So by now, you might be thinking, what manga and anime could do such a thing? …Banana Fish

He says his favorites are action animes but, we all know he’s more precious than that. He only watches his favorites when he sleeps over with Jon, which are Studio Ghibli animes. His current favorite is My Neighbor Totoro

After he watched a Silent Voice, he got a lot more closer to Cass. They would talk to each other using the sign languages of other countries. Can be Korean, Japanese or even Russian but they mostly use Chinese sign language.

He could care less if he watches Sub or Dub. This boy watches it without subtitles. He even goes as far as to watch it in dub of other languages.

They keep him away from anything pervy. This includes ecchi like Kakegurui, High School DxD, Kill la Kill, and the like or h3nt@i entirely.

Damian is not afraid to go further. He knows what manhwa and manhua is. He doesn’t know why but he’s more interested in BL/GL romance manhwas than straight ones. He’s already read the ones commonly talked about, like BJ Alex, Painter of the Night, Back to School, Love or Hate (he completely lashed out on that one) and others.

On their anniversary, Damian made Jon this specific night light. Jon actually cried. He loved it very much. The next time they slept over at his house, Jon would set it up and actually fall asleep to it.

He painted one side of his room the Kimi No Na Wa Twilight Scene. Garfield regrets showing him the anime because the painting looked so realistic and that scene always made him cry.

Their greatest regret is introducing Damian to…*horror theme* Fanfiction. With the help of Raven and Donna and a little nudge by Dick, he started reading them off of sites like ao3, wattpad, fanfiction.net and the like.

Snowflake Challenge #4: Icebreaker

Okay, we're doing the icebreaker challenge this time?

1. I'm Joy and I’ve been doing some form of fandom for over 20 years now!

2. I'm involved in Dreamwidth Journal rp and got my start back in Livejournal. My first games were single fandom games for Gravitation back in the day. I also rped from fandoms such as Samurai Deeper Kyo, the Koei Warriors series, Makai Ouji, and currently Twisted Wonderland

3. I love games. Mainly JRPGs, though I also enjoy various simulation games, gacha games, and a lot of other ones. Games I'm currently playing right now: FFXIV, Twisted Wonderland, Genshin Impact, Honkai Star Rail, Rune Factory 4 Special, Subnautica, and Kingdom Hearts (replaying through it). It's… a lot tbh.

4. I write fanfiction! I can be found at Silvermagess on Ao3! Right now I write rare pairs for Twisted Wonderland, most of them involving Deuce Spade, my current fave.

5. I also watch anime and read manga/manhwa/manhua/webtoons. Anime I'm watching this season: 7th Time Loop, Mr. Villain's Day Off, Cherry Magic, Dr. Elise, Freiren , A Sign of Affection, Solo Leveling, Dungeon Meshi and Sasaki and Peeps. I'm also following Apothecary Diaries, Idolish 7, Pluto, and High Card. Will pick up some others in my downtime.

As for comics, it's a little more mixed. I’m mainly following Netkama Punch and I Became the Lousy Side top.

6. Also if it wasn't obvious I love Twisted Wonderland and it's probably going to be my main interest for a while until I find a new canon and character to hyper-fixate on.

while soohwa is on the phone with his mom, he can see yohan walking towards him. his glasses are removed and soohwa can almost feel what’s coming next.

heavily shaking his head at his boyfriend, he mouths that he’s in conversation with his mom.

“one second, mom,” he says, when he sees him sitting down next to him, something in his eyes telling soohwa that he’s planning something. not waiting for his mother’s answer, he intensely stares at yohan, telling him off and that he should find something else to be busy with.

yohan obliges, a little too quick for soohwa’s liking, but he lets it go. he returns to his mom, who was patiently waiting for him.

like a puppy, yohan waits for the phone call to end. he’s staring at soohwa, not letting his eyes wander anywhere else. it’s getting on soohwa’s nerves a little, but he’s not letting yohan know that.

it takes yohan approximately five more seconds before he inches in on soohwa, crawling into his embrace and resting his head on his shoulder. soohwa doesn’t think of it yet, except for the moment when yohan crooks his neck just a little that his lips are brushing over soohwa’s neck.

he arches his back in a shiver, with yohan adding onto it a little more: not only brushing his lips against soohwa’s neck, but also blowing against it, followed by a short and soft kiss.

soohwa has to suppress a heavy sigh — he’s still on the phone with his mother, of course.

“continue your phone call,” yohan whispers in his ear, a blush creeping onto soohwa’s face.

why did he have to start talking right now out of all moments?! soohwa coughs and his mother immediately asks him if he’s feeling alright, if he’s eating enough, and if he’s not getting sick.

“no, don’t worry about it. i, uh, choked on my spit just now.” he slaps his forehead, what a lame excuse.

yohan laughs, too, but soohwa pulls up his upper lip and clicks his tongue.

‘not funny,’ he signs at yohan, hopefully shutting him up.

but that was a wrong move.

yohan starts placing smaller kisses along soohwa’s neck and up to his jawline, to his ear. soohwa, clenching his teeth, his trying his hardest to not give anything away to his mother — he has to cover it.

he hasn’t spoken to his mom for a while now, so he also doesn’t want to cut off the conversation like that.

but he’s having a real hard time controlling his breathing and is actually escaping soft gasps and — was that a moan?!

yohan stops to look at him, eyes wide and mouth slightly agape. soohwa can only stare as he’s replying to his mom, his tone flat and eyes focused on yohan’s next move.

five seconds pass before yohan puts on a nasty grin.

one that soohwa knows all too well.

he widens his eyes and signs yohan that he has to stop — but signing in a situation like this is never one that will end right. but he also can’t choose to not bite back at yohan… that will give away their situation.

fuck.

in the meantime, yohan is surprised by the fact that soohwa is able to keep on such a straight face while he’s doing those things to him in combination with him being on the phone with his mother.

time to amp things up a little.

yohan inches in on soohwa again, this time his hands are darting to a different place. somewhere more down south. when soohwa sees where yohan’s hands are going, he smacks his hands away. yohan laughs softly, but isn’t giving up. he thinks it’s cute that soohwa’s trying his hardest to suppress any sound yohan is making him react with.

again, he reaches for a little more down south and, this time, soohwa isn’t doing anything against it. does he know that he won’t be able to win?

more awkward stutters and gasp are being released from soohwa’s mouth.

and this is just from yohan touching him over his pants.

yohan decides to take it a step further and takes the button to his pants in his hands and undoes it with one swift motion, revealing slightly damp underwear.

yohan pretends to act shocked, but he exactly knows that this is his doing, and that his touch is making soohwa quiver with tension everywhere through his body.

after a few strokes over the cotton fabric, yohan decides it’s time to touch the real deal. he rolls the underwear down until it’s below soohwa’s shaft.

the cold touch of the air being revealed to soohwa’s dick surprises him. he gasps out loud, and yohan looks up, shocked. the phone is an arm length away of soohwa’s face, but he definitely forgot to put his hand to his mouth in time.

yohan snickers. he is not giving in. his boyfriend’s face is beet red and by the twitching of his cute dick he can see he is wanting more.

manga/manhwa reading update

The Stereotypical Life of a Reincarnated Lady - SO, SO, SO DAMN FUNNY! No slapstick humour, no weird forced comedy. While the situations the FL gets into is super funny, the thing I enjoy the most is her internal monologue. Someone give her an award. She is so candid and natural, she has got to be the most logical, stoic, and relatable ‘reincarnated in an isekai’ character. And she’s just so funny I can’t. I love the way she’s so passive about whatever’s happening in her life rn, as if she’s just a ‘side character’ that needs to do her scene and scram. Also love how the ML is supposed to be some big tough guy and he’s trying to keep her happy (read: seduce her) but he’s just falling head over heels for this peculiar woman. I love the complicated situation the characters are in right now, the side characters’ reactions. The misunderstandings, the confusion, give it to me!!!! Also love the fact that the scanlation group leaves one-line commentaries after a ridiculous or intense scene. Makes reading so much more fun!

The Problem of My Love Affair - another funny romcom. Didn’t like the visuals of both leads at first but they grew on me. ML is such a tsundere (MY WEAKNESS) while FL is a no-bullshit, not-weak, badass lady. I love me some strong female protagonists. Also I love drunken mistakes. I am a glutton for punishment. 

Survive as the Hero's Wife - Since it’s scanlated till the end of Vol 2 this manhwa offers some closure. There’s no high stakes love game rn. Both leads are more or less secure with each other, so this was a nice, leisurely read. 

My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom! Desperate Situation! On the Verge of Doom - This is like reading bakarina fanfiction. Sooo satisfying. And the destruction flag avoidance game is more high stakes because man Katarina was a right bitch her whole, how is she gonna fix it now? Also, sadistic Gerald/Geordo? I want. 

A False Confession - Two Words. Cabel Willard. 

The Evil Lady's Hero - most possibly my fave manhwa rn. A drunken one night stand with consequences is my favourite trope but a drunken one night stand with the guy who’s gonna lead you to your death takes the cake for me. I like how the FL thinks. Love the art style. Also the smut. Def the smut. 

For Certain Reasons, the Villainess Noble Lady Will Live Her Post-Engagement Annulment Life Freely - Light and entertaining. Also there’s a new villain in town that’s /not/ the FL soo can’t wait for the her relationship to progress with the ML! Claude is a refreshing ML with no signs of the usual ‘I’m a righteous dumbass’ trait. 

Game: Suit no Sukima - fuck buddies with a colleague... a bad idea? DUH. But that doesn’t stop these two from doing so. The latest chapters aren’t scanlated on mangadex yet but the ML is a fuckboy. Waiting for his redemption!

Skip Beat! - oh my god. long awaited confession. The latest let me down idk why. I’m okay with them not going into a relationship at this point of their career but I didn’t particularly like the execution of the whole scene.
