Note
you haven’t gotten a shadow venom ask in awhile, let me break that streak and be annoying
spider queen finds herself becoming more and more intertwined with macaque…which is accompanied by possessiveness. in her defense, he deserved only the softest silks draped over his skin, the most intricate of jewelry resting on every limb.
macaque had no outside friends or experience on what were unhealthy tendencies in a relationship, so he’s a little weirded out but going with it. that is until courtship season and everything gets upped by 100
In the aftermath of the lady, her survivors clung together.
Nobody else knew what it was like, to have her dig cold fingers deep inside your brain and yank at your will. Nobody besides the rest of the clan, the girl now known as Qi Huiying, and the Six-Eared Macaque.
And, look. Zhizhu knew what she was about.
Sun Wukong was...well, he wasn't known as the Beautiful or Handsome Monkey King for no reason. He was gorgeous and clever. A little too powerful for her tastes.
And Macaque?
As they chatted over coffee, watching as Huiying claimed the ladyship of her own accord, she found much to her delight that he was the same. But better.
No morals to protest her own crimes. His only request was that she keep the kids out of it, which wasn't an issue. A drama king to work with her own desire for the spotlight. He was a little weaker, but that only made him better.
And Zhizhu was all for it.
Her first gift was a new stage robe. It was made from the finest silk, done in deep purple with green and lavender making decoration around it. "Soft," Macaque said with a little smile, looking it over with a critical eye. "You spoil me."
Zhizhu chuckled, pressing a kiss to his temple. "You deserve only the best, shadow boy."
The second gift fitted his new play. Macaque was playing the role of a princess and, as such, a beautiful onyx haircomb, fitted for royalty, was slid into his hair. A beautiful pearl gleamed in the light of the fitting room. It matched his role of the moon.
“Wow,” he said, unable to help the urge to poke it. Zhizhu swatted it away as she continued to adjust it. “What’s the occasion?”
“Just because you deserve it.” She kissed his cheek. “Break a leg out there.”
“Aw, you remembered.”
“Of course.”
The third gift Macaque found on his table. He raised a brow at the box of plum buns. Zhizhu’s neat calligraphy called to him. For my Moonstone, from your Queen.
“How sweet?”
Zhizhu wasn’t really a sweets person, however. Macaque opened the box and plucked out one of the purple desserts. He gave it a careful sniff. It didn’t smell off. He gave it a careful lick-
And then a needle pierced his neck.

Morning Surprise- A ShadowVenom Fic
A special Mother's Day fic brought to you with the help of an amazing anonymous editor! Just a little something short and sweet for the day.
When Spider Queen went to sleep her beloved had been curled into her side with his face resting against the crook of her neck.
When Spider Queen woke up his face was in the same place... but the rest of him had, somehow without her waking or realizing, migrated to laying on top of her and holding her like some kind of monkey-octopus hybrid. It was adorable in a way, really. But given she was the Queen and had to wake up to start her day it was wholly impractical.
“Mango,” She said softly, gently nudging him. “I need to get up.”
Nothing. Not even the tiniest inkling that he would stir.
“Mango.”
Silence.
“Mac.”
Nothing. She nudged him harder.
“Macaque.”
Dead. Silence. She started to scratch the back of his head in exasperated fondness.
“Six-Eared Macaque. Angry boy. Love of my life.”
The smallest little purr in the back of his throat, but that could have been from the scratching.
“Mango.”
“Hrmng.”
“Mango,” Spider Queen repeated, though not in any tone of annoyance. She couldn’t help but chuckle at the sound, half a noise of affirmation and half a sound not unlike one a cat would make when they were disturbed in the middle of sleep. “Can you please move? I have things to do.”
“Hmnooo,” Macaque said, half muffled into her hair.
“Syntax was right, you do wake up like a computer from 1998 sometimes.”
There was the softest, the tiniest sound of protest. Not even a real sound of protest at all, almost more like a soft sound of acknowledgement and a grumble after. He was out of it, clearly. And she had only really seen him like this once before, after a long battle when he was completely exhausted.
“What am I going to do with you?” She asked fondly as she assessed her options.
Logically there were two real options that were truly viable. She could either move him and leave him so she could go about her day or she could lay here for as long as he needed to wake up on his own. These would be the options that a normal person would choose to take.
Spider Queen was not a normal person and she prided herself on that.
So instead she went with hidden option 3: Pick him up and carry him.
Which, in all honesty, was easier for her to do than most would expect. He wasn’t exactly the heaviest thing that she had ever picked up and, with her extra set of arms being a spider, it wasn’t like she couldn’t carry him AND do other things at the same time. This would be easy enough.
“Hmgwha?” Macaque asked softly as she stood from their bed and held him. He barely hung off her as she did this, a clear sign as to how out of it he was.
“Rest, little fruit fly man,” Spider Queen said with a chuckle.”You need it.”
He was asleep again already in seconds as she carried him off to a nearby sitting area where she had left old texts she needed to pour over that morning. Had he very clearly not been feverish or showing any other signs of illness she would worry for his health. But... no. Her beloved merely seemed to be excessively tired.
Or, perhaps, less than tired he was merely content. Something she hadn’t truly seen him be in centuries.
“... I should make you get up and go back to bed in a few minutes, but...” Spider Queen trailed off, sighing as she picked up her book. “I love you too much, Mango.”
Macaque said nothing, just laid against her purring in contentment as she read her book.
~
“What happened here?”
“I can’t get up,” Spider Queen grumbled with absolutely no real anger in her voice. If anything she sounded exasperatedly fond.
“He’s not that heavy,” Sun Wukong replied with a raise of his brow. “And you’re pretty strong, jus-”
“Moving him would be akin to moving a sleeping cat: a crime most foul.”
The Great Sage couldn’t help but laugh a bit at that, smiling fondly at the spider demon and her partner. This was not the sight he had expected to see when he decided to pay the two an early morning visit with some fresh fruit he had picked. Spider Queen, still in her nightgown, and Macaque, still in his own sleep clothes, sitting in a chair while Spider Queen read a book and Macaque...
Well. Slept. Curled up in Spider Queen’s lap and half draped around her shoulder with his face smashed into her neck. He could hear the soft purrs of his coming through as, every once in a while, Spider Queen reached up and gently rubbed his ears or ran her fingers through his hair.
“How long has he been like this?” He asked in curiosity.
“Since I got up half an hour ago,” Spider Queen answered with a small shrug. “He just... didn’t wake up like normal.”
“Probably because he feels safe.”
“... what?” Spider Queen looked away from her book, staring at Sun Wukong in surprise.
“Yeah,” he continued with a shrug of his own. “Think about it. He’s been fighting for ages. Fighting me, the Bone Lady, others who I probably don’t know about. No doubt he has scared a ton of people by accident and needed to hide somewhere just to get some rest. But now? He’s safe. He has you and no one can get here to hurt him. And we just finished up building this place yesterday, he finally has a place to call his own. With someone who loves him. This is probably the most sound he’s slept in years.”
“Yeah, I guess you’re right.” Spider Queen admitted, after a beat.
“Of course I’m right, I’m the Monkey King.”
Two green eyes glared at him in response. “I still have a free arm to punch you right in that smug face of yours.”
Sun Wukong, Great Sage that he was, has the brain cell to stop for once. He chuckles, throwing his hands up and stepping back. “Alright, alright. I’ll leave now. You guys enjoy the fruit.” The Monkey King grins warmly. “Expecting mothers need lots of nutrients.”
“Thank-whatdidyousay?” Spider Queen asked in a rush as she stared at the other in shock.
And Sun Wukong stared right back at her, eyes wide in awkward surprise.
“Uh! Uh! NothingenjoythefruitokayBYEEEE!”
Spider Queen didn’t even get to yell at him to come back before he called his cloud and zipped off to who knew where.
For several moments, the spider sits there quietly. She looks down. Gently moving Macaque to the side, she places a hand on her stomach. There’s another silence.
Spider Queen looks at her husband. Then presses down on her stomach.
Macaque wakes up to a very loud scream from his wife that morning.

A little birdie told me it is @winterpower98 's birthday today. So I wrote a little birthday fic inspired by the recent posts about Bai He and Nightshade interacting. I can't get enough of it. This isn't in any particular AU, but enjoy anyways!
____________________________________
Bai He was sitting on a porch swing, embroidering a delicate spider onto a soft silken lavender fabric. It was going to be Spider Queen's birthday in a few days and Bai He had been working on making a beautiful shawl for her adopted mama. She needed to finish this final spider before she would be able to piece it all together and make the seams look like webs. The girl hums softly as she works, swaying some and let the gentle breeze to blow through her hair.
She paused when she heard some shuffling nearby and when the human looked up, she could help the sweet smile that filled her face. Nightshade was standing there, obviously having escaped the house and was watching their big sister. "Hello little moonbug. Were you looking for me again?" She asks sweetly, lowering her sewing. When the small demon nodded, Bai He smiles more and sets her embroidery aside. "Come here. You can watch me finish this little project and after, we can play some. How does that sound?" Bai He asks, reaching out for them. Nightshade nods and comes closer, reaching to get picked up.
The girl picks up her little sibling and sets them in her lap, snuggling them for a moment. "You give such good cuddles, moonbug." She says, squeezing them gently and kisses their cheek, feeling victorious when she hears a tiny laugh come from her adorable sibling. Once the settled, Bai He picks up her sewing again and begins to work on it, singing softly while Nightshade watched their jiejie's fingers work smoothly, swiftly and delicately sure. Every so often, Bai He will lean down and kiss Nightshade's head adorably.
Soon enough, the embroidered spider was done and Bai He made sure to seal the loose thread to prevent it from unraveling. Once finished, she held it up for them both to see. "What do you think? It's for a present I'm making for mama's birthday. Do you like it?" She asks her younger sibling, curiously only to receive a nod that would be considered to be a fervent nod for the young spider monkey. Bai He smiles wider in joy, knowing she got Nightshade's approval. "Thank you, Nightshade. I'm glad you like it. I'm excited to finish putting the entire thing together to give to mama on her birthday, but that can wait for tomorrow. It's getting late. Look. The fireflies have started to come out." She says, pointing out into the yard.
Sure enough, there were little balls of light floating around in the air, slowly dimming before growing in brightness once again at different speeds. They sat and watched for a while before Nightshade tugged on Bai He's shirt gently. "jiejie." They say softly, pointing out at the flying insects. "oh, you want to go watch them up close?" A nod of confirmation and Bai He smiles. "I'll do you one better. Here." She says, setting her baby sibling down on the ground. "let me go get something for this. Wait right here for me, okay? I won't be long." She says softly, kissing their head before heading inside.
Nightshade stayed put, watching the glowing bugs fly around. True to her word, Bai He was back, carrying a closed but empty jar in her hand." Thank you for waiting. Come on. Let's go catch a few so we can watch them up close." She says excitedly and takes their hand, guiding them to the field where they would spend the next hour or two, catching and watching fireflies dance around in the beautiful summer evening.

FAQ
Proshippers are not welcome on my blog. End of story.
My Nezha oc
Boundries for my Nezha OC included--
just dont be fuckin' wierd.
No shipping. None at all. no
He's a child, forever. Mah boi aint growing- so respect that or its instant block.
I have my personal Nezha media interpretation/OC. I made him and he is eternally 12. That does not mean I believe Nezha the mythological god is twelve because he's not, that is a misconception
Nezha is a mythological god, and thier interpretations across different pieces of ancient lituriture, thier statues, their representations vary depending on where you are...
The adult side of Nezha is just as important as his child side and to ignore one is disrespectful to him as a whole. it is okay and valid to have Nezha as an adult in Media just like they've had him as a child.
But you cant just look at one and say that is his entire representation. That one interpretation is the only form Nezha can have within his worship.
My Nezha oc is just that, a media interpretation, so DO NOT refer to him for any completely accurate info on his mythologies. I have taken creative liberties.
so with that said because my Nezha oc is a child, please do not ship him with anyone. (he's also Aroace)
the child headcanon is cute but please remember it is a headcanon and anyone who thinks differently regarding Nezhas age is completely valid in doing so.
I would suggest referring to this user for some very good and useful Nezha info.
What programs do you use?
Clip studio-full illustrations/detailed comics/animations
procreate-doodles/low detailed comics
obs-streaming and recording
DaVinci-video editing
Whens the next part of _____ coming out?
No idea dude, life is insane so whenever i get to it
can i request___?
Nope i dont take requests if i end up writing or drawing something for an ask someone gave me its soley bc i wanted to and felt like it.
what tablet do you use?
ipad and stylus, gaomon 1311
what do you ship/ what ships are you comfy with?
No No ships that make me puke-
Mk/Mei/Redson x any of the monkeys/parental figures. just...just no.EUGH.
fave ships- i will go down with the ship for these pairings, i make content of them and enjoy content made for them
Spicynoodles
shadowpeaches
freenoodles
SIlktea
Cool ships- i dont dislike these at all, i think some of them are quite cute and plausible. i enjoy content of them but dont actively ship them/make my own content of them. Mostly bc my own hc's for the characters often negate these ships
Chimerashipping- very cute but i personally cant see red and mei in a romantic relationship. i see them as chaotic siblings
inkypages- its cute but i ship macaque with wukong and tang with pigsy
shadowvenom (is that the name for sq x macaque???)- its nice but doesnt really interest me
dragonfruit- cute, but i see them as chaotic siblings.
I also have no issue whatsoever with Oc X Canon with any of the characters as long as your not being wierd or illegal about it y'now XP.
Oc X Canon is fun. and i fully support it.
The same goes for selfshipping.

Well shit now I can’t stop thinking about Wukong walking into Queenie’s place only to see Macaque curled up around her tail wagging. When Wukong tries to step forwards he himself is hit full force with the pheromones
Queenie tried to warn him lol
But yeah he’s more lucid than Macaque for some reason. Although the part of him that would refuse touch or would fight back against something he enjoyed for egos sake (like being carried around) is gone with the wind
She now has two sleepy clingy purring monkeys, one on each arm
The reason why he's more lucid than Mac it's because he's naturally an affectionate person, so he's not fighting against it like poor Macaque is
He wouldn't even need the pheromones if he wasn't so dense!

The Macaque does not stop searching to find Sun Wukong. Revenge
is his goal. And until he does it, he will not rest him. However, catching this monkey is not so easy. As soon as he gets to it, already feel the taste of victory, as he immediately disappears. And even his hearing, which can be heard for a thousand miles to know where he is, does not help to understand where the great sage will go next.
So he goes to one place where she should be, the Queen who knows everything and has information about everyone
Whether she will help him, no one knows, but he will have to earn her trust
Welcome to my AU Shadow Flower ( if you can call it that)
Honestly, I came up with this three days ago, so I'm not sure if anything will come of it. The name for this au, I came up with while writing this text (yeah again the flower xd) In short, I wanted to create a design for Spider Queen, and then I remembered that I really wanted to draw a ship shadowvenom. So here's what happened as a result
Will there be the main characters from LMK?
Probably not. Because if you look at their clothes, they don't look like people from China at all so + this is the past when Macaque was looking for SWK to get revenge, so that already means they can't be there.
Macaque in this story, as in the original. Looking for Ukuna, revenge, etc
The queen of spiders, I insulted as a woman who knows everyone and everything (she is helped by little helpers in this). She is a beautiful and attractive woman who can easily charm anyone and get what she needs. But in order to find her victims, she goes to the square and dances. Demons know her as a strong Queen of Spiders, while people know her as a talented dancer and informant

Symbols
Happy birthday, @winterpower98! I got inspired with the Shadowvenom ideas you’ve been pitched lately and the HC that Bai He sews!
-_-
It was common for the “kids” of the family group to have a symbol on their back.
Bai He noticed this fairly quickly.
Qi Xiaotian’s first jacket, the one he wore for a week after Lady Bone Demon’s defeat, had a grinning monkey face on his back. The golden fillet stretched across its forehead, showing it was Sun Wukong. His retail jacket, his white overshirt, had a sheepishly shrugging Pigsy. The first jacket was replaced after a week by a gift from Long Xiaojiao. Wukong’s grin was replaced by a smaller monkey face, this one instead having a red headband and surrounded by white and blue rings.
Long Xiaojiao’s first jacket, according to her, had a golden dragon on it. She replaced it with a white jacket, switching her shirt to green, and the symbol on it was the Long Jade Blade. A familiar purple flame wrapped around the end.
Red never changed his jacket. Three out of four Samadhi rings rotated around each other.
Nezha asked Bai He to choose his symbol. “I trust you, dearest,” he said, handing her a pink jacket. When she raised a brow, wondering where or why he had this jacket, he shrugged. “Wukong says I need to blend in more if I’m sticking around.”
Bai He found herself choosing quickly. What she sewed was a classic pink lotus, surrounded and protected by Nezha’s red ribbon. It felt uncreative but Nezha didn’t seem to care, based on his grin.
Now...that left her.
Macaque bought her a white jacket that matched Xiaojiao’s new jacket, the back empty and full of possibility. Bai He stared at it as they walked home, wondering what to do. She liked the idea of matching the rest of the “kids” but what could be described as her?
Definitely not bones. Doing a white lily, like her nickname, felt just as uncreative as choosing pink lotuses for Nezha. Maybe a cat, like Sandy? But when she spent an hour staring at her cat, a blank paper waiting for her design, nothing sparked.
Then Macaque told her he was dating Spider Queen.
At first, it was awkward between them. Zhizhu still remembered the woman in a girl’s body, speaking so coldly of destiny. Bai He still had that power, something she demonstrated when she dragged the Spider Clan out of Spirit Jail. Huntsman relaxed quicker around her thanks to Sandy, but Macaque was known for being a liar and manipulator.
Things changed. Slowly, they started to relax around each other. Zhizhu liked to dress her little princess up in purple and green, a shift from the blue and white she had been forced to wear. Bai He gave her acting advice from what she picked up from her time around Macaque’s staff in the theatre. Dinner no longer started with silence but instead conversation.
An idea sprung to life.
Bai He set to work drawing out the design. It was hard but she was determined.
And then her jacket was decorated.
A crescent moon, like Macaque’s personal description, hung proudly in silver. A purple spiderweb stretched from point to point, like a space spider had spun a web to catch stars.
Zhizhu cried when she saw the design.
The next design was for her and Macaque.
