Mask (Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask) is around 12 and uses they/them. They're short and stocky with baby fat still on their cheeks. They have light brown skin, dark brown eyes, and poofy straight blonde hair that goes just past their chin. They wear a Kokiri tunic and boots, a baldric across their chest, a joy pendant and silver earrings. They have the Kokiri sword strapped to their hip and hold the Fierce Deity mask in their left hand, looking off to the side curiously.

Sky (Skyward Sword) is 20 and uses he/him. He's short and stocky, built of healthy fat and muscle. He has light skin, blue eyes, and slightly curly, light brown hair that frames his face and goes to his shoulders. He has a green tunic and gold chainmail, as well as pants, boots and fingerless gloves. His sailcloth is pinned over his right shoulder and his loftwing's feathers are tucked behind his left ear. He has no visible weapons. He has an easy going smile on his face despite being tired.

Four (Four Swords Adventures) is 18 and pronouns match fronter(s). Four is on the thinner and shorter side. Four has light skin, grey eyes, and a short blonde bob pulled back with a dark grey headband. Four wears a white-and-grey four-panel tunic embroidered in gold with the elements and the hilt of the Four Sword. Said blade rests on Four's hip. Four wears a dark grey longsleeve shirt and pants with boots. Four gestures with a hand, looking a bit scandalized and annoyed.

Shadow (Four Swords Adventures) is about 18 and uses he/it. He’s skinny and a bit short. It has light, purplish skin, red eyes, and scruffy purple hair tied in a low ponytail. It has a scar on its left cheek resembling a shattered mirror. He wears a black hood over his black, four-panel tunic, pants and boots, the hood tip flickering with dark magic. It floats with a hand on his hip, the other alight with a dark flame. He smirks, showing off a fang.

Sailor (Wind Waker and Phantom Hourglass) is 17 and uses he/it. He’s lean and short. It has light brown skin, brown eyes, and very short curly, light blonde hair tucked into a green bandana. He wears a cyan tunic with the crayfish of his casual wear, a green sash, russet pants and sandals. The Phantom Sword hangs on its hip and it wears various gold jewelry, including a joy pendant. He brandishes the Wind Waker with a confident grin.

Tracks (Spirit Tracks) is 14 and uses she/they. She's a little chubby and of average height. She has brown skin, dark brown eyes, and a short golden bob that frames her cheeks. They wear an engineer’s uniform, stained with soot and oil, a red bandana tied around her neck, and gloves and boots. Her right sleeve is tied just under the shoulder due to her amputated limb. The Lokomo Sword is on their right hip and a chain of keys hangs from their belt. She adjusts her hat with an easygoing grin.

Fairy (Legend of Zelda 1986 and Adventure of Link) is 18 and uses he/fae and mirror pronouns. He’s skinny and a bit lean. Fae has brown skin with freckles, dark brown eyes and chin-length dark brown curls. Faer bangs are clipped out of faer face with barrettes. He wears a short, dark green poncho with 3 rounded points, the back two mimicking fairy wings. Underneath, he wears a green tunic, an orangish-brown longsleeve shirt, and brown shorts and gloves. Fae goes barefoot, faer legs exposed with several bandages and scars on them. The Magic Sword and an empty potion bottle hang from his hips.

Glam (A Link Between Worlds and Triforce Heroes) is 22 and uses he/him. He's fat with some muscle. He has light brown skin with vitiligo and stretchmarks, red eyes and short, curly blonde hair with brown roots, going just past his chin. He wears a long, pastel green dress under a brown and pink apron stained with paint. He wears simple boots and Ravio’s bracelet. He holds the skirt of his dress with his right hand and smiles.

Slate (Breath of the Wild) is 20 and defaults to they/them and is also genderfluid. They're quite skinny and lean, favoring speed over strength. They have light skin with lots of visible scarring, cyan eyes, and long, choppy, dirty blonde hair in a braid that reaches their waist. They wear the champion's tunic, a hylian hood, pants boots and fingerless gloves, and the Sheikah Slate on their hip. They rest their hand on their other hip and give a closed-eyed smile.

Vet (A Link to the Past, Oracle of Ages/Seasons, and Link’s Awakening) is 24 and uses she/her. She's a bit skinny, taller than most of the others, with plenty of muscle hidden by baggy clothing. She has warm light skin, purple eyes, and a short pink bob with sidelocks that touch her collarbone. She wears a long green dress, pegasus boots, a brown longsleeve undershirt, and a purple scarf. She has a messenger’s bag over her shoulder, the tempered sword on her hip, the pendants of virtue on a necklace, and various gold jewelry. A decorated cane hangs on her back for when she needs help walking. She has a hand on her bag, looking over her shoulder with a flat face.

Rancher (Twilight Princess) is 19 and uses he/him. He's tall and has very strong arms. He has light brown skin, hazel eyes, and reddish-brown hair that's shorter in the back. He wears an altered version of the ranching outfit, with the green sleeve removed, pants traded for a skirt, and sandals traded for sturdy boots. He has no visible weapons. He looks a bit rugged, with several visible scars (thanks to exposing clothing) and sharp teeth, but is fairly welcoming and friendly in demeanor. midna taught him her twili abilities towards the end because she knew she'd have to leave. he's still pretty good at them

note about hyrule warriors: due to its status as not canon in the timeline but the appeal of time shenanigans, i've decided it has a tenuous place in the timeline. it's schrodinger's cat—it happened and a lot of the people involved in the war remember it, but it caused a time paradox, it's not written in the history books, and most peoples' memory of it was erased. hyrule warriors link will not be showing up but he may be mentioned at times.

at the end of everything is an urban fantasy story about loss, grief and everything that comes after. you play as yourself, returning back to your small home town of possum’s creek, indiana five years after the incident which made you leave.

as your reconnect with your family, your old friends and yourself, you realize that there’s something more to the creek than meets the eye.

a.k.a., the story that’s been done a million times with an urban fantasy twist.

INSPO: night in the woods and stranger things

THE DUNGEON MASTER - harley is the guy who introduced you to d&d when you were younger. two years older than the rest of you, he’d take on the role of the dungeon master, staying up all night just to write fun campaigns for you lot. he’s a care free, laid back, goes with the flow kind of guy, with enough creative juices to fill an ocean. he hasn’t changed a bit since you left.

harley is 5’10” ft tall and has pale, pinkish skin covered in a myriad of freckles. he has brown, wavy shoulder length hair, which cups his face and shoulders, the bangs falling just above his eyebrows. his eyebrows are thick and expressive. his eyes are dark brown, almost black, and they’re super easy to get lost in. he can always be seen wearing yellow tinted aviators and a loose fitting tanktop. he has a black handkerchief in his left pocket.

harley uses he/him pronouns and is homoromantic demisexual, and can be romanced by male players. can be in a poly w/ the barbarian, for male mcs. also, before you ask, harley is 100% inspired by eddie munson.

THE BARBARIAN - bastion used to be your best friend, closer to you than the rest of the party. he would play the role of the barbarian, surprising as he always used to be quiet and unassuming, unnatural for an orc. out of everyone, he’s changed the most, becoming a cop and also finding his confidence somewhere when you were gone. now, he seemingly hates you and always look at you with disdain.

bas is 6’5” ft tall and has brown skin, with a light dusting of freckles on his nose. his hair is dark brown and styled into locs, cascading down to his midriff. he has thick eyebrows with a split in the left one. his eyes are light green and they always have a mean look in them. like all orcs, he has sharp ears and two tusks jutting from his bottom row of teeth. he rarely can be found outside of his police uniform, and when he is he opts to wear a green camo jacket and pants.

bas uses he/him pronouns and is panromantic pansexual, and can be romanced by a player of any gender. can be in a poly w/ the dungeon master, for male mcs.

THE BARD - seraphim was always the group’s loud mouth. they played as the bard, the role suiting them perfectly. whenever they weren’t bothering or playing with you lot, they could be found strumming their guitar. they’re loud and proud, with an obsession with metal music and 80s culture. they were, quote and quote, born in the wrong era. they haven’t changed much, working at a diner by day and shredding their guitar in their band at night.

sera is a 6’1” tiefling with light gray skin, with ram horns protruding from their head, curling around their sharp ears. their horns and ears ombre into black at the ends. their hair is blood red and feathery, usually slicked back. their eyebrows are thin and round. their eyes are chocolate brown surrounded by thick red eyelashes. they usually wear leather jackets on top of tank tops. they have scars on their chest from top surgery.

sera uses they/them pronouns and is afab. they’re panromantic pansexual and can be romanced by a player of any gender.

THE PALADIN - you were never close to rue, the lycan who played as the paladin. she was harley’s friend, and only played because harley asked. she was always quiet and stoic, never really engaging with any of you. from what you can see, she’s not changed much, except she’s more outspoken.

rue is 5’7” and a lycan, with olive skin. she has fluffy blonde hair which falls around her shoulders, styled in a wolf cut. her eyebrows are thin and plucked, but aren’t that expressive. her eyes are light blue. she has various tattoos on her forearms and chest. she usually wears layers, not really comfortable showing her skin.

rue uses she/her pronouns and is bisexual biromantic, and can be romanced by male or female players.

THE FIGHTER - kirk was always like a puppy in a giant, minotaur body. besides bas, they were one of your best friends. they played as the fighter, which suited them well. they were always happy-go-lucky, optimistic and always brightened whatever room they walked into. they haven’t changed much, besides becoming 100% more charming.

kirk is a 6’8” minotaur, a person with a bull’s head and tail. their fur is light brown and extremely fluffy, with darker brown speckles on their muzzle and ears. their nose is strawberry pink with brown spots. their tail is the same color as their fur, ending with dark brown fluff. their body is built and extremely muscled, their skin being beige and covered in freckles. they’re usually wearing button up shirts and sweaters, which is the easiest thing for them to put on, thanks to their horns.

THE ROGUE - isobel has never liked you. the only reason she stuck around to play d&d was because of her fat crush on bastion, one which hasn’t gone away, even all these years later. she played as the rogue, which in your eyes suited her perfectly. to everyone else she was as sweet as could be, though to you she was the complete opposite.

isobel is a 5’3” human with freckled, tawny skin. she has curly, hip-length hair which is dish-water blonde. she usually has it pulled back into a low ponytail, with little wisps cupping her face. her eyebrows are thin and expressive. her eyes are dark green, with gold flecks in them. she’s all about fitness, so of course she’s somewhat muscled. she can usually be found wearing crop tops and sweat pants.

Myrtus/Mrytle

They have dark brown wavy hair, dark green eyes, and light olive skin. Myrtus keeps his hair short in a shaggy style while Myrtle keeps hers in a wavy bob cut above her shoulders. Myrtus has a lot of scruff on his face since he often forgets to shave. They wear glasses due to their nearsightness. They use them because contacts irrated their eyes too much. They have rectugular shaped face with noticable cheekbones, a straight nose, and various moles covering their face and body. Their build is fairly average through they do have relatively toned back from the daily swims they like to take. Mytrus stands around 6'0 while Myrtle stands at 5'10. Fashion wise, they're the definition of grunge with plaid shirts, graffic tees, jeans, and converses making up most of their wardrobe. You can see the flower tattoos on their arms since they don't see the point of hiding them. They have thought about covering them up with different tattoos though.

Leandro/Leandra

They have dirty blonde hair, golden hazel eyes, and honey brown skin. Their hair is sun bleached and falls into coils around their face. It's cut at chin length for both of them but Leandra has more volume compare to Leandro. Leandro has a five o clock shadow from shaving but it's not as noticeable against their skin. Their face is oblong shaped with rounded features, hooked nose, and noticable laugh lines from being in the sun all of the time growing up. Lean and sinewly is the best way to describe their build as they work manual labor a lot and mainly eat vegatables. They also taken to doing some yoga and pakour in their spare time. Leandro stands around 5'7 while Leandra is 5'3. They're the embodiment of summer wear with their loose button ups, shorts, and open toe strap sandles. They only put on sneakers if they're doing pakour or if MC nags them wear something warmer in the winter. They run really hot and cold weather doesn't really bother them.

Brendan/Brenda

They have strawberry blone hair, baby blue eyes, and porcelian skin. Their hair is straight with Brendan cutting his short in a clean cut style while Brenda has hers in a chin length bob with bangs framing her forehead. They have a round face with slightly chubby cheeks, button nose, freckles spattered over their cheeks and nose, and always present blush on their cheeks. Their ears even turn red sometimes. Dainty is the best way to describe them with how thin they are even including their height. Brendan stands aroung 5'8 while Brenda is around 5'4. Their shy demure makes them seem smaller than they seem. Vintage and comfy is their go to style. Sometimes they look like they came out of the fifties with their clothing choices but they mainly stick with their comfy sweaters and pants. Running joke among their coworkers is how often they get paint on their face or clothes without noticing or even how animals will chill with them while they're drawing.

Jean/Jeanne

They have dyed auburn hair, warm brown eyes, and espresso brown skin. Both of them have a neck undercut with long dreads reaching past their shoulders. They like to changed up their hair style often so they will take time to straighten, curled, or really anything for a new idea. They have a heart shaped face with high cheekbones, long lashes, bulbous nose, and thick eyebrows. They have a very broad and full body figure. Paired with their broad shoulders and strong arms is a full belly that has liken their figure to a bear especially with their height. Jean is around 6'9 with Jeanne following behind at 6'7. Their attitude and build helps ease people and offer comfort when it is needed. They're not known as the best hugger for nothing. Fashion is their middle name along with art. They like to experiment with different fabrics and patterns to create original pieces which is paired with jewerly and other accesories they collected over the years. Their sunglasses is a constant as well despite getting complaints about wearing them at night or indoors. They have cover up portions of their flowers tattoos with other designs over the years but they can't completely cover them up.

Vincent/Vincenta

They have black hair, dark grey eyes, and ivory skin. Vincent keeps his hair short with half of his swept back with Vincenta keep hers long, almost to her butt, in a straight hime style. Vincenta never pulls her hair any sort of updo despite the length of her hair as it causes her a headache and she likes the free flowing hair more. She has done the subtle hair flip manveur if someone annoys her. They have a diamond shaped face with high and noticable cheekbones, a sharp jawline, upturned nose, and a mole situated near the right corner of her lips. Elegant is the number one thing you'll think up when you see them. A very slender and svelte body that has been honed by balle lessons since they were a kid. They can still perform some simple dances despite how rusty they are. Vincent stands at 5'4 while Vincenta is around 5'0 but their confidence and attitude makes them seem taller than they are. Business formal is their entire wardrobe. They're the person you'll see come into any establishment in a crisp suit or elegant dress regardless if it's low key and ordinary. Also it's a monochrome color scheme since their upbringing put down the notion of colors since it's not as important as the family busines. They keep gloves on to hide their ink stained hands as they feel shameful seeing them in every day life.

Collin/Colette

They have golden brown hair, emerald green eyes, and rose beige skin tone. Collin keeps his hair relatively short with the fringe up which he would artfully mussed up for that lazy look. Collin also has a five o clock shadow that he maintains to not grow out beyonf necessary. Colette follows the same philosphy with her hair falling past her shoulders and keeping it in a wild style. They have a squared face with sharp cheekbones and jawline, big dimples when they smile, and a celestial nose. Most only see one dimple since they like to smirk or do crooked smiles. They have an athletic body they keep heavily maintain with a strict exercise regiment and diet that they don't deviant from. They take great pains to look their best especially using makeup to cover up impurties on their skin if their skin care routine doesn't do the job. This is paired with their clothing style which follows the same philosphy as their hair style as they like to catch people off guard with their seemingly lazy demure and sucker punch them with their wit an charm. They do upgrade to more fashionably business casual during formal events but they still add touches to keep that laidback air.

Avery/Suman

They have premature grey hair, warm brown eyes, and golden brown skin. Their hair is loosely curled with M! Avery keeping his perfectly coifed at chin length and F! Avery has hers past her shoulders but kept in a bun with a few curly strands framing her cheeks. Their hair started to grey in their twenties due to stress from university, familial duties and other duties. It completely whited out by the time they were 30 and they decided to not dye it back to black since they actually liked it. M!Avery does have a full beard with a curled mustache that he twirls absentmindedly when he's thinking. They have oblong face with a rounded nose, defined cheekbones, and dimpled chin. They have a gap toothed smile which causes them to lisp on their words sometimes or do a whistle when they let out a breath. They're deceptively strong underneath their smart casual wear and relatively short stature. M! Avery is around 5'5 while F! Avery is 5'1. They have muscular physique from martial art training that they have done since childhood and daily varied strength building exercises. As mention before they wear smart attire through they are more relaxed outside their business hours. Turtleneck are still a must for them regardless of where they go and they have a special spot for bow ties.

Kahula

They have dyed blue hair, dark brown eyes, and bronze skin tone. They dyed their black hair when they started their musical career and kept it in an updo. M! Kahula keeps his in a main bun with braids connected from the forehead to the bun while F! Kahula keep hers in a half up hair style. Her bottom hair reaches down to her butt with the top half kept in a ponytail. They have an oval face with rounded features, a broad nose, and a scar on their eyebrow and cheek. The eyebrow scar was from a fishing hook accident when they were a kid and the cheek scar from fighting off some bullies as a teenager. Multiple piercings can be spotted on their ears to give them a slight punk look but management won't let them get any on their actual face. They have a swimmer's build with toned arms and chest that they keep maintain for their celeberity image despite it causing them grief. Both M! and F! Kahula stands at 5'6. Party boy/girl is the aesthetic they keep with their clothes. People love their free styling and hyper mood so they try to reflect that in their clothing choices. They decompress though in old hawaiian shirts from their decreased uncle and a shark tooth that he gifted them as a kid. They keep blue tinted sunglasses for their stage performances.
