Which all maybe just sounds like gory visceral horror but ACTUALLY. Meanwhile Ava’s the vandermeer-esque Weird Fiction Creature and is basically constantly busy dreaming up date night plans for them to devour and then remake the entire underside of the woods (bea doesn’t know it’s a date). 

Like yes, it’s still horror, but the whole thing is actually about family, and love, and proximity, and the unbreakable cords that stretch miles and miles of time and distance, and having someone else be so close and know and love you so deeply that they’re basically already half-fused with you, claw in slimy claw. spine-tingling scarytime, but like, maybe if the romance happens between the monsters then it has a chance of not being doomed. Maybe it’s not tragic if she loves you. Do you see the vision.

don’t let being stuck in the house mess up the routine you had before! so here’s some tips to stay refreshed while in the house;

🛏 make up your bed before you start you skin care !

🍵 make some tea/coffee to waken yourself more. maybe add another shot of expresso.

🎶 play some upbeat tunes while taking a shower

🍌 eat a healthy breakfast. P.S. HEALTHY DOESNT MEAN SALAD. make some protein pancakes w/ a side of fruit maybe.

🧘🏾‍♂️ get some exercise in, yoga or something more HIIT. either is fine.

📝 make a list of everything you wanted to do that can be accomplished without going out. either watching a movie you haven’t gotten to, learning how to draw, bake/cook or even learn that tik tok dance you can’t seem to get right.
