Another stop that Lucy made on her Jamestown trip on February 6, 1956 was at Bigelow’s Department Store, a place she hung out at frequently during her youth. Writers incorporated the 'Bigelow's' name into many Lucy scripts for her series as a place for the Lucy character to shop. The store is no longer in existence, but I was able to find a trace of it on what was once part of the original building in an alley. While there, '...the couple was whisked away to Bigelow's store where another capacity crowd awaited them. Lucille accepted a pair of Siamese kittens from Fred Bigelow and promptly gave them back again. so i’m kind of panicking right now because i’m doing a science fair project on the gene that gives siamese cats the color pattern in their fur and we waited too long to infiltrate the siamese cats facebook group and now i don’t have the pictures i need for data collection so if anyone has a siamese cat, especially if it’s an outdoor cat, would you be willing to send pictures? I need two pictures, one taken in the summer and one in the winter, both with the same limb visible, and I need to know whether the cat lives indoor or outdoor and about where the cat lives - preferably as a line of latitude. I will trade pictures of my cats if you would like.

Here’s a custom handmade clay figurine of Sagwa the Chinese Siamese Cat!!! I made this project because I really loved watching Sagwa during the pandemic as a comfort show. I looked for merch for the cartoon only to see plushies that were so pass my budget.

So when you’re broke you make your own merch!!

*Oven bake polymer clay ($4 Crafters Closet with a nice quality to it)

*Various acrylic paints

*Polyurethane varnish

*Spray acrylic sealer

*Black Duct Tape

*Gold glitter Duct Tape
