Stephanie: "Did you get it?"
Tim, scoffing: "Of course I did. *unwraps the vase from bubble wrap* It's the exact same, one of the three original vases made."
Stephanie: "Wait. The old one had a nick, right there on the shoulder. *uses a Batarang to recreate it* There."
Tim, setting it down carefully and smiling: "Perfect. I think we just got away with it."
Jason, reading on the couch: "He'll know."
Stephanie: "How? You'd have to--"
Alfred: "Is there anything you guys want for dinner?"
Tim and Stephanie, immediately: "No."
Alfred, frowning slightly: "Very well." He walked over, both Tim and Stephanie trying to play it cool as the butler adjusted the vase on the table.
Jason looked up from his book.
Alfred: "I'll remind you again, Master Timothy that skateboards are not permitted inside the house."
Jason cackled at the expression that Tim and Stephanie made.
--------------------------------------------------------------------
Bruce: "How did you know? Technically speaking, it's the same vase."
Alfred: "I have a contact at the auction house where you bought the second one years ago."
Bruce, clearing his throat: "Yeah, Jason accidentally kicked a ball into it."
Alfred, raising an eyebrow: "He threw a Batarang at it because you wanted to make him more comfortable."
Bruce:
Alfred: "I do wish you'd all stop adding that nick back."

I love this! The Schofield Building (previously known as the Euclid Ninth Tower) is a high-rise building in downtown Cleveland, Ohio. The Building was modernized in the 1960’s, on the left, and restored to its original appearance in 2016.

Transfers
Jim Gordon decided to offer his home to the students transferring from Casper High to Gotham Prep for a few months. Barbara wasn't too happy about it but Jim preferred that to having those kids end up in a dangerous place or worse, with Bruce Wayne (he meant well but frankly Jim would rather not risk another young vigilante). Besides, one of the transfers practically demanded a restraining order against the millionaires, the poor kid.
Honestly Jim didn't understand why the transfer program existed. Casper didn't know how dangerous Gotham was? Or didn't they care?, all he hoped was that he could keep them safe and that they wouldn't come back to their home too traumatized.
Of course, he had no way of knowing that the Casper's trio was more than ready for Gotham, with weapons disguised in their suitcases and a ghost hero about to enjoy an extended vacation after negotiating a deal with the ghosts.
Gotham wouldn't know who hit it.

Tommy has to have a house, right? Because it's mentioned that he has a car lift where they were working on Eddie's car.... So he has a house, which makes the "I'm working for the wrong station" comment about Buck's loft so funny, but I've been thinking about what Lou said about his backstory and how Tommy had an unstable childhood....
Of course, he bought a house. Probably dirt cheap, either from it being absolutely destroyed or because it was foreclosed on and auctioned by the bank.... But it's a blank slate that Tommy gets to put his mark on, a place where HE can put down his roots and build his own stability. That's why he has a car lift because that's something HE enjoys and can use.
The only thing that he can't put in the house himself is the family and the friends he's always longed for, but thankfully... Fate might just let him have it when Chimney enlists his help, when he bonds with Eddie Diaz, and when Evan Buckley calls and asks for a tour of Harbor.

Before & After. I loved this 1901 Victorian in Springfield, MA before they cleaned it out and remodeled it. It's currently still off the market, was $250K and fixed up is supposedly worth $264,600. It has 7bds, 2.5ba.
Isn't this beautiful? The rounded wall and millwork- such character as soon as you walk thru the door.
I'm a pink lover, but I really liked the green and the brighter chandelier.
Actually, it had more charm with the old furniture, even w/the clutter. What made them paint the walls white with taupe trim?
There was nothing wrong with this room before. Now, it's got a modern carpet and ugly miscellaneous furniture.
The new, improved dining room.
All cleaned up.
Reconfigured kitchen looks good. I like that it still looks old.
It doesn't look like they touched the old pantry. Well, that's okay.
The stairs are pretty much the same.
I guess they didn't want to deal with replacing all this wallpaper on the stairs, though.
It really wasn't necessary to paint this room purple.
At least they left the fabulous vintage bath.
Repairs were already underway for the wonderful tower room.
So, it looks like they finished it.
This big bright room still needs some ceiling repair.
