psych commentary 2x02
SF KK JRr DH, but I swear I'm hearing another voice that is too high for SF, not a big enough chest, & it doesn't have the same timbre/fry as JRr, & not even close to the tight yet smooth quality of DH, & the speech patterns/habits/accents are different. This person is not mentioned on the DVD. I don't think it's Andy Berman. The other likely one would be Chris Henze I think.
finally did a dinosaur
Every year we should do a feature film movie. This is jurassic park on our budget
1/1000th more scruff, he's at his wit's end
You can see why he's head detective.
Obscure lines from obscure movies. I love them
they upped the special effects for This One Episode
"how hard can it be to solve these things if the clues are lit up"
the shooting is in vancouver, the writer's room is in LA
"the pen is drawing for me, what's even going on"
there are minimum four things happening here
*getting caught watching* *laughing at their own show, good*
[gus] is so disappointed in his man...
they did like fifty different sketches of the dinosaur
Gus has a regular full-time job
"we are going to do a mini version of every one of my favourite 80s movies"
My man did so much research for this, & he knew the bite marks bc he'd taken a picture of himself in the jaws
"Hows the cast?" 'James will literally make up lines to entertain YOU'
hear them laughing when they see shawn "looking for the room"
City of talent
Doug DeVette, named after [his] friend, Dough DouVet
DH: I wasn't enjoying that cupcake
The wet bar is from the next episode bc psy vs psy was aired out of order
Smartest person ever, but has hoels in his knowledge
A wacked wombat
idc abt the controversy! I want Gus! He is smart!
four minute Dule scene they sadly sadly had to cut it down
Supposed to be almost pitch black & then the light in his eyes JRr: I played it for you man! Post: We'll colour correct this for you man!
SF: Steal his whole thing & you're expecting to give it to you just right there
SF: Any time you have to open something, it's always the most impossible thing to open. You have the bone density of a 90 year old grandmother
This was supposed to be the opposite of the university, all high tech, but it looks like someone's garden shed with spider webs, bones, & armadillos. (& ojai peaches)
KK: The giant lettering on the side that we had to light up just in case you missed it Me: How stupid do you think we are? (I'm very stupid, actually)
Great transition
THE NETWORK WANTED TO SUBTITLE THIS GUY!? I mean, as a hard of hearing person who also has adhd (audio processing issues), I do struggle to understand ppl with accents I'm unfamiliar with sometimes, (makes me feel so racist,) but I just have the captions on for everything.
This man gave them handmade greeting cards & SF a beaded bracelet? That is so nice!
Wrecked the car this episode : (
Once again, heaviest gate in the history of gates Network: Why so heavy?
*can't think of the movie* Dule Hill was in that one!
DH legit fell down that hill *everyone laughing* DH That hurt when I got up
Stunt driver, sound stage, stunt driver, hitting a tree, spin around (Gus doesn't do that later seasons, he does a nine point turn.)
Ernest Jackson
Arguing physics while being shot at
"this is what happens when you have a one year old while you're writing your script"
I like all the cops watching him on his streak
JRr: There was one take where Tim came in & got both Ethan AND Robinson wrong. He created a completely new nam, first & last. SF: Efirmsimolinus Junior was the name, oddly enough. I hate being hoh without captions
Exposition. "We're fooling you right here!"
SF: Who decided that if Corbin was going to sit in the purple chair & have the purple curtains, that he should be wearing the purple shirt, next to the purple painting? He's having a purple moment right there. He should be reading a Prince magazine.
HS: I know feelings Commenters: *cracking up*
Visual Effects! JRr's fave. Great job Tim.
*metal hitting metal sound effect* KK: What is it hitting? JRr: Watch & belt buckle? SF: Bone
The trex skull was paper maché, they had to NOT break it with the shovels & brushes
obviously fake smoke
SF: I guarantee if you watch csi, law & order, you're never going to see "I just discovered a dinosaur" *cut to the floor with clothing & tools scattered on it, panning up the bodies of Shawn & Gus* KK: This was another... controversy, a little bit, the Of Mice & Men run JRr: Well so was the post-coital positioning
Shawn has been carrying his Lenny forever. Finally! The opportunity to get it out!
Almonds too. SF: You actually learn something on this show every once in a while
SF: James, when I sent you the script, I remember this very clearly, you sent me an email back that simply said "Stop analyzing my threat" & I'm like "Thank you" [sweet voice]. & the thing that I do truly, truly love about you is you always pick out my favourite line from a script that I'm most proud of
keeps opening it like something different is going to be out there
SF: The rule is, Henry always has to call at the most inopportune moment CH: He's just down for a pleasant walk on the docks (thinking about an unsolved murder) SF: He thought he'd take the purple shirt out &... KK: give it a spin "He always calls to get something back or have Shawn pick something up" "We should have given him a fishing pole"
They just had so much rain that they wanted to film outside apparently SF: They called me like "Hey we want to film this on the pier" & I'm like "I don't care I'm fine"
KK: I think the girls are excited about going on this adventure
where WERE they hiding when Sullivan walked them out here!? "Clearly comes from the woods. Henry found it too"
First time someone interrupts the breakdown
One was Taupe & one was Grey
Roger Deacon btw is not the guy from queen buried here
JRr: After seventy four takes of this, I did one where I was a velociraptor, & that's the only thing that got printed SF: Matheson put it in his cut KK: I'm still trying to wrap my head around that JRr: & I touch Dulé & [Gus] becomes a velociraptor SF: It was six minutes of *velociraptor noises: Grauughgh, eaign, eaign!* & then he touched Dule & it's like *velociraptor noises: wroAGHghhhhh* *everyone laughing* JRr: & that was when we learned that we need to be more careful about what was being printed
DH: Between the locks, & the fence, & the raptors "this was our most controversial episode of the season"
*aren't sure if it's forcing the other to dig or etting credit*
Zippy the dinosaur Gus: His name would be Jerome
SF: There SHOULD be a reason for each episode to happen, somebody learns something, something changes in their life, & this is the moment where Lassiter can accept a hug from Juliet.
Lassiter: Oh what do I look like! (one of the commenters): ... Mr Bean
Undercut it with the walk away quickly
JRr, in a funny "sexy" voice: Oah! I must have ridden my ~motorcycle~ to the house
you didn't do a very good job of it because I didn't know for AGES that shawn had a motorcycle! Then again, I was only watching the occasional episode with my mom if I had time when she had it on.
JRr: & they never have a jacket filming, so it's always this mad dash & in this particular case I believe I ended up with something,,, suede
"You could take the motorcycle lessons we've been offering for years now" JRr: Oh yeah "I feel like the authenticity could be..."
Another controversy on the Shawn intervention
GET OUT!
The freak out dance at the end!
SF: gjiblin KK: *gkiblin SF: No he likes when I call him dgiblin

am only tangentially aware of the sexyman poll thing, but seeing ppl on my dash, whom i've never seen talk about wtnv, suddenly going to bat for cecil so hard gives me actual real emotions? and i can't even be cringe about it. when i found wtnv i was an unmedicated undergraduate student living month to month in an apartment in a shit neighborhood, and that podcast deadass kept me from a stint in a psych ward, dude. i am years behind on the episodes, but it like, legit rewired my brain and taught me how to cope with my existential despair by making it something beautiful and funny instead of something to fear. i'm not a merch person generally, but i am literally at this moment, without even realizing it, wearing a wtnv shirt and pants (the ones with creepy on the butt, obviously. i have the booty shorts too. both are quite literally the most comfortable pants i own, jsyk). i have a fucking wtnv tattoo (that joseph fink liked on twitter 84 years ago 💅) bc it's a quote that helps me when i am Dwelling. i listened to wtnv when i was studying creative writing in school and trying to figure out my own voice, and now i am on the brink of making a substantial living off of my books, and wtnv is definitely part of why. i have episode #13 "a story about you" memorized, bc it was (and occasionally still is) my go-to when i am not able to sleep bc of my brain. it calms me down. i've watched them live in three different cities (two different countries), bc i wanted to see them, and also bc i wanted to support the cast and crew. i'm not staying up until midnight on episode drop days anymore. idk what's going on with the plot. but i will always, always, always love that stupid podcast, and owe it more than i can repay
idk, i just like seeing it on my dash again. feels good. feels organic

summary: looking good interviewing timothee
-----
As the sun dipped below the horizon, painting the desert in a magical light, you sat face to face with two big Hollywood stars, Timothée Chalamet and Zendaya, right on the set of the highly anticipated movie, Dune. The conversation aimed to uncover their insights into the production process of this monumental adaptation and delve into the intricacies of their respective roles.
"It's great to have both of you here, Timothée and Zendaya. Dune is known worldwide, with a passionate fan following. How did you guys tackle the challenge of portraying your characters in this adaptation?"
Timothee's eyes locked onto yours as he began to answer, a spark of interest evident in his gaze. "Well, for me, it was about really delving into the psyche of Paul Atreides," he said, his voice carrying a hint of intensity. "His journey is one of self-discovery, of navigating a world filled with complexities and challenges. It was a privilege to step into his shoes."
Zendaya concurred with a nod before expressing, "Playing Chani was truly amazing for me. She's a character of immense strength and resilience, and I aimed to embody her essence in every scene. Working with such a skilled cast and crew was an absolute pleasure."
Throughout the interview, Timothee's gaze kept drifting back to you, his eyes lingering for just a moment longer than necessary, sending a flutter of excitement through your chest. Zendaya seemed to notice the subtle exchange and flashed you a knowing smile before continuing to discuss the film.
As the interview neared its end, you found yourself filled with excitement, grateful for the opportunity to have conversed with two burgeoning Hollywood talents. "Thank you both for your time today," you expressed warmly, a sincere smile gracing your face. "I'm confident that Dune will indeed become a cinematic masterpiece."
As the cameras stopped rolling, Timothee approached you with a sheepish grin. "Hey, um, I was wondering if maybe... you'd want to grab a coffee sometime?" he asked, his cheeks tinged with a hint of pink.
Zendaya, who had been observing the interaction with amusement, couldn't contain her laughter. "Well, well, well, Timmy," she teased, "how professional of you."
Timothee rolled his eyes playfully before turning back to you, his expression hopeful. "So, what do you say?"
You couldn't help but laugh at the unexpected turn of events. "I'd love to," you replied, feeling a surge of excitement at the prospect of getting to know him outside of the interview setting.
As you exchanged numbers with Timothee, Zendaya grinned mischievously, shaking her head in disbelief. "I can't believe you just did that," she said, her laughter filling the air. "But hey, who am I to stand in the way of true love?"
As you watched Timothee walk away, a smile tugging at the corners of your lips, you couldn't help but feel a sense of unexpected opportunity in the air, as if the desert sands themselves were whispering tales of new beginnings.

Merlin BBC UK TV Show - A Psychological Analysis Series Part 13
The Meaning Of Pendragon In The TV Show
The 3 prominent characters in the TV show who bear the Pendragon last name are Uther, Arthur and Morgana.
Tumblr media
The name has its origin in the Old Welsh language
Tumblr media
The Arthurian legends were mainly written in the medieval age.
However Arthur's literary origins lie in the Dark ages.
The TV creators have already stated it was their intention to reinterpret Arthurian legends using a modern Smallville format which is modern American in its narrative.
Source:
Even though the TV show does not specify the time period it is set in, it uses a lot of medieval imagery such as plated armor, chain mail, carriages etc.. which were all medieval inventions.
So this dark age last name used within a medieval world but portrayed through a modern 21st century American narrative takes a whole new meaning.
Tumblr media
The show also gives us a literal meaning to Pendragon as Uther even sent a dragon to the pen ( Kilgaragh is imprisoned underneath the cavern of Camelot )
Here the name takes the overtures of being a TYRANT.
______________________________________________________________
Uther:
Tumblr media
He fits the classic definition of a tyrant.
I don't even have to list all of Uther's crimes because Merlin as Dragoon literally calls him a tyrant to his face listing all his misdeeds in the following clip:
youtube
It is Uther who lends his last name to Morgana and Arthur and all the baggage that comes with it.
______________________________________________________________
Morgana:
Tumblr media
It is very telling that the moment Morgana realizes that Uther is her father, she rejects Uther as she does not want to associate with what Uther Pendragon represents.
However the Pendragon traits soon manifests within her as she undergoes the tragic transformation from being a brave and loyal friend who helped a lowly servant by going to his village and helping him defend it to being this embittered villainess who shows dictatorial traits.
Her struggle for self acceptance as a magical being and protesting against the persecution of magic users soon manifests as a crusade against the non magical users based on revenge.
The Pendragon legacy here acts as a genetic pathological mental illness that is triggered through grief and betrayal. Morgana being poisoned by Merlin being the trigger for Morgana as Ygraine's death was for Uther.
Tumblr media
______________________________________________________________
Arthur:
Tumblr media
Uther is the typical distant and repressive fatherly figure who has channeled all his hopes and emotions on his sole male heir i.e. Arthur.
Arthur had a strict military training who is only allowed to show his masculine, aggressive side
Tumblr media
Unlike Morgana, Arthur constantly feels the pressure to live up to Pendragon name. The Sword in the Stone: Part 1 and 2 episodes perfectly highlights Arthur's insecurities.
Merlin who is privy to Arthur's psyche more than anyone in the series, has seen the Pendragon rage manifest in Arthur such as:
Arthur willing to kill Uther (Refer Episode: The Sins of the Father)
Arthur banishing Gwen under the punishment of death (Refer Episode: Lancelot Du Lac)
Arthur vowing vengeance against Agravaine (Refer Episode: The Sword in the Stone Part 1)
Arthur vows to punish Dragoon after Uther dies (Refer Episode: The Wicked Day)
In all the above situations, it is Merlin who provides counsel and/or emotional support to Arthur to exercise prudence and not give in to his rage.
IT IS ONE OF THE KEY REASON WHY MERLIN DOES NOT REVEAL HIS MAGIC TO ARTHUR UNTILL THE VERY END !!!
youtube
The dialogue in the scene above is very revealing.
ARTHUR: Why did you never tell me?
MERLIN: I wanted to but...
ARTHUR: What?
MERLIN: You would have chopped my head off.
ARTHUR: I am not sure what I would have done
MERLIN: I did not want to put you in that position
ARTHUR: That's what worried you
Merlin knows the trigger for Pendragon rage is betrayal and grief.
Merlin knows it was his betrayal of Morgana that lead her down a dark path.
Tumblr media
Had Merlin revealed his magic to Arthur earlier he would never have earned Arthur's trust to be in a position to counsel him during his darkest moments.
Merlin being the other half of Arthur as stated by Kilgaragh acts a superego for Arthur trying to counterbalance his aggressive Pendragon tendencies .
Kilgaragh had told Merlin it was his mission to mold Arthur into being a great king. (Refer Episode: Dragons' Call)
Merlin's influence on Arthur is really exemplified in the episode "Death Song Of Uther Pendragon" , where Arthur confronts Uther:
youtube
Merlin then confronts Uther's ghost, reiterating that Arthur is indeed very unlike Uther.
Tumblr media
This episode ends with Arthur rejecting Uther and what Uther stands for, by blowing the Horn of Cathbhadh and sending Uther back to the spirit realm.
Tumblr media
______________________________________________________________
In Conclusion:
It was a masterful stroke by the series creators to have Morgana and Arthur introduced to the audience in contrasting light. (Refer Episode: Dragons' Call)
Morgana is shown distressed as a man is executed by Uther for being a sorcerer whereas Arthur is seen bullying one of his squires.
The audience is only privy to the information that Arthur is Uther's son and Morgana is unrelated to Uther resulting in the viewer sympathizing with Morgana and rooting against Arthur.
However as the series progresses and as Morgana's identity is revealed. We see her succumb to the Pendragon traits despite her abject hatred of Uther . Whereas Arthur ultimately rejects Uther and Uther's ideology despite constantly seeking his validation throughout the series.
Morgana ( Hero to Villan ) and Arthur's ( Villan To Hero) character arc ends up in complete opposite directions from where they began.
Both characters are scarred by trauma, loss and betrayals they have experienced compounded by the less than stellar parenting of Uther Pendragon.
It is very poignant that the series ends with Gwen on the throne and not a Pendragon signifying a new future for Camelot.

My Journey to You Ep. 12 visuals: Love in blue
Ok, I'm not really a color theory girlie, BUT when a character suddenly changes up their outfits that's something I like to pay attention to. Gong Shangjue has always been portrayed in somber black and suddenly he's dressed in blue for his little lantern date with his assassin fiancée who also happens to frequently dress in blue?
Oh, it's so on, production design team.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
But first, let's take a moment to relive this banger of a scene.
The sexual tension between these two makes me absolutely feral. This slow burn is what enemies-to-lovers should always aspire to.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
...
...
...
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
...
...
...
Well, shit. I saw that jaw clench, Shangjue. Sorry, can't offer any substantive commentary. Still recovering.
Moving on...
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Something I didn't really notice until this episode was how blue-toned Shangjue and Qian's scenes are in comparison to Gong Ziyu and Yun Weishan's scenes.
It's reflected in the costumes, with Ziyu and Weishan often wearing warmer colors with more exuberant gold embroidery and trimmings. It's reflected in the lighting with their scenes more reliant on the warmth of ambient lighting while Shangjue and Qian's are often shot with cooler natural light. It's also present in the set design, with Shangjue and Qian's scenes (especially those shot together) consistently involving or happening by water, which reminds me of the Chinese poem:
Drops of water can break through stone [if given long enough].
In other words, "soft" strategies can eventually make headway in difficult challenges—in this case, Qian's clever use of care to crack through Shangjue's personal defenses. And probably vice versa in the future.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Also, note how both scenes above start with the camera panning and tilting up from the blue of the water before focusing on the two characters. The camera crew for My Journey to You use a surprising amount of movement in their shots so I'm going to pay more attention to how they introduce and conclude scenes from here on out.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Of course, Shangjue's new blue outfit (and the warm blue of the pond landscape) is immediately noticeable given how starkly monochromatic and cold most of their scenes have been up until this point. Wearing the same color is a costume representation of their growing closeness. This dinner date is yet another unexpected peace offering from Shangjue, possibly his response to Qian's earlier question of "Isn't it good to be cared about?" (And correct me if I'm wrong but I think it's also the first time he actually gives Qian something rather than a few insights into his psyche. He and Ziyu have very different love languages lol)
But from the loaded dialogue it's clear that neither are overcome by the unnamed growing attraction between them, and I expect the blue that visually represents their relationship to return to a cooler tone by the next episode. They're still playing cat-and-mouse with each other, just with sexier vibes.
(Side note: Ryan Cheng is so good here. The way he relaxes and tenses his body, the smooth transition between microexpressions as the two characters dance between interrogation and half-truths. Ah, to be hot and talented. Can't relate.)
Tumblr media
Finally--and I'm pretty sure I'm reaching but it's my tumblr so why the hell not--I want to talk about Gong Yuanzhi's costuming. Something I immediately noticed about Yuanzhi's character is how his closet is probably the most diverse of the main cast. Unlike other characters who tend to wear variations of the same fabrics, his outfits use different textures and colors. He wears a lot of black like his beloved cousin but also blues, silvers, whites, and now in Episode 12 green. I wonder if his lack of commitment to one color story is an indication of how his alliance with Shangjue will shift in the future, especially if Shangjue ever allows his attraction to Qian to cloud his judgment about either Yuanzhi's loyalty or what is in the best interest of the Gong clan.
Episode 12 definitely felt like a transitional episode that is meant to drop clues and kickstart a bunch of plot threads so I'm excited to see how those threads converge or diverge from these color stories if at all.

Restless, Respite
my take on the final scene of the Hold On ending | Head Engineer Mark x The Captain (can be read as platonic) | Words: 1,232 | read on AO3
basically I was thinking far too much about how we are presumably the last to wake up that final time (besides the colonists) and how it seems like the crew has been up for a while and how engineer Mark might be feeling about that (not good)
The Head Engineer tapped his fingertips anxiously on the rim of his coffee mug.
The Captain hadn't woken up yet.
It had been a good half hour of the Invincible II’s various personnel filling the bridge and every other area of the ship. The crew leads conferred with each other and their respective teams to ensure everything was fully functional and ready to move on to the next phase of the mission. The entire crew was bustling, eager to set foot on their new home, the promise of a new life awaiting them.
Still, the Captain did not stir.
Despite assurance from the computer AI that all systems were nominal, Mark had checked every major system personally, and with a little more caution than usual. If anyone noticed the slight lack in his typical blasé confidence, they didn’t mention it.
They'd had time to run diagnostics, prepare equipment and shuttles to take down to the surface, and all have their “morning” coffee. All except The Captain and Mark.
With a quiet sigh, he pressed a few icons on his tablet, issuing a command to the system to reheat their drink for the fifth time. They'd wake up any minute now, for sure.
Celci let him know that all one hundred thousand colonists were doing well, and seemed a little surprised when his response didn't hold quite the same bite as most of their interactions. (She also insisted that there was nothing wrong with the Captain’s pod, and people wake up at different speeds.) Burt assured him that the reactor was stable and had fared well with the journey, followed by Gunther enthusiastically reporting that the advance team was ready to head down to the planet's surface to scout ahead.
For once, there was no emergency. It was almost too good to be true. There was really no need to wake the Captain prematurely. If they needed a few more minutes after all they'd been through, that was fine.
And yet, Mark couldn't help the growing pit of dread in his stomach.
The details were a little fuzzy, but with every passing minute his memories of the wormhole and the ensuing chaos became clearer, more solid — the freshest of which being a pained exchange with his Captain, his dearest friend, in the warp core room, as the weight of the multiverse fell heavy on his shoulders with realisation and the subsequent guilt and remorse, the walls of reality literally beginning to crumble around them.
Remembering it all was like waking from a dream in reverse; images of each universe and lifetime stung in the tight grip of his psyche instead of slipping from recollection. His mind began to race, panicking slightly as he remembered times his Captain hadn't woken up at all.
Mark took a small sip of coffee. He felt a headache coming on.
As if on cue, he felt a gentle bump against his leg. He cast his gaze towards it and was happy to see Chica softly nudging him, panting cheerfully with her big eyes aglow.
‘Hey, bub.’
He smiled and bent to pet her soft fur with his free hand, grateful for a comforting distraction from his wandering thoughts.
‘Yeah, any moment now,’ he muttered under his breath as he went to retrieve the Captain’s coffee mug while Chica trotted away.
‘Initialising Wakey-Wakey Protocol.’
Mark’s head shot up at the sound of the AI voice announcing their emergence from cryo-sleep. Relief flooded him as he saw them slowly step out of their pod, tentatively poking a crew member as if wanting to make sure this was real. He understood the feeling.
‘Mornin’, Captain!’ Mark beamed as he strode over to greet them. He eyed the Captain up and down with concern. They looked about as exhausted and on edge as he’d felt upon waking up this time.
‘Ooh, you look like you’ve been through hell. Yeah, cryo-sleep sucks, but coffee can help.’ He offered them their mug which they took automatically. With a friendly clunk of his own cup against theirs, he made his way around the main console to talk with various crew members while the crew leads took turns speaking to the Captain.
‘Computer, let’s get those blast shields open.’
The head engineer let out an awed sigh at the view. ‘The trip was smooth. Just a few rocks, couple cosmic rays, nothing the computer couldn’t handle on its own,’ he reassured, hoping to ease their obvious trepidation. To his relief, they seemed to relax immensely at the sight of the planet before them. He watched as they reached out a gloved hand and pressed gently against the glass (memories of said glass shattering flashed across his mind, which he quickly dismissed).
A whole array of emotions crossed his Captain’s face as they admired the planet that would soon house the new colony. He could almost swear that he saw the tell-tale glisten of tears forming in their eyes. Eyes that were now wise and weary beyond their years. Eyes that had seen countless people die and the very fabric of time and space glitch and collapse and attempt to put itself together again. Eyes that could pierce right through his and pull him apart at the seams with a single look.
‘She is a beauty, isn’t she, Captain? The long range scans did not do her justice. Perfect in almost every way. We’ll still have to do top to bottom scans once we’re down on the surface but we’re moving equipment as fast we can. The crew is eager to get off the ship and onto solid ground. I think you can understand the sentiment.’
They watched as the shuttles disembarked from the main ship and made their way towards the planet. The Captain looked pleased to see progress already being made.
Mark hesitated for a moment. There was so much he wanted to say. To ask. Lifetimes worth of emotions lay pent up inside of him, itching at the walls of his throat and the tip of his tongue. But the guilt still bore down on him, and the fear of truly acknowledging and dwelling on all that had transpired between the two far outweighed the desire to talk and have it all laid out in the open where it couldn’t gnaw at his insides. No doubt his Captain would probably want to discuss it all eventually. Maybe they hated him right now and were just trying to hide it. Hell, he’d deserve it if they did. But he couldn’t have that conversation here and now. Not with the whole crew present and the colony to build. Not with so many people looking to both of them for direction and guidance. Maybe that was an excuse.
Instead: ‘And, uh, thank you…’ he uttered simply, voice low and earnest, as he felt their gaze turn towards him before finally bringing himself to meet their eyes, if only briefly.
‘...for, uh, not giving up on me. Just… thank you.’
The Captain gave him a sincere smile and he returned it with a nod. He wasn't sure he remembered the last time he saw them smile like that.
They brought the coffee mug up to their lips. It was one he’d reserved especially for them, bearing a clear message in bold text: ‘#1 Captain’.
As they finally took a sip, Mark hoped they understood that he meant it.

DH: Most of the time when I'm doing lines in front of a screen, I am reading them right off the screen
She was sleeping on a car, at one point she was sleeping in the guard shack & a life guard stand
"When we first came up with the idea for the episode, it was just: they got on american duos, they want to kill the head judge, & at the end he criticizes his killer's plan"
DH: Now I've got to tell you about how cool it was to dress up like Michael Jackson doing thriller when John Landis directed the real Thriller. KK: He loved it DH: He did say it was weird shooting it though
CH: For those of you watching this, if you ever meet James Roday, he'll probably be sitting in the corner, with like, a ski vest on, not talking to anybody, you ask him a question he's like [softly] "yeah thanks man" but to see him in his element right here JRr: & we got approval to use that song From Tears For Fears! He Emailed! Curt Smith! SF: & I hope this starts a mini revival for Tears for Tears JRr: Love that band

MP100 Theatre Kid AU
Welcome to the AU that takes all my theatre experience and shoves it into the mp100 cast members (pun intended) because Teru is the definition of that theatre kid and I have thoughts.
This is Teru and Shigeo’s character sheets, but I’ve got ideas for Reigen, Ritsu, Shou (definitely a tech kid), Serizawa, the BIC (stage crew), the telepathy club, and even Claw. (And maybe Mogami?)
Teruki “Teru” Hanazawa
Tumblr media
Background:
He grew up being ignored by his parents and classmates. Nothing he did got their attention, no matter how big or small. Good grades were expected and getting in trouble got him shunned even more.
During music class in elementary, his music teacher, Koyama-sensei, announced their class was doing a short musical for the annual cultural festival and it would have some solos.
Teruki wondered if that would get him some attention, even a small amount.
He wasn’t expecting his audition to get a standing ovation.
That applause was the birth of his performing obsession (he was finally being seen).
He was quickly taken under Koyama’s wing who introduced him to the theatre troupe he was a part of: Seasoning Stages run by Touichirou Suzuki.
Teruki auditioned for the troupe and was immediately praised by Touichirou, saying that he had a gift. That he was special.
No one had ever said he was special before.
He was accepted into the troupe on the spot (because a certain Shou Suzuki was sick of the troupe and the type of people in it).
Shortly after, Touichirou signed off on his equity card at 13, and he decided to make his stage name just “Teru”. It was still him, but it was different. New.
He’s followed all of Touichirou’s advice of keeping your friends close but your competition even closer.
That way, when the time came for auditions, he could hit them where it hurt (intimidate the newbies and psych out the upperclassmen).
As far as he was concerned, he had made it. He was working professionally, he had friends (not really but don’t tell him that), and he was on his way to even better opportunities (Broadway?). What could possibly go wrong?
A certain boy with a bowl cut steals the lead from right under his nose that’s what.
Character Traits:
That Theatre Kid™
President of Black Vinegar’s Drama Club.
Tenor high-belt for days.
Very good relative pitch, but not perfect pitch.
Corrects those who spell “theatre” with an “er” instead of an “re”.
Sings/hums along during professional productions when in the audience (don’t you DARE do this. Yes I’m salty because there was a grown ass woman who did this behind me during Hamilton and I just about lost it when she sang along during Burn. No.)
Upset if he’s not the last one featured during bows.
Will blow a gasket if you say “the m word” backstage (Tome does this just to piss him off).
Gives “tips” to other actors (“Not to start drama or anything, but Inukawa, you’ve been doing that kick on 5 and 6 instead of 7 and 8. Yeah, it looks really bad.”
“Do you even know what a triple pirouette is?”
*Checks phone for the 1000th time for the cast list*
Specialty: Mega-Musicals/Pop (New Style)
Shigeo “Mob” Kageyama
Tumblr media
Background:
Loved to sing Ritsu to sleep when they were little.
Discovered he had perfect pitch during music class as a first-year elementary student.
He didn’t mind others asking him to sing, but he was more focused on his singing getting Tsubomi’s attention.
Ritsu mentioned interest in the school musical, and so Shigeo took to the stage, hoping that would pique Tsubomi’s interest.
However, he quickly learned that the other kids in the show were not very welcoming to new kids. Especially new kids that got a lead on the first try.
They couldn’t target him because of the teachers favoritism towards Shigeo, so they targeted Ritsu (who got in the chorus) instead.
The kids struck during the final performance, but it went further than they anticipated.
What was supposed to be humiliation via bag of flour dumped on Ritsu turned into a loose stage light jostled one too many times falling.
They were lucky it hit his leg.
Shigeo’s normal performance nerves turned into full on stage fright after that.
Shigeo doesn’t do solos anymore.
He still participates in shows, but feels out of place, even in the ensemble.
When asked why he still does theatre despite his apparent disinterest, he simply replies, “because I don’t know what else to do.”
Music is all he’s ever known, and he isn’t sure what else he’s good at. He doesn’t know what else there is for him.
Meeting a certain arrogant blond arsehole, that’s what’s there for him.
Character Traits:
The Quiet Kid™
Sometimes comes off as a know-it-all due to his musical talent, but he truly just wants to help the performance be the best it can. (“Oh, no you’ve been singing the fifth in the chord a little flat. It’s okay though. That’s a really high note and it’s hard to sing.”)
Music is memorized by the first rehearsal.
Is always cast in the chorus (the “mob”) because of his stage fright.
Doesn’t have a voice type label because the kid has range. More often than not though, he’s in the baritone section, but has a bright tone. He sings in the section that’s the weakest.
Very calming to be around during rehearsals.
Secretly wants to be stage crew (BIC members run that) but doesn’t have the strength, and the constant running around can be overwhelming.
The only person who has heard him at his full potential is Ritsu and Reigen I’ll get to him later.
Specialty: Excels in all genres EXCEPT singer-songwriter/poetic: The most vulnerable genre of singing. It’s hard to be yourself when you don’t even know your “self”.

I would love to see a one off or something where the Worlds Beyond Number crew do a session similar to the show Psych. Imagining Lou as the Shawn character, Brennan as the Gus character, Aabria as the Henry character, Erika as the Lassiter character. I don't know who would GM - maybe someone from the psych cast likes role-playing games. Timothy Omundson seems like someone who would enjoy a ttrpg maybe he knows something about GMing. Course I was also a fan of Galavant so maybe that's where I got the idea.

I want to share something absolutely wild that went down in the latest episode of the DND campaign I joined.
So my character is a little storm fairy named Lumen. He's a smol boi who doesn't speak much and when he does he's hard to hear. He's able to communicate with the larger races by using telepathy.
This campaign had been going on for years and so there's a lot I as a player and Lumen as a fairy from the plane of air who just found himself trapped on the material plane don't know about the world at large. Today I was introduced to an NPC that has apparently been held prisoner(?) Since the beginning of the campaign. The story goes that this half orc was the front for a shady business set up by The Evil Empire. After busting up the operation and rescuing people who were captured and effectively being prepped to be shipped off as slaves, the party took this half orc into custody.
The party's paladin, sunny. Wanted to rehabilitate this half orc since he did not believe the half orc to be evil. However, the party couldn't risk letting him go free until they were sure that he wouldn't go running back to the rival kingdom. So, the half orc had been effectively under house arrest for the past few years.
A few things I quickly learned upon meeting this guy for the first time.
a) he shows little to no reactions to anything that goes on around him. Everything is met with a bemused smirk and a squirt gaze.
b) the half orc has no real name. He has a serial number given to him by the empire and the nickname of Cabbage given to him by the crew. (ostensibly because he's green?)
c) cabbage seemingly doesn't interact with any of the other people in the place he's under observation and doesn't seem to do much of anything other than eat and maybe sleep.
Sunny wanted to interrogate cabbage and see if he could finally break through the facade and maybe get somewhere on determining if the guy was a threat to everyone or if he could be safely rehabilitated back into society. Lumen offered to go along seeing as he had telepathic abilities and may be able to pick up something other than what conventional words couldn't.
The interrogation starts. Lumen is hanging back and is perched on Sunny's shoulder like a pirates parrot and just quietly observing the conversation. Cabbage is showing no emotions other than slight boredom and his default bemused smirk. Lumen silently casts detect thoughts. (subtle spell is a ton of fun, yo) and the thoughts he picks up? A fat lot of nothing. There's literal static going on in this boy's brain.
Lumen continues to observe as Sunny puts up a zone of truth. As the conversation continues, Lumen is able to telepathically communicate with other party members outside of the interrogation room and get bits of info to fill in the blanks that he doesn't already know.
Throughout the interrogation Cabbage continues to answer in noncommittal ways which pisses off the paladin since he thinks cabbage is dodging the question, but Lumen (nat 20 insight boyos) realizes that cabbage literally has no opinions on the matter.
At this point Lumen decides to push things as uses his telepathic powers to pull a deep dive into cabbage's psyche. He's able to pull fragments of cabbage's memory and thoughts and what he finds is a life devoid of emotion or desire.
As this is happening he is asking other party members about his finding. Cabbage doesn't seem dangerous? He doesn't seem to have any interest in returning to the empire... In fact he doesn't seem to have any interest in doing anything?
At which point one of the other party members mentioning that the reason they are keeping such a close eye on this guy was that he was working directly for one of The Mystics, an order of powerful mages in the empire.
This piques Lumen's curiosity and he pushes deeper into Cabbage's memories trying to find out when he started working with this Mystic. Lumen discovers thoughts all the way back to Cabbage's childhood and beyond. Cabbage was born and raised in captivity. All semblance is self identity stifled in him since infancy.
While he's poking around inside Cabbage's psyche, Lumen goes digging specifically for mental manipulation of a magical origin, and finds a rune etched into Cabbage's very psyche since infancy. (Nat 20 arcana boyo)
This glyph stifles the development of a personality. The person feels no desire or emotions outside of the bare minimum needed to function. Deciding it's time to go big or go home, Lumen fires of a dispell magic unranked to the max. Level 7 dispell targeted at this half orc's emotional inhibitor.
The glyph shatters and Cabbage opens his eyes for real for the first time in his life. For the first time since he was born he is able to feel things and express his own desires. He's able to have actual opinions!
And his very first opinion that he ever had was
The name Cabbage fucking SUCKS

episode 2 thoughts:
this whole episode was fantastic, just as awesome as the previous one, but to me, i feel like peter gadiot's performance as shanks was absolutely my favourite part of it. there was just so much tenderness in his interactions with luffy, that i became attached to their relationship in a way i don't think i've ever truly felt with the manga or the anime. the live action managed to make me absolutely sob when he was saying goodbye to luffy as his crew left dawn island, which is never something i've done with the manga or anime (for that scene at least). you can almost physically feel how much he adores luffy, and it's making me really emotional
once again loving garp's expanded role in this arc! his interactions with koby and the rest of the marines were really good this episode, and the scene where koby tells him that luffy was the straw hat pirate who raided the base....you could just SEE the exasperation garp was feeling right then. i loved it!
i was a little sad that mayor boodle's role was reduced so much in this arc, and also the fact that chouchou's entire subplot was cut out. BUT it was a cool little easter egg to see him running around at the end of the episode. just a cheeky little wink wink nudge nudge to the manga/anime fans. i'll forgive them for it because the rest of the episode was so good
i audibly gasped at the scene where we saw buggy's audience laughing through pained expressions, and then the camera panned down to show their legs chained up. that absolutely gave me the chills.
i like the direction they took buggy's character in this. he still feels very true to his canon self, but i like how they made him somewhat more...empathetic, in a way? he sees a kindred soul in luffy after he makes the assumption that luffy had been abandoned by shanks. he genuinely felt like luffy was like him, like all the other outcasts in his crew, and he wanted to offer luffy a place in their family. it's found family, but make it evil!!!! you can see he has a lot of hurt and bitterness towards shanks and his perceived betrayal, and it's fantastic. they somehow made him more pathetic, but also more sinister than the manga, in a way?
i'm really really seeing why the cast and crew are all so insanely proud of this show. i'm a quarter of the way through now, and it's already obvious just how beautifully done this whole series is. the love and passion of all the people who worked on this show is evident in every single scene, in every little detail that they include for those of us in the know, and i really really appreciate it. it's everything i could've hoped for, and i'm so sad that i won't be able to watch the whole season tonight because i have work tomorrow. i think i should be able to watch at least 2 more episodes today though.
next stop!!!! SYRUP VILLAGE! i finally get to see my favourite liar! i'm so psyched to see jacob's performance in this

another aspect of the way eiffel narrativizes his own experiences shows in his inability to be alone with himself and his thoughts - and what the way he talks to himself says about him. as soon as he’s alone in basically any situation, his first impulse, consciously or otherwise, is to find a way to imagine he’s not. that ranges from things like inventing a character to run himself through the psych eval in am i alone now? (“alone again. naturally. just me and the voices.”) to imagining how minkowski might berate him in super energy saver mode, to the way he continues to talk to hera through the watchtower, knowing it’s probably impossible for her to hear him, to... well. i’ll get to it.
one part of this, of course, is that he is the communications officer, and that’s more than a job title. he wants so, so much to communicate. eiffel never stops trying to connect with the people around him, and he never stops reaching out, even if all he can do is blindly reach out into some endless empty expanse - it’s that persistence he makes (accidental) first contact with, and it’s that persistence that saves his life, in more ways than one. (“well, as long as no one's there, no one's going to mind if I go out speaking.”)
but the other part... think about the role eiffel casts himself in, in all of those scenes. he’s always the one reacting: he created the problem through incompetence. he’s protesting an accusation. he’s observing. he’s incidental. doug eiffel is never the hero of his own story. so while there’s something kind of sweet about the way the crew stays with him in mayday - that even alone his survival is a collaborative effort of all the people he carries with him - i think it’s also telling and deeply sad that he puts his best ideas in the mouths of others. he keeps going for and because of them. they ‘tell’ him what to do, and he does it, and if it goes wrong... then it’s his fault. it doesn’t matter that every step of the process is his own, from idea to execution: he credits his successes to others, but his failures are his own. that’s how he sees himself, and it’s how he worries that others see him too.
and with that in mind, consider this scene from the finale, where eiffel once again defers to minkowski, even when she isn’t actually there:
Tumblr media
eiffel draws so much of his strength from others, and in some ways that’s very admirable and one of his best qualities, but where that’s always fallen apart is that he fails to see his own place in it. he doesn’t recognize his own contributions or his significance in the lives of others, and this scene feels so pivotal because it’s the moment he realizes... it’s just him. the negativity, the helplessness, but also the resourcefulness, the quick thinking, the will to survive and to return to the people he cares for, who care for him. this time, he saves himself. and more importantly: he realizes it.
i think there’s another parallel you can draw to memoria. in terms of mayday specifically - that both of these episodes contain these biased perspectives of the others and what they represent for the point of view character, that hera is the voice in eiffel’s head that keeps him from giving up as much as eiffel is for hera, but also. that in the greater context of their character arcs and their shared insecurities and fear of expendability and incompetence: if hera needs to recognize the voice in her head isn’t her own in order to begin to move forward, then eiffel needs to recognize the voices in his head are his own - it’s all a part of him, good and bad, and he brings all of that to the crew and to his relationships.

I love RPGs and otome games so much! Will you make an Undertale and Deltarune comic book series based on these games? Can you draw Sunny Day Jack's own psyche (inner world) from the deepest depths of his mind?
Well, I haven't made a comic series, but I did create the art and half the writing on this ask blog for Undertale called @risenchild. Sorry to say that it's on hiatus and will remain so for the foreseeable future.
As for Jack's drawing Jack's psyche... that's pretty tricky. If we're talking about an artistic medium, then making representations of what's going on in his head are pretty subjective.
Personally, I think, given how warped Jack's sense of identity is, it might look a lot like a studio set, distorted like an old VHS recording and with static along the edges of that world. The sunny world of the SunnyTime Crew Show would be overtop things that represent Joseph and his world. Pieces of Cloudy Town and the other cast members, kids in the audience, childish crayon drawings for more distant backdrops or on walls.
Underneath the child-friendly brightly colored paints would be more messed up visuals, especially influenced by his death. Jacktor's death was clearly a very traumatic one, and the fact that Jack has convinced himself that he is the character means that there are a lot of negative associations with Joseph Cullman/[Redacted] Haberdae. I imagine once peeling back the candy coated shell, there will be some truly horrifying things underneath.
I could try to take a crack at drawing this. I mean, it's not the first time I've drawn a warped character's twisted mindscape, but sadly I'm not sure when I'll be up for drawing again. I hope this description I painted with my words will be a good enough substitute.

Sebastian Stan x Curvy Actress Reader
A/N: My own mood board and watching the Emmys a few weeks ago gave me the inspiration to write this. Also, you're not a dramatic actress like Sebastian you are funny as hell but lack the confidence when it comes to your love life. Another inspiration for this is lizzos absolute bad assness and confidence. Its a tad rushed but I just had to get this out there before my brain malfunctions. After this one is posted I'm working on a Day of the Dead with Bucky.
Y/N POV
“I just want to thank everyone for this wonderful award. The fans of the show, the cast and crew. Oh my gosh this is crazy! And now I'm about to do something so out of my element. Sebastian Stan, you beautiful specimen of a man, oh my god……….”
You're probably wondering how I got here? Well let's see where I should start. How about 12 years ago. I was an up and coming actress and a huge marvel comics fan since childhood. When they released Capitan America: The First Avenger I fell completely in love with Sebastian Stan as Bucky Barnes. From then on I kept following his career before and after the first avenger. After struggling getting acting jobs I finally got a role in Ted Lasso. I proved myself as a comedic actress and here I am at the Emmy Awards with a nomination for best supporting actress in a comedy show.
The day of the show I'm a bit of a nervous wreck, not because I'm nominated but because of who I know will be there, Sebastian Stan. Man did he have one of the best years of his career. The 355, Fresh which was just a masterpiece for modern horror and Pam & Tommy. He immersed himself into Tommy and he got a well deserved nomination. The whole time I'm getting ready I'm trying to psych myself up for what I will do if I do get the award. My team is looking at me like I'm crazy but they don't have to know why I'm constantly talking to myself.
Once hair and makeup are out of my hotel room I take a look at myself in the full length mirror. Being a curvy girl there aren't many dresses that make me feel good about myself, but this dress i found really has set the bar. A beautiful deep blue dress with a see thru lace top and satin from the waist down with a high slit on my right leg. It was the most beautiful dress I have ever worn.
When I get the red carpet it is just a madhouse. Cameras everywhere, fans in the distance it's almost overwhelming. But I push my nerves to the back of my head and wait for my turn to head down the carpet…..Ok Y/N you can do this girl.
Sebastian’s POV
I have no idea what is going on, but the one woman I have had my eye on for the past year is getting her well deserved award and she just called me out. What is happening?????
When I got nominated for Pam & Tommy I was very humbled about it. Then I saw the other actors that were nominated for various other shows and that's when I saw it. Y/N- Y/L/N. I thought to myself, I hope I get to meet her and tell how wonderful she is. But I was too shy to really tell her how I really felt about her. How beautiful she was and how I wanted to ask her out. He loved everything about her, especially her curves.
The day of the awards show came and I was really excited, deciding to take my manager of almost 20 years as my date. They were on their way. When I got to the red carpet I could feel the energy around me, and immediately was looking for Y/N. I was hoping she was already there but no such luck yet. While I was walking down the line getting my picture taken I heard the cheering of the crowd and looked to my left and there she was.
“Oh my god. She looks absolutely gorgeous” he said under his breath. I was practically speechless, I couldn't hear the photographers shouting for me to take a picture. Finally my manager nudged me to start moving down the line. We got inside and were surprised to see tables like at the golden globes, with champagne and little appetizers. I sat with Lilly, and Seth from Pam & Tommy and as soon as I sat I decided to shoot down a glass of champagne to calm my nerves. My category was up first. I was a little disappointed I didn't get it but I was happy for michael keaton. During the show I kept looking around for Y/N and I finally spotted her just before her category was announced. I watched her the entire time, then they were announcing her award. “Holy shit she won” I stood up and clapped and cheered for her.
I was listening to her speech thanking the show and the fans then all of a sudden I heard my name. I have no idea what is happening but I'm looking right at her………….
Double POV
“I just want to thank everyone for this wonderful award. The fans of the show, the cast and crew. Oh my gosh this is crazy! And now I'm about to do something so out of my element. Sebastian Stan, you beautiful specimen of a man, oh my god, I’m shooting my shot everyone!”
The crowd is going absolutely nuts, I mean Lizzo is giving the double thumbs up. That's all the courage I needed.
“Sebastian, will you go on a date with me?!”
I was almost in shock, I got a pat on the back from Oscar and then I got up from my chair and jumped on stage to get to her. I couldn't believe it, she was asking me out on national television. I had to make a bold statement as soon as I got to her. I walked up to her and she had the biggest smile on her face, just breathtaking. I got up to the microphone and just kept my eyes on her.
“YES! I will go on a date with you!”
The audience went berserk cheering and clapping. I tuned all of them out when I looked into her eyes, then down to her lips, and almost like she could read my mind she gave a little nod yes and I kissed her. It wasn't rushed, just soft and sweet. I didn't want to give her tongue on live tv. We parted and we just looked at each other, finally we were asked to exit the stage and I followed her backstage. Once we found a quiet area we just started laughing.
“What do we do now?” Sebastian had asked her. As if on cue both of your managers came around the corner, both of them handing you your phones with big smiles on their faces. You both gave each other your phones and put your numbers in them. Just as you were about to be taken away to do a small press conference Sebastian spoke up again. “I don't know which after party you're going to but would you like to join me at the one I'm invited to?” “I would love to, if it's ok with your manager, I know she came as your plus one?” I turn to her and she gives me a reassuring smile and nods her head yes.
“Ok then, would you like to share my car and driver to get to the party?” she adds. “You can meet me at the back right after the show ends.” Sebastian nods a yes and all of a sudden a PA comes over and whisks you away to speak to the press.
You and Sebastian head to the Disney after party and the press is  having a field day when you show up hand in hand, It's almost blinding. You both head in and just dance the night away, and a few drinks as well. You end up being introduced to lilly james and seth rogen, Sebastians co stars on Pam & Tommy. Lilly is absolutely beautiful in person and very sweet. Seth is a riot to talk to.
During a slow song, Sebastian is holding you tight and swaying back and forth looking each other in the eyes. You two are like magnets that can't be torn apart. He leans in and meet him halfway, this time the kiss is more passionate like you’re committing this to memory. He kisses you like he wanted to the first time, you grant his tongue entrance and it’s all over for you. He squeezes your waist and you let out a tiny moan. Your arms snake up his shoulders to hold on to his hair and tug just a little bit. He gives a growl that could rival a lion. You finally part when your brain registers the need to breathe. You both lean on each other's foreheads with huge smiles on your faces.
“I still can't believe you asked me out on national television.”
“ I know, I told myself when I got nominated that if I win, this would be my only chance to get your attention.”
“Well you definitely got my attention. Can I tell you something? I've kind of had a little crush on you and was trying to figure out how to talk to you and ask you out.”
You giggle and hug him tighter. “ I guess we had the same idea tonight.”
You and Sebastian end up staying another hour at the party, but don't want to part. “Do you maybe want to come up to my hotel room? I don't want the night to end. We don't have to do anything, I just want to spend the rest of the night with you and talk and get to know each other.”
“ I would really like that. Would it be ok if we swing by my room so I can change into something more comfortable? As much as I love this dress, but it's not for staying in all night.”
“Yeah that would be ok.”
Sebastian leads you out of the party and to your car. You tell the driver to take you to your hotel first. “The Chateau Marmont please.”
“Hold on, that's where I'm staying as well.”
Smiling at each other, the driver takes off and heads to your hotel.
You both get back to his room after changing and just spend the rest of the night talking, ordering room service and just getting to know each other on a deeper level. Of course every once in a while you have a few heavy makeout sessions. Around 5:30am the night starts to turn to dawn and you are both lying on his bed just staring at each other, Sebastian wraps his arm over you to bring you closer to him and you nuzzle your face in his neck. It doesn't take long for both of you to fall asleep in each other's arms.
“This was probably one of the best nights of my life y/n, and it's all because of you.”
“I’ll have to agree with you on that seb.” After a chaste kiss on the lips you fall to sleep.
Remember, no matter how nervous you get, sometimes shooting your shot works out for both people. Even when you don't even know it.

Best Sherlock Holmes Support Crew
Part two of the post-2010 Best Sherlock Holmes battle: the support cast!
The top ones were easy. I had to IMDB BBC Sherlock because I honestly couldn't remember who existed outside of Sherlock himself. I kept asking myself if there was even a decent support cast.
Anyway, lets do this!
