A Poem for SweetPea

I forgive you.

I forgive you for the fights.

for the way you acted when everything went down.

I forgive you if you never want to see me again.

But I do not forgive

Myself.

I can not forgive myself for ruining something so good.

I can not forgive myself for hurting you.

I can not forgive myself for letting her words get to me.

If I could go back I would surely do it differently.

If I could go back I would never break your heart.

If I could go back I would have never risked our friendship for love.

Part of me will always love you I think.

And I'm sorry if it will.

You will always be a part of me.

The part of what could have been.

I know you don't think of me.

Though I wish you would.

I know you probably hate me.

Though I wish you didn't.

I know you don't miss me or us.

Though I know I do at times.

I'm sorry and you can always call me when in need.

That is all I have left to say.

A trip down memory lane! Though the tower seems to have changed…

Celestial tower! Built during the direct aftermath of the Founding Unovan Civil War, it remains a cultural landmark in memory of those lost in the fire and storm.

Time has dulled the scars left behind by the twin dragons. Today, the tower is primarily used as a mausoleum (the preferred method of burial are urns) and, well, a tourism site. Legend says if you climb to the top of the tower and ring the bell, you can lay your ghosts to rest. But mostly? You can ring a GIANT bell.

Course, you gotta GET to that bell first.
