Opinion: This fic is so fun. The set up really fits and I love the way it handles the characters. I was always excited to see it had updated and can’t help but recommend it.

Prompt Details:

Based on Lila bullying Marinette and Bustier not doing her job as a teacher yet she belittle Marinette to be a doormat. What if, her parents were informed by one class bully Chloe who used to bully their daughter but telling everything what is going on in the school which makes them to urge to sue Bustier and Lila for this mess. As for Alya, she was pulled out from the school by her parents after Sabine visited them telling them what Alya did to her daughter they weren't very happy so they send her to a school for discipline as all girls school that is somewhere out of Paris but they cannot go near Marinette at all. Which means Alya needs to delete her blog by forced. While Sabine and Tom finds a new school for their daughter to be happy with until Adrien mention on what school his cousin goes to in England that is where they are going to send her away from those horrid bullies from her school along with that disgraceful teacher Bustier. Chloe and Marinette normally hangs out due to their grades which they are allowed to skip unlike their classmates who are way behind of their academics cause of Lila's lies. When her parents mention what school she is going to attend.. Marinette she told Chloe what school she is attending to which got her excited and wanted to go the same school as Marinette. Now for Chat Noir well his miraculous was taken by Ladybug cause of his incompentent duties as a superhero but also a civilian being a bystander to school. The only permenant heroes that will be staying are Luka Couffaine, Chloe Bourgeois, Nino Lahiffe, Le Chien Kim, Sabrina Raincomprix, Alix Kubdel, Juleka Couffaine, Rose Lavillant, and Kagami Tsurugi. And those who are going to a new school would be Chloe Bourgeois and Marinette, Chloe is a permenant hero. But what they don't know is that Luka goes to the same school as Marinette and Chloe Bourgeois. As for the retired heroes they would be Alya, and Adrien. The school that Marinette is going is has dorms of two per students that is either a girl or a boy. Sadly Chloe is assigned to Allegra Blanchet as her new dormmate while Marinette is assigned to Felix Fathom who is Adrien's cousin as a dormmate as well. After meeting but exploring the school they were shock to see Luka in the school. While Marinette is thinking of a new black cat hero, new fox hero, and new peagsus hero. Kim, Nino, and Sabrina is a spy to Lila's group right now.

The way I see it, I can only see Zoe developing in S6 in one of five ways since the writers sort of failed to properly cut her character’s reliance on Chloe even with “getting rid” of the latter and her small bits of character development...

Complete rewrite of her personality - We know how much the writers love banking on retcons (and hoping their audience have the memory retention of amebas), so it’s likely that Zoe will just be made completely OOC and given a new personality to help write her character out of the corner they put her in, excusing it with having “changed” over the summer/timeskip

Stagnation - Of course, a certain someone also admitted that the show thrives on “character consistency”, so they could also just go for broke and give her the Adrien treatment since Zoe’s “perfect” already and therefore doesn’t need to change, potential character growth and exploration of her reactions to a new environment/dynamics be damned

Replacement Bully Sister - Or they could just pull a Felix and introduce a replacement “Chloe” for her so they can continue to milk the “Make a character look “nice” by introducing their cousin Satan” plotline since it worked so well before, coming in the form of a new school bully (so much for the utopia school) or another surprise sibling (Damn, Audrey must get around - course, they could also have Andre revealed to have cheated or maybe have him get remarried). This could result in either Zoe getting a burst of support through the pity/sympathy generated, or just get her hated if the audience sees through the intent and gets annoyed that what could have been an interesting character is being wasted as a hatesink

Bring back the (Self-Proclaimed) Queen - Then there’s bringing back Chloe to reprise her role as Akuma-causer and mean girl bully, excusing it with “well we never said Chloe wasn’t coming back haha Kaprank!”. I mean, if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it right? After all, everyone loved it when they took 7 episodes out of S5 that could have been used for character development and setting up the finale to salt on Chloe, and they’ll love it when they do it again! /s

Phasing Out - and finally, there’s simply just slowly removing Zoe from relevance and the main cast, only bringing her out when needed to either remind the viewers she exists or make use of the fact that she’s the only lesbian in the cast (Shoves Julerose back into the closet). After all, you can’t write someone OOC if you don’t write them at all. Maybe if she gets lucky, she’ll get attached to an important piece of show lore like Luka and Felix and be used as a major plotpoint mover on occasion, but I highly doubt it.

Whatever the route they take, Zoe’s got a dark road ahead of her...

Miraculous Ladybug Rewrite, anyone?

I feel like I may as well go through with it. Canon is absolute trash nowadays and there are certainly lots of things that need to be reworked/fixed.

I will be reworking the plot, but here are some things you should expect to get out of it:

First: It is no surprise that my heart belongs to Lukanette, so they will be the main ship here. Meaning, obviously, it should go without saying that if you hate ship, this won't be the rewrite for you. So block the tag.

Second: Chloe will get better treatment here! Whatever development she undergoes will be consistent. We will dive a little deeper into Chloe & Sabrina’s friendship & her past with Adrien & Felix. I will also share headcanons on how she deals with her parents and why she acts the way she does. (I don’t like Zoe, so she will NOT exist in this rewrite.)

Third: Expect salt and consequences for characters that get none. Adrien & Lila will primarily get the worst salt treatment. They're horrible human beings. Alya & the rest of the girl group (minus Juleka) are likely to get some salt too, for trying to force Mari to get with Adrien, but they will give up on that goal inevitably.

Fourth: No Lila & Kagami BFF storyline. Kagami is Mari's best friend, from the start, so she will always take Mari's side.

Fifth: In case you're wondering why there won't be Juleka salt, it's because she does set sail for Lukanette before any of the other girls come around to it. She wants her brother and close friend to be happy, and realizes earlier on that Mari feels more at ease with Luka. She will be supportive of that.

Sixth: The Ladybug & Chat Noir holders will change in time. With Mari having taken over the Guardian position, and her responsibilities becoming too much to bear alone, she takes both miraculouses and hand them over to the two people she trusts the most: Luka (LB) and Kagami (CN).

Ships?: Like stated before, Lukanette is the main/primary ship.

For side ships that will be involved: JuleRose, Chlogami, Feloe, Adrigami, Lilya, Ivan/Mylene, Kim/Ondine, Nathaniel/Marc.

Anti-ships: LS (salt, just salt), LilAdrien, FeLila.

I think it's not surprise if I say I'm more confident about my comics than my writing, right...? ^^;

COMICS (choosing only 5 is HARD so I'll go with 6 + 2 bonus):

1- I'm very fond of this old one called Recharge. I wanted to draw a comic that didn't need text to be enjoyed and I'm happy of how it turned out.

2- Loneliness (less). What can I say? I LOVE Juleka and this idea had been in my mind for A LONG WHILE. Originally, I planned it as a fic, but I think it works great as a comic too (even if I'm not 100% convinced with the dialogue). I love it <3

3- The real truth. This one will always be canon in my mind. Salty? Sure. But 100% TRUE.

4- To every Lukanette fan. I really like the message I wanted to convey with this comic and how well received it was, not only in the Lukanette fandom but in general, in other fandoms as well. I'm proud of it -^v^-

5- Short-circuited. Old but 100% accurate. ALWAYS.

6- Costume. A Halloween Special comic that I love. Plus @verfound 's fic "You could say I'm a fan" based on this is PERFECTION.

BONUS: Fairy Misunderstood AU. I like some chapters better than others, of course, but I'm happy with the overall idea. I hope I can find the time to work on it again soon!

BONUS 2: The parrot series. I love that silly bird. CUTE.

Of course there's more, but I think I these are the ones I like the best? ^^;

FICS:

Would it be a surprise if I said that I prefer short fics over long fics...? But then these short fics are SO GOOD that I can't help it but want more??? Ugghh That's what usually happens to me, either when reading or writing... (and I'm so bad at finishing multichapter stories sorry ;_;) Anyway, here we go:

1- Trapped. My first fic ever (with pics!). It''s a bit embarrassing for me now but it will always hold a special place in my heart...

2- Luktober 2020 Day 6: Wild. This is a super short story I wrote a long while ago and, even though I know that the writing could be better, I really like the idea (and how short it is). -LukaNoire MY BELOVED-

3- Delivered. Plagg being chaotic with Luka? Ladybug finally getting some decent help? JuleRose and Lukanette happy ending? A pinch of salt? YES.

4- Surfacing secrets. SALT. Satisfying salt. (+ angst, + happy ending)

5- Love in the Sky. I know this one is not finished yet, but it works as a one shot too, and I really like it that way. I always struggle to write long stories, after all... (but I can't help it but get excited and write more *sigh*)

I think that's it.

Wow- this took me so long (it was fun). It made me realize that I really want to improve more and more with my writing... I'll keep working hard on it! (òvó)

He turned to face her. “I might actually be grateful for an akuma. I'd rather face ten of them than watch the girl I love marry someone else,” Adrien said, an edge of bitterness infecting his tone.

AU August - Day Seventeen and Eighteen: Victorian and Wedding

Wasn’t expecting to drabble up another part for this, but funny how things work out!

Series: Miraculous Ladybug Rating: G+ Genre: Romance, General, Angst Pairing(s): Julerose, Rose & Prince Ali Summary: Rose has been arranged to wed Ali… however, Rose and Ali have talked Warning: Not beta’d and a continuation from this fill. Suggestions of a poly, but more open relationship. Also, small spoilers

Juleka was distraught when she heard the news.

Rose was set to wed a young man named Ali.

Not that they had said anything about their relationship. Luka, her mother, and a few others who had managed to put it together realized the two women were rather engaged with each other - not that they could put it on paper sadly. She had been hoping though, with her funds from the beautique, that one day she would be able to afford them a small home where they could be together despite the inability to be together.

And now, to hear this… Juleka looked down at Rose’s hands holding her own, warm skin in contrast to her own pale - just as Juleka’s black gown contrasted Rose’s pastel pink one.

“... Where will you be going?”

“No where, Juleka. Ali’s employed at the local hospital,” Rose explained, doing her best to smile. “He works with all the children that suffer a similar condition to mine. That’s really the reason my parents sought the arrangement.”

“Hm…”

Which was… well, Juleka completely understood. Why not a husband that could care for their daughter financially and medically? And Rose would love going to the hospital and visiting children with him. Still, Juleka’s heart was sinking.

“Ali and I talked about it. Right now, we’re more going into this wedding as friends for the sake of our parents,” Rose continued. “In fact, I think Ali has a boy he fancies… Anyway, this new house we’ll be moving to has another room. I might have made a suggestion on who could move in.”

“You did?”

Juleka tossed her thoughts, trying to imagine who Rose would invite to live with them. She felt the smaller woman squeeze her hands.

“He really can’t wait to meet you! Well, that’s if you don’t mind living with us?”

“... Wait, me?”

Her red eyes widened as she met those precious blue she’d long since fallen for, and saw them twinkling with Rose’s smile. She would be married, but… they could still live together? Be together? Would this… really work?

The writers have a really huge problem building platonic relationships without the foundation of a stable friendship. Mr.Pigeon is a perfect example of their logic. Marinette is pouring her heart about the stress in protecting people from akumazation. Alya proceeds to say she's acting insane and needs a break. The latter part is good, but the source of the stress is ignore for "being real with her" & talking her down. Her solution in Adrien is BS. (Also, Alya was guilt-tripping seconds before.)

Even the arguably most “pure” relationship of JuleRose has issues. It’s hard to think of a relationship is the show that is just flat-out healthy without any “well, except...”s attached.

Yeah, Marinette has been told to not be able to say “no” from “Stormy Weather,” with Alya being the one to call her out on that.

Marinette struggles turning Alya down because she’s too nice and Alya is her friend. Alya has so many other friends but she turns to the one who has a bad habit of not being able to turn people down.
