08:35 - Beautiful scenery ruined by MIKO.

08:48 - I used to be on a netball team with this girl that would throw passes really violently that the rest of the team would be scared to catch it (she caused my fingers to jar multiple times) - it just reminded me of that.

08:55 - SHH BEE BE(E)ING CUTE TIME.

Actually, look at this scene.

There’s something so precious about Bee sitting on the floor, tapping his knees to the music, while right beside him Ratchet’s working.

08:57 - they’re throwing a circular object at each other, Jack. Take a while guess.

08:58 - Lobbing? Seriously? They were throwing it at each other’s stomachs. Lobs are high passes. I know, I know, they’re saying it’s a Cybertronian thing, but I’m nitpicking.

09:13 - I f o r g o t this part was in here! Raf dancing like a god and Bee’s head popping into frame like a giraffe.

09:17 - Shh… I love it.

09:19 - The moment Bee makes a sound, Ratchet stops what he’s doing to watch.

09:21 - Precious af.

09:25 - Jack’s obviously jealous of the way the two dance otherwise he wouldn’t have changed the subject, prove me wrong.

09:30 - I refuse to believe that. (Not to mention they’re not partying.)

09:34 - Raf and Bee dancing as the ball flies past is unexpectedly funny.

09:35 - that ball was gonna hit the ground.. how did it fly up??

09:37 - quick reaction time from Ratchet, goddamn.

09:38 - the wheels on his elbows were spinning as he moved and started to calm down.

09:39 - I’m surprised he didn’t threaten to kill them. I would’ve.

09:43 - I dunno why, but I really like the animation during this specific line. I think it’s because it’s slightly exaggerated so you can tell he’s annoyed, but it’s kinda comedic too.

09:57 - Ratchet feelin proud of himself at that moment. *Cri* look at hiiim

10:08 - not suspicious at all.

10:42 - This story telling part is weirdly pretty to watch.

11:10 - These two looking fiiiine.

11:13 - how long did it take y’all to realise that the laugh Bee just did was his equivalent to a full body laugh? I’ll tell ya, I only just realised.

11:26 - Bulkhead’s double take when he realised Wheeljack wasn’t paying attention.

12:00 - I’m not the only one that feels uncomfortable from how that line was delivered, right?

I AM STARING SO INTENTLY RN!!!

GOOODDD THIS ISSUE WAS SO INTERESTING. how after the sisters were separated and plumstripe just stared at the wall, i wonder if she’s beginning to regret lashing out like that? or if it could have gone differently? it definitely didn’t seem like she planned to fight beeface, just a spur of the moment sorta deal that was caused by bee edging her on, which in turn was caused by her edging bee on.

also, the redpelt content??? i hadn’t really thought about her in the comic much but oh my god. she’s so gentle. i completely understand how she felt when the fighting happened, just completely freezing up and struggling to process what is happening because it was so sudden, too quick, too different from just a second ago- but i could just be seeing it differently than what was intended, haha. when she was rambling off to cootstorm i was begging for that old lady to comfort her in some way but i completely understand why she didn’t, that’s just not her personality. she’s a realist i think, focused on what has to be done and what has been done. she’s right, redpelt isn’t ready for leadership, and i somewhat doubt she’d ever be if she doesn’t get some kind of help, but it doesn’t seem therapy or anything exists in barrenclan that could help. it makes me wonder why mallowstar chose her as deputy when she wasn’t mentally or emotionally ready for those responsibilities weighing her down? may have found a new fav, oops

also!! cormorantpaw!! said bye first!! it wasn’t started by someone else saying bye, he did it!! he’s enjoying pinepaw’s company!!! probably not to a crush level or maybe not even a friend level, but still!!!!! he’s opening up in his own way!! gradually!!! whatever makes him feel comfortable and he’s not rushing!!!! i love him i hope he gets all of the healing he needs cus i just know this guy needs it. also he and pinepaw r listening x infodump i may have said this already i love them

i also just want to add that i loved the four apprentices doodle at the bottom of i think page 2? also the expressions of bee and plum after mallowstar split them up. ur expressions have always been so good, both here and TDS, and such a good inspiration and they always just add to the moment cus of how clearly u can see how they feel cus of it!!! just!!! yeah!! i never know how to end these haha

Plumstripe definitely wasn't planning to attack Beeface, but her fighting ability insult hit a nerve. Plumstripe considers herself to be the best fighter in the Clan, and she's very proud of that.

I've been neglecting Redpelt too much, I really wanted to get some focus on her. Poor gal. I looked at some videos of cats fighting for reference in this issue; it happens so much faster than anything in Warriors makes it seem, which is true of most fights in general. And Redpelt isn't the kind of take-charge person to instinctively throw herself in the middle of a fight, she's too much of an overthinker. Mallowstar sees a lot of potential in her, and he really wants to help her come out of her shell and show her that she can take charge and use all her smarts and empathy! But Redpelt doesn't believe in herself too much. :( Cootstorm doesn't have a lot of sympathy for her worries, unfortunately.

YES Cormorantpaw saying bye first was really important to me!! It's not much but a little first step is huge for him, especially because the environment he grew up in was emotionally as well as physically dangerous. He had to be on guard a lot. Pinepaw wants to break through his walls, but he's willing to take it at a pace Cormorantpaw is comfortable with, and that means a lot to Cormorant (more than he really realizes!).

TYSM I'm really glad you like the art :D I love drawing silly faces, it's my favorite part. And thank you, as always, for leaving such long thoughtful comments about the issues! I look forward to seeing them pop into my askbox.

There was like one chapter where i caught it and i felt so proud of myself, but after that i just get so invested that i dont even notice until someone points it out lmaooo

I think I did notice when it switched to Pythia, at least subconsciously bc I paused at it and scrolled up a bit to see if it'd always been Pythia but ig I didnt scroll up enough lmaoooo

Ohkygod he switches to Pythia the minute Phil enters the room ohkgyfo u cant be playing around with the narrative like this bee, u are way too smart wtf... I'm still in awe with how flawlessly you play around with the change of name. It's always intentional, and yet it feels so natural when you read it. It doesn't feel like a conscious decision from Wilbur at all, ughh it's so good!!!!

God every moment of sandduo in this fic is just a parallel of their relationships with their gods im soooo 😭😭😭

When i first started this fic i was so certain that the majority of all Clara's things were just misinterpretations from her followers that got passed down century to century but now atp idek. Im skipping ahead and I'll probs talk more about it at the end of the chapter but like Kristin literally touched Wilbur- Clara's never gotten that close to him. Though maybe it's bc she's not as strongly connected? On both ends... Im rambling here as I theorize so I might not phrase this correctly but, like. My first thought was Phil said blood helped her connect better to the living world, so maybe that's why she can be physically here and not Clara, but I also thought about how maybe it does affect the relationship whether it's mutual or not, right? Cause Phil chose to be with her, there's trust on both ends. Wilbur got thrown into it, and maybe that affects the magic of the connection or smth. Or Clara's a bitch lmaoooo. I always appreciate seeing the god of life being the antagonist. I feel like it's not gonna be black and white though, things are not often with you hahahaha.

God that was a large paragraph whoops. I am certain though, that at least a large portion of the traditions they have (cough not being able to see the face cough) (just being treated as not a person lol), are things both misinterpreted or just plain ol made up to be able to better control the Pythia. Because, who wouldn't want to be able to fully control someone who can see the future? Idk how they'll ever find that out for sure but damn yeah, it's sad. Look at what you've done Bee, you've traumatized a perfectly good boy

Is there a limit to how long these things can get?? Spruce how do u separate them into diff parts, do u go by vibes or is there a limit LMFAOOO

God. The way Phil knows what Wilburs thinking 😭😭😭 im gonna cryyyy theyre sooo ahdjfkfld

The way you describe all the tiny details, god, your writing feels so real. It feels like it breathes. I feel so immersed in it. I can not only see everything happening around me, I can feel it, as if I were there. I dunno, I just really appreciate all the tiny details you mention, and how you take care to remind us that his eyes are closed by describing the sounds around him, and how you mention him feeling odd when he winces bc of his face being numbed, like ik theyre not a big deal, but those details mean so much to me. They make everything feel so much more alive.

And the way you describe people's thoughts, they're so realistic rahhhhhhss. Your characters always feel truly human

I love your writing so much aaahhh

The cheer i let out when i saw the mate at their 2nd meeting when i read this chap for the first time LMFAOOO

I was definitely debating whether or not to start the chapter with him using wilbur, but it just felt right so I went with it and I'm very happy with the tone it gave because it provided such a good tone shift when phil showed up and wilbur switched back to using 'the pythia'. it's such a fun narrative tool to use, though it's definitely a bit exhausting to remember every time i refer to wilbur in narration i'm making a choice with how i refer to him. fun, but a lot to keep in my head

lmao phil was so pissed when they got back. he figured a lot out on his own but wanted to hear it from tommy himself. they really should've told phil about the guy wilbur bumped into tho rip :/

yeah no phil is not wilbur's long lost father or anything. I only think those kinds of twists work in very specific stories, otherwise it just feels like a cheap way to be like "look now these two have a biological reason to care about each other!" and really gives off the vibes of found family being less important than blood family

the thing is regarding wilbur's relationship to clara is that when contrasted with phil's relationship to kristin, i want it to be obvious that it's a two-way relationship. you have to put in what you wanna get out.

ldksjfkl aaa that's so sweet. I love including tiny details like those because I try to make my stories as easy to visualize as possible. I know that when I read something, I want to be able to see the scene perfectly in my head, so I try to emphasize the facial expressions and body language and the setting they're in and all that to really immerse the reader in it

Hi!!! I love your questions and your kind words, you always manage to brighten my day and make everything a little softer 💛 thank you so much Anni

Heres some animals that are not bunnies we identify with/like a whole lot:

- 🐻 bears! Bears have always been a favorite of mine, both in big scary beastie and little soft teddy form! It’s not something I’d been able to express until my adulthood because while My Animal was Bunnies, my closest sibling’s was Bears, and therefore I could Not Have That. It became more okay because said sibling relates to other animals nowadays

Anyway, Dosy(as the oc) liking bears was always a trait of hers because shes always been like a mama bear to all the other robots. The main Dosy is named Dosybear for her protective and soft tendencies

- Birdies 🕊️ (songbirds, chickens and crows) I LOVE bird watching, and bird feeding, and supporting Birds because I love them so so much. If you ever ask me if I want to see a bird, my answer is YES! Birdy Belle got her name because she absolutely loves watching birds so much and narrating the possible bird drama to anyone who will hear it

Chickens because I have a strong affinity for farm animals and I raised chicks as a very small child and also a couple of flocks of them later in life. There is little more wonderful than petting a chicken until she tips over in your lap and you both take a nap in the sunshine. Hail, Dosy and the littles have all always loved chickens

Crows because my beloveds take the form of Corvids in my stories to watch over all the forms of me <3 R’s “evil” crow self owns the Docile and all robot parts and it feels very secure. Mal takes form of a raven to watch over Princess Rose/the Flower parts!

- cats/tigers 🐯 we were born in the year of the Tiger and my birthday makes me a Lion(Leo). I used to not like that idea at all but really embraced the identity in teenagehood when Taiga emerged. I also used to rp a tiger girl and she’ll always be close to my heart. I also just think tigers are really neat!

There has been some thought about a nonhuman part that’s a nonspeaking cat, too. I can’t tell if it’s just a side of Taiga or what, they only ever take form to pester R so yknow.. hesitant to make any claims.

I’ve also just always adored cats, both my late Penny and earlier Anika, my affectionate and pretty little ladies

- sheep 🐑 This is mostly just an OC thing, because one of my favorite lore worlds with R is our demonic sheep people and the lives they lead. I just love sheep though too, something something ancient-feeling ties to both farm animals and church themes

- wolfs 🐺 While I don’t feel hugely connected to wolves that much, we do have a couple of werewolf parts so it would be silly not to include them (Cerberus and Percy)

- Seaslugs that look like bunnies 🐠 While they are not bunnies, they may as well be. Mossballs also fall under this category but they are not bunnies or even animals at all

Also under the underwater category, we have a part who loves Angelfish, and Hidey really loves Sea Angels

- bees 🐝 I had a phase where I was just obsessed with bees and learning all about them. Same thing with frogs? I don’t really remember it and it was really hugely a Taiga hosting thing I think. I do love bees still but I don’t seek out aesthetics with them because insects are too much of a trigger for me. I do have a lot of bee-themed things though that are very cottagecore

aaa thank you!! i'm so so proud of stars especially because of how complicated it was. one of the frustrating parts about writing it though was that because of how complex it was with the different characters and motivations and the prose I tried to establish I had to be fully awake and focused to write it. I couldn't write it if i was sleepy or just not in the right headspace or else the story would suffer, so that was very annoying to me. still, worth it in the end though because the story gained so much from that.

Personally he doesn’t like it, a quick blow job in between classes is alright with him or even a quick fuck in the showers in the changing rooms, but he prefers his time and he’d rather have you all to himself for a few hours.

Not necessarily, he likes boundaries so you both talk over them often and he’d just do whatever was in the green zone. Sometimes if he’s being a hard dom he’ll try a risky move, wait for you reaction and depending on that he’ll keep it up or drop it immediately.

If he’s had a long day, it doesn’t take long. He’s a gentleman so he’ll kill you to sleep before he passes out, but sometimes you’d get back from the bathroom and see him sprawled out, a big grin on his face.

A = Attractive. What do they find attractive about the other?

He loves your passion. How even little things in life can get you excited and happy. He also loves your strong will. You two being in the lime light takes a strong personality and you match that perfectly.

B = Baby. Do they want a family? Why/Why not?

He really wants kids. He likes to imagine Sunday mornings, your children waking you up and you all making breakfast before spending the day playing games and just being a close family. Nothing makes him happier than thinking of his future family.

C = Cuddle. How do they cuddle?

No matter how warm the nights get, Sebastian likes to be snuggled entirely under the blankets. Usually one of you will be spooning the other but if its too hot then just either your legs or arms are slightly tangled.

D = Dates. What are dates with them like?

Sebastian doesn’t do ‘little’ dates. He sweeps you off your feet every single time. You’ll come home from work expecting a normal evening at home to find some new fancy clothes and jewellery lying down on your bed, along with a note telling you what time to be ready by. Bang on time, Sebastian knocks on the door (you live together but why not be romantic and come pick you up like he used too) with a bouquet of your favourite flowers. Before driving to a beautiful restaurant, champagne sitting there waiting. All evening he would throw compliments at you, repeating his love. If you felt like it, you two would go for a walk along the sea front or just drive randomly and talk away.

E = Everything. You are my ____ (e.g. my life, my world…)

F = Feelings. When did they know they were falling in love?

He couldn’t really give a proper time when he knew he was falling for you. It just kind of happened! He knew he missed you when you were gone, even if you spent all day together. He knew he dreamt of waking up to your face everyday and he knew his heart skipped a beat every time you kissed him. One day he just realised ‘holy shit, i love you’.

H = Holding Hands. How do they like to hold hands?

I = Impression. First impression/s?

You two got along very well. Your personalities just clicked and the two of you became friends fast. It took a few months, but that friendship soon turned into love.

J- Joker. Are they into pulling pranks?

He loves them, a lot more than you did. Barely a day went by that Sebastian didn’t play some sort of joke on you. Usually you find it funny and playful but other days you want to slap his pretty face.

K = Kiss. How do they kiss?

Most of the time Sebastian will hold your chin with his finger and thumb, tilt your head up and kiss you deeply. Although sometimes he’ll be a little more rough and grab your waist, pulling you towards him.

L = Love. Who says ‘I love you’ first?

You do. After a particularly breath taking date and nearly six months together, you finally felt as though you were ready to say those words. When you uttered those words, Sebastian grinned at you before saying it back.

M = Memory. What’s their favourite memory together?

You two were walking home from a lovely date night a restaurant. You both had a few drinks so couldn’t drive and you were struggling to catch a taxi so decided to take a longer walk across the parks. It was a stunning night and half way home, he placed his jacket on the ground and the two of you lied down, watching the stars and resting your feet. Feeling merry anyway from the drinks flowing through you, you lied there for nearly an hour, just joking together and sharing kisses. Going from the last letter, this was the moment you looked up at each other and said I love you for the first time.

N = Nickel. Do they spoil? Do they buy the person they love everything?

You are so, so spoilt. Literally anything your eyes land on, Sebastian will buy it for you. Even stuff you had never seen or even heard of, if he thinks you’ll like it, he’ll buy it, Date night? He’s got you some new clothes and jewellery for it. Anniversary? You cant see the floor in your home from all the gifts. And birthdays are just insane with the amount of stuff he gets you.

O = Orange. What colour reminds them of their other half?

Sky Blue. A lovely calm, stunning colour that reminds him of summer days. Days he loved to spend with you. He would often buy you some sky blue jewellery, making a matching dress too.

P = Petnames. What petnames do they use?

You two are cringe as hell and like to think of the most sickening names for each other as possible. Bunny, sugar-plum, precious. Just as cringy as possible to make each other laugh.

Q = Quaint. What is their favourite non-modern thing?

Sebastian's a simple man and loves the simple things. One of those things is a gentle bike ride. On a hot day with the cold breeze cooling him, he loved to just bike through the country and forget about life's trouble for a while.

R = Rainy Day

A busy man leads a busy life. Rain or shine, his days barely change. Although on the rare days you both have a day together with nothing to do and its pouring it down outside, he was known to drag you out in it. Whether to just dance in the back garden or to go for a quick run, Sebastian loved to just be out in the rain for a while with you. It felt like a reset for you both and it was those moments you treasured the most.

S = Sad. How do they cheer themselves/others up?

As most people know, Sebastian talks to his therapist often. You try not to pry too much, knowing if he wants to share his feelings with you, he will. But you can always tell when he’s feeling a bit down. It’s usually cured with a cup of tea, cuddles and you dragging your nails gently across his skin to make him feel relaxed. Sometimes he’ll talk to you about what’s bothering him, other times he just wants to feel your touch.

T = Talking. What do they like to talk about?

You two are low key conspiracy theorists. You will often find you both having deep conversations about a theory you saw online or about a new documentary. Whether it was something like aliens exist all the way to the queen is a lizard, you two would have debated on it.

U = Unencumbered. What helps them relax?

As said above, he loves to feel your nails dragging across his skin. He felt most relaxed when lying in bed on his stomach, you lying beside him and dragging your nails along his spine. He would get Goosebumps from it and always felt like he could fall asleep right there and then.

V = Vaunt. What do they like to show off? What are they proud of?

You and your career! Sebastian was your number one fan and would brag about your acting success every chance he could. Even if he’s doing an interview about his own movie, he’ll still slip in there how proud he is of your new project. He couldn’t help it.

W = Wedding. When, how, where do they propose?

It was your two year anniversary and you two decided to take a week off of work. Nothing special planned, just a week to relax and actually get to enjoy one another's company. Sebastian watched you with admiration as you cooked dinner, watching the way you sung along to the radio and how you refused to let him help, insisting on spoiling him. As you stood at the stove, Sebastian walked to the bedroom and grabbed a little box from his bedside drawers. Going back to the kitchen, he stood behind you and wrapped his arms around your waist, head resting on your shoulder.

“This wasn’t how i planned it,” He said, letting go of your slightly to open the box and show a beautiful ring. “But i couldn't wait any longer. Will you marry me?”
